Very expensive, very greasy, very sugary. But you've got to try it, especially the milk shakes/smoothies!

The owner of Five Guys has, hopefully unwittingly, stolen a year or two of my lifespan. At my age, I'm supposed to be eating less of this kind of 'fast' food, but when it tastes this good, who really has the willpower to care?? I've tried to quit, but quitting is - after all, for losers. If your idea of a good burger is a bigmac, or bk, prepare to be pleasantly blown away. Sure, they might be half the price of one of these but the difference, experienced by the uninitiated is always an enjoyable entertainment. Full of taste, juicy and massively filling, these burgers are a premium product. I understand their portioning of fries is all part of their business plan, but I still can't quite fathom why they always provide around twice as many as you'd expect. Burgers are made to order and the list of potential toppings (all included in the price) seems to go on forever. Did I mention their milkshakes? Don't get me started. Let's just say they don't disappoint. I'd like to see my kids turn adult, so I save those for special occasions. I've seen people eat their hotdogs. I'm told they're very good too. But to me, Five Guys is a burger joint first and foremost and, as I could never manage one of each, the hotdog will always be on my 'maybe next time' list. Do not operate heavy machinery shortly after consuming a burger, fries and shake - unless you have the metabolism of a teenager. Is all this stuff good for your health? Maybe not. Is it good for your soul? Every dang time.

Usually great tasting 5 guys parking feels a bit awkward going in there never seen it to busy inside but plenty of delivery drivers so feel most take out never had an issue with food there and always cooked to order

Massive venue, loads of space. Great to see this resturant was re-purposed compared to the derelict tgi and chiquitos.

Five Guys are now located next to Tower Park. Pletty of parking and disabled parking. Very nice building, inside roomy, pletty of seating and clean. The menu is not a big menu, but most know 5 guys for their burgers and unbelievable fries. Service has always been great here. Always get the double bacon cheese burger and share a small Fries. While waiting for food, we tucked into the nicely salted money nuts. Another great thing is 5 Guys mayonnaise, this so creamy I would buy in the bottle if they sold it. The burgers with 2 smash patties and American cheese with the free extra like mushrooms, onion, mustard, and the Fries are just so amazing. 5 guys have won many awards and featured in so many magazines. Pricing, I feel a tad high, but you are paying for quality. For me and my son 2 x burgers, 1 x small Fries £28 I feel is alot. Overall, this is a banging place, and just try one of there milkshake to.

Ordered through Just Eat. Delicious burger and delicious fries...... Was sooo good! Would recommend 👌😋

Didn’t even get my order right I asked for a double bacon cheeseburger and got a single with nothing on it, secondly they forgot my milkshake and thirdly the driver was rude

Used to turn up hot and fresh, but now soggy warm fries (with less than they used to) , and warm stodgy burger. suspect it's because they're doing 2 or 3 deliveries at a time.

Clean, quiet and quick. Though seems to have become even more expensive since I last visited one.

So disappointed as you charge a premium price but serve a sub standard offering. My chips were cold and extremely over seasoned so much I couldn’t eat them as it was like having a mouthful of sea water and as for the so called milk shake I couldn’t use my straw as I had large chunks of biscuit in the cup. My very expensive dinner was ruined and a complete waste of money

Visited mid week, good service. Burger was excellent abd generous portion of crisp chios.

Fries were inedible as wayyyyyyy to much seasoning. Both spicey fries ( just covered in powder ) and normal fries ( also covered in salt ). I eat spicey food all the time, but do not expect a mouthful of powdered spice. Had to go in the bin :-(

Rip off place but food is lovely. I'm my opinion if this place is American why are the burgers still stingy size like Britain's small excuse for a so called burger. £5 for a milkshake no wonder no one has a pot to piss in nowadays

A really nice driver, very polite and friendly. I think he came by bike so even more appreciated considering the weather. Great service, a very happy customer today.

