What a wonderful cafe. Such warm smiles even though this young lady was by herself she moved like a ninja 🥷 fast and super smooth just like my hot chocolate ☕️ with the largest marshmallow I’ve ever seen in my life. Cabinet food tempting and so delicious. This is a must visit. Highly recommend X10

Sorry to say, but I have been disappointed on two recent visits. I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich is a roll. It was tasteless apart from the brown sauce. I would bet that the items are batch cooked in the morning and are then reheated. Took away a cake which was dry as if it was past it's best.

Went to Autumn Afternoon Tea but with an added theme of Baby Shower. The decorations on all the tables were brilliant and attention to detail was amazing. The food was unusual, tasty and filling. Special teas went with the three scones plus several other teas at various times. Extra payment gave you 3 cocktails alcoholic non alcoholic or prosecco . All the food was homemade and beautifully presented. They do various themed afternoon teas through out the year. I was very impressed with the whole event . Everything about the afternoon was enjoyable. The staff were attentive chatty and helpful. A truly unique experience. Can’t wait to go again.

My wife and I were in Kenilworth and decided to try a new to us café. We were not disappointed with Forrest. It was very full but we were found a table for two that would accommodate a wheelchair. My wife had a latte whilst I had a mocha. Both were excellent, the mocha was not too sweet. We ordered at the counter but the drinks were delivered to our table. Our visit was on a Saturday just before 11:00. We will go back again.

Met a friend here for coffee on a Sunday morning. The cake looked very inviting but we abstained. Drinks were perfectly fine and we were not made to feel as if we had to give our table up, despite it being quite busy. Nice little gem worth visiting again.

I was in Abbey Fields Play Park at 6:30pm today and could see the Forrest Takeaway Camper was there. Unfortunately they had just shut and had packed the tills away when I asked for a couple of cold drinks. It wasn’t a problem, I could see I was far to late. 5 minutes later a gentleman came over with cans of San Pelligreno and cookies for my children. I was speechless. The gentleman didn’t realise that I was at the park late as my husbands father had just passed away in a car accident and I was taking the children out quickly as the police were at our home. Forrest (Father of the owner) you really don’t know what this beautiful act of kindness meant to me at that moment. Clearly a family business with customer service at its core. Can’t wait to try your cafe time and time again. Thank you

There are a dozen cafes in Kenilworth, and you can have a good coffee and a treat almost anywhere - therefore, you might think that this market is saturated and another coffee shop will not find its customers, but ... "Forrest" is almost always full and it is not easy to find a place there, not only inside, even if it was opened only last year. Of course, the fantastic location matters, as it is right in the centre of Kenilworth, but coffee is very good and friendly service also encourages you to visit the place again.

Really good vibe and service, food was really great too, got a great menu and all cooked extremely well. Simply the best it’s been since the old days of Rhubarb

Could not fault in any way. The staff were very pleasant and the food came piping hot and plenty of it. I had scampi and my wife had Thai fishcakes at £15 for two excellent value. Will certainly return.
