Bullshit I ordered food and it got cancelled and no money back it's bin 3 days

Great food as always chicken was slightly salty, but that’s to be expected

Delivery was extremely late. Pizza had obviously been left in the oven too long it was like cardboard. It was also stone cold by the time it arrived. Inedible.

I have not received this and very disappointed I want to request a refund

I ordered a pizza pocket meal but sadly the chips were missing

Absolutely appalling past 10 times I’ve ordered on here it’s always been over a hour late and stone cold.

This meal was shocking. I ordered here and it arrived 1 hour late and I ordered a chicken kebab and got a apple 😤 Never ordering from here again

Chips were cold and undercooked, garlic pot had been shaken around and slightly split and made a big mess when I opened it

Could of been better, all the meat was really hard, didn’t seem fresh at all, was like it was left in a hot hold for a few hours

Delivery was 30 minutes late called them up and had shocking customer service. Food was dry and cold. Chicken was unpleasant and flavourless. Kebabs were vile covered in “sweet chillie sauce” but tasted more like a hot sauce. The pitta was unopenable. Do not waste ur money or your time ordering from here. Not happy at all.

Apart from the delivery time changing the food was worth the wait. The kebab meat was lovely! Nicest I've had in Hereford for a while!

Didn’t deliver all of my food and didn’t bring missing item after saying they would when i rung them up about it. Wasted my money, do not waste yours!

part of the order was missing. called and was offered to send it out or get 10% of next delivery. ask for it send, took 50min but the food was delish and the person on the phone was very helpful. shame they forgot part of it in begin, but will be ordering again.

All the pizzas were dry and really unpleasant to eat. The chicken on the one pizza looked colourless and unappealing, it was quite tasteless. The one pizza is supposed to have garlic sauce on it and didn’t. And instead of the usual nice garlic dip we have we had these vile garlic pots of sauce that we’ve never had before. Completely spoilt the food for everyone as we ordered the dip specifically to eat with the food and whatever we had tonight didn’t taste good and went in the bin.

Had a takeaway from them. Was really nice and tasteful. Highly reccommend it to others.

Can’t fault the service but I didn’t get a receipt from them & I can’t claim my money back from my boss.

food was nice as always. driver delivered wrong drinks. when I phoned store, they said would resend and keep what was sent, when arrived still only had 3 not 4 cans and demanded other back. this had been opened as was told to keep. driver was rude as his next order was now short a drink.

Best driver ive had in years top bloke found the buzzer instead of just tapping on front door apologised for small delay due to traffic. Food was nice and hot still but not 15” pizza the box yes might be but that was clearly a 12 inch

No chips even though we upgraded to a meal

Milkshake was lovely and perfect but the Food was uncooked chips were cold. One slice of cake is not enough for price you pay. Cake was soggy and banana was all brown and mushy. Tummy feels bad like straight away after eating it

Stupid delivery guy. I left a note saying phone or text when outside because I live in a shared house and everyone is asleep. The idiot banging on the door loudly. Now everyones mad I woke them all up. How hard is it?

This was our 2nd time ordering from Perfect. Th1st time was amazing, but this time round was totally different. The order came in all separate bags, and the driver was all over the place trying to struggle so it wouldn’t drop. The food was warmish. We had a large chips which had cheese on that we didn’t order. We didn’t ring to sort it out as my son had been working all day and just wanted food so ate it, but then didn’t eat half of it. I can’t believe how different from the 1st order to tonight

Ordered a 12” pizza, received maybe a 7-9”. Phoned shop, refused refund or redelivery or any sort of help e.g. contacting uber eat to solve this for future customers. Person on phone was very rude about it.

It’s good food however after paying 7.99 for burger and chips and getting the burger wrong is a massive waste of food and money. I wouldn’t be mad but when I ordered a chicken smash burger with everything BUT bbq sauce and I got a chicken and salad double bbq sauce burger, its really frustrating. Advertising a smash burger on Uber eats containing gherkins and cheese and perfect burger sauce and then receiving nothing like that is wrong. Update your Uber eats or update your shop advertising menu. Waste of my money.

