Kentucky Fried Chicken in Herefordshire, County of

Ordered a 12” pizza, received maybe a 7-9”. Phoned shop, refused refund or redelivery or any sort of help e.g. contacting uber eat to solve this for future customers. Person on phone was very rude about it.

It’s good food however after paying 7.99 for burger and chips and getting the burger wrong is a massive waste of food and money. I wouldn’t be mad but when I ordered a chicken smash burger with everything BUT bbq sauce and I got a chicken and salad double bbq sauce burger, its really frustrating. Advertising a smash burger on Uber eats containing gherkins and cheese and perfect burger sauce and then receiving nothing like that is wrong. Update your Uber eats or update your shop advertising menu. Waste of my money.

I ordered my usual chicken supreme which was lovely. My partner had the double chicken burger, which he also enjoyed. Fast forward a few hours and we are both severely vomiting and having diarrhoea. Severe cramps were not pleasant. To say we won't be ordering from here again is an understatement, which is a shame. 4 days later and neither of us are 100%

I took it to take away several times. Always delicious. And what is important for me, the food here is Halal. There is a wide variety of pizza, there are chicken wings, there is even Doner.

Wow what fantastic food. First time I tried it and it was great. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Definitely go there again.

Alway great food served here ive never had a complaint and is always severed in a good take home box that is provided, food always good and hot I alway get a mixed kebab with chillies and a chilli sauce, which has plenty of meat, very happy with service and food, perfect in every way. Absolutely appalling. So rude and didn’t care at all. they had gotten my order completely wrong and missed items and when i reported the issue they told me they could send the replacements tomorrow then hang up. Food was also disgusting. Cold hard chips and soggy cold pizza . lovely 😋

Why did you copy the entire menu and prices of munchies, I though perfect fried chicken was not a part of munchies company I thought you would be a independent fast food restaurant and not relying on Munchies

Really disappointed with the service this evening. We ordered before 6pm for a delivery at 8pm. It didn’t arrive until 10 to 9 and it arrived cold. Granted it’s a Saturday but a Saturday shouldn’t be an excuse for such late delivery with no apology or phone call to let us know. We called and couldn’t get through so we had no idea, and we’d paid in advance! All food was cold, couldn’t be eaten without us reheating it all in the oven. It’s a shame because the food was actually quite nice. Very disappointing will not use ever again due to the poor service, waste of money

Used to be decent. Now it's a shambles. Shocking service and lost orders. Hang up on you when they've finished talking. Over an HR and a half for a plain pizza to be told by JustEat it had been delivered .. with no delivery!! No explanation.. was it just a driver making off with my food? Who the f knows.

I would not recommend this place for food , I went in the shop as I was passing by . The food was for myself, my wife and 3 kid , the order was for 2 pizzas, chicken , burgers, wrap and cans of pop at the cost of nearly £42 ,we waited for nearly 45 minutes, got home and the order was wrong. I think we had someone else order. I phoned up as it was a 20 minute drive back to the shop. I was told that someone will deliver my food to my house that evening but couldn't give me a time but guess what we never had the order replaced, anyway we ate what food we wanted from the order and put the rest in the bin . I will not be recommending this take away to anyone.

Placed an order rather small was told it would be at my address between 12:45 - 01:05 however it didn't arrive between those times so called up the store and chased up the order. The delivery driver informed us that he was leaving at the time of the call and that he would be 15 mins which meant it would be here at 1:15. No sign of the driver and no number of the driver to contact and food still hasn't been delivered. Very poor would not recommend. Awful service.

Not sure why my "oreo milkshake" tasted like greasy chicken and pizza, made me and my sister gag. Horrible. Especially for being £5.

Absolutely ridiculous! Waited for 1.5h for 1 pizza, never arrived. Called them they said another 5min and nothing again. Called back again after 15min, they said we will send your order in 20min!!! We cancelled the order. Don't waste your time on money on a business like this that people who run it don't even understand what customer service means.

Would never order from here again. Food took over an hour and a half, then when it finally arrived it was stone cold. Called the restaurant and they said the best the can do is send my order out again but that can take up to an hour. Asked for a refund and they said no because the manager wasn’t it. Would give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest. All in all terrible customer service!

Very unhappy with my order by giving me the wrong size pizzas and charging me a lot more for it when the menu board said a cheaper price. The service was very bad, he told me 15min wait but waited 40mins. Noticed well waiting. He was eating the chips in front of us straight out of the fryer. Missing hot wings buyed for 10 got 8 😔. Never go again the way I was treated. Please stay away!

A very unhappy prices on the board aren't what's given. I ordered two extra large pizzas with them on the 2 for 22.99 And then was given 12 inch pizzas and told that they've changed the prices now but on the board it still has a price after the waiting 35 minutes for the pizzas when you send me 15 minutes the lad behind the counter counter was too busy playing on his phone speaking on his phone to loads over different people will not be using them again. Stay clear

I ordered food at 12:30 just past midnight as that’s when I finished work and the food did not arrive and have not received a refund would just like to say this is a joke and do not buy from here.

Do not eat from this place. Ordered food from here. Delivery driver didn’t read delivery instructions saying leave inside porch and was banging as loud as he could for 5 minutes and then left my porch door wide open for anyone to walk in and take the food. Then hour later after having food I’m violently throwing up with clear signs of food poisoning ring to complain and they say it’s not there food and don’t care about what it has caused. Everyone needs to 100% stay away from this place will not be eating again

First time in Hereford and I must say what a great experience it was due to the quality of the food supplied by perfect. Great service from the lovely chap on the counter. Highly recommend.

Well where do I start 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver I was told it would be an hour when I rang the shop all he said well it’s Saturday night what do you expect now I’m fuming , on the menu I wanted a smash burger I was told we don’t do them anymore we do gourmet burgers now so I ordered one with chips was told it only comes with fries so I couldn’t have chips when it arrived nearly cold the gourmet burger was like rubber fries had to put in microwave the pizza was barely warm and looked like it had been kicked round the shop when I was complaining to the man on the phone about the time it was taking to get here the lovely man was offering me to go to the shop and complain to his face ( luckily for him I had a drink ) then was told next time to pick it up so I would have nothing to complain about anyway I’m am never going to use this company again and if I was you go somewhere else

It is great for a post-alcoholic night. A dedicated team that offers delicious pizza at a late time. I ordered half meat feast, which was fairly salty. However it was redeemed by the friendly staff! A great place for affordable, and tasty pizza while on a budget. We had a parger pizza which came with 2 fries. We swapped the fries for garlic bread without any fuss. This restaraunt has a dedicated team serving it. A prodominantly Syrian workforce. Which means your pizza will be served at its perfection amd cooked woth blood, sweat and tears. I would rate this pizza a 9/10 for a drunken night out. It has the perfect amount of sauce and cheese, however the salt content was too extreme. I will definitely order from here again! Awful food. Chips are just vile. The pizza is always burnt and very dry so it's like a beard stick. The chicken is deep fried and is never cooked right through and delivery is always late and so the food has gone cold. I don't recommend this take away to anyone. It's a waste of time and money.

Use to be a regular customer. But it’s become a terrible service. Made an order but come after 1 hour and half later. The food on arrival was all cold and hard. Then noticed one order was missing. Called up for the missing order that took another 2 hours to come. Excellent food - high quality lots of it and delivered piping hot. Large order placed for 8 of us who were holidaying in the area. Staff were super helpful and the food was all delivered quickly and was hot with nothing missing. The milkshakes we ordered were lovely and sweet and icy cold. The portion sizes were more than substantial and everything was tasty and we were all super impressed. Highly recommended A+++++
