Nice clean burgar king. Only 4stars because it's nothing special.

This is the worst burger king I have ever visited food half cooked and cold revolting needs shut down it is filthy.

I stumbled into this burger emporium on a exciting Friday lunch time. It was suspiciously quiet. Almost too quiet. As I walked in the 3 or 4 other diners all turned to look at me, a bit like the pub scene in American Werewolf in London. Odd. I decided to order a chxiekn burger with some sort of peppercorn sauce. It arrived pretty quickly so no complaints there but what I discovered to my dismay was that the peppercorn sauce must have the consistency of water. The bun that encased the chicken burger was now just a mess. A wet bread doughie splat. There were a few bits of peppercorn that were now part of the bread mess and there was a very faint taste of pepper but not a lot and it wasn't overly delicious. So service, good. Atmosphere, a bit weird if I'm honest. Food, on this occasion it was mank.

I come in here a fair bit for lunch with working in town and the staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Simon. The restaurant is always clean and tidy and the food, spot on. Never had any issues.

Hugely busy day so stopped in for a late lunch around 1430. The team behind the till were in great spirits, acknowledged and had a chat, really good customer service for my particular (fussy) order. Food was made to order and hit the spot.

(UPDATE) 2024 this place needs to close down shocking!! Food was cold,drinks dispencer was only serving cola,no friendly customer service & dont even get me started on the toilets!! Blood over door handle and human faeces smeared on the wall!! Will never return there. Absolutely disgusting.(Hereford store)

Always nice to see Burger King 👑 has kept their burgers the same reasonable size and not reduced them in size like some other well know American burger establishments. Fresh salad, good offer, fast service, full sugar soda 🥤 fountains, real Coka Cola and Dr Pepper.

Crowded mostly and needed to ask for ingredients but was told to look on website because they don't have ingredients listed anywhere in store looked on website and no ingredients was listed, my mother ended up not eating because she's allergic to bell pepper and she wasn't sure if the chilli cheese bites she wanted had bell pepper in them Burger king should really list ingredients in store, something in glad McDonald's and almost everywhere else does

Extremely happy with my experience well done to all the staff.

Chips stone cold, looked and tasted like they had been left a while. Burger so cold the cheese didn't even melt. Young girl was okay, wasn't happy about providing us with a lid as the machine had none for your drink. Tables dirty. Not one part of the food l was warm or hot. Also the second burger king with no lids or napkins out, must be a burger thing thing. Least McDonald's is hot.

It's very expensive compared to McDonald's, was a nice size restaurant and clean food was hot And quick service just don't think it's worth the money to be honest

I had a whopper meal and it was lovely, it almost looked exactly like the picture which has never happened with fast food before, it wasn't overly busy which was great as I am in a wheelchair and it was nice to be able to choose where to sit.

Nice building, really clean inside, really nice helpful friendly staff, some fantastic offers and deals. I tried the new double melt and fries with cheese sauce and bacon on them, they were fantastic a real taste Sensation I really enjoyed the cheese sauce on them and the bacon bits were really tasty. I also had the lemon ice drink that was wonderful, had a real shot strong lemon taste to it I really enjoyed. The staff were excellent and made it a wonderful experience definitely go again highly recommend it

I often go to Burger King every Thursday, but today was an exception. I met a friend there today for lunch 🍝🥗🍱

So me and hubby went into burger and no soon we walked in we should of walked our not only did 2 meal and 2 sides cost 32 pounds but it was cold I have half lettuce the core and all I will never go in there again people don’t care and the coke was warm and flat yuck close down

I have also favoured Burger King over Macdonalds, but Burger King Hereford food was just awful. It is the worst Burger King I have been to in the world . I had chip with cheese and bacon and the temperature was lukewarm. The burger was even worse and was disgusting, just above cold and I had to check to se if it was cooked. Zero stars for customer service and food presentation. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN

I come in every week and staff are really lovely and helpful. £4.99 king box meal is great value for money and its’s good quality

Visited around 6pm on a Monday and it was incredibly quiet. Food was fine, service quick and the order points easy to use.

As always the food was tasty and served hot. You've always got to love a burger King The food was quick to come even though they had to cook it to order, so it arrived nice and fresh. So if you like your burgers then go get a burger king

Visited for the first time in a while, wasn't very busy, about 4 tables occupied.. more than that with dirty trays on them, no one cleaning staff to busy talking and picking their nails in the kitchen. Food was miserable and cold, no lids for the cups, my diet coke tasted as though it had been in the machine for months and no ice either..cupboard door hanging off its hinges at the condiments table and rubbish shoved in holes that clearly state not to have rubbish in them.. someone needs to put the boot up their @££

Burger was cold (bacon double cheese), even though I thought they were cooked to order, coke was warm and flat, even with ice, it just melted into it within seconds. No ketchup offered, chips were nice, but very small portion (was supposed to be a large). No wonder macdonalds opposite is rammed, I'll wait next time instead of coming here for nearly twice the price for garbage!

Stone cold burger again when its that dead cook them fresh ,average staff awful atmosphere crazy prices for a cold burger even the bun was cold sadly never again .Burger King used to rule this is no longer the case .

Good sized Burger King.i was served straight away.and food came in 4 minutes.Took me 15 minutes to find it though.as Hereford is a dreadful place for one way streets.no parking and yellow lines on what seems every street.

I just been there today very few people eating. I waited at the counter two members of staff behind the counter doing nothing. The one guy looked at me and ignored me so I walked out I heard one of these guys say ****hole I won't be going into this establishment again ever

The food was good all hot and nice, however it took quite a while to get our order, was quite busy though. I've been here a few times and sometimes the tables are dirty and the floor. I'm glad to see that this time it wasn't.

