WOW! What a fantastic night with great food and incredible staff! The team at GBK were so helpful. Ross was professional and funny! Fanny so helpful with the app and ordering she worked hard all night! Plus Sam was good checking in on us and friendly. They were spot on with all of the covid checks and making sure everything was clean. The food tasted brilliant! The chef made a great presentation of my meal, looked just like the picture. The whole experience was great, best meal I’ve had out in a long time! Plus a great selection of beers whilst footie was on! We will be back!

Ross was great!! He was very attentive and friendly. He took my order as I had a sesame allergy and made sure that the chefs knew about it! Would defiantly come again !

In lockdown and forced to use Deliveroo. Absolutely delicious meat free burgers for two of us and a beef burger for the little one. Really couldn’t tell it wasn’t meat. Good flavours and a fresh home slaw with no fries made it seem like a healthy meal. Really pleasantly surprised. Ate them all before we could take a pic!

We placed an order on deliveroo and used the Mother’s Day offer, unfortunately you can’t edit the burger to your liking so we called up, Ross was so accommodating and helpful to our needs! And his customer service skills was just so on point, you could just tell he was really willing to help us out! Looking forward to our food arriving shortly :) Thanks again Ross!

This was the first time we had ordered from this company. Placed the order on the app then collected 30 minutes later. Nicest burger we have ever eaten. Will certainly be ordering again.

Sadly food was dreadful, even for a basic burger joint and overpriced for what you get. Cold fries, small burgers, blue cheese coleslaw with no blue cheese, chicken satay - words fail me on how this dish has been given that title, drinks with no flavour, miniscule nasty coffee etc. etc. Gourmet this was not! On the upside the staff were absolutely fine, service good thankfully.

We had a meal a family, we were very impressed by the customer service and how they looked after one member of our family that had coeliac. It was a pleasure to eat at GBK as we felt 100 per assured we were well cared for as customers.

Quality burgers and sides. Absolutely no complaints. Although pricey, this was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Same with the other half. Have also used the take away option and was impressed. No issues at all.

Popped in as I fancied a burger, Was a bit strange to have to pay before the meal was served, £3.45 for a portion of fries and the same for 6 onion rings seemed a bit overpriced. The burger I had was tasty and the staff were pleasant, All in I found it fairly average.

Visited for my sons birthday..... £10.25 for an average sized burger is disgraceful and then another £3.45 for chips is unbelievable... I could have had a nice meal in a local pub for that price... £3.20 for a very small cappucino is also very overpriced...Yes the burger was tasty, but definitely not value for money ........

Had passed by and having meant to try the place on numerous previous occasions, decided to drop in for lunch today.Of the few tables outside, 3/4 were uncleared and when we when inside there were half a dozen table with people at them but strangely only one table actually eating......strange?As we waited and waited and waited to be seated, we were eventually asked to wait whilst the guy working took an order..........JUST TOO LONG and UNACCEPTABLE, needless to say I won't be going back!We walked around the corner to Café Rouge, were welcomed, seated and had drinks in less that 10 minutes, yes including the walk........and they had plenty of staff and customers!

We ended up here after kayaking and overall was a great choice. We sat outside and once having decided our drinks and food did arrive quickly and everything was very tasty- and as I had a few fussy eaters with me it was good that the bill showed everything I had asked not to be included in the various burgers so no grumbling. Paying up front seemed slightly odd to start but it was good to be able to get up and go at the end without having to wait for a waiter to get the bill. All staff were very nice. Just a tad pricey but would go again.

First time at this restaurant and I love it. They had an offer on which was 2 burgers and 3 sides for £25, you get so much for your money! The quality was top notch and the service was fabulous, even sitting outside. We were served by Ross and he was so lovely!

This was our first visit to this chain and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, piping hot and well served. The member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The prices were good and well worth it. I would definitely go again.

