ordered a meal on their touch machine, it took my money but no receipt or order number, went to desk explained three times to young women who still could not under stand , so a chap came out and asked if we could prove it had taken our money, which we obviously couldn't, any way , reordered at counter, when i got home cheeked account and yes they had taken two payments, have tried for hours to find a contact , it seems there whole internet presence is a sham or deliberately set out to be impossible to contact , and their phone care line is never working.

Ate here the Friday evening before Christmas 23/12. It was very busy, lots of people waiting for food but the organisation was like clock work. Food was cooked to order and the wait was less than 10 minutes. We ate in, the tables were regularly cleaned

I've just eaten the best KFC I have ever had. The chicken was hot and juicy - not a single dry bit. My fries were hot and perfectly done and my beans were hot as well. I've been to loads of KFC's across the country and all too often the food was luke warm and the chicken on the dry side but not this time. The staff were lovely and really looked like they worked together as a team. Great service. I made a point to go and tell them that it was the best KFC I had had - the one girl said she was going to tell Fabio - I assume he is the manager so to him I say, you have a great team and a great branch.

I am assuming that to try and make the system flow, they installed the new automated machines. And to be fair you can order generally OK on the machine. However, to get to the machine, there is no queuing system, secondly no one realises that there are two sides to the machine, then the machines do not print of a receipt to allow you to remember your number, the number is flashed too quickly to be able to take a picture and finally you can not get KFC points using the machine. And the service desk are as useful as the machine! Food is delivered in a relatively timely manner depending on the number of people ordering, and obviously staff. The day I came, it was busy so service was slow. Finally the food has gone worse. Not to the KFC standard that we expect or that they boast about on TV. Unfortunately this is the nearest KFC to us, so if we want the batter then we'd have to come here. If you have time, try the other restaurants. You're more likely to be less disapointed!

Rude is an understatement. Myself and 3 other customers were turned away at 18:30 this evening because the restaurant had no chicken available. The server was so blunt in the way myself and the other customers in front of me were spoken and the idea no chicken was available was more the case they didn’t want to cook any chicken because the restaurant was closing at 19:00. A disgrace to the KFC brand.

Called in to these services because it had a KFC completed my order using the huge tablets that you have to use these days. Then waited 20 minutes for my number to be called, one person serving on a weekday lunchtime !!! yet people who ordered after me were collecting their meals. when she gave me the order my Coffee was the the cup that had been standing on the counter for 20 mins it was cold, so i said i am not having that one its cold, she took it away after another 5 mins i walked out so i never had my coffee i had paid for.I had been that long in there my wife phoned me she was sitting in the car and wondered where the hell i was. Never again.!!!

Asked for napkin as it was empty, HELEN, who looked like she was stressed out, just said in the box, like I'm blind. It's empty, I said. She said rudely I'll be a minite, WAIT! I told her not to talk to me that way and I only want a napkin. Still waiting and she starts to pack the napkins. She could of handed me one and apologised, but no, she made me wait whilst she packed the napkins and then sarcastically said, thank you.

Visited this place today on way home. Ordered 3 pieces meal to sit in. Received take away bag. Inside there were 7 chips in a poke - times must be hard for KFC. There were also 3 pieces of something although I’m not quite sure what. Hot slime with bones would be my best guess. At least the gravy side order was ok. Disgusting.

Despite it being busy there were plenty of tables and seats and the service was quite fast. The tables were clean and no signs of abandoned rubbish. We purposely returned here on our return journey

Always head towards the KFC at services, you know what your getting and price is reasonable for what you get Queues not to bad and service was given in good time, the sorting of recyclables is good idea at end of meal in service seating area.

The chicken was over cooked. My Pepsi was warm and flat, asked for some ice but was told there wasn’t any! Asked if I could change my drink, and the server just chose to give me a different drink which I didn’t want, but said it would be cold so I took it only to find out it was even warmer than the first drink. Didn’t bother to change it again as the server was clearly not interested to help. He didn’t even apologise let alone offer to refund me for the drink which was £2 and ended up in the bin and I ended up sharing a drink with my husband which was nice and cold from Subway, should’ve gone there in the first place. I do not recommend KFC in Warwick services at all.

