Absolutely delicious-I had scrambled eggs, avocado and smoked salmon on sourdough. It was a big portion and arrived very quickly. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Such a special experience and honestly the best food we’ve had in such a long time. The concept is great and not similar to a fine dining tasting menu where everything is small and rich… the portions were perfect and everything was light and super fresh. We can’t wait to come back soon! Thanks for a lovely night!!
Beautiful little coffee shop, we came for afternoon tea and were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and filling the milkshake was delicious. I will be adding this place to my favourite places to go and will also be recommending to friends and family.
Kenilworth has a surplus of coffee shops, and most of them are pretty good, but La Ari is the standout for me.
Having visited for the first time in early May, I’m already on my third loyalty card !
The coffee is excellent and the authenticity of the food is wonderful.
If you’ve walked past La Ari many times and wondered what it might be like, step inside - the chances are that I might already be there.
We had wonderful service, cake to die for, antipasto was wonderful and cappachino and latté that was realky hot....... a real taste of Italian cafè culture, best place for coffee and snacks in Kenilworth
Visited the coffee box on a visit to my sister and nephews who live on the estate...fab setting, with outdoor seating and beautiful views over the countryside, great coffee and friendly owner....brilliant combination! Think I may be visiting my sister more often!
Visited for valentines, the food was fantastic! The food came with a glass of sangria, the atmosphere was friendly, vibrant and welcoming. We will definitely visit again soon and would highly recommend anyone to visit! Thank you Rumba!!
My daughter and I both love a poke bowl and she found this little place through Trip Advisor. I honestly can’t rate it highly enough. The bowls were full of interesting and fresh ingredients. We both chose salmon and the portions were generous. We had a cup of wonderfully flavoursome miso soup which was free with our order. It was service with a BIG smile and we even had a couple of sweet treats popped in the bag, also free! What a find!
4 of us went on Friday for the 10 course Tasting Menu and have to say it was one of the best food experiences of my life.
Nigel produced some stunning courses, complemented with excellent wines.
Jordan looked after us very well and her explanation of each course and the wine to accompany it was perfect.
If I could give the restaurant 100 stars I would. Highly recommended.
This place was a real find. We were visiting for one evening only to have an experience night at the Warwick Gin Company and needed somewhere close by to eat prior. Having no knowledge of the area we arrived not knowing what places we would find to eat. The outside is plain and just informs you the restaurant is Greek. There was one table taken so not queuing down the street but the inside looked neat and tidy, and we didn't have too much time so in we went. From the onset, being quiet was a positive because the owner poured his undivided attention onto us. Whilst we perused the menu, he brought some small samples of the specials and he left them with us to try. Being a small restaurant we could see and hear the chef which made the whole experience good. We ordered one of the specials (Hirino Me Prasso) and the mixed grill, with a side of pitta and Tzatziki. The mixed grill also came with Oregano Fries and salad. The special came with garlic bread and feta and we ordered a house red to drink. The service was prompt and unobtrusive. Our host knew when to chat and when to leave us be. When we did chat, he was so polite and friendly, recounting his memories of Greece amongst other things. The food when it came was as good if not better than we'd hoped and we found some space for some traditional desserts. If and when, I visit this area again, I'll be sure to come and eat here again.
We were so excited that we’d got a reservation for our Christmas get together at a new restaurant that sold our two favourite things, cheese and wine. What a shame they couldn’t deliver. Waited 1.5 hours for 2 charcuterie boards and some cheese. Food was ok but the service let the place down. Despite a number of staff, they all seemed more interested in their own conversations than; checking back, upselling or service.