I was there with my family this days and we had a great time there. Tasty and fresh food ,fast and nice served by Miss G she was alone on ger shift i thank (course i didn't sau other server) but she maneged very well and we had great time. Thank GBk!

Well I’ve only ever been here twice before and I said to the family I’ll treat them to some food out today.

I was there with my friends on this monday and we had a lovley dinner there.Friendly staff ,tasty food we really enjoyed .georgette and casper was very carefful and helpfull with us we will return for sure.

Four adults visited after making a reservation as consensus was for a burger. What a disappointment - overselling of the specials, what is it with you British ? you have to order and pay for your food at the counter ??? why? Are you a restaurant or a take away?

There was some mix up with my veggie burger... georgette handled it efficiently and effortlessly, and within a few minutes I received the correct one. Lovely and clean restaurant. Burger 8/10 Would recommend

I ordered the chick chick burger, it was so disappointing- no pickles, 1 jallepino, the chicken was plain and not chilli fried, and hardly and garlic Mayo or blue cheese slaw. Not as advertised- a very dry and tasteless burger.

Not cheap, but probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. So many different burgers to choose from but we went with just cheese burgers. I loved the fact that not only could we choose the type of cheese to go on it but also how we wanted the burgers cooked. Friendly and helpful staff, will definitely visit here again.

Really good burgers from this place. Very tasty. Had a few take aways from here, delivered to our office for a tasty lunch and it really hits the spot. Super yummy.

We usually have takeaway from there and noticed that sometimes they burn burgers even though it's been asked for medium done. Overall I will never betray my GBK over anything else but hopefully they will improve in the future.

I went to the burger kitchen with my friends and I was not impressed. My burger was dropping in blood and it was uncooked. I asked for medium rare, however this was not how a medium rare burger should look. Thankfully, the burger kitchen was very helpful and gave me a refund.

Everyone raves about GBK but I don't really get it, overpriced a bit full of themselves and you have to pay for ketchup, seriously its already overpriced.

Another town, another GBK - and another spot on family meal. Allergies again dealt with very well, attentive staff and, most importantly, succulent burgers. Skinny fries and a fresh fizzy drink and the job is done. I still don’t understand why these guys are struggling in some places - full house here this Friday evening!!

Went here for a treat. I had an issue with my side. I cannot fault the staff . They were excellent and sorted the issue without question . Def recommend

I have been to a few GBK locations and this is by far the worst! There were several items unavailable from the menu (e.g. truffle cheese fries) and after receiving the burger I had already paid for, it was missing the onion ring as they had run out of those too! We also had to wait ages for the food which was cold when it did arrive.

We walked in on New Year’s Day for a burger. Eventually we were sat at a table which was dirty and had a wobbly leg. We were surrounded by at least 12 tables that were not cleared from the previous customers and we decided to walk out. I did complain to head office who decided I should have a free burger on my next visit!

The food and service at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen was excellent. Get there early as it gets busy very quickly. Highly recommended if you fancy a nice, good quality burger meal.

Burnt food, see pictures.. nothing more to say. Chef should clearly be able to see the food is burnt and replace yet they feel it acceptable to serve customers thinking no one will notice!

We popped in here for some dinner while away in Leamington - we hadn't planned to but it looked inviting as we walked past so we thought we'd give it a try.

One of the many chains struggling at the moment as the competition for our taste buds is so fierce. This is located in a modern looking walkway flanked by several eateries including Nandos, Las Iguanos, Yo Sushi and nearer the shopping centre Cafe Rouge. Most were busy or full so opted for this chain. Friendly young staff, the milkshakes were great and they did a bunless burger which is a great for me as I have to cut the carbs right down. They do student offers - I suppose in a place like Leamington which is a mini-Bath in effect - you have to grab the grads. Disappointingly, we didn't get 25 per cent off as you have to download the app to your phone first. Decent enough - better try other chains like Byrons etc before they all disappear!

Waited a long while for food to arrive but it was Friday evening so that in its self was forgivable. I ordered the Ruby Murray burger which was supposedly an Indian curry inspired lamb burger.

