What a nasty little man with a horrible chip onyour shoulder. The lazy layabout despised helping a female colleague and was a nasty piece of work bagging up my TWO items. This is not the planet for you you nasty little boy

I couldn’t fault the food, it was as I expected it to be - hot and tasty. The staff behind the counter were ok, they were civilised but not friendly. The guy that keeps the seating area clean and tidy does an amazing job. The self service screens were out of order. The upstairs seating area was closed, so you couldn’t use the toilet facilities.

The worst KFC I ever been to. I haven't received part of my order. I also ordered large lipton tea for my daughter and I get regular pepsi. Very bad service. Very unhappy

Visited for lunch today. Considering it was lunchtime the shop was half empty . The self service machine had no receipts so u had to remember your order number. The floor was filthy with food trampled in. Tables were dirty and not wiped down. I had to wait about 10 minutes for our order which turned out to be wrong. When I took back the wrong burger I was told it would be about 10 minutes to cook a plain fillet ! I commented this was meant to be fast food but all I got back from staff was a shrug of the shoulders. When I asked for table and floor to be cleaned I was told it wasnt their turn to do it!! A delivery driver was also complaining as he was told he had to wait 20 minutes to collect an order. Staff only had one speed and no urgency about them. Terrible attitude and need serious training on customer service

ordered a box meal and seperate burger the burger was missing from my box mealthe sause on the chicken dippers wasnt what i ordered and chips were cold and not cooked terrible servicewill not be returning

orderd big box meal get back to my hotel frys are cold and chicken poppers asked for chicken wings got chicken drummers all greasy looking like they been cooked more than once if you want eat fresh stay away from this place for your health

I entered the Dolphin Centre Poole store and ordered using the automated screen. My order was accepted and my payment of £9.97 taken. No receipt was provided by the machine so I didn't know my order number. I told the server this but her English wasn't good and I'm not sure she understood. Several minutes passed and nothing happened. A customer who ordered well after me on the same terminal received his food. I carried on waiting. No explanation or apology. Eventually i had to request a refund as I was on a break from work and couldn't wait any longer. This was done by a very rude lady manager who also spoke very poor English. No apology, no explanation. I now have to wait for a refund which will presumably take a week. If you can't fulfill orders, you shouldn't accept them. And please note that I only ordered 1x fillet burger, 1x zinger burger and 1x BBQ bites. Nothing out of the ordinary. Ah throughout my waiting time there were four or five staff in the food prep areas chatting and laughing and not seemingly concerned that a customer was waiting. It's the lack of care and the terrible attitude and service that really annoys me. People can learn and improve their English but they can't, it seems, learn basic customer service and politeness. Terrible

Ordered from Uber eats I ordered a gravy burger and they gave me beans instead of gravy I mean what?? Staff are incompetent and clearly poorly managed. Never ordering from there again always muck up my order this is definitely not the first time this has happened! Sort your store out!!

Went for a treat meal. Ordered on machine and paid. Found a table - not cleared. Asked for table delivery. No receipt from machine. Reported it and was told it would be sorted. After waiting a long time I went to the counter and was given our order on a tray. Virtually everything was wrong - and still no receipt. Our order was 3 pieces of chicken meal, popcorn chicken meal, 1 pc chicken meal, beans, coleslaw, bottle water, fruit shoot and tango orange. We were served two popcorn chicken, 3 chips, 1 x 3 piece meal and returned to the counter 5 times to exchange or collect missed items. The young server clearing tables was really helpful and got us napkins, ketchup and salt when we asked for it. By the time the 3 of us had our food it had gone cold and was not edible and tasty. Even the three chicken pieces didn’t taste right. The single point is for the floor walker who tried to help and despite several requests at the counter we never got our receipt. Will we go again - never. We paid about £14 for this farce.

Paid for delivery though just eats I clearly put fillet burger instead of zinger burger and they gave me a zinger as I wanted trilogy box meal but don’t like spice at all. Also missing items such as gravy which I ordered. The staff never seem to care and just do what they want, I’ve visited their before and the staff are miserable and uncaring also argumentative when you ask for something different. Something need to be sorted over their as they are going downhill very rapid.

