Just had a cheese and tomato pizza my wife ordered,first and last time I order from here,dry over cooked,rock hard,if I lived closer it would be going back.My son had the same and his was identical !!

Guys, what can I say. It was (is) a Monday night. We’ve had a VERY long day and I cannot even begin to tell you the excitement we all had for a late night pizza and sides. We’re on tour, I have been fortunate enough to sample pizza & sides from an astounding amount of kebab/late night food/fast food restaurants all over the country. On our Monday night in Hereford after a very successful show we were, some would say “buzzing” for a lovely late night snack. Sadly - after over an hour of waiting for this gourmet treat I had a call from the delivery driver expressing concern over my location. I can ASSURE YOU the location on Deliveroo was completely accurate (I’m ridiculously good at this!), I then spent 15 minutes on the phone to a mumbling driver who was concerningly infuriated over the location being in a car park and could not fathom this. After many many MANY confusing back-and-fourth mumblings he muttered a phrase that rhymes with “duck this”, hung up and TO OUR ABSOLUTE DISMAY gave up attempting to deliver our pizza & sides. My excitement for a phenomenal Marmaris Kebab House pizza & sides was crushed. We had no food. We are hungry. But at least we have the smiles and the memories.

I ordered food and put the wrong address in and I tried calling and calling to try and change my address and nothing has happened I haven’t received my food so I will be filling a complaint and want my money back I’m fuming

Disgusting food! Used to be the best kebab shop in Hereford, not anymore! They used to give you a huge salad with lemon wedges and jalapeños, now it's just a tiny portion of salad that looks like it came from a supermarket. I also ordered a burger for over £7 and I had to throw it away. The bottom of the bun was completely soaked through and fallen apart when i picked it up. I'm also pretty sure the food has given me a stomach bug as I have been having stomach problems since eating the kebab. Avoid this place.

Quality is very poor for the higher-than-normal prices. Nothing tasted too bad, but nothing tasted good either. Very little cheese on the expensive cheesy chips. Expensive "chocolate cake" appears to be an unspecified cheesecake. Wrap was watery. Despite paying for double toppings on pizza, there seems to be a normal amount. Some things were meant to be hot and others were meant to be cold, but everything was just teppid. Waste of food and money.

I ordered 12 onion rings but i only get 10 insead of 12. Delivery Driver wasnt been very kind

Even though the delivery was late the staff at Marmaris realised the Pizza would be cold so sent a fresh one alongside the cold one as a consolation. I appreciate their thoughtfulness. Great customer service!

Food is decent but when ordering via just eat and have collected stamps through that to get a discount for having ordered before I wouldn't expect my dad to come back telling me that they spoke very rudely to him shouting why has she had this discount. Not sure why I keep going back after having several bad experiences with bad attitude from staff members.

Order not received and no communication. wouldn't have minded if they'd have called us and said the couldn't fulfill the order because that would have allowed us to order elsewhere. We've had some great food from here before so when it was lat, rang the restaurant and they said it'd be another 25 mins (this is time 10 mins after max delivery time) and then waited another 45 mins....tried to call no answer. No food, we paid upfront and hope we can get a refund :(

Food has not arrived and I callled the restaurant regarding what happened and they have just put the phone down on me!

The customer service in this place is awful . I ordered food and when I rang up to find out an update as it had been 2 hours , they asked me ‘what do I want?’ Would not recommend

Ordered just after 8pm and it was marked as delivered not too long after 10pm, except we DID NOT receive our food. Called them up to be told they were sorry and to wait 15 more minutes. 35 minutes pass and still nothing. Try calling and lines are dead entirely. Awful. Having to wait for refund, pay for food from a different place and just hope that one turns up.

2 and half hours I ordered and still waiting

Iv been waiting 2 hours and 15 mins for my food and it said it had left the restaurant a hour ago and now it says enjoy your food and it hasn’t come!!!!

Waited over an hour past delivery time. Tried phoning restaurant 25 times! Yes 25 not a typo! 24 times the line was busy the 25th it dialled out. Food has still not arrived despite being 10 mins away. I want full refund and won’t be using the restaurant again.