Chicken was dry and overcooked. Cold and flabby chips. Beans were tasteless. Zinger burger was acceptable. The server was nice. Possibly the food would be better when things are busier. It was a very quiet time.

Disguising, overcooked, does not compare to usual quality around the country and Europe. Having enjoyed KFC from a young age, I usually get it so that I can enjoy the crisp and fresh chicken that often comes with purchasing KFC. However, this isn’t the case, oh no. on many occasions I have continued to hope that their quality will improve, hence why I keep purchasing, however, this has not been the case. One might say that the quality has deteriorated drastically over the last couple of months. Therefore, I consider myself right when I tell you that you must stay away from this place if you wish to enjoy a good takeaway. Here are the points: 1. Chicken is overlay cooked and dry, much like a TESCO sandwich 2. The chicken tastes like it has been deep-fried in the same oil for the past 5 days 3. Customer service is a disgrace 4. Once I had a WING in my “hot wing” 5. The quality of chicken looks like it has been crushed and the “pieces” looks like a crushed chicken, making it full of bones and other residuals

Just left the services with my husband and two children and was so pleased i could not wait till i got home x firsty the boys wanted subway and off they went and my hubby wanted a KFC and i was going to just have chips due to the fact im a veggie, I asked Andrew if I could have a burrito without meat and he said everything is cooked to order so not a problem and went off to sort the order and then came bk to ask if I wanted a hash brown in it oh go on then i said and hubby had the banquet x Omg it was delicious and hubby polished off his chicken xx thankyou andrew for making our pitstop memorable xx

I am a regular customer of KFC and was very surprised to find that my takeaway meal contained cold fries. We only live 5 minutes from this m40 northbound j12-13 outlet. An unusual occurrence that hopefully this will not be replicated.

Pedí y pagamos utilizando el sistema de punto de recogida y como nos informaron sobre la recepción fuimos a estar en el punto de recogida. Yo era entonces ignorado durante 10 minutos mientras la chica llevadas a cabo en servir a la cola. Ella incluso sirven la gente que llegó después de mí. Finalmente me encontraba en la cola normal en ese momento ella empezábamos a mi lista. Ella me la regalaron sin pronunciar una sola palabra o cualquier disculpa por mi esperar. No hay punto en funcionamiento este sistema si no hay nadie que sirven en el punto de recogida. Pueden también gire a toda la cosa. Sin duda el chiste es que alguien empieza a tener todo listo como la orden pasa por? Creo que algún tipo de formación en servicio al cliente está en orden

Nos detuvimos en nuestro camino de casa un domingo por la tarde. El conjunto Servicios no estaba lleno. Fuimos rápidamente las comidas con caja de bocadillos y no tenemos un problema. Las patatas fritas no eran tan cálido como nos hubiera gustado, pero la salsa era caliente. Las mesas estaban vacíos y parecía ser lo suficientemente limpia. No había nadie en la zona nos eligió para sentarse. Probablemente parada aquí, ya que es un punto intermedio para nuestro viaje.

Me encanta KFC! Es una verdadera pena nuestro local es tan malo! Las mesas todo sucio, wc como lo que se espera un baño en un festival, 99,9 % 1 o 2 cosas que faltaban de mi pedido! He dejado de usar el coche para ir a como lo sé que tendré que parada! Hora! Luego volverá para corregir mi pedido!

Apalling drive through serivce- Friday night. Drove into line at 6.40 and finally exited drive through @ 7.16PM. 35 minutes to wait in line in the drive through. Girl at window didn't apologise for wait time, as long as her wages are being paid. Disgusting, will never go here again, no excuse for poor service, if there's a problem- fix it- managers responisibility, he/she should be sacked for lack of well organised protocol for a simple food service.

Hi.Been coming here for a long time & nearly always get a KFC.Never had a problem with service or food. Always get a tub of their lovely coleslaw, delicious!Self service if you want it, i just go up & order at the counter.I can only report on what i find re a review. There are bound to be some reviews that are less than favourable..."you can't please all of the people all of the time!"Good place to stop for me as its only 3 hours to my home town of Pickering from here. Sited between J12-J13 M40.Although a compact services there's a bit of shopping to do in here, although it ain't no South Mimms services...thats huge!Handy for me as there's a set aside coach drivers seating area so its quieter to eat my lovely KFC.Carpark can be real busy as its so popular here, still one of my favourite services to stop with or without my passengers.

