Le poulet était vraiment mauvais et gluant, le sol du restaurant collait, les tables sont sales, le restaurant est très sombre sans lumière et l'odeur dans la salle de réception n'en parlons même pas. En plus les toilettes sont payantes même si l'on a consommé, du grand n'importe quoi

Afternoon, I have experienced what can only be said as Hateful small man syndrome. We had a child with SPECIAL NEEDS! in our care who has no control over his bladder and tried to use toilet however it costs 20p we did not have a any money and couldn't find an employee as it was very busy we told him to go under as he was going to wet himself. Once he done that the employee in question came over seen began to question my partner, Who told him he was special needs which he basically shrugged off as he didn't care. Then as our child was taking a little to long in the toilet we asked if we good get into him he said no you have to pay but kept letting other past us to the toilet. Then he began getting argumentative with my partner and shouting for the manager before following us out the door scaring our child who has severe disabilities. This is the worst KFC I have ever visited. I wished I had seen the reviews first. We attended at just after opening on Wed 31st May 2023 I tried to order at the counter but was told to use the screens. Then other customers came in were served at the counter. The tables were dirty and sticky. The whole place smelled like a toilet/ of sewage. The toilets stank and the toilet was full of flies and only one sink worked .i had to pay 50p to use the toilet. There is a turnstile to get in or out. Everyone after me just climbed over it. The toilet cubicle door lock was missing. There is more but I will leave it at that. I don't know if I will be able to visit a KFC after this.

This used to be my go to place years ago, no longer. Its dark and dingy with rude uninterested staff. The place was nearly empty which tells a story. Fillet burger was nice but awful fries. There is so much choice nearby you would be a fool to spend your hard earned cash here. The staff don't appreciate your custom.

Problème technique sur la borne de commande, aucun ticket, aucune commande mais débité quand même!! Je prends contact avec KFC afin de me plaindre et de me faire rembourser, on me demande mes informations bancaires afin de vérifier si une transaction a bien été faite dans ce restaurant. J’envoie, numéro de compte, numéro de carte , et extrait bancaire. Et le service financier me dit , à plusieurs reprises, ne pas trouver de transaction lié à mon compte 😂 Le service financier est à la hauteur de la nourriture infâme qu’ils servent dans leurs restaurants.. C’était une première expérience pour moi, inutile de préciser que je suis dégoûté à jamais.. KFC VOLEUR!!

In absolute shock. Woman serving and the man in the kitchen both just standing around. Pretty sure I heard the cook pressing products on the machine but not actually cooking anything, meaning they are cooking loads of food at once but pressing a half or a quarter of the amount at once, basically meaning your food is sitting there for a lot longer than it’s time limit when they’re meant to throw it out. Cook coming out of kitchen with his read apron up (cross contaminating) . Also terrible vibe, staff had no enthusiasm, looked like there was no shift runner to be seen, awful food, awful everything!!!!!!

Visited with my family during Jubilee bank holiday. Whole area is very deem literally no light. Inside the toilet no light at all .did not feel good at all seating and eating .

We placed an order for an office lunch, food turned up cold, half of it missing and when trying to contact the restaurant was totally ignored. Very poor service all round

Dont bother coming here, i know you may have been walking for ages (like us) but just go somewhere else, i was well mannered in terms of asking where the toilet was and saying please and thanks yous etc, even after the dirty looks i got from the woman who served me and the man in the kitchen staring at me, looking at me like i have 2 heads and then again tjr same guy about 20 mins later when me and my gf was sat down eating food he sat across the restaurant looking over at us every now and then, i have anxiety, so it made me feel so uncomfortable and besides all that, it looked like they just could not be assed to serve

The stench from this place is obscene. The food is greasy. I saw a mouse run into the kitchen from the bin. The place is a health hazard.

I went to KFC to try out the new Vegan burger, and had a poor experience. I had to wait 20 minutes and even after the wait my side order and drink were wrong. The burger itself was okay - the quorn burger was actually good, but it was all very plain and sad looking. I would get the burger again but at a different restaurant.

We just wanted somewhere cheap and quick to eat on New Year’s Day and this KFC was closest to our hotel. When we arrived we couldn’t use the machine so had to order at the counter, we waited 10 minutes before we were served. The woman who served us was really indifferent and rude really not the customer service I expect. The food was quick and actually enjoyable. We used the counter again to order ice creams and the woman on the counter was impatient with the people who were in front of me ordering and she was very rude. The restaurant was clean but the toilets disgusting and 50p to use, disgraceful! Improve on customer service and we may visit again.

