Ordered a small margarita pizza amongst other things and it has been over-seasoned, never before has there been seasoning ON the cheese to the point it is green, granted we noticed it after half hour of it being delivered but arguing with your customers too? Used to love ordering from here, can’t believe the service I’ve received tonight.

Another place in Ross on wye that closes before google maps says sort it out guys people are hungry

As a regular traveler to Ross on wye and having used this place several times it is consistently nice. There is a good selection on the menu at very reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommended

Our first kebabs were delivered this evening and they won't be our last. They were delivered within the timeframe allocated. Plenty of meat along with all the trimmings, as per our online order. Definitely highly recommend. Thank you Best Kebab.

As takeaways go it offers a good menu at fair prices, the pizza's aren't what they used to be lately so I now avoid those but kebab wise it's very good. Staff seem friendly, recently changed hands but it's all still OK, Clean etc

Yuck, chicken was bland and horrible, shame as I travel through there every week, I'll try one of the other places on the street next time I think

Ordered a chicken shish and a Doner Kebab online. collected was ready on tome they both tasted great. The salad was nicely prepared and thinly sliced.

First time having food there and we got it delivered to our camp site. The driver was very nice and the meat was great and generous portion. Good local place to eat 😊

Really not the best if this is the best then I really feel for the ross punters spent 40 pound tonight for some items so inedible never again the meat was so salty I had a chicken shish my friend had the mixed kebab the meat was soft but so Salty you couldn't taste anything else it took the skin off the roof of my mouth service was quick but made me think why tbh ordered a pizza and a cheese burger which the kids ate because they were hungry won't be ordering again also no carrot no Tom's no cucumber with salad they don't do mint yoghurt sauce either dont waste your money honestly

I'm a lorry driver parked on the A40 just outside Ross on wye phone call was nice and polite told them where I was gave them my vehicle details had my pizza within 45 mins very nice I recommend this takeaway to lorry drivers parked in Ross

Absolutely banging. On holiday at the priory and they delivered with a smile and some cracking food. The special kebab was bob on and the salad was crunchy and delicious. Thankyou.

Used to love this place. Don't know what's happened but the last 6 months the foods horrible. 7.50 kebab that litterally wouldn't of fed my 4 year old son let alone me. Chips already cold. I wasn't going to write a review but this has been consistently small portioned and terrible food lately. Getting expensive too

Food was nice but expensive for the size portion, I know things have gone up but this was extortionate ! Won’t be going back unless I win the lottery and don’t think that will happen as I don’t do it.

Had 4 times now since moving to Ross and after trying others this is miles ahead for the quality of the food always fresh and hot can't knock it so far brilliant food

Ordered 2 kebabs for delivery and charged £34.80 needless to say they could have it back! I was told £24.80 on the phone e so they were charging £10 for delivery. Definitely not paying that ridiculous amount of money for a take away!

Quick, tasty and fresh Food. Top quality service. The Staff always have a smile on their face. I highly reccomend everyone close by to eat there delicious kebab.

OMFG That was so delicious. I can't believe what my mouth tasted. That doner was so tasty. I recommend everyone who's close by to hereford to visit this small town rose on wye and stop by at THE BEST ONE. MAKE SURE TO TASTE THE CHILLI WINGS!!!

Consistently excellent kebabs and pizzas, with easy online ordering, Best burgers in Ross too.

I wouldnt even give it that as I sent my daughter and her friend in to get dinner and it should off came to £47.80 that's for 4 x 9in pizza with chips and drinks which are £7.50 each 1 small chips £2.00 and 3 x doner meat and chips small £6.70 and 3 x cans of drink £1.20 that's a total of £47.50 they charged my daughter £60 and we got home and 2 lots of chips was missing then we phoned them and they said no you only said 3 chips not going to use again.

This kebab shop it’s certainly ‘The Best’. We enjoyed it so much that we actually used them twice whilst we stayed close to Ross-on-Wye. The chaps are accommodating to the changes we wanted to make and the portion sizes were great too. If it’s a kebab you’re after give The Best a try, we couldn’t fault it!

Absolutely disgusting Fish and Chips. Two deep fried pieces of god knows what. I rang and complained,and didn't need to say anything,he knew what he'd sent out. Vile disgusting crap. Offered to send me replacement which I refused. Never ever again. Photo attached.

The best fast food in ross on wye

Visited here whilst on a business trip in the area. Walked in and saw the real charcoal grill and thought this is going to be a lovely meal. Ordered a mixed chicken and lamb shish kebab with salad and chili sauce. The meat was cooked lovely over the grill and tasted great, what let the meal down; the chili sauce wasn't homemade it was out of a plastic bottle, the salad was ok, but no pickled chilies (which most establishments do). The meat and salad were in a polystyrene take away container and a pitta bread was put on top of this. Most kebab places either put the meat and salad in the opened pitta, or at least at the bottom. I felt this let it down a little as the meat juices didn't get into the pitta.

Ordered a 9" hawian stuffed crust with extra mushrooms and it was great, hot wings very 🔥. Would have given it 5 🌟, but they forgot to send a vat receipt as requested.

Very disappointed in meal think it's a rip off ordered a mixed kebab expecting a good mixture of chicken and doner whenn arrived I had about 6 ish small pieces of chicken which was dry and the rest of the meal doner which was tasteless and dry had about 95% doner 5% chicken and wasnt very warm either and that cost £8.60...will I return definitely not

Parked up at Ross services for the night and had a kebab delivered to the truck. It was excellent, as good as any take away kebab I have had. 5 star.
