Kfc in Wolverhampton

This is not the original Kfc it's a cheap copy rip off with the lowest quality food and service for large prices I will never ever go into Kfc again I will go somewhere where quality exists.

Evitar a toda costa. La comida salió fría como piedra y la llevó de vuelta al mostrador 15 minutos después consiguió la mitad del pedido devuelto e incompleto. Personal bastante grosero que no vio problema con servir hamburguesas frías congeladas. ¡No te molestes!

Ordered a party bucket the skin on all the chicken was tasteless no flavour what so ever waste of money. Have they changed recipe as its awful

The food was fine but the restaurant is filthy! Everywhere was dirty and the bin was overflowing. Even though there was 4 members of staff just stood doing nothing!

Absolute pile of sh*t customer service. I ordered a popcorn chicken meal and wanted to upgrade my drink to a crushem, to get the same response as always… “we haven’t got any crushem’s”. I used to work at kfc and I know it’s bullsh*t, someone hasn’t done their job and filled up the machine or they are cleaning it to go home early (before 6pm btw) Either way, it’s on the menu and you should sell it. So I drove to the next window and wanted to add a sundae to my order instead. The kid on the window made me wait whilst he sorted something, he opened the window and got scolded Infront of me by his manager for taking my extra order. I ain’t being funny, if you done your job right and made sure the crushem machine was filled and working, he would of had to take an additional order. Poor management, poor service. And to top it off, no spoon with my plain sundae, which I ordered as an oreo… absolute waste of time and money. That’s what happens when the stores run by todays useless youths.

Awful food!! Chicken was dry and cold tasted like it was a few hours old chips was stone cold and burger, gravy was realy thick and lumpy (was past the sell by time on label aswell) avoid at all cost waste of money rather go hungry

I usually go to Bushbury KFC but it's being refurbished so I went to Bentley Bridge. I went to get a 10 piece family bucket, mine was the only car in the drive through but it still took 2 mins before anyone spoke through the speaker (I was just about to reverse back out). Ordered a 10 piece bucket (told him I didn't want only drumsticks), paid and collected. At home I opened the bag and found only 9 pieces, all drumsticks, burnt on the outside and crunchy. So bad I threw it in the bin and went to the local McDonalds. KFC cost £25+ and Maccy's £18 !!! Is KFC UK not monitoring these outlets, how are such crappy restaurants with unsatisfactory reviews still open?.... I checked other reviews and notice the same problems and comments, these franchise owners are obviously not bothered about providing a service. I am sending a copy of this review to KFC H/O, lets see what rubbish they reply with.

Once again terrible service, went through the drive thru, ordered 10 piece bucket. Either the staff are illiterate or thick, we asked for them not to put too many leg pieces, low and behold even after reiterating this, we got home and the whole bucket had leg pieces. Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve read a majority of the reviews and there are more people complaining than enjoying. If the manager is reading this, I think you need to review and train your staff!!!!!! Last thought how embarrassing for KFC !!!!!!

Turned up in drive through and ordered 3 chicken pieces. Was informed they only had legs and thighs which when given to me was hardly anything at all. Obviously staff were aware this was not value for money but continued to serve 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Will not be returning to this store and most likely Kfc.

Very poor. My bucket was served in a bag with cold Fry's the Asian staff barely spoke English my cold Fry's were replaced with cold Fry's when I complained they just said sorry. Not good enoutgh. Contacted online just said sorry hope see u again. No way never use again KFC Wolverhampton centre

Ordered a dipping boneless feast sharing bucket, chicken was raw! Phoned kfc who requested I return it to store. Why would I drive out when I paid for delivery. Awful service

We visited Friday 2nd July, we ordered then we’re told to find a table, one had grease and remnants of food all over the table and floor, so we went to the next available and that was the same , asked for the table to be cleaned and eventually the assistant came over and wiped the table knocking the remnants over the floor. I collected our food from the counter and went back to the table. There were no utensils to eat with, no salt, no sauces, no wipes or napkins in the bag and nothing out, due to COVID I presume. Overall felt the experience was horrendous

Ordered a KFC via Uber eats for myself, husband and 2 children. Came on time with a big sticker on saying Checked! Well which ever member of staff had checked the order needs to be retrained. We were missing a whole meal. I therefore telephoned the restaurant who apologized and gave me a code to use next time I visited the restaurant. This is well and good but what about my husbands meal! Not good enough!

