Was there at 1am and have order over app and still waiting time was around 10 minutes where no one as inside for collection. Unfortunately fry’s was cold . Be careful about car park there as is have night restrictions and NAPR cameras.

Utterly Disgraceful Service - This McDonald's Needs to Be Shut Down! I am beyond appalled by the shocking experience my family and I had at this McDonald's location today. It was, without question, the worst dining experience we've ever encountered. I ordered a simple hamburger with only ketchup as a customization for my 3-year-old daughter. What we received was nothing short of a disaster. First, they handed us chicken nuggets instead of the hamburger. When I went back to correct this, the cashier demanded to see a receipt, even though I explained that the self-service machine hadn't printed one and provided my order number, which was 068. She repeated this three times before finally acknowledging the issue. To make matters worse, she then asked again what the customization was, despite it being clearly stated. After waiting an additional five minutes, we finally received the replacement order. However, as we drove off and my daughter opened her burger, we found that they had completely ignored our only request: to add ketchup. The one thing we asked for, and they couldn't be bothered. But that wasn’t even the worst part. When I opened my own hamburger, which had the same customization, it was evident that instead of making a fresh burger, the staff had carelessly ripped out the pickles and onions from a pre-made one. The holes in the bun are clear evidence of this laziness and disregard for customers. They didn't even care enough to make a new burger, despite me paying for a customized order. In the end, we were so disgusted by this that we threw it all in the bin. It wasn’t fit for human consumption. Honestly, animals eat better than what this McDonald’s dares to serve its customers. The level of negligence at this location is alarming, and the owner clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction. This place is nothing more than a cash grab, treating paying customers like numbers rather than people. The franchise license should be revoked because it’s clear that standards don’t exist here. We deserve a full refund and compensation for this disgraceful experience. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

Great staff,clean and tidy nice food for what it is

The worst mcdonalds you will visit. I never expect great things from a Maccy D's (you expect cheap and quick) but this place takes the biscuit. The food is cold, soggy and sloppy, thrown together with no attention. It doesn't matter if the drive thru looks empty they make you park up everytime and then wait up to 20 mins for your food, even when ordering easy straight forward standard burgers. If you go inside you are looking at a 30 min wait for food. Stand by the till when they mess your order up and you get completely ignored even when you directly ask staff for assistance. They put their heads down and walk past you or pretend they have not seen you. Whilst you wait in the car park for your food it is not unusual to see rats running around. Leave your car carrying food and you are dive bombed by giant seagulls. The hot chocolate does not exist ever here and the ice cream/milkshake machine is barely working. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hot food was cold. McFlurry was consistency of milkshake and Diet Coke did not have ice so was warm. Also, late. McDonalds you need to do better.

Absolutely ridiculous! How can you not pack literally half an order?!! It's simple, somone orders, you check the order and pack it. Not leave half the order out and just hand that over to the delivery driver! 1 or 2 bits missing fine, but half?!!

the new code system doesn't work - the couriers don't ask for the code and your screen on the past two orders have not changed from "thanks for your order delivery as soon as possible" and the food has arrived without a timed window

They really need to employ people who have the brain power to comprehend what "Customer service" actually is. I'm so sick of driving through this particular McD and being spoken to like I'm speaking a different language. They do NOT listen to what a person is saying, and then when you repeat and correct them you get a load of lip! Young little gobshyts with no manners and no clue how to treat customers. And.....majority of the time their ice cream machine ain't working or no milkshakes. Very unorganised branch of McD and completely mismanaged when it comes to staff!!!

Small waiting area, so this was overcrowded as a result of the poor layout. It took 30 mins for a burger and fries despite ordering ahead on the app. Staff all over the place and no sense of coordination, not helped by the layout. The food was good, however, shame it's so expensive compared to what it used to be...

A busy McDonalds, serving a full range of meals. Interior was clean and tidy due to staff constantly tidying up. Table service was quick and the food was hot and and fresh. Need to have two straws for a milkshake, one just disintegrates, paper nonsense. Perfect McDonald's.

