Excellent food. The order is served super fast. Staff and the customer service is lovely. The menu is in the budget compared to other fast food retail chains.

Shocking member of staff, spoke like I was the one in the wrong, they 'lost' my order!! Over £50 worth of food and he treated me like I was trying to get a free gravy or something

The package of Rs 99 is very good. But it includes one cold drink which does not suit people with throat problem. This may please be replaced with the option of hot tea.

The food was cold,im sure the fillet chicken gad been there for hours,it was dry and chewy,and very small,the bread roll overshadowed the piece of chicken.gravy pot was only half full.so disappointed.

What an atrocious experience. We ordered and whilst my partner was stood at the counter waiting he watched a staff member putting her fingers into food on the pass to check if it was hot. She did this to several items! When my partner asked if this was normal behaviour the young girl serving him said it shouldn’t be but was here. He demanded a refund and said he was eating anything that has been treated that way. He asked for the manager and guess what, it was the manager who was the one putting her fingers in all the food. Terrible hygiene, needs reporting to the EHO!!

I am not a frequent visitor to KFC’s generally, but I have always felt the quality of the food and service to be consistent across the brand and as such very acceptable to me. Unfortunately this KFC (White Rose Way Lakeside Factory Outlet Doncaster) takes the prize for being the worst ever and as such has completely demolished my trust in the entire KFC brand! Our group of three had a truly abysmal restaurant experience. The ordering process was okay and the food was served within a relatively short time. Where we chose to sit however proved to be directly under the heater ceiling vent and the downdraft became progressively colder. Finding an alternative table that was clean proved to be a challenge, so we opted for the least contaminated with food debris and litter. We were treated to very terrible noisy music delivered via the cheapest sounding speaker you could imagine. As for the food our chicken pieces and chips were barely warm and the chips soon lost the little heat they possessed and we didn’t eat them. The standard of cleanliness in the male and female toilets was disgraceful; the brown stained toilet bowls looked like they had been that way for years! I was in no mood for making a complaint as we were under time pressure to complete our journey and given the state of the place I doubted that anyone would care anyway! On the basis of this experience I will not being going into this or any KFC again.

Honestly this place blows my mind. The staff are unbelievably slow, every single order takes around 3 weeks to make then when it comes it's freezing. DONT DO IT

me and my sister came to the kfc drive through and waited at the order point for five minutes before being acknowledged by a worker, bare in mind it's lunchtime on Monday and we were the only ones in the queue + minimum people sit in. we go to use blue light card and told they don't do it anymore however on google it says it's still accepted. We were given our drinks first then waited ten minutes for the rest of our order, the servers were slow and did not seem to care that we were waiting. They did not apologise for the wait at all and did not provide us with napkins, straws or sauces (that were included in our meals). The chips are soggy and bleak and the food was served in a box too big for the meal making it look small and disappointing.

I ordered the deal it was properly cooked ,hot and fresh I loved it and your worker Anus is too much hardworking he work in your main branch in the night he is such a nice guy 5 stars to him🌟

It's getting worse every time I go down, completely mess you order like how hard is 1 + 1 When you try to tell them is wrong they act like you stupid, and you stand in queue to order your muss d item compleatyly ignore you and try to serve someone else. Normally really enjoy a KFC, but picture the restaurant experience from hell & you're close. It's as if this particular venue has a checklist to annoy their customers... Noisy, distorted loud music check, extremely bright lighting check, tables not cleaned check, staff uninterested check, toilets disgusting check, wait ages for order... check. To be charged £1.50 for tap water!! To have to point out this is illegal then wait as the staff member Googles it! Then get order & have to queue again because no forks we're given only to have two staff members at the counter completely ignore you then dismissively say to you 'there's seven staff back there doing nothing!' as if moaning about lack of service is something to jest about!!! No napkins whatsover. Finally try food - it's lukewarm at best! £30 quid later cannot wait for relief from leaving the premises... steer well clear. Very disappointing!