HORRIBLE A se demander si c'est un vrai KFC. C'est sale, c'est gras, ça pue, ils se trompent 2 fois dans la même commande et 1 seul ordi de commande fonctionnait sur les 6 ou 8 en salle. Personnel pas aimable qui ne fait aucun effort. Et si vous voulez vous laver les mains ou aller aux toilettes, il faudra payer pour passer la barrière.incompréhensible que dans un coin si touristique, ce soit dans cet état !!!A FUIR ABSOLUMENT si vous êtes vers Tower bridge y'a forcément mieux en fast food.

Terrible chicken at this KFC. Wayyyyyy over cooked and left on a hot shelf. Chicken was so overdone that the chicken meat was a grey colour. Was as dry as Ghandis flip flop. We had the chicken wings, one piece chicken, fillet burger and daredevil bites and ALL of it was the same dry rubbish.

Dieser KFC ist im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes unterirdisch. Er befindet sich in einem Keller in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Tower of London. Im Vergleich zu anderen KFC Restaurants war dieses schmutziger und hektischer. Um die Toilette benutzen zu können, muss man extra bezahlen. Für mich ist zudem unverständlich, dass man den Kartoffelstock nicht automatisch mit Sauce erhält, sondern diese extra bestellen muss. Keine Empfehlung meinerseits.

Por dónde empiezo, aparte de decir por favor, evite, este lugar está sucio, realmente fue una vergüenza, luego nos lavamos las manos para comer y descubrimos que tendríamos que pagar 50 p cada uno y sin exención para los clientes. Era asqueroso que volviéramos a salir, los Wagamamas de la carretera eran encantadores.

Before taking the Tube back to the hotel we stopped at the KFC. Prices were low, food hot, and service excellent. We had free WIFI and plenty of tables to sit at. Also, free clean W/C to use.

It's a typical KFC. Staff were friendly enough and helpful when serving. Someone cleaning up all the time. It's a good location but not a great eating space but it's fine for a KFC meal.

Siamo venuti credendo fosse un classico KFC, purtroppo ci siamo sbagliati. Sporco, menù non chiari e limitatissimi rispetto all’offerta che propone la catena. Cibo di pessima qualità, nulla a che vedere con gli altri ristoranti KFC. Sconsigliatissimo!

Located close to the Tower Of London. Ok food and fast service. Has screens where you can order and pay yourself. Was a bit crouded when we visited, but there was enough seating. Great for a fast meal before/after a tour of the Tower.

Locale tetro e sporco. Personale svogliato, abbiamo chiesto per un take away, ma abbiamo comunque dovuto portare le bibite in mano! Carne mangiabile, ma fritta da tempo, idem le patatine. Poco digeribile il cibo... qualità del cibo comunque bassa.

O sanduiche de file de frango é ótimo. O balde com 10 pedaços é maravilhoso, vem acompanhado com feijão, milho e batatas fritas, ainda pode ter ketchup e outros molhos. O valor é baixo para a refeição para três pessoas, sanduiche 4 libras e balde de frango com acompanhamentos 18 libras.

The staff are friendly enough and there was a guy tidying up and cleaning.

I never eat KFC although I enjoyed this zinger tower burger. There were about 8 people in front of me and I got served in about 10mins. I am lucky I got there when I did (12 noon) - as by the time I received my meal the que was quite long - being the lunchtime hour.

Este KFC está situado en una bóveda al lado de la Torre de Londres. Tiene baños para los huéspedes. Comimos patatas fritas de temporada y ambos tenían un cubo de pollo. Nos deberían haber pedido un cubo porque las raciones eran bastante generosas. Las patatas fritas eran deliciosos, con guarnición de temporada especial. El servicio era rápido y amable.

This KFC is popular - make no mistake. But the chicken is very greasy and you wait in a long line to get served. Don't get me wrong, it's not under-staffed. It's just that it's inexplicably popular at lunch time and you just have to wait your turn for your ration of grease. The chicken is not even tasty. Pretty poor.

If your visiting the Tower of London this is the best place to grab something to eat. Same prices you get at every other KFC snd same quality. Glad i found this one or else i would had to pay £3 for a bottle of water and £6 for a cheap nasty sandwich from the surrounding bars and food stalls.

Il primo KFC che ho visitato sotterraneo, molto caratteristico per il mattoni a vista del soffitto. Il menù è quello standard di tutti i KFC di Londra, si percepisce che il luogo è molto vissuto in quanto frequentatissimo da turisti di tutto il mondo. Unlike some of the recent posts here we found it to be a good KFC. It wasn't busy, about half sixin the evening, and we were served well. The food was good, just what you'd expect from KFC. My wife commented it was quite clean compared to some fast food places. The guy cleaning up was doing a good job and gave a cheery thank you as we left.As the title says "it was fine".