Firstly, my children absolutely loved their first visit to GBK; their milkshakes were lovely and the burgers and chips were more than adequate for a 8&9 year old, which makes a change from a tiny children’s portion. I had a few issues. One, there were hardly any staff and as a result our food came before our drinks. Two, my chicken burger ( with the blue cheese slaw) was very dry about a millimetre thick, and was hard and old. Byron burger are head and shoulders above here.

Big burger fan but disappointed with my first visit to GBK. There seem to be two extremes in restaurants: either stacks of very average food (to convince you of great value) or small amounts of usually quite tasty food (but value for money is less). This neither. The burger was tasty and cooked well but on the small side. There was the option to add an extra burger (but it's rude and foolish to do this on your first visit!) The chips (with truffle/cheese and parmesan) were a small portion - a bit disappointing.

We often get gbk on deliveroo and we think the food is really good! We decided we would eat in the restaurant for a change.

My wife and I stopped for a quick early dinner. My wife ordered the package deal where you get a burger, fries and sides for £10. This was exceptional value. I ordered the Mighty with sides and a beer and obviously this was the more expensive way to do it. The burgers themselves were excellent. They were well cooked, as we ordered. The fries were delicious and the hei hei salt was heart stopingly tasty. The service was friendly and quick. We did arrive before 6, so it wasn’t busy. My only quibble was the order sheet we were presented with. Apparently we are meant to fill in a series of tick boxes to take to the bar to order. I found it confusing and ended up ignoring it. I prefer the old fashioned way.

Felt a little unwelcomed. Maybe because not too many people was inside the place.. I expected the burger to be a little bigger, I mean it was along with a big empty plate. Eventually was enough and very tasty.

This GBK has really welcoming, efficient staff. The food was great, and the whole experience was good. I’ve been a few times and really like this branch.

We decided to give this a try as we have never eaten here before. We picked and ordered our food and waited. And waited. And then 30mins had gone by. I asked a waitress how much longer she said 3 mins. 5 mins later no food. Asked waiter how much longer. 4 mins. I said it's now been 40mins since we ordered. He apologised and got the manager. Manager came over and said they were just making our burgers now but both me and my husband were so angry that we decided to ask for a refund and leave. Manager said they were short staffed and had called in a chef from another store and that there had been a miscommunication in the kitchen. He then gave us voucher for a free burger. I said we were unlikely to return given our experience this evening. I have to say it's a shame as the staff were reasonably polite and the atmosphere pleasing. I was so looking forward to our burgers but we walked into the well known Sushi restaurant across the street and had hot food in 4mins.

It is always slightly dubious eating in an establishment that wants the money up front but we enjoyed filling out the ordering card. Having always had a great experience at GBK in Nottingham, I was confident we would led enjoy lunch here so I had the Hot Diggity and my daughter had the Grilled Hey Pesto, which she did enjoy. The Banana Shake was delicious. The service was quick. However, I was not impressed that the waitress chose to clean the windows whilst we were eating - as I caught a face full of cleaning spray I wondered how much was on the food. It ruined the lunch as far as I was concerned and we felt unable to finish the meal. The Truffle Cheese Fries were too heavy and tasted more like chips covered in cheddar. Not to my taste. It was a very disappointing experience that shall not be repeated.

Fabulous food and great service my boys loved their burgers and ice cream and the veggie burger was delicious!!! We will return

We were looking round Leamington for a lunchtime stop - and the start of rain rather forced our hand!

I went last night with my boyfriend and his father and found the service to be terrible . We were given a paper form to fill in our order when we needed three and it seems like an even more lazy form of service than us simply going up to the counter to order by getting us to fill in our own forms . I can understand that this may be restaurant policy but it’s not really what I would expect to have to do on a meal out . The restaurant was very quiet with only three tables in the whole time .

Firstly I came here over a year ago with my family and it was beautiful.

