We always order from here, normally no problems. Ended up with very raw chicken tonight :(

Used to be a regular here but quality and customer service have gone downhill recently. Won’t be using them any more

Me and my partner always order Romeos, it's our absolute favourite! Food always arrives quickly and piping hot, the fries are some of the best we have had from a takeaway and the burgers/wraps are unbelievable! Everything is so tasty! Don't think we have ever ordered anything that wasn't good. Highly recommend 10/10!

Don't bother! They take your money, don't deliver to the right house, your food goes elsewhere and they collect it after being touched by others. Then only to find out half the order is missing when it arrives and is cold. Speak to staff who put the phone down when your talking, won't replace order or send missing items. Disgusting customer service. Used to be a good place. Save your money and sanity.... Go elsewhere.

Always good food, never lets us down.

Was very much looking forward to my chicken burger and corn 9n the cob. Very disappointed with what I got. The chicken in the burger almost seemed processed and not an actual breast, the garlic sauce was minging, ended up throwing it in tbe bin. The corn on the cob was dry and certainly not fresh, looked like it had been sitting there for a week!

Absolutely ridiculous about of spice to a spicy rice, and a naga wrap un- eatable! Wraps were running in grease and crispy chicken that was soggy. The best you get is the can of coke with the meal deal. Wouldn’t recommend.

Never been to this pace just commenting on a delivery driver this evening a mad man very bad driving speeding nearly coursing an accident and using bad language to a resident in front of children . He's needs the sack

Honesty the worst wrap I have ever had, was dripping with oil and had absolutely no flavour, could not have more than one mouthful, half of the jallapeno poppers had no filling. Hard work in the shop, had to repeat the order about 3 times, as staff were not listening. Awful

I’ve literally just got my food and the chicken is pink. I’m 6 months pregnant too so this is dangerous! The photo doesn’t look too bad but it’s very pink

This place is proper on the ball, ordered on there web site because Foodhub said we don't deliver to you, straight forward and quick , phoned to make sure all OK , answered right away said its on its way, found us no problem even on industrial estate, Delivery driver excellent, Food just amazing will highly recommend .

Scammed us out of money didn’t give us correct order left us no money and empty stomach and waited 30 minutes. Appalling

We have been ordering delivery takeaway regularly over the last couple of years and always love it. Easy to order online, food arrives quickly and is so delicious. Our daughters would have Romeos for dinner everyday if they could! 😆 Thank you Romeos!

This is our 4th take away from these guys and every time the food is great. The naga wrap is bloody amazing. Chicken fillets with piri piri are also nice. Chips also great. Arrived within 20 mins and all hot. Thank you

Bland, cold, big disappointment, ordered first and last time tonight. If your hoping for Charlie's chicken it's not. Food cold, chicken burger the most bland thing ever with brown lettuce, and hard bun, chips over cooked. Chicken strips again bland. Burger OK but would order again Very disappointed, very over priced. Sorry but wish we hasn't bothered

Me and my mates went there and all 3 of us got weird chicken, I got the 3pc chickin on bone 2 mates got 2pc with out bone. They was weird and had pink clouding the chicken was raw and all pink inside.

These guys used to be brilliant, we ordered several weeks ago but the food was cold and incorrect items arrived, we complained and were promised compensation on our next order. I phoned to order today and the phone was passed to Mario, who handled our complaint previously and I was shocked at the response I received from him. He was shouting "I told you we don't do that anymore", "stop pressing sweet potato mash on the menu, we don't do it" and "what do you want me to do", then when I said can I call you back when I'm ready to order he cut me off me off. LOVELY SERVICE after spending hundreds and being loyal customers for months. Really disappointed as this used to be our favourite takeaway.

These guys were the best about 6 months ago , don't no what's happened but the foods always cold , wedges wet and soggy , don't ever let you no of menu changes but just send what they think is a suitable substitute. So gutted 😢

Naga wrap, every time, too good

Really easy to order online, so that was decent. I decided to add pineapple to my wrap for £1.50... I got two pineapple chunks! This is not good value. The food was pretty average, especially considering the cost. The Piri Piri fries were very good - I would recommend those.

Recently changed to Romeo's piri piri Nice to see the legendary naga wrap still on the menu with a load of new extras The burgers are epiccccccc Proper proper tasty and full of flavours an quality ingredients Can't be missed or beat! This place never let's me down, cooked with love for sure and put together with love an skill

The best thing about this place is that everyone in the family can eat here, despite having completely different tastes. There are healthier options, and it accommodates a vegetarian, two picky eaters and a raging carnivore! No arguments and good food that we can all enjoy at the same time, rather than going off and cooking different things at different times.

We use these guys pretty regular, the food is always consistent, delivery and collection times are always pretty accurate, if anything goes wrong, they happily put it right without a fuss. I'd recommend definitely.

Very tasty and delivered in a timely manner! I'm vegetarian but their halloumi wrap is excellent as well as the raspberry smoothie, and my partner thoroughly enjoys his chicken wrap.

Ordered a large chicken wrap , it was small for a small , asked for chilli and garlic , got neither just some runny sour tasting mayo so two bites and in the bin , menu was rubbish , generally waste of money

Food wasn't to bad, they forgot the drinks, however come 4am I have been sick and diarrea both ways, 12 hrs later still feeling awful after eating from here. Never again

Good food , but I’m absolutely baffled that they will not put onion in a burger no matter how nice you ask them! Which is odd because they will put it in chicken wrap and I said please and he refused several times to put onion in a cheeseburger. Very odd.