My family’s first visit to a five guys Poole and the entire experience was brilliant. The staff were so lovely and friendly, they honestly made the experience amazing and the food was lovely, the burgers were completely fresh and were just incredible. We’ll definitely be back!

Five Guys is usually very enjoyable, but tonight everything felt overcooked, too salty, and only luke warm. Got to write one off every now and again I guess, it won't stop us trying it again. Tonight's was just disappointing.

I was not impressed with my visit today at this branch. About four tiny bits of burnt bacon with only a few drops of ketchup shoved in a scrunched up burger all for almost 9 pound. Terrible I think even the mcdonalds next door could've done better!! Not the same service as the one in Bournemouth. The milkshake was however up to the right standard I'd expect.

I went to five guys purely as it was the closest place to me, to get food at 10:30 p.m. I was not expecting much. I was having an awful day having been at the hospital since the day before visiting someone who was exceptionally unwell. The manager (?) was beyond excellent. He listened to the fact that I was starving and thirsty and what part of the order was mine and had that prepared first so I could eat and drink whilst I waited for the other elements of my order for takeaway. I could say a lot more about how excellent his customer service was, but I'll just leave it with the fact that I was very impressed and would recommend them wholeheartedly. The food itself was also very good. Thank you for making an exceptionally difficult day that little bit better x

The milkshakes that were ordered tasted good, but no straws were provided and the tape used to keep the lids on during transit was so strong that removing it resulted in said lids being wrecked. Very poor service from this establishment!

Food was great as always. Driver left the food on the floor because he couldn’t wait 30 seconds for me to answer the door.

I have just had a very enjoyable meal in Five Guys across from Tower Park. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, which is always a great start! The burger and chips were beautifully cooked, tasty from start to finish. My first visit to this restaurant, and as I was on my own, I was delighted to have such a lovely man. Dec, talk me through everything and explain what I could have. He went above and beyond the service I'm used to getting in a fast food setting. Im delighted with my visit and will visit again.

That is a tasty burger. I'm gluten free and five guys really try and help, you can have it wrapped in lettuce, in a bowl or bring your own buns in. Really impressed.

Always seems disappointing never get the correct order

Ordered on line delivered found 1 burger wrong phoned store was told to return it to store and they would replace it they would not redeliver staff member very rude on phone then phoned back and complained that we where in the wrong for complaining

I've ordered a bacon cheese burger and fries. Burger was fantastic. However, my fries we cooked good, but we're too salty. In to the point that I decided to throw out half of it. It could be better.

Can't fault this place, always a win with the kids. Shout out to Declan who let my boy try the Bacon milkshake! He loved it!

Chips were placed in a cup with no lid and they were just shoved in. Causing them to go everywhere in the bag. One of the cokes was completely flat. No gas.

The time changed but was updated so we knew.

Food was fine, it was tasty, although I thought chips were a bit too salty. It is incredibly expensive for what is, just fast food. 1 hotdog, 1 cheese burger shared fries a milkshake and a coke was almost £35! Nothing wrong with the food, but for that price I won't be back again.

Food was delicious and well cooked. Service was good - staff were friendly, everything was clean and kept tidy. It lacked a bit of atmosphere as it felt a bit clinical - great for speed and keeping things clean I guess but just left me a bit cold on the atmosphere front. That is nothing against the staff though, more of an issue for higher up the chain of command.

Three generations of my family enjoyed a really nice lunch. Not sophisticated, Five Guys was busy with families enjoying their meals. Nice and clean dining area.

First time trying and last Burger has no flavour burger was cold hot dog cold and soggy they missed out my Fanta chips were large and warm the only thing I would recommend are the milkshakes shame my friends raved about 5 guys

Our new favourite fast food place! Only negative is the price. Can't fault the food or the staff however.

Came here for an early evening treat with the family so not busy. Got seen straight away and everything clean. Staff happy and cheerful, food was of course epic.
