So i paid for my food which overall tasted nice (nice temperature as usual) however when i was being given my food they began passing it me in seperate things. So they gave me my drink, then chicken, the chips, then corn. Baring in mind that there was not a separate collection area i was blocking people in the queue and i then had to balance my tray on the side as i put all of my stuff on the tray. Then my tray tipped over and all of my stuff fell on the floor. I didnt mind the fact that i dropped it as i take full responsibility although they did not help me straight away and stood there laughing behind the till. I found this very unprofessional and immature as its their duty to give there customers a welcoming and comfortable visit. Even thought they gave me a new meal they did not give me a new drink (which i paid for) I do not think i will be returning unfortunately. ps, they also do not have any accessible toilets in the restaurant.

100 fast service and the manger is amazing and it famiily friendly and all staff happy to help and allways with a smile on the face 👍

Visited place with family on a busy day. Service was good but food was average and tables were dirty probably due to lack of staff watching and cleaning when people leave tables. Convenient only if you are at West Orchards for shopping and you want to eat something fast...

Part of a forecourt in a shopping centre shared with Subway and McDonalds. Arrived in a busy Saturday lunchtime, had to send one person to hold a clean table while we ordered. Service was prompt and hot!! Area clean. Cannot fault at all as a KFC member was prompt to clean tables once vacated. Clearly a great team here with prompt hot food and clean . Brilliant.

As KFCs go, it's pretty good. Tables were cleared quickly. Food prepared speedily and tasted good when we ate it. Went at 2pm, so not much of a queue. I imagine it could get busy

Very clean, clear pricing and menu options. Staff very friendly and efficient. Shame about the position of store. Queues can build up quite quickly and can be quite long. Other than that, not a bad store at all..

Just your average KFC. Plenty of seats, staff quite fast as well. One downside is that it closes a bit early (around 6pm I think).

Regularly use . Mainly for breakfast which is great value and buffet style . Staff go out of way to help and make your visit comfortable. Always tidy and clean

216 Cromwell LaneLovely food. I had the veggie burger and was very nice. Grape soda was delicious. It was very busy (for a sunday). Staff were lovely. The only reason for 4 stars is because we waited a very long time to receive our drinks we ordered, to the point that we were ready to leave almost when they arrived so perhaps needed more staff. The little cinema also stopped showing movies and was really messy but I'm sure kids don't really mind the mess but alot sat in there waiting for a film to come on and almost 2 hours later still nothing so was a shame for them. Didn't impact my kids as they're too young.

106 Warwick StreetLoved this place. Burger was delicious and milkshakes sublime! Atmosphere was very festive over Christmas and New Year.

49 Regent StreetThis is my goto and favourite place to get lunch in Leamington. The Poke boxes are amazing and you get a miso soup to enjoy as well. Healthy and hearty lunch. Added to that a loyalty card, so as a frequent flyer you get that all important free lunch to enjoy every once in a while. Try it you won’t be disappointed. After many visits I can testify it’s always 10/10 with great hospitality and a warm welcome every time you walk in the door.