We have ordered breakfast, table service when the food arrived there were no hash browns,went back to ask for hash brown and they've arrived after we finished eating...breakfast wrap was all messy wrapped the other way round so it was all empty at beginning ...it looks they've got no pride in what they're doing

Every restaurant can have its bad days. This McDonalds is however consistently poor which is a shame because it’s my local. Forever missing things from order, forever being asked to ‘park up’ when using Drive Thru even for a very simple order and in the last 2 years I have NEVER had a milkshake because the machine seems to be permanently out of order. Has been re-designed internally so you now cannot see what must be a very poor and inefficient kitchen layout. As another reviewer said, go to the McDonalds in Tower Park, it is so much better.

Not the first time we go to this McDonald's as it's our nearest, to order a burger that they have advertised on TV, this time it's the Hat Trick burger, last tine was a triple burger of some description and they're never available when we order through the drive thru. If you're advertising such limited time specials, make sure you either have enough in OR say temporarily unavailable on your menu's. So ended up with Big Macs instead. There wasn't even an apology from the employee taking the order and the other or same person was miserable as sin when taking our payment.

Worst McDonald's I have visited anywhere in the world. Waiting time was unacceptable, stood 25 minutes waiting, and so many orders going out & being returned for being wrong or incomplete. Fast food? Really? Now about 25 people Waiting for orders to be completed

forder arrived in good time. so the cold food was not due to delivery times. The food had obviously been sitting on the hot plate for some time. it was pretty much all inedible, cold and tough to bite. And coffee was not in the order!!!

We ordered at 16:28 and the order was confirmed for delivery at 17:00. The delivery time then kept being delayed until we finally received our order at 17:50. Very poor service!

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! They always miss items from the take away bag or something is always wrong. This happened so many times I no longer use drive through here. Edit... another occassion of the many bad ones: So after a long time... I used the drive through again Sat morning at 7.30am, fairly quiet I thought what could go wrong on a quiet Sat morning they wont ask me to park up for 2× bfast wrap and a packet ready porridge. No queue at all but the chap kept serving on the other speaker even though I was there before anyone else. No cheese flatbread, I just wanted to reverse out but a car just turned up behind me. Well they did ask me to park up and I waited nearly 20mins for 2 simple bfast wrap (not a meal) and a porridge (obviously just add hot water, very complicated meal). As I was about to get out of my car to walk in and ask for a refund my food arrived. What a joke. No other cars had to park up it seemed and they served at least 25 cars in that 20mins I waited. Obviously i got forgotten about or I have no idea. The young chap didn't even apologise for the wait. This McDonalds is the closest to my house, we don't often have it but now I rather not have it at all

Food here gets worse and worse. Ordered a Big Mac and fries. Fries were cold and the Big Mac was literally just a bun, burger and cheese. All sauce, lettuce, onions snd gherkins missing. Went in the bin waste of money!!

Ordered via the app for delivery via Uber. Delivery was slightly earlier than expected , but the burgers were cold , fries were missing yet the chicken nuggets were warm. You can’t live on chicken nuggets !! Called the restaurant no reply so called Uber - not there problem as they delivered in good time. So back to the store 45 minutes later over 20 attempts to contact them and nothing . Yet I’d question why !!! AVOID THE WORST RESTAURANT WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Terrible management, couldn’t give a toss about any employee. I wouldn’t care about any establishment if I was working on a zero hour contract. Staff were great but food was clearly cold and bad owing to poor direction. Well done and thank you to everyone working here. Shame on you management, you’re clearly there once a month in your tacky suits and ties. Do something for your workers, the problem clearly lies with you. Absolute disgrace of a franchise. The things I’ve heard from a certain ‘owner’ from the kitchen is more than enough for me to resign. Expletives and other nonsensical behaviour. I can’t expect much from a McDonald’s and the food was okay but what a shame to be let down by such a ‘premium’ employee. Shame on you, the way you talk to your hardworking and devoted workers.