Burgers were really nice, chips were ok but not gourmet. Some staff were a bit abrupt. Ran out of ice cream and latte was more like a coffee milkshake.

We attended today with our two children and a friend. The service was very good and friendly. Once we ordered food the food was ready very quick. The food itself was amazing. I had the special which consisted of a burger, side fries and a bottle of san Miguel for around £15. For the four of us the bill was around £40 which was very good for the quality if the meal. Would definatley visit again.

We placed an order on the GBK app as didn't want to eat out, it offers time slots and didn't pick the first available. We turned up to be told our order wasn't ready and to wait, along with several other people who were also waiting. We were given our drinks in a bag, one of which was a milkshake and clearly made before we arrived. After 10 minutes I asked where the order was and told the manager would get on to it. Another 10 minutes and were offered a seat and a free drink, I asked for our money back which seemed to spur them into action. There were excuses of not enough staff but it really wasn't that busy, the woman who was standing at the hot food counter kept picking up burgers and then putting them back. When we eventually got our order, what dud we get - 2 dried out stone cold burgers which had clearly been sitting around, sweet potato fries with no bacon side, truffle fries (where's the truffle), a milk shake prepared over half an hour earlier, and a beer for around £40. Sorry will never return, would have had better from MacDonalds. From the reviews below, don't bother.

Visited here with friends for lunch, it was a quiet afternoon and the staff were far from rushed off their feet. It took about 10 minutes to be noticed before one waiter said 'do I have to seat these people?' (Maybe he was new or inexperienced) and then an older barman stormed over to us with a sour face and barked aggressively 'Can I help you?' To which I replied, 'there is a large sign in front of me which says wait here to be seated, so that's exactly what we've done'

Everything on the table was coated in grime, the seats were dirty and had crumbs in the seams. We were sat by the window where there were massive cobwebs and dead spiders. Loos looked like they had never had a decent clean either. The food was OK but due to the grottiness of the whole place I had to force mine down and couldn't wait to get out. Felt aggrieved parting with nearly £30 for 2 burgers and fries and 2 drinks after such an unenjoyable experience. Felt like I needed a shower afterwards the place was so gross.

I visited here with my wife before seeing a show at the Spa Centre and we were really disappointed. The menu has been cut back from what it used to be and the service was appalling. One guy serving so slow service, and he forgot our drinks. Food was fine but overpriced for what it is.

Called in for a burger Saturday lunchtime, this is the 5th time I’ve eaten here this year and I Have never had a bad experience or meal.

Having seen some of the reviews, I was quite surprised that they stated how awful the service was. I didn't find that it was any worse than a lot of places staffed by teenagers. I am not saying that all places with very young staff are bad but you need good management to make sure they are doing the job right.

I used to go to GBK a lot when I lived in London for my favorite wild boar burger. Sadly the boar burger has gone and quite a bit of the shine of GBK too. The restaurant was not very busy mid week so though there was little atmosphere I was expecting good service. Though the manager seemed pleasant and the woman behind the counter was polite the overall feel was of just plodding along with little care.

Thursday evening with my friends we decide to go to the GBK with other french from Leamington to have good time together.

I've been there 3 times now and every time food Is great, service is absolutely diabolical, walked in and waited by the sign, a blond hair lass leaned over the bar and said "grab your menus and find your own table" while making a hand gesture like your shooing a dog away, then once we sat down a another lass in a pink top approached us as said " your table 18 order at the till yeah" ... No one smiles everyone looks like they would rather be somewhere else no one's actively cleaning other tables, the only waitress on the floor is being bosses around by others who appear to be doing nothing, no one gave us a check back or when we walked out not a single good bye, the lad wearing a white top and blue jeans .. Oh and pink boxers yes I know that because his jeans were by his knees not a good look. Who ever is in charge needs to sort it out. Will never return and would much rather wait in a que over the road at turtle bay or nandos.