My friend and I went to this KFC today while visiting the Tower of London, what a mistake. The salad in the fillet burger was wilted and uneadable, we didn't complain as we were in a hurry, but on looking around, the whole place needed a good clean. We needed to use the toilets before leaving and was told by another customer that we had to see a member of staff and get the key which we thought was odd. On approaching the man he asked for the receipt and I told him that we had just binned the receipt etc and he said "I didn't see you in here eating, where were you sitting?" What the heck??? Anyway he unlocked the turnstile and we went into the toilets. What a shock they were filthy and in a poor state of repair. How they have the cheek to charge non customers to use this is beyond belief. There are clean toilets nearby at the Tower of London which we were unaware of so use those instead.

Cheap food on the go. No better than most KFCs. Worse than some because of potential security on the toilets and a dingy location underground.The food is normal KFC so okay, but the staff are not very friendly.

My parther's chicken was raw and gristly. On complaining the staff were very rude but eventually he got another piece of chicken minus the bun whic turned out to be only half cooked. As for the toilets, after scrambling under the barrier as there was no one around to open it, I have only one word. FILTHY. At least the numerous flies enjoyed their raw chicken meal. We won' t be back.

Well we ate (the kids and mrs) i stomoched a coffee On arrival it was ni on empty (early lunch before everywhere got busy) Chicken strips slilt over tray so the person picked them up and put them back on..... I will have fresh ones please was my request... A very strange look from counter person. With that can you a sure me the tray is clean (blank look back) i will have fresh ones then please ! We were on our way to Jack the Ripper walk in East End and deicided to visit this KFC place. Took a while to find the narrow steps down to the resturant. We could smell the addictive smell pouring out from somwhere so we knew we were close.We came down into this dungeon, not busy, on cashier, I asked for chicken salad. Barely english speaking Indian said they had no chicken salad, and no this and none of that. Ok, chicken burger they manged to make, with salad, but they could not do chicken salad. They seemd to be out of most everything.The food was as expected, KFC standard, nothing wrong with that. The place was dirty and the busboy walked passed every napkin and dirt that lay on the floor. We sat oposite a staff door and some Indian guy, perhaps a manager or not, was not marked. Kept letting indina women into the room. What´s that all about, they werent wearing KFC uniform and considering the number of females going in there we could only speculate.While we tried our best to finsih as fast we could, in came a big group of indians and they started moving heavy tables around, shouting and laughing and just making noice and trouble and no one of the staff saw any reason to interfear as they were moving furniture around.The toilets were horrible and unclean.Well it seemed to be a precursor to what our night learning about Jack the Ripper.

On going in I grabbed a table while my wife went to order food,I asked the man clearing the tables where the bathrooms were,He told me that the toilets are for customers only. Understandable, I pointed out that my wife is buying the food, no problem, he then became impatient with me & told me that the toilets are for customer use only.Once I made him understand that my wife will share the food with me & that will hopefully qualify me as a customer he settled down a bit & opened the dirty toilet for me.Now we start to eat, the same guy comes & asks every one to eat up as they wan't to close, one table got up with one young man wanting to use the toilet, he was refused, when he came to our table asking us to go I said, "why did you serve us"?, also, "you don't mind if we finish our food, do you"? he walked away.As we were leaving he tried to tell me that none of what he had been saying was meant for me. The location is a weird underground dark KFC - never seen a KFC like it! Ordered food and staff slid my drinks so they fell over and spilt however gave me them anyway. I said I wanted to takeaway yet staff gave me my food on a tray but it was late I couldn't be bothered to argue so just ate inside. Opened my beans and a whole pile of crusty old bean juice fell out : made me feel sick. Tables weren't clean and chairs were wobbly - ended up walking home with my chicken and chips so I could eat them back home. Also , the fridge wasn't shut for the duration of the time I was there! Unhygienic

Reduced menu. Staff that I couldn't understand and had problems understanding me ( english) ordered a burger and when I came to eat it. It was cold. Complained and got it changed but to be honest that wasn't great either. Chips were then cold so gave up and went upstairs to Eat . Much better

Ci siamo fermati oggi dopo le foto al Tower bridge. Pollo buono ,sevizio veloce e buona pulizia dei locali.Una sosta in questi fast food è quasi obbligatoria.

Very poor service, spoke to two members of staff, neither could be understood. Food was ok, although they didn't have what we originally wanted. Toilets , well the toilets were disgusting, I'll say no more. My advice go else where. And one more thing, right out side the door some body had been sick and no member of staff had made any attempt to clean it up.