Food was 45 minutes late and was cold and not cooked properly

So I paid 10.00 for a donner in pitta and chips meal. With chilli sauce ! See the pics. Say no more The pitta comes separately :/ The donner was like chewing a cycle tyre ! A machine is is spinning the meat and they decided to give me some old wrinkly meat ! It was disgusting. The chilli sauce is not sauce. It’s embarrassing I will NOT recommend or go there again. Premium prices for horrible quality food ! Matter of fact they should give my money back !

the driver just kept driving up the road and made me come outside to get my food. as he rang me from inside his car saying he couldn't find the flat. if he had gotten out and looked there wouldn't have been a problem. this is down to the driver not the restaurant

All I want to say is that this place is the best, if you ever come here you’ll realise that all the staff are so friendly especially the owner, the vibes in here are amazing and the food is spectacular

Food was cold and the delivery was extremely long not to mention that I only had 4 chicken strips instead of 5 and no cheese on my chips even though I payed quite a bit for them

Normally the best place to go, but the wrap was cold and dripping in grease, and the garlic bread was stone cold too 👎🏻

Very nice pizza, delicious dough and ingredients on the top. Highly recommend, I’m glad to have them in Hereford ❤️👌

absolute disaster, I waited an hour and a half for food, box soaked in all this, it wasn't fresh when I didn't want to take it they didn't want to give me my money back, never again. marmaris you lost a customer

Against advice my son orderedfood from here. Plain chips ordered, arrived covered in cheese, great as he is lactose intolerant. Drink was missing and food cold. When rang them up, they hung up. Obviously a place that thrives on mediocrity.

My credit card has been blocked because of two transactions attempted by Marmaris kebab house (2625 GBP each!!!).

Honestly this is poor, you expect us to wait for over an hour for food, surprise, surprise, we don't have it! It's not coming either apparently as it says its still being prepared after 3 hours! I know you have lives outside of work but so do we and you may need to sleep but we can't sleep until we're absolutely certain that you aren't coming. Seeing from reviews I guess it's not

i ordered 30-40minutes before closing around (12:50am) , inconvenient i know, but it was the only place open, and now its 2:46am, no food, nothing at all. £15-£20 wasted.

States open for delivery from 3pm. Placed an order at 15:05, at 16:05, still not arrived. Contacted Marmaris to be informed the order was just being finished, then the phone put down. Called back to discover that their driver only starts their shift at 4pm so will always be a minimum of 1 hour plus cooking time before it arrives. Had their website said this, would have just collected and had this by 15:20! Update your website!

Order food around 12:40, currently 2:51 and our food is not here and when we call it goes straight to voicemail because they close at 1:30? If you couldn't make our food then why process the payment at all, if we payed we're getting what we payed for!!

I have ordered from here before and didn’t have a problem but today my order was all wrong and quantity of food was less than what was stated on the menu., it was cold, the burgers weren’t what we ordered (different sauce and no salad). Very disappointed with this order!

Small hickup with delivery as the football was on and they were rushed off their feet into the early hours but Denis more than made made it up to us and the food was outstanding.

For the money you pay not worth it no sauce no pitta bread a rip off won’t be ordering again

was surprised how long order was estimated for delivery nearly an hour and was that long. Garlic mushrooms were hot but all soggy. Donner meat cold but tasty .

This is the first and last time we will use this Mamaris, the salad had seen better days, the pitta bread was stale and rock hard, tye kebab meat was rubbery and tasteless, a complete waste of £16

Worst meal ever . Late delivery then told by the restaurant that it was my fault when they tried to deliver to the wrong post code. They tried to deliver to deliver to hr2 6 dw not my address. Meal was stone cold when it was delivered and of very poor quantity ie not one piece of chicken or slice. Very bad service not worth £2.00 let alone £20.00. Very bad attitude from shop when I phoned saying it’s my fault. I did not swear at them but they would not lessen .