Nous ne savions pas qu’il fallait aller commander au comptoir et nous avons attendu 20-25 minutes avant que quelqu’un nous en informe... pas de merci ni au revoir... nous n’avons pas eu de paille dans le milkshake alors que toutes les tables en avaient, on a du se lever pour aller en chercher une.

Went as a group of 7 adults and two kids, great burgers , they didn’t have a couple of items off the menu we ordered, which can be a bit of a pain when you have to go to the counter to place your order, backwards and forwards.

The last two times I have been here the food has been great but the experience has been completely ruined by the rude and inattentive staff. First time we were asked to move half way through so they could make room for another table and they acted as if we had done something wrong and seated us so close to another table our elbows were touching. Second time they got my order wrong then proceeded to tell me I must have said the wrong thing until I found my receipt and again acted put out and no apology offered

I booked a table for my partner and I. To be honest, we only went because of the 2 for 12 quid offer, and although the burger was nice this is probably all that it was worth. Our table was cleaned when we arrived, well, a dirty old cloth was slapped around it. Just an average place I'm afraid! Would have been upset had we paid full price

My partner and I went in last night as we had a burger craving and wanted to try a new place out. We walked in and it was very quiet, the lady who greeted us was nice enough, told us to sit wherever and said she'd be with us in a minute to take our drinks order. We sat and waited.. and waited.. for nearly 20 minutes and noone came to our table. There were only 2 other tables taken and most of the staff were faffing about and looked absolutely miserable. No menus were brought to us, no service offered. The lady who said she would take our drinks order stood at the bar polishing tomatoes!!

Amazing burgers!The truffle cheese fries are also delicious and the 44 Northcote Pale Ale beer is great! Definetly recommend this place for lunch or dinner!

This was my first time at GBK, on the recommendation of my oldest daughter who has a student discount card. Well, it was a Friday so the discount card was not valid [DOH!] but good news we still had eligibility for a free side... damn me for ordering the green salad, the cheapest of the sides... now the freebie. Seems a waste of a freebie.

Never been to this restaurant before so took the opportunity to nip in with my wife and son (10yrs).

My gf and I ate here today in the afternoon.

First time to visit a GBK but unfortunately will not be in a hurry to go back. Although not overly busy a particular member of staff was very unfriendly and came across as rude rather than overly efficient. You go to the till to order and as we were waiting on a friend decided to just order the starters. Just one of these came and waited on the second but didn't appear although we were charged. Asked a member of staff who went to check and then informed us that it had went to another table!! When it eventually arrived we had already ordered our mains so both arrived at almost the same time. Food was ok and onion rings were slightly cold definitely did not enjoy the chips. For what this restaurant charges it should give a better quality of food.

Visited on a Saturday night so peak time and it was busy. Service took a long time, hampered by the number of take-aways being prepared by the theatre style kitchen.But the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere and decor are nice and the burgers are very good. Tried a Major Tom which has a lot of toppings and thought it was too complicated but the Classic cheeseburger was well received.

went here for the first time on a visit to leamington. service was ok, but think for the prices charged it should be table service not having to go up to order yourself. dont agree with paying first , but this may be for security reasons. food was tasty and well cooked. but husband was still hungry later. feel it is expensive by the time you order your sides, but what really annoys me is the price of the drinks. i asked for lemonade, expecting ice and a glass and was given a plastic bottle of Sprite(i hate lime) with a straw for £2.60 and a bottle of bud at £5.95, seems such a high mark up. like i said food was tasty but not amazing for the price.

Vast choice of burgers and combinations. Get the app as there's always an offer on there and the rewards are excellent. I'm always getting a free side or something. Service is ok but I'm not sure why I always get my burger separately and about 5 minutes before my fries. Would much prefer the two together.