I arrived in the early evening and because there were two people in the normal queue, I tried their self ordering system. Sure enough I got my order placed with no mistakes, but then you join the self ordered queue, where you have to wait for the other queue to be dealt with first. So pointless!I then proceeded to have to wait a total of 17 minutes for my meal.for 10 minutes my fries sat in a bag waiting for the chicken, when they tried to serve me thoses I pointed out they weren't even under a heat lamp and so would be cold now. These were changed but strangely when I got to the car they were still cold. Also my Pepsi Max was Regular Pepsi which as I am diabetic is a terrible mistake for them to have made. Filled out their customer service survey online when I got home but no response!KFC do you actually care how your customers are treated? I won't be back to this one anytime soon, and will visit the brand less too after this experience!Oh and the reason given by the employee? The management here are hopeless!

Went here late Sunday night, desperate food stop. Hoped it would be a quick stop for 'fast' food. Waited around 20 mins for totally overcooked, dry, very dark brown, chicken, not a drop of moisture left in an of the 6 piece bargain bucket. Worse KFC we've ever been to in the world, and we've been to a few. Appalling food, slow service especially if you don't use the self service tills. Food of an international chain like this should surely be consistent, even if it's fast food. Wouldn't bother stopping here if were you.

I have to say I'm as much a fan of fast food as anyone ,that being said I hate bad service ,I hate rude staff and I hate cold food . This KFC franchise should be closed down and the staff sacked . Thinking I would try and give this place another chance as it might have been a one if the last time I was there we decided to eat here tonight . There is a lot that can be said about this place ! The manager dressed in his black polo shirt was mort interested in either shouting at his staff or walking behind the back counter so you are left standing at the till with no one else in sight . You coil then say after taking your money you have to wait nearly 10 minutes while you order is supposed to be cooked but there more preoccupied with sending food out to the drive though instead of getting your food . There is the option of telling you about the cold food you have just asked for , or the half filled warm Pepsi handed over to you without a straw so god know how your going to drink it , by the way don't ever ask for ice as the manager then goes off muttering and rolling his eyes about the major inconvenience you have put him through by walking over to he ice cabinet . This place is shocking and is in sure need of not only a make over so it does not look like a shabby out of date wimpy before they smartened them up ,but its staff need removing an a more helpful polite bunch put in there . Come on KFC Colonel Sanders wouldn't be impressed he would be turning in his grave at this KFC restaurant .

I think it's like marmite you either love kfc or hate it, hubby loves it won't touch anything apart from breast but at kfc will eat drumsticks i don't get it and way to greasy for me. I went for a fillet tower burger it was ok but wish I had gone for the pizza at papa's john. Toilets not good, not the cleaners fault just dirty women not flushing the loo's .

Whilst moving house-we decided to try the KFC. I've never had one-but my other half assured me it was lovely!We went in around 15 minutes before closing time. They absolutely couldn't wait to get us out!! I explained I needed a minute to look at the menu-it fell on deaf ears.They kept offering us the deals-and almost ushered us off the premises! They told us to sit in the car and wait.I used the toilets-they were revolting. The guy cleaning had filthy,smelly mop bucket water-and was basically cleaning up with it.The food was lukewarm and I gave mine to the dog. Horrible staff,nasty food and gross smells!!

From the moment the manager licked her fingers to pick up the menus from the bar for us, I had a bad feeling about the evening we had ahead of us. Starting with the only positive, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Otherwise, the whole thing was awful. When food was served the beef burger was crumbly and very dry, and lukewarm at best. The £27 beef tacos were served almost cold with sides that were wrong to the menu. 2 other tables in our periphery also complained and sent food back. A real disappointment, one we definitely won't repeat.

Was treated to a surprise birthday meal here and what an absolute treat it was, love this place, the staff were great and the food and drink was really nice. Will be returning especially for special occasions. Particularly enjoyed the churros and the massive platter. The grape soda is to die for.
