My only issues were that they didn’t take the ham out as I’ve asked but this is the first time and also the fact the app said it had been delivered but wasn’t delivered for another 5 mins

always great food and fast delivery

Food never arrived, giving multiple new delivery times and none of them was met. Tried contacting them multiple times and no answer.

Was on time and all items correct.

Food was nice and hot but delivery was nearly an hour late.

Arrived on time and was how I ordered.

An hour and a half late. We had to call up to see where the order was. The reason being that the delivery driver wasn’t there but then the bike battery was the problem apparently. Food arrived cold. This is the second time this has happened now. Won’t order from here again

The food was over an hour and half late with no updates ,restaurant wouldn't pick the phone up.

5 subs ordered, 1 sub not toasted, 2 subs out of the order were missing cheese, 1 cookie missing and missing a sauce for the pigs in blankets. Was very slow service and disappointing service. Wouldn’t recommend .

Breakfast sub amazing when your hungover

Was a bit worried after seeing the reviews but the food arrived warm. Cheese bites weren't piping hot but what can you expect when you're not eating at the restaurant? They were still delicious. Sub was perfect and cookie was soft and tasty. Delivered super quick too.

Delivered late, no updates given regarding the late delivery. Ordered a toasted wrap with cheese, wrap was stone cold and no cheese. Ordered chicken bites and they were stone cold too

really great food and great delivery services, just the food arrived on time, cold and a little overpriced for the size it was not not subway used to be would definitely come again just not much I appreciate the time and effort it took to making the food and delivering it I jwuy belive they should re think there prices on there deals and items

The order was very late and tired up cold

Ordered on just eat, not only was the food over an hour later. I didn’t even get the correct order. When I rang the store there wasn’t much care and they hung up on me. Will not be dining here again as the service was shocking

Normally really good with delivery. When I phoned to find out how long it was going to be already 20min late was told very busy it will be another 25min but was another 40min

Still not arrived an hour later

Had the wrong item sent They they swapped with one another customer had already opened and cut in half. I called to ask about Natashas law ( which they seemed to not understand when I asked why wasn’t my item labelled? ) they then said they would replace, but just resent the same one ( as it was cut exactly where it had been before!! )

Nearly no cheese on nachos, paid for extra cheese on salad and was still a very little amount. Salad was fresh but warm food was cold.

Visited on Saturday lunch time and I must say the service was slick, the tables were clean and the food was great. Will be visiting again.

Meatballs was freezing cold with no cheese on them. Cookies were all broke into pieces when arrived.

Food was cold when i came and gave us the wrong cookies.

Disappointed again that the order wasn't right. The last order we had from here was wrong, and so we gave it another go, but still wrong. We did try to ring to discuss but were told we'd received what we'd ordered.

Ordered one meal deal and it took over half an hour to be delivered!

Really disappointed I ordered a chicken salad that came with no chicken on it the portion size was tiny for what you pay 🙈 I also ordered cheese balls which were stone cold.

Order late. Quality of the food very bad. Chicken bites flavourless and soggy. Nachos the same. Sub was mediocre at best.

Everything was really nice but my Supremo sub melt had way to much pesto on and it was to overpowering for my liking

The ice cream I ordered was missing.

Unfortunately there was no chicken in the chicken tikka wrap, tried to resolve this on the app but it's very limited in options letting you explain what was wrong with the order. Usually love everything I've ordered from here.

Great food and great service by staff.

natcho chicken bites, chesse bites and cheesy garlic bread were a bit cold but still ok. sub tasted amazing, cookies were slightly warm and the drink was nice and cold.

Went to subway on the bypass, the woman serving was grumpy and look fed up, there was no chicken and no meatballs, the salad looked like it was out all day, we had a breakfast sub,tasteless, thin bacon, nor enough filling, it was awful, we will not be going back, will be going to Greggs next door instead, even my dog wouldn't eat it, waste of money the place should be closed?

Once again was missing part of my order. Ordered footlong and received 6”.

The steak sub had barely any steak. Utterly disappointing

Never ordering from here again the order was wrong after calling them then redelivered correct order, food was cold and just over all gross.

Called me up as something I ordered they didn't have to hand, but got replacements easy enough. Wrong drink, but nothing wrong with the sandwiches themselves, delicious. Driver was nice and dropped off the food in a good state, on time and everything. Would order again when in need of food with friends.

Was worried after seeing all the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. All the food was really tasty. Hot, delicious and delivered really quickly.

Chicken salad missing the chicken… lucky to get 2 stars!! Only given because thankfully the salad bit was nice, but forgetting to actually put the chicken on is a bit ridiculous….

