The food was very good. The waitress Jesse done her job well and with a smile, we felt like we were looked after very well.

Chris our waiter was absolutely fantastic! Lovely and friendly and really knew his wines! Food was lovely. Would highly recommend the roast sharer!

Grace was a very warm and friendly host. She was happy to give time for our boys, who were new to steak, to decide on their meal. She made us feel totally relaxed and welcome. The food was fantastic and the boys are very excited to come back. Thank you so much for a fantastic family night out.

Beatrix is quite frankly the best waitress I’ve ever had. When she recommends a cocktail take her advice. You wont regret it. Châteaubriand was a 10/10 as always. If you don’t get the beef dripping sauce you’re a loser 😂

This was our first time going to miller and carter Poole and it was amazing. The service was fantastic and our Waitress Melissa was always looking for if we needed anything even in a busy time on a friday. The chef Jon did an amazing job on my T-bone aswell as our starters and deserts

Excellent meal steak the best ever cooked how I like it

Came here for Lunch with my wife for our 20th Anniversary and was served by Chloe. 5 Star service and the food grilled by Kenny was amazing. Was asked if we were there for a special occasion and told Chloe it was our anniversary and when we got our desert it was presented with an awesome surprise message. Awesome food as always and awesome service. Thank you to all for making this visit such a memorable one.

Beatrix displays excellent customer service. She is very helpful and friendly remembering we liked our steak and knowledgeable about the menu. Beatrix checked on us regularly which made a very pleasant evening.

We came in for lunch yesterday and the service from Sophie was great. They were able to cater for our vegetarians aswell

We had a bit of a weird request, it was my daughters 13th birthday and she wanted to dine on a seperate table with her friend to the rest of the family. The staff were wonderfully accomodating and looked after both our tables so well. Julie, out steak expert, was brilliant, arranging a birthday plate for my daughter. The food was delicious, with the steaks just melting in our mouths, and so full of flavour. My daughter had an amazing first 'solo'(ish) dining experiance for her birthday, thank you so much.

Miller and carter poole always have great steaks you can't go wrong, also Vicki is a fantastic waitress, looks after you with a smile and great attitude.

Great steak - Rhaiannon gave perfect service and Fraser cooked our sharing platter to perfection.

Julie was a great server, always checked in on us to see if everything was alright, lovely and friendly. Even though they didn’t have the dessert we originally wanted, she recommended something similar which was still delicious. The food was top notch, Fraser did a stunning job with all of our steaks!

Beatrix was very efficient and attentive throughout the evening. Lovely food. Great portion sizes. Busy atmosphere. Little bit on the expensive side, but worth it for a luxurious evening meal for any occasion.

Gentleman serving was lovely, friendly and helpful. We had the Chateaubriand , medium rare . It was disappointing, not as tender as you would hope for that cut of meat. The vegetables ( buttered greens and roasted vegetables ) need to be cooked more . I prefer them with a little bit of bite , but when a knife and fork will not pierce them ....then not good !

We had a meal at Miller & Carter Poole, and overall, the food was very good—cooked well and full of flavor. The service from the two girls who served us was excellent; they were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well looked after. However, the experience was let down by the manager, who was unwelcoming and added nothing to the atmosphere. It’s a shame because the rest of the team did a great job. Would return for the food and service from the waitstaff, but the management needs to step up.

Arriving at the restaurant we were greeted and seated immediately by the assistant manger who advised us who the waitress Beartrix would take our orders and arrange drinks she made us feel most welcome during our visit