As we entered, there was only 4 tables, and a gent in a white top just shouted at us across the bar "table for 2 mate" and then came round and seated us, i work in hospitality my self and this is not how you greet people! Food- overpriced for what u get, we ordered sides of sweet pot fries, both were missed and i had to get out my seat and go ask even then we got 1 portion of left overs and a fresh portion, obviously cooked in dirty oil, the staff serioisly need training there was a table left dirty for 26mins as i timed it, there was 3 staff on and only 4 tables, the girl with blond hair has no customer skills at all just moping around with a face on her, no check back was given to see how our food was, the list goes on, bottom line is get some enthusiastic staff, if you want a decent night i suggest people go over the road!

If there is one thing Leamington is crying out for it's a good burger joint. Thought we had one in the form of Meatcure, for a while. But since they closed down a group of 4 of us decided to give the Gourmet Burger Kitchen a go. We were very disappointed, to be honest. Onion rings were practically raw, tiny portion sizes and truly average burgers. At least one of us didn't get the mayo and relish left off which they asked for and the menu wasn't terribly varied in burger options. Top it all with such a high price for what was delivered I cannot recommend this restaurant to anybody.

As the other reviewers haves mentioned it is expensive!I dined on my own Monday evening - I ordered the Cheese and Bacon burger, with fries and a beer it cost £19.10Yes expensive but it was a tasty meal! Burger cooked nicely - could have been a little hotter if I'm being really picky! Fries nice - again could have been hotter!My real gripe about this place is the self service! My bet is that the waiters don't really get much tips because you do everything yourself! Go to the bar place your order, get your own sauces!Half way through my meal I wanted another drink - but didn't want to get up and leave all my belongings at the table! So I remained thirsty!

Went here expecting it to be the ultimate burger place, burgers average at best, everything is an added extra so the bill starts adding up & drinks over priced & you have to go to go up to order food.Never been back since.

Expensive and not value for money we paid proxy £17 for two burgers. I couldn't say there was anything special about them other then being two burgers - on a positive note service good staff friendly. Chicken was halal.

Arrived at 6pm when restaurant was very quiet.Disappointing quality of food, cold corn on the cob, overcooked breaded chicken, what tasted & looked like peanut butter posing as satay.Chenin blanc & pinot grigio could only be made palatable by adding lemonade.3 times staff tried to give us food & drink ordered by a table close by.GBK take payment at the food order stage. Should have been a lovely meal for 3 adults & 4 children.Won't be going back & won't be recommending.

Another of those restaurants that seat you, give you a menu and when you are ready to order tell you to go to the counter and order it yourself! Childrens menu is exceptionally good value for money and colouring sheets are provided although all the crayons were blunt. Burgers are bought and then sides are all extra. Appreciate waiting while they cook the burger from scratch but was surprised at how greasy it was. Toilets nice and clean. Staff were generally friendly and polite. Left feeling quite underwhelmed and out of pocket for what was basically just a burger

Certainly far from cheap, but I've visited this chain a few times and the burgers are always amazing. Both the skinny fries and chunky chips are also great, but don't come as part of the burger order and are classed as sides.We arrived at 12pm and the restaurant was virtually empty, but soon fills up pretty quickly. We were promptly shown to a table by a friendly chap who provided us with menus - despite having two young children with us we didn't get a children's menu and had to search the restaurant for one. We eventually had to grab the waiter again to find a kids' menu for us. Chap did seem new tho, so not a problem. Despite the expensive menu, I actually thought the kids' menu offered reasonable value for money. Food came quickly and can't fault quality and taste. Waitress who brought out our food (petite with blonde ponytail) was pretty miserable unfortunately. I don't enjoy criticising staff but she seemed pained to crack a smile and spent much of the time we were there talking to the bar staff, huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes. She just looked like she didn't want to be there. We were sat next to the condiment station which she cleaned at one point, spraying drops of surface cleaner over our heads while we were still eating. As I've said, can't fault the food for taste but sadly the prices seem a little steep for what they offer.

Took my Mrs for dinner, Classic chicken burger was so dry and bit rubbery. Blue cheese Burger was okay. Reason we went there was for good Onion rings and found out they sold out by 7pm.

