THis is a lovely little bakery and coffee shop. The chelsea bun I had was the best I have ever eaten. my husband had the bakewell tart and he found his a little dry for his taste but it hasn't put us off as he said there was plenty else there for him to try. The coffee was lovely and the service and prices were excellent

This is an excellent bakery where all cakes and savouries are baked on the premises. It has a fantastic range of cakes that all look and taste so mouth wateringly good. They also make sandwiches, rolls and good coffee. The staff are very friendly and welcoming I love it all, its my weekly treat!

This is the most amazing bakery i have ever found. All the cakes and pastries are bake on the premises . Such a great choice, my favourite is their Lardy Cake. Not only that the staff are a delight . If you do not visit you are missing a great treat.

A chance visit to this little charming bakery because we were passing and wanted a coffee. The coffee was good - and yes they do have soy - but what a superb variety of cakes/pastries/bread/pies! Mouth watering display of scrumptious offerings and obviously popular with the locals (always a good sign). Staff were delightful too. So if you are in the area, go and have a treat!

21 Union StreetHonestly I never write reviews. BUT I am fuming with this place now. Iv had food from here over time and always been ok ,but twice now it has been a shambles. Ordered food one evening took my order said can I pay by card, yes that’s fine. Told me my order would be 45 mins and put the phone down on me. Rang them back to say u didn’t take my payment, Didn’t have a clue what they was doing and still didn’t take my payment I told them to cancel the order, 45 mins later The driver arrived with the food minus a bottle of pop ordered, said they didn’t take my payment he had to drive all the way back to the shop call me and take payment. Even he said the manager was on holiday and left clowns in charge what a way to run a business!! Then this evening needing a quick tea kids opted for a kebab. Food arrived 1 and half hours after I ordered it ordered it at 10.20pm, I Ordered chips no chips arrived at £2.50 ago couldn’t get the orders right asked for yougurt mint sauce just mint sauce slapped on top, all the meals looked like they were just wanged in there boxes. For 56 quid and a very rare tea time treat these days I will never waste my money here again. My advice is find somewhere else to get a decent kebab and the right order! You only have to look at the other reviews to see this place has no care for presentation or customer satisfaction
