Burnt, called kfc they blamed uber eats delivery, how dear them, I said the poor guy did not cook the food he delivered warm food at a good time he was very pleasant they just blainty told us they dont care by blaming uber eats, really, they must of cooked it 😂 £31.00 for that

Got sent out for going to the toilet because I've got a pladded problem. So I talked back now I'm kicked out because of that

Wrong order delivered, contacted the KFC shop who said it was not their problem, even though I ordered through the KFC app. Had to ring Uber which was a call centre in India to get a refund which took over an hour on the phone. KFC wouldn’t resend the order, so ended up with no food, and apparently 10 days to get the refund. Avoid this place!

Went in when it was empty, place looked fine but the young lad who served me was so flat and just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Not polite at all. Didn’t ask me if I’d like anything else when I ordered - just seemed like he wanted me to order as quickly as possible so he could leave the register. Got my order, Kansas bbq bites were good but took one bite of my wrap and noticed right away it was wrong, opened it up to find no salad or sauce on it. Literally just two chicken fillets and that’s it. Went back and told them, they sorted me a new one but offered no apologies or any communication whatsoever. Staff need training, manager needs to be on site - if there was one, I couldn’t tell.

Wow, I couldn't believe it the last time I went in it was so disgusting. The bins were full up to the brim, rubbish all over the floor. Only young boys working there. A client had to clean a table so her and her dad could sit down. One boy came over he didn't know how to clean properly. The waiting time was ridiculous. Scary!! Flies, rubbish everywhere.

This used to be the best KFC, not anymore. The chicken and gravy were extremely salty and the chips were overcooked almost burned. I won't be going back

Ordered and missing food, called kfc and they advised to call Uber eats! No help whatsoever. Chicken tasted like it had been sat there all day. Burned and not nice. Totally spoiled it. Will not be goin back. Absolute waste of money. This used to be the best kfc but omg last couple of times it’s been very poor!

10 Plus constant delivery drivers waiting / rotating to right in KFC. Witnessed one serving lady speaking like crap to delivery driver because the order was for two bags and he only had one keep warm bag. One person in front of us didn't get served for 15mins . When he did we stepped up after only to be told wait outside you've not been served yet. We where next and we'd been in there way longer than the majority of delivery drivers which where not told to wait . KFC INCE is a purely delivery service now don't even think of picking food up there. Lad that told be go outside then turned back on me mid conversation when asking how we could order when we where next. Disgusting attitude never going there again.

This KFC is probably one of the worst, food is disgusting and inedible. Chicken in burgers dry, chicken pieces breadcrumbs soggy and not cooked property and the batter on the hot wings was thick and rock hard because flour had not been sieved. ( I know I have worked in one). Won't be back.

Visited mid evening on a week night. It was empty and I was sat down with chicken within seconds. It was tasty but I don’t want to think how long it had been sat there for :) if you go to KFC you know what your doing to get! If you want greasy chicken go. If you don’t, you may need to try somewhere else :)

Food gone downhill. Zingerburger, little or no mayonnaise. Fries awful. Barbecue wrap was NOT barbecue and was inedible.

Disappointing that a few years ago this particular branch was spot on with everything. My recent call (snack before work). I need not bother because me and a few other customers locked out and the staff wouldn't even acknowledge we was there. It's become part of the make up with the ignorance. Happen before and wasted over thirty minutes and had to give up entirely because the staff completely ignoring a full shop of customers. It's become a place I don't use anymore with there is many food outlets locally. It's annoying at best of time. But it's just a complete waste of time. Especially being KFC (gaint in food industry).

I have recently placed an order from here using just eat. After 2 hours of waiting I called to be informed they had no drivers and my order will be cancelled. I now am faced with an extremely hungry girlfriend and a rumble in my stomach. So dissapointed and upset.

So myself my husband and daughter called in for food.. 8.15pm tuesday night... All tables were cleaned and chairs on them. Bin blocking the way.. Two small tables with customers on only ones being used.. My husband is on crutches and wearing a full leg brace but when we asked would they make a table available they refused said we would have to wait for one of the two left.... Disgusting.. Unacceptable

Visited on the 10th of march, with family ,tables and eating area is dirty, mentioned to one of the staff behind the counter that the floor was slippery, no reaction from her, never saw one table being wiped after people , and if I had seen the state the toilets were in before ordering I would have left , had takeaway from here a few times and there as always been something from the order missing , if the front of shop is this bad what it like at the back,

Seems to have gone a bit downhill since my last visit in 2016. Place was empty when we left and the bin was overflowing, tables not cleaned and fllor filthy in the 20 mins when in by ourselves !! The windows at the bottom are filthy - looks as though the area not cleaned in months. Food as normal - same KFC standard and staff pleasant enough. Toilets ok. Needs a strong bit of good management. Not good

This is by far ! By far ! The worst fast food restaurant you will ever visit. The staff all look to be in a daze. I will never go back please go to the Wigan branch instead as it will be quicker to get what you want. The staff spend more time chatting to each other when the que is out the door. I kid you not one girl was busy texting instead of handing out the ordered food the manager this particular day was totally un interested and said to someone in front of me go somewhere else if your not happy and walked away I did and went to the new Wigan restaurant and it was night and day difference please be warned !

what a waste off 12 pounds 6 piece bucket 4 frys 1 gravy chichen was cold and dry overcooked chips lookwarm

visited this evening two people walked out due to delay in serving time, we asked for 6 piece bargain bucket ,chips were cold and rubbery just thrown into brown bag , one piece of chicken no skin on, poor quality and service

Best KFC in Wigan the gravy is the best (yes different KFC gravies tastes different 😂) the staff are friends and the food is always consistent

Vamos todos los jueves después de ir de compras. Por lo general, es un buen lugar para comer. El restaurante está casi limpia y la comida suele ser buena, aunque las patatas fritas a veces son sólo cálido. Buena relación calidad-precio para un bocado rápido eran que no tienes que prepararte.

Visited here after the new store change , slow and staff don't look happy or very hygienic, food was poor chips cold , as we left found staff outside at the back smoking and chatting and hugging friends outside ,very un hygienic ..used to be the best KFC for miles around, what's gone wrong

Everything good - food as usual KFC and staff very friendly and helpful. Just wish KFC would make the decision making simpler. This store and toilets neat and clean and tidy. Thats what is expected so all good.

Took the kids for tea takeaway and a lot quicker service then it used to be food was lovely too x excellent service x

The KFC in Wigan is really poor both food and service. I ordered the megabox and the chicken was very crispy tasting very burnt. The chips were also very burnt1,p which I couldnt eat.When I asked for mayonaise she chucked two onto the counter and when I asked her another question she simply grunted and walked away.The worst KFC ive ever been too, will not be returning again.

Chicken cooked perfectly with those all so secret recipes.New queing system in the Ince branch makes waiting a breeze.

Food is what it is good standard no matter where you are you what you get.Staff good.Heating none existing to cold could not wait to get out.

If you like fast food then I don't see how you can dislike KFC,if you dislike fast food you will hate KFC.personally I enjoy going to KFC now and then when I can't be bothered to cook.I've never had reason to complain and love the KFC gravy.cheap and cheerful.

I love the food from KFC, the only problem with this particular one in Higher Ince is that most of the time it is extremely busy, with the queue outside the restaurant, so annoying! The service is quite fast, though, and the food is delicious.