Four people served after me got their order before me and three of them ordered the same thing as me. In the end I had to get a refund as I couldn't wait anymore. No explanation and no apology. Terrible service, nobody spoke even vaguely good English. Won't be back.

Walked in, the machine doesnt didpence receipts. Took the order, and while i was eating, i discovered several hairs mixed and caught in the batter of the chicken. I took it to the desk who turned around and told me it was "hairs from the chicken", they then offered to replace that peice of chicken with another from the same batch! After finding a hair in my food im not likely to want to continue eating! I shall not be eating here again and i shall not be recommending that anyone should! In this climate of pandemics and health and hygiene being of a paramount importance, youd think that would mean something to these people, but obviously not! I shall be hoping that the health inspectors find out and deal with this store appropriately!

I phoned up regarding an issue with my JustEat delivery order and was asking to see if I eligible for a small refund. What I was met with was the worst customer service ever, being told to “ask the JustEat driver if he got hungry and ate it, it’s not my fault” and laughing down the phone at me. Manager was lovely and answered my question very easily after the phone was just handed to her mid conversation with original staff member. I feel sorry for her that she has a member of staff on her team like that who has no clue of how to work in a customer service job and talks to customers like that. Food is always amazing though.

Literally had food thrown at me. Staff barely spoke English, order was missing items, didn't care at all. Will never visit this KFC again. Staff were appealing.

Came in here with my girlfriend and friend had mold on chicken went to ask about a repesment and the gentleman at the collect point was very rude will not come back here again

The food was cold and full of grease...... the order was missing the chips ..... and when I called KFC to complain about missing chips and greasy food (the grease was dripping off it) the lady on the phone said there was moth she could do and wasn’t interested...... I needed to call Uber eats. She however didn’t know the number for Uber Eats. When I got the number and tried calling their automated system didn’t recognise my number so couldn’t talk to anyone. Ended up having to send a message !!!!!! Have we lost all customer service

of all the things that you cannot get the corn on the cob, I am a long standing customer but have found that if I want corn then I have to go and order online!!!

Disgusting! My family sat at a table while my husband and I went to place an order. Thank God I went with him! I roughly counted 18 flies crawling on the ceiling over the preparation/ food area. More on the walls etc and no pest control to control these dirty pest! I refused to eat there so we drove to McDonald’s instead. Now I’m not a fan of Mc Ds but the restaurant was clean and staff where continually cleaning. Best of all.... NO FLIES!

piping hot food ideal for people on the move or waiting for a bus because it is situated in the poole bus station.

Service good, food however was awful. Chips were cold and weren't fresh. Chicken very dry. My daughter had an icecream,which I threw in the dustbin as it had no flavour whatsoever. Very disappointed, will not visit again.

went for quick meal before the theatre.was ok .but have changed the chips.will try there again.was spotlessly clean.

As you would expect from KFC food was fast but well cooked and tasty. Staff were friendly towards us and our small foster child and the visit was enjoyable - Thanks

Was out in town shopping realised not been here for a while so thought I would see how things are and very happy to say it's still as good as before served super quickly and food so hot had to wait for it to cool down that's a first for me at a fast food place and still tasted great! after I finished one member of staff even wished me a good day so surprised by that I assumed he was talking to someone else must be the best kfc in Poole

No tengo nada contra el empleo de extranjeros en la industria de la comida rápida, pero cuando su nivel de inglés es prácticamente cero no es una buena impresión.Viene a la comida, pollo era 99% 1% huesos carne grasosa, el revestimiento de las patatas fritas estaban tibios y a juzgar por la cantidad de comida ser desperdiciado no éramos los únicos clientes insatisfechos.Es solo una sugerencia, quizás alguna forma de clientes saber quién es la persona encargada sería mutuamente beneficiosa

Friendly staff, quickly served, food good and hot. Place clean and tidy and loved it being cool as hot outside.

Pisos sucios, mesas sucias. Contenedores de basura tan completo fue extendiéndose por el suelo. Personal grosero, la orden siempre está mal, la comida de dudosa procedencia. No estaba bien después de comer allí, pero no tienen pruebas de que era más que yo uso KFC KFC regularmente y que no haya enfermo hasta que comimos allí.

Been here many times and it's about time they employ English speaking staff. My order is regularly wrong and chicken tower burger often very dry. Probably the worst KFC I've eaten from unfortunately.