Ho pranzato in questo fast food con amici attirato dall'idea di fare un pasto a base di pollo. Partendo dal fatto che il panino, come anche il resto, non era nulla di speciale, volevo soffermarmi sul fatto che in questa catena ( o forse solo in questo ristorante? ) non é possibile bere nient'altro al di fuori di pepsi e aranciata. Per il resto il locale non é il massimo ( praticamente sotto terra ) e andare al bagno sembra un'impresa impossibile. Onestamente penso che la maggior parte delle altre catene vinca a mani basse il confronto. Voto 2 giusto perché comunque i vari panini, alette ecc si lasciano mangiare.. ma non mi hanno lasciato una particolare voglia di tornarci

All varieties of food served here are good to eat when it is hot. Taste diminshes with the heat. The free drink that comes with combinations is convenient. Smart, efficient staff.

Food was good but the zinger burgers were SO small! Like wth happened?? Now idk if this is at all KFC's or just this one because I only eat halal and this was the only halal KFC in the area. I was just grateful for the halal food. It's underground so you may miss it, keep your eyes open! Service was above average.

We came here for a bite to eat before an event at The Tower. We went to use the toilet first, there was a turn table and we were approached by a member of staff who held out his hand and said 50p. (A lot of places in London charge but was surprised that customers were charged) he put the money in his pocket and used a key to half open the barriers so we had to squeeze through. Toilets were disgusting, no toilet paper or paper towel. On the way back we saw ghe notice about paying customers can use the toilet free of charge. We ordered our food and askdd to speak to the manager, after 5 minutes we were approached by ghe manager. We explained what happened and her response was 'oh'. She then said I'll give you your money back, we then we got a 'sorry'. The food was ok although the chicken in my burger was half the size of the bun. While we were eating the manager spoke to the member of staff about the toilet incident, quite close to where were sitting, speaking in their own language and pointing at us. After a few minutes he then came over and said sorry before walking off. We were glad to get out of there and I won't be eating in another restaurant ever again.

Bought our lunch here, ate it in the restaurant, then when finished and need to answer the call of nature, found that we had to PAY for the use of the WC (toilet). I will not go back here ever again unless they allow patrons that buy their food to use the facilities for free.

Why, with all those pubs serving fish and chips or restaurants like Ketner's, would you bother to eat at KFC, Burger King or McDonald's in Europe. Except for the pomme frites in Germany, you should eat the cuisine of the country, not fast American food. It may be good for a fast fix, but generally, the lines of visiting Americans make for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Find a nice British place instead.

Had the wraps and so the chicken nuggets. It was typical KFC food. It filled my stomach to get through Tower of London. The cool part of this KFC is the brick work on the ceilings and walls. For me, it made it a cooler atmosphere that is not KFC typical.

Every few weeks I find myself here for lunch. Unfortunately there are not any kind words for this KFC branch. It's effectively subterranean, so there's virtually no natural light. There aren't too many lights, so it's quite dark and gloomy. The bare brick walls probably don't help in that regard. The little décor there is and the furniture are pretty run down, and if it wasn't for the items on the menu board and a WiFi sticker on the door you'd think you'd stepped back in time to the early 1980s. One slight up side is that there is quite a bit of seating.The food is usually a bit hit and miss. More often than not the fries are either lukewarm or cold (not that there's many of them). The burgers are usually OK, though somewhat haphazard in their construction.Every time I visit even though there are four tills, only two are ever in use. Also they could probably take some tips from other fast food restaurants to try and tie together the ordering and receiving of the order.Overall this branch could really do with a complete overhaul. Though I suspect that the people who own this franchise aren't really too bothered as they're probably raking it in from tourists going to the Tower Of London next door.

Visited during a family day out. The restaurant is in a great location near the Tower of London. However, there wasn't many people in the restaurant but the staff were almost chaotic. The selection of meals were limited as there were items not available. Had to ask for finger wipe sachets that are given out automatically at other KFC's. Food not up to much, the chicken burger was very chewy and the fries were cold and soggy. Needless to say we will not be revisiting. Better off going over Tower Bridge and getting something to eat in Borough market.