Awful experience last Thursday lunchtime . The music was ridiculously loud and distorted through the speakers, headache and earache screeching noise 😊. My husband told a server but nothing was done The wait time for sit-in was ridiculous and when my bucket for one arrived it was missing fries . Staff appeared not interested as if they really did not want to be there .

It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to go through a drive thru, the service is painfully slow! Once you join the queue there is no escape - I don’t know how the place is still open as the service is terribly poor. I dread to think how bad it is on a weekend if it’s this poor midweek.

Once again ordered a meal from KFC Lakeside. Although in this occasion the order was correct, the bucket contained mainly drumsticks, chips dry and sad and the famous gravy was infamous, tasteless and bot the original recipe!! The food was very poor the price was rich!!

I went here for lunch today. I ordered from the self-service machine and had to wait 20 minutes for my food. After 15 minutes my order number disappeared from the collection screen and when I asked a staff member why she was unsure what had happened and had to find my order to prepare it. I went through the drivethrough, and when I got home, part of the order was missing. Frustrating, but after that the staff were excellent. Great customer service over the phone, and when I called in a few days later and quoted the number given to me, we got the same meals again for free, with smiles. And both times it was delicious!

Went yesterday spent nearly £10 on two small meals. Had a mega box asked for a breast piece had got a soggy thigh. The chicken was greasy and inedible. The second meal was a street wise box and that was average too. The restaurant was dirty and will never return, waste of money.

Whenever I’m down shopping at Lakeside,I always make a beeline for KFC after my list is completed. Always friendly staff and VERY consistent fayre.

Visited the drive thru on my lunch break and had to sit queuing for half an hour. When I was finally given my food not only was there no apology for the wait, the lady serving me was also rude to me. I was given no napkin, salt or hand wipes and my food was cold. If you’re going to visit a KFC in Doncaster you’re best off going to the one at Wheatley Hall Road instead, because this one is abysmal!!

I’d gone to the drive through and I wanted to do three separate orders as I was with friends, the women at the monitor was very rude and blunt, when I had gone to the window to pay for for the first of three orders I put my card on the contactless machine and straight away the woman slammed the windows shut on me so hard they bounced back open and she walked off before even seeing if my payment had gone through and before taking my other two order payments, I had no choice but to drive to the next window, when I got there they gave me my food and told me that I had to drive back round to pay for my other two orders in which I had already queued for 25 minutes after explaining that the woman had slammed shut the manager came and seemed apologetic and took my friends cards and took the payment. Won’t be returning to this particular kfc as I’ve never received the customer service they should be giving!

Tonight, my husband went to the KFC at Lakeside in Doncaster. He bought a 6 piece variety bucket and when he returned home, there were no chips in the bag. Now, you might think, it’s just chips. But firstly, that’s 4 bags of chips that were missing... half of the meal, secondly, how difficult is it to remember the component that is in 99% of the meals on the menu? Thirdly, the KFC in question are very unreliable and we have had lots of meals with missing items and had some awful customer service to go along with it. And their answer? Come back and we’ll give you some. Oh, so my chicken can go cold? No thanks, I’ll enjoy just a few chicken pieces for £15 instead.

Big mistake .called into this so called restaurant on Tue evening about 8.30 ..only 4 people in there and by the state of the floor it was becoming clear why ..we ordered our food which came after about 5 minutes..sat down to a very dirty table .no option as they were all the same !!!! .didn't even get a bite out of the chicken fillet burgers ..stone cold and so were the chips ..so off I went to take the cold food back were I was greeted by the same member of staff that served us ..so she sent for the manager..when I explained why I brought the food back she tried to tell me that it's cold in the restaurant and she had been trying to get the heating going LOL ..I said it's a pitty the ovens and fryer wernt turned on either ..a quick glance over into the kitchen area revealed all ..staff and there were alot dancing and having a great time !!! .manager didn't even no how to a refund properly let alone keep her staff under control..keep away unless you want stone cold food in a very dirty environment..

