half of my drink was missing it was only filled up half way

Forgot the sweet curry sauces and napkins as usual. Chips were cold and mc crispy so spicy and dry, it was inedible.

everything was nice and warm and milkshakes were nice and cold. perfect

The medium fries were not delivered

Constantly moving the delivery time ordered before 9am didn’t turn up until 10:30! To then receive only one McMuffin out of 4 meals ordered how can they get it this wrong!! Extremely annoyed!!

This location is currently short staffed which, during my drive-thru visit, resulted in: 1. long delays at the drive-thru (several minutes per car, well in excess of the tie it normally takes to complete orders at this location); 2. McDonalds' (not the council bins) overflowing in the car park spewing litter all around them which was being blown into the surrounding area, trees and plants; 3. breakfast wrap ordered with ketchup, but there was only a tiny amount and it was all at the end of the wrap; and 4. coffee (which is usually good) was luke warm and tasted soapy for some reason, asked if I wanted sugar and said yes but was given just one small sachet but then about 10 napkins were in the bag (which doesn't make sense). Plus the single cup of coffee was placed into a multi drinks holder which didn't make sense (plus might help explain why the bins were overflowing - see below). If this restaurant is being poorly run it also might explain why it is short staffed, perhaps having trouble recruiting.

Bun on burger was stale and whole burger was squashed

Saturday treat for the kids and wished I hadn’t bothered cold food we needed to be replaced and wrong stings given out, it wasn’t that busy. Only good thing was milkshake machine working

The food took 23 minutes to appear, it was cold and tasted crap. This is without the wait to get served at the window. Avoid this place its crap.

I have made numerous complaints to this branch as their 'large" cappuccinos normally get handed to you half full. If you buy two together and one is half empty you get told "they're different machines mate". So if the machine that gave him his wages gave him 50% of it he'd be alright about it? If you complain they give you a voucher but I've said I'd rather the problem was resolved. Maybe speaking to trading standards weights and measures is the only option. Someone is putting lids on cups that have barely any coffee in them. Management need to sort this out.

Why is it that you never get straws for drinks or any sauces . Ordered sauce as in the order and why no straws when you order a drink that has a cup that needs a straw. Is this being forgetful or just not paying attention when doing delivery orders.

Took over an hour to arrive, all food was cold and missing the Strawberry milkshake. Will not be ordering again. Very Disappointing. Literally 10 mins away

My food has not been delivered

Yet again food missing from my order. No apology just excuses , annoying when you have paid for a service charge for a service and food I didn't receive.

Said it would be delivered an hour after order which is fine but was over 2 by the time it came

Extremely poor on all levels. Very late, cold food, no condiments as ordered or straws, the wrap chicken was old and chewy, the cucumber definitely not fresh. I invite McDonalds to contact me for a full refund! Really disappointing. Do you have quality control at all???

The correct food that was delivered was good. but the cheesy dippers were missing - instead I had a unwanted chicken mayo burger in the order which I had to bin. There was no straw provided with the soft drink.

This has to be the worst McDonalds in existence. If they aren’t, then the big clown needs to rethink things. On the whole, at least half of the orders are incorrectly filled. Large fries frequently the same quantity as the medium fries, but a bigger box. Equipment out of service. Orders displayed for the wrong car (drive through) ‘What do you want me to do about it?’ Responses from staff. Food that looks like it’s been literally thrown in a bag.

My food was cold and my drink was forgotten, it wasn’t till the driver has gone that I had realised as it wasn’t in the bag

Order at 12:24 was told 12:15-12:35 called at 1 :58 am to check was told driver not here will not cool as closed. Not sure who the issue is with but I’m hangry 9 nuggets and a drink can’t help. Lovely. Good job hotel cooks pizza but didn’t tell us ! Where are the nuggs

Consistently slow service with majority of staff showing limited interest (not all to be fair) Food is very hit and miss and frequently not very warm. Don't appear that interested on walk in customers just drive thru and couriers

I took Doreen to McDonald's, she is 93, never been, treated her to a happy meal, she loved. Smiled all the way home. She wants to go back. She can't eat too much, said perfect treat for her.

I can’t express how happy and lovely our delivery driver was. Very happy and friendly. Very chatty (which I like.) this gentleman even gave my dog a gravy bone. How lovely!!!! No negatives at all. Just eat need more drivers like this gentleman. Cannot fault him.

Food was fresh and fries were actually crispy, so top marks there, but sauces were not. Just because they are free, doesn’t mean staff shouldn’t be bothered to put them in bag!

It's a McDonald's so you know what to expect but I will say the duty manager for that day (27/12) was very attentive, coming round and asking if everyone was okay. Don't often see that in this day and age so fair play to him.

We have used the drive through about 6 times in the last 4 weeks and everytime the food has been hot and tasty. Staff always polite and friendly and they work like a well oiled machine, well done, we are impressed

I have given a 1star review because they have not put particular put my items into the bag and today. I waited 20 minutes for my food and with that they forgot my cheese bits And DID NOT put bacon in my Big tasty bacon burger.

Everytime we order from you, there's something missing, when i phoned your store, i was told the order is done by weight, so if the order weighs right, the order is complete, what aload of bullshit, It just means that you have a thick twat, who can't read a order off a receipt, when packing, its about time your store got good staff, who can read a order & not someone who's just left school & who looks pretty.
