KFC in Herefordshire, County of

Called into KFC in Hereford today. I last had one almost a year ago and thought the fillet burger was significantly smaller than it used to be. It looks like they've done it AGAIN. The paltry size of the chicken in my burger might as well have been a deep fried beer mat with KFC coating. 😡 £7.99 for the meal is a bloody rip off. Especially when you're still hungry and have to buy a supermarket sandwich to tide you over.

My food got delivered Cold/warm "tepid" I politely spoke to a member of staff and they said "I can make you another but it will be the same!!!" I left and doubt i will return to the hereford branch of KFC. Avoid the only thing worse than the food is the customer service!!

How can you call 3 small chicken legs 3 portions of KFC Chicken, when in fact they are not even legs, but drum sticks. with not enough meat to resemble 1 chicken leg, contacted just eat who said, that portion size differed depending on which KFC restaurant you ordered it from, so forget a refund. Last time I order from Herford KFC Below is an original recipe for Southern fried chicken, which has been adapted for Air Fryer cooking Ingredients (Tbsp = Level Tablespoon), (tsp=teaspoon) 4 Chicken thighs 1 Cup Of buttermilk 2 Cups Plain flour Spices 2/3 Tbsp Salt 1/2 Tbsp Thyme, dried 1/2 Tbsp Basil, dried 1/3 Tbsp Oregano, dried 1 Tbsp Celery salt 1 Tbsp Black pepper 1 Tbsp Dried mustard 4 Tbsp Paprika 2 Tbsp Garlic salt 1 Tbsp Ground ginger 3 Tbsp White pepper 1/2tsp MSG (OPTIONAL) Directions 1. Pour buttermilk into a bowl, and add the chicken 2. Submerge the chicken till covered 3. Pour all the mixture into a zipped bag and put bag in fridge 4. Leave to marinate overnight 5. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 180 deg C 6. Combine the spices together well and then add to the flour 7. Place each portion of chicken in the mix and turn over and over 10 times 8. Place all the coated chicken on a plate 9. Wash and dry hands 10. With the tongs place all the chicken in the fryer, making sure that none are touching to allow the hot air to circulate 11. Set fryer to 180 deg C, for 18 minutes 12. After 8 minutes open the fryer basket/s and flip the portions over to allow the skins to crisp up on both sides 13. Return baskets to the fryer until time is finished

Well after visiting Hereford this has got to be the worst KFC I have visited I have been here a few times. On one occasion after going to place an order at 9.15pm I was told they only had legs and the wait was going to be 20 mins how can you only have legs at this time of night. On another visit I went threw the drive threw and. When getting back to my freinds the gravy and beans were all over the place in the bucket fries were cold and chicken dry and greasy. Now on another visit I got a 10 piece bucket and on getting back to my freinds even though I requested no legs there was 7 yes 7 legs in the bucket they can not get simple requests correct avoid at all costs

Not bad, but it would help if the person serving could get the count to 6 right, as I ordered a six piece bargain bucket and got five pieces. As always no salt unless asked for.

I am only giving 1 star as I am unable to give 0 3 time I Have ordered from KFC To have half my order missing . The chicken was soggy and looked like it had been cooked yesterday and microwaved How hard is it to read a order and check it . Worst kfc in the country and that’s being generous

Worst KFC ever. Half of order was missing AGAIN! The chicken was dehydrated, must have been cooked 8 hours ago and left to cremate. Poor service. Avoid at all costs! Fathers day treat ruined, thanks KFC!!!!!

Worst KFC ever ! Had the misfortune to try out the Hereford KFC, I've never witnessed such a shambolic operation before. Ordered by the machine on entering the restaurant, staff hadn't replenished the paper so no receipt. Waited in the queue for 35 minutes to get out eat in meal, meanwhile there were probably ten or more delivery drivers jumping to the front of the queue even though their orders weren't ready. When I eventually got our food there was no drink that we ordered, sold out mate! What can I have instead? Only diet drinks, I said I didn't want them I'll have a refund which I eventually got in cash. When we sat down the tables were filthy, bins overflowing and no condiments or napkins, we had to ask for plates. Staffing problems I was told, poor management is the truth, customers waiting so long they asked for refunds, they stopped taking orders at the counter but left the machines on so people waiting were further behind in the queue. They should stop talking online orders and control the delivery idiots concentrate on shop customers first! Even the drive through queue was out of the car park. Avoid this place at all costs

Never ever will I go here again, never once had a problem with them myself until today, asked at the drive thru for a boneless feast for sharing & 2 milkway kreshems not that hard to put threw the computer surely? I get to the window he didn’t tell me a price just said cash or card handed me the card machine and handed me a box for one person when I said this isn’t what I ordered 2 boys both turned to the woman behind them and said very clearly so I and my mum could hear they’ve ordered wrong It’s them not us in the wrong.. I said excuse me no I didn’t I very clearly asked for boneless feast to share.. they got the manager out to sort a refund and told me I had to come inside to sort it.. eventually he did sort it and said the kreshems we had already ordered where for free.. very nice and helpful man unlike the 2 on the window very rude and should be working behind the grills if they can’t manage to listen and speak to customers appropriately.

Awful, food was cold and missing items. Complained and told their is nothing can be done. Will not be using in the future

Waited 25 minutes for our order. Beans dried up and burnt edges, fillet dried up and more like a budgy, gravy swimming in grease and one bun had strange dirty marks all over it. Nasty experience

Tonight and last visit, ordered through drive through, got home items missing. Not answering telephone to complain. Previous visit gravy pots put in bag sideways not upright, opened up during transit emptied all in the bag splitting it open all over seats of new car. The chicken tonight was over cooked and charred. £35 spent most went in the bin.

As we arrived we had to wait 5 minutes to order food however we was first in line then a crew member said just a mintues after we waited 5 mintues. We was ordering and the crew said sorry what did you want because I wasn’t listening which was very rude. We ordered and sat down the food came for ages and was cold then we wanted crushums and the machine said approved as my boyfriend paid however the till froze and we had to wait 5 mintues for the till to reboot even tho the money was taken out of the bank and we have proof it went out, we waited and the crushums were not nice either I was very unhappy leaving as the food was not nice and the customer service was terrible.

Service was fairly brisk, no que. staff were pleasant and communicate. The food was as described and hit the spot nicely. I do not normally indulge in KFC / Burger joints, but everything in moderation is OK with me.

It all happened so fast. I ordered a 6 piece boneless luxury box. Paid, but didn't get the receipt until the food was delivered. Then was served a 6 piece bargain bucket. To be fair, their was nothing wrong with the bargain bucket or the rest of the food, but without checking I don't know if I was overcharged, which I could do, but that is not the point. The point is, I was dealt with, done with, and attempted to move me on before completing my order having got the order wrong. I can think of a better KFC to go to and won't be going back there as the trust has gone.