Ordered a Boneless Banquet for one and was rudely told there was no popcorn chicken so i asked what i could have instead and they said i could have an upgrade to large fries or another side. So i questioned if i could have a mini fillet instead as i don’t see an upgrade to large fries or another regular side a fair swap for my popcorn chicken. The lady was rude and gave me a firm no so i chose the beans as an extra side. When i pulled up to the next window the lady was rudely stood there slagging me off to her colleague and continued doing so even when i pulled up to pay. I was then told they had no beans so they’d put me a gravy in instead so i decided to refuse the meal and the lady with no apology said ‘ok’ and slammed the window shut. On top of this the krushem machine is “broken” as it always is late at night. Overall i am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Compared to the other KFC restruants in doncaster this one seems by far the slowest service. Maybe that this one has less customers i dont know but always expect a 10 min wait from order to service through the drive through and 5 mins at the counter

KFC is pretty much the same wherever you find them - but the herbs change slightly... had FKC from here several times on the road - passing through - etc and never been disappointed = always used the drive-thru. Fast and tasty

Service and food always great.Just one thing to moan about is that we had to clear our own table because someone before us could not be bothered to move their rubbish .Staff were very busy and when a member of staff realised they did apologise and came and cleaned the table.

I've been to this KFC a few times in the last few months. The food has always been fine and what you'd expect from a KFC, but the service at the drive through is truly shocking. Seriously. Everyone is friendly and courteous, and they apologise for your wait in a way that suggests they've just come to say it as standard, but the waiting at the drive through is just unacceptable. Even at quiet times, you can easily be in the queue for 20-30 mins. And once you're in the queue, you're in. No escape. Food it good, but if you're planning on having lunch, I'd set off at breakfast.

I waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes, when I finally got to the window to order I wasn't made aware of any issues. The order was put through and after another 10 minutes I asked what the delay was. The young girl abruptly said "no idea", no offer to find out!!

Im afraid to say this was one of the most filthy restaurants we have been in, the restaurant wasnt that busy when we arrived at lunchtimethe tables were filthy and not wiped down, I had to clean ours, highchairs were dirty, some of the food was over cooked and burnt, ALL bins to put ones waste were not just full but overflowing its was disgusting. This establishment is surrounded by other restaurants and if they dont up their game they will lose custom..fast.

I've usually not had problems but i got a bad day apparently. I'd been to a different KFC before hand however they had no gravy (1st world problems) so drove to this one in stead. It was about 8pm, so not usually a busy time but the queue inside was long so i chose the drive thru. I was sat here for 20minutes before getting served. I was at the intercom saying "Hello? Anyone there?" and even peeped the horn. No one said anything so drove round to the window thinking it may have been not working. The car behind me did the same. When i got to the window the young woman asked if i had ordered a 2 piece meal, i informed her that no one was talking on the intercom and that i had been sat there for 20minutes waiting. This seemed to confuse her as all i got in return was a blank expression and another member of staff asking what was wrong. She didn't apologies but did put my order through and 15minutes later i received my food. This restaurant had no gravy either?!

Called for food on a Saturday dinnertime at 11.45, took 33 mins to get food after queuing up twice inside as this is the new system...The manager is doing all the work and not delegating.I will not be returning.

Spent all that money refurbing building only to walk into the dirtiest kfc I have ever been in. What makes it worse is 4 staff behind counter doing nothing but chatting. They wander why other food chains are more popular.

If I could give it zero, I would! Every time I visit this store, I'm either waiting 40 minutes to be served or they've "sold out of chicken". At 13:30pm, I find this to be ridiculous! Rude staff who look like they really don't want to be there. And since the refurb last month, they all just seem to be more lazy, they care less and they just don't want to be there! Honestly, save your time, go elsewhere.