KFC realmente destaca por Krazy abundante pollo. mmm. Este es uno de Poole;s mejores diners independientes. Es agradable ver personas locales sirven personas locales pollo y papas de algunas de las mejores granjas de Dorset. También preparan bebidas y ahora la sal - pagas ketchup.

Nunca a este lugar otra vez Dios mío moscas por las paredes y el aterrizaje en las mesas. Servicio horrible, ya que si podían limpiar la mesa y los extranjeros mujer me dio un limón húmedo toalla.

Every time I have been to this place, I have the same issue. The food is never hot, even with the long wait for it to be cooked. Think this will be my last visit.

El servicio era horrible. El personal era desagradable, altivo y no se disculpaba. La orden fue hecho mal, los paquetes de salsas fueron literalmente tirado toda nuestra comida, bebidas se estrelló en el mostrador y las patatas fritas eran frías. Sin duda no vendría aquí en nulo.

Me and my partner took my three nieces here as a treat as they all like kfc. When we got in there the queue was not too big so we found a table and I went up to order. Was stood waiting to order for a good fifteen minutes as there was only one person both taking the orders and packing the food, which would have been ok if it was quiet but not during the school holidays and around lunchtime and the queue was getting bigger and bigger! Whilst I was waiting in the queue at least three or four staff came from out the back but not one of them came to help out on the front. The guy shouted that he needed some help and someone came round but they were only a trainee so he was doing the absolute best he could but as he was new understandably he wasn't completely sure of everything! At this point the manager appeared and had a go at the guy on the till for leaving the trainee to do the packing. The guy tried to defend himself by pointing out the queue but the manager didn't seem to want to know. She then went out the back leaving the two guys in the same situation as they were before! They did the absolute best they could to serve everyone as quick as they could. After placing my order the manager came back out and was grumbling away at how big the queue was and eventually decided to help serve the food! We eventually got our meal and thankfully nothing was wrong and we all enjoyed it! We do like going to kfc but if these are the ways that management is taught to deal with busy situations then they really need to rethink there strategies!

Went for a takeaway lunch today and wish I had not bothered! Stood in the queue waiting to be served for over 15 minutes, when I was served the girl on the till got my order wrong not once, not twice, not even 3 times but a total of 5 times before I had to repeat exactly what I wanted in slow motion!! Surely asking for a zinger tower box meal isn't too much to ask for!!! then there was another 15 minute wait for the food to be served, I had asked for a diet coke no ice..first one had ice..second drink she poured was fanta..so 3 attempts to pour on drink! The girl asked to see my receipt on giving me my meal. When I got my order I went home and opened the box and the order was totally wrong..normal zinger burger not a tower, side should have been gravy but i got sweet corn, there should have been 2 spicy boneless chicken bits in the box meal but I had one chicken piece which I don't like because it's all bone and no meat!! This meal cost me £6.99 yet the service and meal was appalling.. Will not visit again and will advise others to steer clear too!!

KFC is as usual good for chicken lover and also cost efficient food.Enjoyed chicken :)KFC is situated in front of Poole bus stop so always it is crowded.Long queue for ordering food. Somehow managed to get seat.

As you enter this Kfc, which is located in the heart of the busy Poole main Bus station, you are squeezed in a tight queuing area to the left of the entrance door, having to manoeuvre at times to allow space for newcomers during a big quee & evade the constantly opening main door...THIS QUEEING SYSTEM NEEDS A RE-THINK. The food is as any Kfc, the staff are friendly and the downstairs dining area is nice.When you see the lovely staircase, you expect a grand seating area upstairs, but it's a small extra seating located on the way to the WC, nice for peace & quiet but could do with a plant pot or something to make it more warm & welcoming. Great for a visit whilst waiting for your bus or a break from your shopping at the Dolphin Centre.

Rarely eat here and won't return any time soon. Clouds of dust and debris created by server madly sweeping up around our table while still eating. Perhaps not the correct type of broom for the job in a restaurant!

Not the best KFC you'll find, but always hot and fresh. It is streets ahead though of the Ferndown branch which is more like a dirty skip with a door on it.

i regularly come here and take out food thats always served quickly and hot with the friendliest staff very good does get very busy though at lunchtimes
