We had a fantastic meal at the Wallisdown restaurant. Brilliant service by Chloe, very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful food from Grill Chef Josh. We tried the Sunday Sharer and it was so good, all the meats were just right, the sides, yorkshire puddings and especially the beef dripping gravy were fantastic. Our son had the fish fingers, which are his go to at Miller and Carter and he was very happy. He rang the bell to say thank you for our brilliant meal. We have never had a bad experience at Miller and Carter and today did not disappoint. A big thank you to Chloe and Josh.

Odd lettuce free' starter'. lovely steak with chips and a weird battered onion thing. Some peas would have been nice. Expensive food and drink...for us. Depends what you normally pay. steak around £30 +.. A large glass of wine was £11.50. The steak was cooked how I asked (well-done ...I know but I dont like any blood and there wasnt any and it was tasty) The puddings let the meal down. We were 2 couples and had 2 puddings to share. I was disappointed. Bonoffie pie is my favourite pud. It was sickly sweet and the base was crumbly and unpleasant.. we also had sticky toffee pud again too sweet. I'd go again for a special occasion but wouldn't have a pudding

We had such a warm welcome as soon as we walked in and our waitress Vicki was very nice, giving us excellent service.

Alison was our server very efficient and friendly. The food was excellent, ribeye sublime, delicious triple cooked chips, fabulous sauces, desert delicious. All perfect.

Came in for dinner last night and the food was excellent cooked by Fraser. Our waitress Sophie made our night.

Don't bother to visit this place if English is not your first language. Even if we had a booking, we have been taken all way to the last table on the room , facing a dirty wall. The place was half empty and there were few more other places where we could have been sitted. When we raised this problem the gentleman told us that on his opinion it was a good table as he considered romantic. Well, I hope he will get plenty of romantic moments in front of chipped and dirty walls, sitting on a room with bright white light. If these are his standards...what can I say? Unfortunately, my standards are a bit different. The food ( burgers) was great, the table service was ok. We planned a nice dinner, but once we realised that no trace of respect, we decided to spend our money in a different place.

I've given this a 5 star because the customer service was very good and our waitress was polite and helpful and friendly. Food was full of flavours, and the whole experience was too perfection. Thx guys

Vicki was our steak expert tonight and she was absolutely fantastic. She showed an interest in us and catered to all our needs and above. She also noticed it was my birthday this evening and provided an ice cream saying Happy Birthday. Small details went along way. Also food was fantastic!

We went for the first time for my birthday and is was a lovely experience! Just after my pregnancy scan, the waitress Beatrix was amazing and her recommendations were in point ! The service was good, steaks cooked to perfection and starters/sides were amazing. Our only criticism was the luke warm coffees served at the end of the meal. I specifically asked for mine to be extra got but both were barely warm.

A lovely belated birthday lunch. Chloe was a pleasure to have as our waitress. She was pleasant and always making sure our needs were met. Thank you we will return.

Nice and warm welcome from Harrison, table server. Quick on ordering drinks and food. However starter came before drinks, rather annoyingly. No Neck Oil draught, so overpriced bottled ale inly on offer and had to opt fot tasteless Peroni at over £6 a pint. Steaks were tasty but not cheap. The Angus sirloin steak was a little grissly and quite fatty round edges in comparison ro other similar steaks eaten elsewhere at a lower price. The rump, at the cheaper price appeared the better option. Coffee at end of meal was tepid but liked the option for coffee and mini dessert. Glad I had a gift voucher to use!! I guess the meal sadly didn't offer value for money.

Great service from Julie, food was really nice as well, some of the steak not as enjoyable but just the luck of the draw really, sides/Sauces etc made up for it!

The steak was delicious and could quite possibly be the best I’ve ever had (And that’s saying a lot)! Also, Rhiannon was the nicest waitress I’ve met in a long time! My compliments to the chef, Fraser!