Clean ...food was much better than I had in McDonalds and not as busy ..I very very rarely have fast food..but it was a good choice

A guilty pleasure! We rarely eat take away food, but Burger King is one treat my wife and I share. Haven't been to Burger King in over seven years! This trip did not disappoint! Burgers and chips just as good as seven years ago! Will definitely visit again, maybe sooner this time!

Ordered via the app, collected and brought home. Burger missing from order but the rest of the meal was included. The fries were undercooked and hard.

Burger King seemed clean and tidy

Bit disappointed with Hereford Burger King. Almost cold, hard burger, paid for full fat coke (don't have a burger King often and want to do it properly haha), only to get to the machine and find out no coke available at all. Staff not brilliantly friendly. Lots of school kids using it as a hangout and not buying food.

First experience of this Burger King in Hereford. I ordered in store and it took about 15 minutes which is acceptable for fresh burgers. But they missed the sauce and drinks I had on my order along with medium chips. Went up to the till and he gave me my sauce and drinks. But the chips there should have been 2 lots of and when I briefly checked instore I had 1 lot thinking I saw 2. Meal was average and not hot or warm. Probably better if you eat in here.

Rude customer service, mess up orders. Always dirty when in there, broken door so limited access for disabled. Staff are kids man so immature.

Had the most amazing vegan burger. It was delicious. Very nice staff and very clean. Will be trying the other vegan options very soon. Really enjoyed it.

Dirty table. Bizarre drinks dispenser...you have to download an app in order to get your drinks from the dispenser Un-signed, wet floor around drinks dispenser. Cold chips. No soap in the toilet. Hardly any customers so no excuses.

The chilli cheese bites are what got the stars really, that and the staff are friendly, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, start of the day and the floors and seats are covered from the day previous. The burger sadly was cold, heaven knows how seeing as they have just opened.

Burger bun dry and crumbly, very little sauce, dry beef pattie, large fries were cold and only half full. Delivery was early but food was disappointing.

My mate loves McDonald's and I don't. This was the day I convinced her to try burger King. I have converted the McDonald's Monster into a burger queen! And she doesn't want to ever get McDonald's ever again!

I like the way, how to order on big touch screen. It's easy customizable. Grilled on real fire means great taste.

Not much to say really, the food is great if you want a quick bite to eat or if you're on the move Reasonable prices for fast food, sometimes it's brill, sometimes it's awful

Ordered a burger that did not come with bbq sauce. Served up awash with it. Took it back the replacement was again almost drenched in bbq sauce. Server had to shout at kitchen staff. Replacement bun was stale. Premises tables were grubby. Management need to manage. Very quiet the McD opposite was busy. Says it all.

Hit and miss... Usually miss... Honestly only go back for the cheap deals... It's so slow I don't know how they can call it fast food and it's completely disorganized, seems to have new staff every 5 mins

Don't go in here if you're in a hurry. 15/20 mins to be served on a Sat lunchtime, absolute joke. Bins were overflowing and tables were dirty. Defo needs more staff and a rethink on how they organise serving.

It used to be my favorite burger place. It is gone down for past few years. Wherever I tried around the UK it was very poor burgers. No more standards buns are old and stale salad are not fresh sauce is changed burgers are over cooked and dry some even black. Will never go to another burger King again.

Absolutely dire food was revolting should have known by the fact the place was empty. Burgers arrived looking nothing like the pictures and were cold. Place was dirty and on reflection should have gone across the road to mac ds. Left over half the order. Never going back

Burger King Hereford , 26/06/21 @ 7pm walked in and the "restaurant" was empty! and I can see why! the place was filthy ,used face masks on the tables and the floor ,food bits all over the table and the floor! we were greeted by a young man who grunted at us to use the track n trace app and them proceeded to "clean" the tables with his bare hands ! no cloth no spray his bare hands , so we walked backed out again

Chips were lovely, however the burger and the attitude of the staff were a bit cold

Slowest service we have ever received at any Fast food restaurant. We ordered three meals for takeaway and had to wait over half an hour for them when there were no customers in front of us, while people who came in after us got served before us . The online delivery orders get done before walk ins which is a joke.Delivery drivers budging past and knocking us, some of them not wearing masks. Burgers were meh,buns were dry and the gherkins tasted off. Drinks were flat and lacked any fizz. Chips hard and cold. After waiting that amount of time you’d expect everything to be perfectly done. No apologies from the staff at all. Would not bother, save your money and time.

Good but quite rude staff. They got my order wrong. When I mentioned that it was wrong was told that it is what I asked for. Even showed them the receipt and only then did they apologise and change my order. Food was great when correct.

Not great by any stretch, we were missing a burger from our order (should of checked bag) fries were way over salted so not nice, we don't eat McDonalds but think it mite of been better. Found it to be very overpriced and service was very slow.

Well basically I came here and of course we're in a pandemic so there were limited tables but the staff are as slow as snails and the bloke at the counter was too busy that he took fifteen minutes just to ask for my order then It was cold. I dunno anymore

Had a great time today with my sister and my 4 year lld niece, when we started singing happy birthday to her, one of the servers came running over to give my niece a little crown! Was so lovely of them, would like to thank the server that did this!

Ordered food from burger king on just eat to be delivered. When it came both drinks were missing, when asked the driver said “ nothing to do with me I only deliver the food.” We contacted Burger King to be told they check all orders before they go out and do not make mistakes so ring just eat because we aren’t interested. Food we did manage to get delivered was barely warm and tasteless. AVOID THIS DISGUSTING PLACE EVEN THE RATS HAVE GONE ESLEWHERE!!!!!