No updates on the app at all. It told me the order was set for 8:05pm-8:25pm yet it came at 7:30pm! Really unhappy as I thought I had a whole hour and was preoccupied when the delivery driver came. Driver was absolutely vile. Overall a very unhappy customer. You need to be updating the app through the progression, this is unacceptable. Get a grip.

we normally never have a problem with mamaris but unfortunately on this occasion the food arrived early , uncooked and very bland and tasteless portions were very small and compared to previous orders a poor show overall

Order placed approx. 18:10, I didn’t receive my order until 20:30! I even called the restaurant at 19:50 to ask where my order was as the Just Eat app stated that it had been delivered. 40 mins later I received my items albeit cold! This is abysmal customer service, over 2 hours to actually receive a small basic order. Extremely unhappy!

Part of the order was missing- no one bothering to answer the phone either. Had to make a specific trip down to the restaurant to be told there was a new chef and a communication barrier🙄 Eventually got the missing item from my original order!

Waited 30+ minutes for a chips and cheese (walk in), to get home and find I've been given a few chips in a box with no cheese. Whilst I appreciate they were busy due to the bank holiday, taking money and not providing the ordered item is wrong, especially fir something so simple. There were a lot of people in the queue going back due to missed items.

I spent lots of money last years for that food from Marmaris but that was my last time with them... LARGE shish chicken looks for a medium and I paid for salad packed seperate but came all together... 😏

I defginately pressed /2 pounder cheese burger with double cheesse, but it didn't register and I hadn't noticed at check out. i thyink theres a design flaw in your selction process of your website. also they didn't put cheese o nthe chips but they have righted that and are send me some new ones :)

What an experience put an order In for delivery 45 minutes later the phone rings it's the driver couldn't find us my wife walked up the street for him to tell her to get the address right like we don't no where we live got the food in boom wrong order phone the shop passed about to 4 or 5 different people to them have the phone put down on me so I called back to then have the most rudist person I have ever spoke to on the phone for them to them pass me around again I finally spoke to a chap from there who managed to sort there driver to come back and took the food and we had a full refund the second time ths same driver found our house amazing customer service at its best will definitely not be back rude

We ordered food Sunday evening and all arrived cold . Lamb wasn’t cooked good . We ordered few years from Marmaris and never have experienced like last night

Once again fantastic tasting food.

Only 3 stars today instead of the normal 5. The reason for this was the 1/2 IB burger had only 2 burgers instead of 3, there was no cheese in it and the bottom bun was missing. Still as tasty as ever but a bit disappointed about that. Everything else was fine

Delivery time awesome as was the driver pizza hot and tasty except the base was a new experience not sure if its ment to be as stiff ‘n’ chewy almost like a pita bread as it was

food is usually great but on this occasion it was stone cold upon receipt and the garlic bread was also missing.

Chips were like cardboard and cold. Burger was overcooked and dry. Kebab was dripping with grease as was the salad mixed in with it, couldn't eat it. Literally binned the whole order very disappointing from somewhere that used to be so good.

Had a fantastic Doner Kebab, only got a medium, and it was BIG! Excellent chilli sauce, I like a lot! Very spicy, and great doner meat. Reasonably priced and great service. Will be going again!

Was 1st time ordering from here. Big order with lots off things modified too. Everything was to the order perfect. Fast delivery and food was fresh. Was delicious.

Ordered a large lamb shish kebab and cheese chips. Got home and they had just given me the lamb cubes and salad with no pitta bread. Quite annoying as now I can't put my meat in the pitta! Chips were cremated and not edible! Called the shop to ask why wasnt the pitta with rhe meat and why hace tjwy giving me burnt dry chips! Her responce was what am i supposed to do about it!!! Restaurant called to say driver had come address and had no response at door which can’t be possible as we were in the whole time and no one had come to the address. We were looking out the window for ages. Then we were told we had to collect it in the next 15 mins before they closed if we wanted it. Went to collect and no apology I was given. When we tried to explain on the phone we hadn’t had a knock at the door or seen a driver they just kept cutting us off and said come collect now. Not hapo

Considering it was 45 mins to an hour early. The meat was rubbery, and Stevie Wonder put the burgers together. Over £30 Inc. delivery for a burger that had to be rebuilt and a few chips. Worth £10 max.