Visited this store and ordered two piece meal and coleslaw. Then took my food and tried to find table that had been clean away. Sat down and began to eat my meal. Couldn't really see too well as lighting was quite dark. I bit into chicken and it was disgusting. Very very oily. Chips well reheated too. Took it back to counter and asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came out he asked me what was wrong with the chicken I said it was very greasy he said chicken is supposed to be greasy as it don't be silly I said not that greasy . I said to him I actually have worked in a KFC before and I know that when the chicken is like this it means the oil hasn't been changed on a regular basis. I took a serviette and actually press the survey against the chicken to show how much I was in and he said there was nothing wrong with it and I said well I wasn't happy I wanted a chicken sandwich instead. He gave me this small burger which I think so sells for the 99p are so I told its us not worth it I've just spent £5.88 in shop give me a small fillet burger. Don't go here avoid!!!!

ロンドン塔の向いの建物の中にあるケンタッキーです。建物自体も古いのですが、お店が奥にあってなんとなく暗かったし、清潔感もなかったです。

KFC ofrece muy buenos combos familiares en Londres y vale la pena aprovecharlos. Encontramos este local en un subsuelo sobre la misma Torre de Londres!! Es bastante grande, con varias mesas (un poco oscuro para mi gusto) y rápida atención. Buena relación precio/calidad/ubicación.

KFC are moving into some very attractive old buildings these days, I have noticed. I would not normally be tempted into a fast food outlet and certainly not a KFC, but the look of the place seduced me. And the food? Well the food could have been worse. The meat was tender and the aroma was good. Prices were reasonable too. What I don't like is the amout of sault that assailed me when I took a bite. Nor did I like the limited choice of beverages. I do not want to drink fizzy sugar-water whatever it is called and what ever it is flavoured with. Water was my only option which at least I felt I needed to counteract the salt. You are getting there KFC, but still a way to go yet.

Il locale si trova vicino tower bridge ma la location secondo me andrebbe maggiormente curata anche se comunque è pulita. Le hot wings sono un must del posto e devo dire che sono ottime: sicuramente da provare almeno una volta, soprattutto se ti trovi in prossimità di Tower Bridge ed hai bisogno di un pasto volante senza spendere troppo. Servizio cordiale

this place is good but charges for toilets because close to the Tower of London. If you a customer you don't need to pay, ask some of the crew to open the gate for you. They always try to get the money for the toilet even if you shouldn't!

The best I can say about this KFC is that it's bad; I mean really bad.Ordered my food and was told my Islam that he would bring the food to my table so that he could serve me fresh fried chicken. Amazing start.Not so good to follow up; about 7/8 minutes later, the same Islam went to the office with his own food, but no news about mine.Called another staff member that actually doubted me and had to check with 3 other colleagues before coming to me and telling me I was right! Apologies? Not at all.Eventually after another 5 minutes the food came. No one apology for the clear bad service, not an acknowledgement that they were wrong. It this would happen in my work; at least a small symbolic compensation would be in order.Not a chance and like this, the chain looses another client (meaningless, I know) and gains a detractor!Way to go KFC!

Fazer mochilão em Londres não é barato! Dessa forma fazer refeições baratas com Fast Food se torna uma opção certeira. O KFC oferece uma comida junta num preço dentro dos padrões.

Siempre que vamos a Londres pasamos por KFC, es la cadena norteamericana de fast food que más nos gusta y en precios, resulta muy barata para la ciudad. Pedimos el balde familiar y la verdad que todo estaba riquísimo, fresco, la atención fue rápida y amable. El local es subterráneo por lo que le da un toque diferente, muy cerquita de la Torre de Londres, justo andábamos por la zona y lo vimos y entramos sin dudarlo. La limpieza normal, tiene baños también y no había tanta gente por lo que mejor. Ya conocemos la cadena por lo que no vamos a esperar lujos.

We really did not want to eat "American" fast food while in London, but were so hungry after sight seeing that we couldn't resist. This is a very clean restaurant, and seems small when you walk in but there are staisr leading to a spacious area that is quite nice. Restrooms are clean and tidy.

Has a ancient feel to it under the gallows church . Quite a nice place friendly staff and good options on the menu.Leads directly to the shops selling souvenirs and quite a nice collection.Found the peri peri chicken bites really nice else quite standard KFC menu with combinations .

FIRSTLY: NEARLY EVERYWHERE IN LONDON CHARGES FOR THE TOILET, some people have complained on here that you have to pay for the toilet. Clearly those people haven't been to any public place in London. I found that nearly every place makes you pay for the bathroom, which seems pretty common place in London so I wouldn't complain about that.The staff were nice and the food was alright. Some of the tables did need a clean but I'd put that down to busyness as opposed to laziness.

went went there ..we were desprat to use the loo..the but staff asked for the recipt ..lol..i told him 1st we need to use the loo then we will buy..he as kind enough to open the lock for us..this kfc has gothic feel in it..its in the basement..overall an average experince