Delicious and good value for money

I ordered my usual chicken supreme which was lovely. My partner had the double chicken burger, which he also enjoyed. Fast forward a few hours and we are both severely vomiting and having diarrhoea. Severe cramps were not pleasant. To say we won't be ordering from here again is an understatement, which is a shame. 4 days later and neither of us are 100%

I ordered a Donna burger, but instead received a great big massive train of Donna meat and chips, which one what I ordered and I couldn’t eat it all. This place is starting to go down in my estimations, they used to be so great come on

I sent me the wrong chicken and put mint sauce in my burger, which I didn’t like I accidentally took the box but then untied it they also missed out my milkshake.

I had a very tasty vegetarian volcano pizza, with generous toppings and delivered hot and fresh. I also had two pieces of fried chicken which were crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. Very enjoyable and good value for money.

delivery was good although didnt leave at door. food was cold, milkshake was all melted and spilt so barelt any even left in the cup.in the wrap meal is supposed to be chips, there was only a wrap no chips.

I took it to take away several times. Always delicious. And what is important for me, the food here is Halal. There is a wide variety of pizza, there are chicken wings, there is even Doner.

Food was nice but I was given the wrong item which ruined it a bit, I ordered chicken donner meat but was given lamb Donner. Can't comment on the Donner meat but the rest of my meal was great. Would order again as long as the get my order right!

Nash food, however, ran out of fudge cake I think and didn’t send it substituted it with pie, luckily I like the pie, but the restaurant need to communicate with their customers if they are changing something just in case

Absolutely appalling. So rude and didn’t care at all. they had gotten my order completely wrong and missed items and when i reported the issue they told me they could send the replacements tomorrow then hang up. Food was also disgusting. Cold hard chips and soggy cold pizza . lovely 😋

Why did you copy the entire menu and prices of munchies, I though perfect fried chicken was not a part of munchies company I thought you would be a independent fast food restaurant and not relying on Munchies

My favourite takeaway in Hereford. Huge menu, always tasty, good value and sometimes I get an extra chicken wing in there ❤️

Really disappointed with the service this evening. We ordered before 6pm for a delivery at 8pm. It didn’t arrive until 10 to 9 and it arrived cold. Granted it’s a Saturday but a Saturday shouldn’t be an excuse for such late delivery with no apology or phone call to let us know. We called and couldn’t get through so we had no idea, and we’d paid in advance! All food was cold, couldn’t be eaten without us reheating it all in the oven. It’s a shame because the food was actually quite nice. Very disappointing will not use ever again due to the poor service, waste of money

Used to be decent. Now it's a shambles. Shocking service and lost orders. Hang up on you when they've finished talking. Over an HR and a half for a plain pizza to be told by JustEat it had been delivered .. with no delivery!! No explanation.. was it just a driver making off with my food? Who the f knows.

I would not recommend this place for food , I went in the shop as I was passing by . The food was for myself, my wife and 3 kid , the order was for 2 pizzas, chicken , burgers, wrap and cans of pop at the cost of nearly £42 ,we waited for nearly 45 minutes, got home and the order was wrong. I think we had someone else order. I phoned up as it was a 20 minute drive back to the shop. I was told that someone will deliver my food to my house that evening but couldn't give me a time but guess what we never had the order replaced, anyway we ate what food we wanted from the order and put the rest in the bin . I will not be recommending this take away to anyone.

Missing 3 drinks, fries are cold and 1 boneless box didn't have chicken strips. 30 mins late, normally have a good service from Perfect but this is the 3rd time we've had items missing. Tried to call to sort with restaurant directly but couldn't get through.

The kebab was missing from the order!

Placed an order rather small was told it would be at my address between 12:45 - 01:05 however it didn't arrive between those times so called up the store and chased up the order. The delivery driver informed us that he was leaving at the time of the call and that he would be 15 mins which meant it would be here at 1:15. No sign of the driver and no number of the driver to contact and food still hasn't been delivered. Very poor would not recommend. Awful service.

Wow so much better than KFC!!! Delivered hot and not greasy at all. Absolutely stuffed and couldn’t finish it all. Such great value for money. Cannot fault this place!!!!! Hubby absolutely loved his kebab too. Highly recommend

Not sure why my "oreo milkshake" tasted like greasy chicken and pizza, made me and my sister gag. Horrible. Especially for being £5.