Ordered with a delivery time of 15:45 latest then was delayed within 5mins of ordering until 16:00-16-20 which was still not here within that time frame to which in had to call the restaurant and was informed that my delivery hadn't even left the store yet... absolutely shocking service and the food when it turned up only had the slightest bit of heat... wouldn't recommend.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I could Walked into Subway at Ross on Wye. Young man serving was spraying the work service next to the food from a height of 2 feet above the open containers of food. I saw the disinfectant spray go over the salad. I said to him ' you have just sprayed that cleaning fluid over the salad'. He immediately replied with a lie "I covered it" I then walked out of the shop but my colleagues were then served by another food handler. The original food handler did not change his gloves after handling the money and was seen coughing into his hand. Food hygiene is paramount. Was this person trained in food hygiene? If he does this in front of customers what is the practice behind the scenes???

My friends said the food was cold, and the food was 20 minutes late.

Missing items for the second time

Delivery was nearly 90 minutes, i was given the wrong sandwich. I asked for Italian White with my Meatball Marinara, but was given Italian Herb and Cheese. Some of the meatballs were cold and hard. Never ordering again.

Took ages to arrive, food was all cold. Ordered a steak and cheese with double meat and double cheese, but arrived with no cheese on it at all. Other sandwich was missing cheese and bbq sauce.

Amazing food never discounted with a subway lunch. Thank you.

Tastes really good but do recommend more meatballs for the price it was

I was extremely courteous with the young man who delivered our meal to the wrong place. I was promised the speedy delivery of a replacement meal. It did not happen. I called Subway and was told that the delivery was on its way. Our meal is exactly 2 hours and 20 minutes late.

Although both foot longs were toasted, they arrived cold. Still tasted good

Food late and stone cold. No cheese on meatballs. Dip missing. Nacho chicken pieces so over cooked and dried out that they are completely inedible. Everytime I’ve ordered from Subway there has been an issue however lesson learnt. Won’t be ordering again. What a waste of money.

Very quick, still warm and in perfect condition. Lad who delivered very polite

Sub was good, fries were rubbish, soggy and one mushy mass. Ice cream looked and tasted a little suspect, didn’t eat it, date expired Jan 2023.

My partner went to collect the food on time and he was „greeted” by a rude member of staff who clearly has attitude problems (not the first time he was being rude to us) made him wait for another couple mins while he Waited for him to Put our drinks and crisps in the bag, the food was cold and our footlong sandwiches weren’t even cut and my sub was missing some veg I requested.

Absolutely disgusting waited two and a half hours still nothing has turned up and no communication whatsoever… abysmal service.

When called the restaurant they said they would get to it when they get to it as customers In the store take priority. Order now says delivered and it had not been delivered it’s been over an hour

Awful. Took an hour and 15 mins to get here and it was the wrong order, i told the lady it was wrong and then it took another 25 mins to arrive.

Half our order was missing, and was all cold, didn’t let us know they didn’t have some of the items

Food was NOT as advertised on website. Called Subway to complain and got a chap assuring me that I couldn't read a website properly. Shame that I had taken screen shots... Never again! At least the dogs enjoyed it...

Food arrived late, when called and asked why just got told it was a bit of a mess and nothing else? they also gave us different bread to what we asked for, didn’t even think to say just changed it. Food then arrived cold and nachos were as soggy as anything because of the delay.

Order was later than hoped, but quickly confirmed new time when prompted. Food was great as always and the person who delivered was friendly!

The food arrived over half an hour late. We are sure, however, that it is because Sub were understaffed. We would hate any negative comment to have any bearing on the member of staff who delivered the meal. It was probably not her fault.

I asked for toasted subs and they came not toasted so I rang up and the man on the phone was very rude, not that I was very bothered because it’s still nice food but the man was rude as anything.

The 6 inch sub looked like it had been rolled and stepped on then dipped in the sauce. Disappointed!!

I have ordered and paid for a footlong meal and was delivered a 6inch meal, tried contacting the restaurant but phone line kept cutting out.

Food arrived on time but was missing an item which was orange juice

I have been to many subways, and this one by far the worst experience ever. The staff especially one was very rude to the other and i quote "dick" after telling them to shut up. "Dont tell me to shut up" and other. The salad bars were very disturbing to see. Cross contamination triggers. Cheese with chicken. Chicken with beef. Beef and chicken, bacon in with vegan things and salads. Not caring about what goes where. Took their sweet time with our food. Nearly 20 minutes wait for 2 subs. Whilst changing the order and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Forgot the cheese. Forgot the chicken nachos etc. Food was OK Standards of staff were extremely poor. Was ashamed to be served by them. Will not be going again. We waited for our food whilst the young boy was talking to another customer. Not dealing with our food. It was cold when we had it.
