McDonald's in Poole

Walked early morning. Had to wait a good few minutes for southern fried chicken wrap meal. At the end received plain chicken wrap.

Sadly to say, it let us down. Obviously been before and the service was not good. Food was tepid, obviously been sat for a while. Order was a meal deal that comes with sauce, none provided. Asked for sauce, salt & pepper, none in the bag... You can do better. If I was sitting in I would have asked for a fresh order...

**Updated 25th April 2025** Double sausage and egg mcmuffin was so BAD that even my dog SPAT IT OUT** Drive through is given priority over all other customers. I was left standing 20min with a customer before me whilst car after car after van after car was served.

I am a driver, came at McDonald's at 11 pm to pick my order. I saw a order was ready there, but i was not able to see the number as it was opposite side and i showed the number to staff and they said its coming, i waited ther for 30 minutes and again asked that how much time i have to wait more, and one of your staff girl gave the order wich i saw in beginning, itt was crazy, my order was ready and nobody gave me my order, waited for half hour, morover when i asked that why you guys are not paying attention to drivers, she got angry on me being so rude, bullshitttt service ever i seen, seriously please imrprove you service and staff should learn manners .

Paid via app waited 45 mins to find app sent our order to another location ! I was told by a grey haired staff member that i must have made the order at another location ! How was this possible? How can she not be aware of how the app works you can't order unless at location ! She told me I had to pay another £45for order ! I called Tower Park, explaining what was going on. Staff told me to come to them they made up a fresh order ! Told me other stores do know about app errors ! How it had been sending orders to store miles away ! From their locations . Very rude, grumpy lady .in the poole store . On the upside, Julie at Tower Park was amazing she could really teach poole store some customer service training! Why I have changed poole stores rating from 5stars to 1 in 2025

Semi fast service, pretty bust, friendly staff. Sweet chilly wraps amazing for £1.99 each. Restaurants are new and modern. Pletty of parking here and driving through. Self checkouts to.

Food tastes great, but was disappointed when I got home to realise that a triple cheese burger was missing and I myself have always been able to not afford a lot.

No Coke, No Sprite, No Fanta, No table Service, have to wait for over 20mins for the food :(

Quick service good to be expected

I ordered via Deliveroo to my house, turned up fast but the drinks and McFlurrys were missing. When I attempted to call them up, I was ignored.

Had to wait 40 minutes for a meal. Highly recommend you avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Food is hit and miss. Service is average at best.

I don’t know whose fault it was — McDonald’s, delivery driver or both, — but drinks spilled all over , the food was cold and overall experience was way below average.

Me and my Mc family went to this McDonald's to get a Mc meal, and it was Mc fabulous. Would of been 5 stars had they remembered our Mc ketchup

Told it would be 30 minutes, ended up nearly being an hour , food turned up cold

I ordered a Minecraft adult meal and a Philly cheese stack burger the Minecraft meal came without the toy and sauce, the Philly cheese stack was missing cheese plus my Mrs added no pickles and they only added pickles, there have been multiple orders that have been incorrect must just be a bunch of lazy teenagers who don’t care about anyone but themselves, this McDonalds seem to like to rob there customers

Every single item was cold, which is ridiculous as it’s only ten minutes away! The delivery driver didn’t deliver to where I requested so I had to walk to find her which was not the point! Overall I wouldn’t order from here again.

Philly cheese stack like old cardboard the fries looked seasoned with pepper but they were fried in old oil and soggy, no milk for the tea, McFlurry was the best bit will not bother again

The food was cold and the delivery time kept changing so that it was almost 2 hours late !!!

This is by far the best McDonald's I have been to. It's the first time I've seen the manager come up to every table checking up the customers to see if everything is ok. Made me feel like as if I went to a restaurant and not a fast food place. A staff were friendly and could also be seen cleaning the dining area diligently and it was spotless. The food was hot and assembled with care and the soft drinks actually had ice and fizz. (The one in branksome was not only flat but also room temp). Came here around 9-10pm yesterday, and there were at least 6 other tables of customers. Not sure whether the standards are the same during other times of the day, but at least I had a very satisfied experience yesterday evening.

Food arrived luke warm at best, borderline cold. drinks were still chilled however.

Got the wrong food , asked for a plain Big Mac and it came with all the sauces and pickles , also asked for chicken nuggets but they never arrived

Big Mac brilliant - Oreo ice cream good with fries but the apple cake McFlurry, the shortcake bits were very hard, the apple bits were like fudge, they both had no taste - there wasn't enough sour apple sauce to form an opinion - that's one McFlurry I won't order again

Let me set the scene, me and my girlfriend rolled up at the drive through with pure excitement for the food that awaited. We were greeted by the saddest voice we had ever heard. The guy taking our order sounded like we had personally ruined his day just by existing. Every item we added felt like we were emotionally burdening him. We actually didn’t order half of what we had set out on our quest to collect, purely because we thought he would burst into tears if we added another item to our order. Then came the drinks fiasco. I corrected our order at the window when we paid. Yet, somehow, against all odds, we still received the wrong drinks. It’s like they looked me in the eye, nodded in understanding, and then proceeded to do whatever their heart desired. Impressive, really. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, the real crime happened. I ordered a 9 piece Chicken Selects Share Box, only to discover there were eight. Not nine. EIGHT. I don’t know who at McDonald’s had my ninth chicken select, but if you’re reading this I hope you choked. In summary, if you would like to witness a mental health crisis and be scammed out of chicken. By all means visit here. If you fancy a normal experience I suggest you visit elsewhere.

Probably the best McDonald’s delivery I’ve ever had. It was actually hot, all sauces were remembered and the delivery driver was nice!

Order was missing double quarter pounder, but got extra large fries which were not ordered.

Missing all sauces and more importantly all the Minecraft toys that the meals were supposed to come with

grandsons lunch - saves cooking - food all gone

nuggets as a supper for older grandson he'll eat them any thing apple pie and pineapple desserts were great

I ordered a replacement and got two orders because I thought this one wasn't arriving. I ordered this one at 9:10am and it arrived at nearly 10:45am. I ordered it for breakfast, not lunch, I would like a full refund on this particular order.

Hit a maccy,s at the right time and all the food is fresh and hot like it was on this visit.no usual screaming kids to ruin the food too

Not sure whose fault it was the order was submitted at 20.00 and arrived at 21.20, the burgers and chips arrived cold and the drinks were not that cold.. the order was sitting after being made for a while.

A typical mcds drive through, wanted the white choclate and rasberry pie but yet never ever seen any exscist (are they real or just made up) started driving away drinks are all wrong! Get home missing chips! Absolutley useless

Ridiculously slow at 7.30am! Almost 10 mins in the queue! When you finally get your food; it’s cold. Go to Mannings Heath McDonald’s, never any issues there.

I think the meaning of fast food has lost its meaning at mac d in Poole as we order pay and then told to wait in the car park where we sit for 5 to 10 minutes given our food drive home which takes all of 5 minutes and it is stone cold

I'd recommend just driving to a different mcdonalds, it'll be quicker and nicer. Really long wait times and the shift manager Maxi wondering around sarcastically apologising for the "mcwait" and asking if people are feeling "mcwonderful" really doesn't help. I almost never leave reviews but if I save one person the aggravation of going here I've done my job

Brought the food labelled as brown sauce but was all ketchup and I don’t like it so not need to get somthing else

milkshakes nice and chilled,but the Burgers were dry with minimal relish,and were luke warm.

you can't go wrong with maccydees nuggets - wrong milkshake delivered so I didn't get a drink the raspberry and white chocolate pie are brilliant - it's a shame that they go so quick!!