We tried to book a table here but was told full booked and come down and try, it was only about 5pm on Saturday, when we got there we walked into an empty restaurant! Anyway if someone had said to me spend £75 on a family meal on burgers, I would tell them where to go but that's exactly what we paid for 4 burgers, 4 sides of chips and 4 drinks. Don't get me wrong the burgers were very nice, probably the best I have had for while but would I spend that amount again, probably not just for a burger!

When you get their you are shown to your seat and you are told to self order. We looked at the menu and thought we were getting nice chunky burgers for the price. When the food eventually came, the burgers were the size of McDonald's but triple the price. The good thing was that the food was nice tasting. If the burgers were bigger or have sides then I would have been more happy.

whilst this is a great burger its SO expensive! Definitely need a voucher if dining here (bogof sometimes pops up on my email). very good but not sure the price reflects the burger (and nothing with it) that you get.

Based on the experience of me and my family, this establishment is nothing more than a glorified MacDonalds.Even though we had booked a table we waited at the door for 10 minutes while one of the waiting staff faffed about trying to find a table for someone in front of us who hadn’t booked. The waitress who served us was friendly enough but the food arrived one average burger at a time and without the sides so no one could start their meal. When the sides eventually arrived they were lukewarm and so by that time were the burgers. When asked why our order could not be served all at once the waitress said she didn’t know! Really? We had a good view of the kitchen and staff seemed to be pre-occupied with getting takeaways out of the door, so go figure.Looking round the room, other parties of a similar size to ours (7 people) seemed to be experiencing the same problem. At no point were we asked whether we were enjoying our meal – I suspect partly because they knew what the answer would be - but also because probably it never occurred to anyone that it’s important to ask. Overall, what was supposed to be an enjoyable family meal out to celebrate a birthday was a massive disappointment and a waste of our time and hard-earned cash. I note that very little seems to have improved since comments were raised on this forum as long ago as 2015 – that will teach me not to have read them first. Btw, if you feel inclined to send GBK feedback via their website, don’t waste your time because I’m still waiting for a response after more than 2 months.

Went here the other week (1st April) with friends and I was disappointed to find that when the burger arrives it only comes with the burger and that's it! I must admit, I didn't scrutinise the menu to check what comes with it, but I would have expected at least a salad if not fries! It looked pitiful on the plate all on its own. I went here for the opening week because I work locally and was given some tickets and I honestly don't remember there being such a lack of food. Bizarre to say the least. I should have gone to Nandos!

Been twice recently and had a good meal both times. Pleasant service. Interesting menu with some different burgers to try - should be something for everyone. 'Naked' option - without the bun good idea for those on a diet. Good place for people who like to try something a bit different and not the same offering at the lowest price. Can get noisy - I would like a bit more atmosphere and less musak but very happy to return.

We went to Gourment Burger kitchen on Sunday 12th March, Its not the cheapest for a burger and chips especially if you want a little alcoholic beverage to go with it, but my fried chicken satay burger and sweet potato fries was amazing... Keep thinking about going back for another one! Staff were all very friendly and helpful - Nice place to eat.

Restaurant was busy and lively 6:30 Saturday eveningOrdered food , had the monkey nuts while we waited , needed a drink ,that took a while to arrive .Wine glass was weird , drinks limited choiceWe waited till 7:05 for food to arrive At last it did , husbands burger was cold, fries lukewarm So burger goes back and we get a refund It was ok , very expensive for what it isBurgers are burgers , McDonald's manage to serve them prompt and hotGBK You need to improve do what Byrons do and it will succeed

A delicious meal, reasonably priced with good service although they could improve the range of alcoholic drinks as its very limited.

Just had a delivery as a treat for my daughter. Whilst I asked for her burger to be well done. There is a difference between well done and burnt. Mine was cold and the chips for the price were stuck together and there wasn't a lot of them. High price disappointing food.
