So i paid for my food which overall tasted nice (nice temperature as usual) however when i was being given my food they began passing it me in seperate things. So they gave me my drink, then chicken, the chips, then corn. Baring in mind that there was not a separate collection area i was blocking people in the queue and i then had to balance my tray on the side as i put all of my stuff on the tray. Then my tray tipped over and all of my stuff fell on the floor. I didnt mind the fact that i dropped it as i take full responsibility although they did not help me straight away and stood there laughing behind the till. I found this very unprofessional and immature as its their duty to give there customers a welcoming and comfortable visit. Even thought they gave me a new meal they did not give me a new drink (which i paid for) I do not think i will be returning unfortunately. ps, they also do not have any accessible toilets in the restaurant.

100 fast service and the manger is amazing and it famiily friendly and all staff happy to help and allways with a smile on the face 👍

Visited place with family on a busy day. Service was good but food was average and tables were dirty probably due to lack of staff watching and cleaning when people leave tables. Convenient only if you are at West Orchards for shopping and you want to eat something fast...

Part of a forecourt in a shopping centre shared with Subway and McDonalds. Arrived in a busy Saturday lunchtime, had to send one person to hold a clean table while we ordered. Service was prompt and hot!! Area clean. Cannot fault at all as a KFC member was prompt to clean tables once vacated. Clearly a great team here with prompt hot food and clean . Brilliant.

As KFCs go, it's pretty good. Tables were cleared quickly. Food prepared speedily and tasted good when we ate it. Went at 2pm, so not much of a queue. I imagine it could get busy

Very clean, clear pricing and menu options. Staff very friendly and efficient. Shame about the position of store. Queues can build up quite quickly and can be quite long. Other than that, not a bad store at all..

Just your average KFC. Plenty of seats, staff quite fast as well. One downside is that it closes a bit early (around 6pm I think).

It was a sunday lunchtime and we went to gbk for mothers day lunch and when we saw the burgers we decoded to go here as they looked very nice. However when we were taken to our table we was sat there for 20 minutes not knowing how to place an order once we found out we was sat waiting for our food for 30 minutes. Now the burgers did taste okay and wasnt a problem however the chicken wings were one of the worst i have ever tasted the batter tasted like rubber and it was the worst chicken wings i have ever tasted. The chefs were sat there talking and not actually cooking our food. We were really ashamed on the service as there was one waitress who was really putting in the hard work. Overall would not recommend.

106 Warwick StreetMy husband got food poisoning after eating the chicken burger here. He became very ill just hours after his meal, and we’re confident this was the cause. Really disappointed, especially as the service was decent. Would strongly urge the restaurant to review their food safety and kitchen hygiene. We won’t be returning.