Had an issue with order, I won't go into details but the owner (who was not onsite) has been very quick to contact us and assured action will be taken. We have used Romeo's and previously Charlie's Chicken many times before and have always had good service and food, so will put this down to a blip. Thank you Mehmet for taking this seriously. I have now put my review back to 5 stars based on previous experiences

Always order from these guys and the food is awesome! So generous with their portion sizes and they go above and beyond to keep customers happy. Really friendly staff who deliver with a smile on their face! Thanks for being fabulous

Great food always fresh and tasty would highly recommend the naga wrap. Also the garlic and coriander chicken burger is good. Large portions have loads of chicken for the price it is great value.

Amazing! Had my first hot sauce chicken & halloumi wrap and it was unbelievably good. My parents tried the hot sauce pitta and sweet potato fries which they very much enjoyed. Will be using again for sure!

This was my first Charlie's Chicken and good to see a food hygiene rating of 5. I had a few questions, as I do not eat peppers and eat a gluten free diet. Ended up ordering the Charlie's Chicken option with brown rice (cooked perfectly). I would class the chicken mild rather than medium hot and was tasty. For £7.50 I thought it was good value and a reasonably healthy take away.

One of the few places where you can actually see the food how is prepared and the use only quality stuff! Healthy food and friendly team, go on guys! 👍

Seeing that the prices have been put up is a shame for the loyal customers. Having a food hygiene score as low as a 3 has really put me off going back ever again. To not be able to achieve a score of 5 is extremely poor and If something this basic in a place which serves food is a massive issue.

Leaving Gladys knight concert felt peckish. Was walking by a nightclub spoke to the bouncer on where to get something to munch he said Charlie's chicken. Chicken wings and sweet potato fries.... done the trick reasonably priced. Thank you bouncer

Just had myself a really really really really nice regular chicken wrap with the added option of having halloumi in it ask for medium sauce also had wedges also the customer experience I had was great I met Charlie himself. It's nice to see the owner in his shops working hard. Had good service and the food was cooked quickly. Have recommended before and will do again.very helpful. Very polite and the flavour and taste that you get is out of this world. Yet again a happy customer. Highly recommend.

Was served raw chicken , no refund even after showing chef the chicken wasn't cooked. Wouldn't come here again , unless you like your chicken cold and raw.

I don't know why the negative comments on here. Must be old staff trying to give Charlie's chicken a bad name. I can tell you now you don't get food poisoning here. I go every Thursday for my Naga chicken wrap. I'm a regular customers of theirs. I have had food poisoning twice in my life. I would never go to a place that I don't trust. I trust these guy's. Ignore the negative comments as this place is very good for food.

Chicken tastes as if its been microwaved or re-fried for 30 seconds leaving a stale texture, Saw a chef prepare my wrap without any catering gloves he then stopped halfway when another guy came out from the back and finished it off, bit strange? I have tried this place 3 times and out of those 2 I have had a bad stomach. Never going back.

A week ago I purchased and ate a Naga Chicken Pita. I was violently ill 2 hours later. Ive had food poisoning symptoms since that time , taken 2 days off work, spent 4 days on the toilet and had stomach cramps that make you want to pass out. I ate nothing different that day except for Charlies Chicken. I contacted the store but they didn’t even have the professionalism or decency to contact me back. Either the chicken was unprepared or the sauce was off. Beware , you may have had a nice meal there previously but the next time, you could have an experience like mine, are you prepared to take the risk?

Food is good , but delivery is shocking. Even on weekdays takes nearly a hour. Weekends expect to take over a hour.Today Called after a hour to ask how long?, was told would be 20 mins. Called another 30 mins , to be told this time was not even cooked yet and would be another 20 to 30 mins. 1hr 50 mins in still no food. Shocking, regular Customer who has tolerated this poor service too long.

We tried this take away on weeks holiday and it was very good. The food was excellent, well priced and friendly service. We would highly recommend this take away to anyone. Well done guys.

We’ve had Charlie’s chicken several times and they deliver the goods on the majority of occasions. The sweet potato mash is my favourite with a mango chicken pitta. The chicken is always well cooked and tasty. If they are busy this can just be thrown together however the taste over looks the presentation

We ordered a take away from Charlie’s Chicken in Kinson. We all said it was the best, healthiest and tastiest take away we had ever had!!!The wraps are amazing although my 14 year old daughter couldn’t manage a whole one.Great menu, tons of choice....would definitely recommend. Thank me later!

Good food, caters for kids, spicy or non-spicy sauces, better to phone ahead than order in the shop. They do do delivery as well!

£9? All I got was a tiny tiny leg (supposed to be 1/4, but more an eighth), 2 of those pictured and the worst tasting mash (so bad that I had to throw it in the bin after 2 mouth-fulls). Garlic bread was about the only okay thing. Feel so ripped off. I'll make sure people are aware of this elsewhere too. It was awful. I'll be posting this everywhere I can locally. I think I'll stick to Nandos where you get over double the portion for less £. Feel gutted