Need to look after the dinig room better. Never quick to clean tables as soon as people leave. Girls at tills could be more friendly as there are always other people wanting a job. Manager needs to run it better or step down, Martin

At last it seems one of the big fast food brands can give McD's some competition! I had a very good cappuccino, and when I asked if I could have a drop more coffee in the cup the response was positive. None of the thousand yard stares or negative vibes. This meant that I left the premises feeling like I'd had value for money and great service. Well done to the young blonde female (didn't get a name) who was serving at 1240 Fri 25/10 lunchtime. I would be interested to see if any senior managers act on this and capitalise on huge potential marketability.

Very busy due to location being on a retail park but made worse by the local youngsters hanging around in groups as a pass time. Food as you would expect from a fast food service..

Visited here for tea today (Fri evening) before going to the cinema, I manouvered the wheelchair in, plenty of room. it was 6pm, busy but not crowded, the food was bought out quickly, and extremely hot, being freshly cooked, Big Daddy meals x 2, icecream and a tropicana drink, all perfect, well done to the team. Keep up the good work, see you again soon. Thanks.

Wednesday night at 8pm and they had loads of staff on. For some reason they could put everyone’s orders through but not get them out. There were about 6 people eating and about 20+ of us waiting for our food. They called out my order and I had to get past everyone that was waiting and by then they’d got bored of calling my order and turned around. I tried saying ‘excuse me’ over the counter and got ignored until I got the attention of another employee. When trying to pick a table, most were covered with old food that had probably been there a while and no one had cleared off. I ended up chucking away and old customers food so I could sit down and even then to table was dirty and a drink had been dropped all over the floor so our shoes were wet. Clearly no one was any good leading the team and I certainly won’t bother going there again.

Visited here last week as wanted a change from the usual food at New Cross. Big mistake. The restaurant is full of undesirables and the food isn’t much better. The service was terrible and our order was wrong! We were missing a cookie and a packet of chips. When I went back I told the girl who went on to stare at me, roll her eyes and shout to her colleague ‘I put them in the bag’. You never love that’s why I came back!! The toilets were also awful!!!!Never again!!

Everytime i go the food just gets worse, it seems to attract the local chavs, i've been in the queue inside in the past and theres been a knife fight outside which then entered the restaurant... not a great experience. The tables are usually filthy and the queues are long. For some reason the chicken usually comes undercooked, i thought the restaurant as a chain had to follow certain cooking times? You're better off going to Nandos opposite.

After my last visit I wasn't going to return to this place, but when left with soggy chips from another fisn N chip shop less than 50 Mt's away it wasn't an option as dam hungry,Wish I hadn't of bothered with KFC it hasn't changed for the better,Chicken must have been into space on the shuttle, for 3 months it was nuked to death, dry, and coating was falling off it, chips were so under cooked nearly raw,As for the beans, one can only discribribe them as used on the shuttle for re-entry tiles no juice and dryed up, must of escaped during lift off somewhere out of sight. Last time I go to this hell hole to be robbed of my money legally..Find another place to eat waste of £7.00

Came to eat at KFC restaurant for the first time ever! My experience was terrible! Dirty seating area, terrible service from staff and food did not taste as good as normal. Poor service and a bad attitude response from staff member ‘Patricia’. Needs training on customer service and general manners!

Only came here because McDonalds was so busy. What can I say? Awful service, no kids meals, dirty tables and far too long a wait for food. Never, ever again!

3 food items were not available on the menu, which was ok as we didn't want those items, but it soon became clear that they were not the only things not available. There were no spoons for ice cream sundaes, they had to search the restaurant to find a handful of forks! Then I used the toilet. I was forced to use one that didn't lock, as the other one was in a disgusting mess. There is a terrible smell as you approach the toilets and there is no hand soap or toilet roll. A sign in the toilets states that they ate checked regularly and if they do not meet with satisfaction to report the problem, so I told the young man who was wiping the tables. He said the toilet roll has run out. Absolutely diabolical experience. I won't be coming here again.

Quite possibly the worst service ever from a so called fast food restaurant,arrived at 8pm to be told no burritos ,ordered zinger tower meals and after waiting 20 minutes off we went home.Opened the bag,no hash brown ,offered no salt or dips ,ended up with cold chips ,absolute shocking place

Had two fillet box meals were very nice but not very warm this was due to a long wait no apology offered.

If you go to this KFC you will be disappointed. Why sort of poor management forgets to order enough bread in a shop that sells burgers

Normalmente kfc es mi primera opción si estoy agarrando el almuerzo en el ir en el trabajo. Y normalmente es bastante bueno. Pero este lugar está bien por debajo de los estándares de la cadena y necesita un cambio o para ser cerrado. De todos KFC ME PARECE para lo concurrido que es, se mantiene limpio. Parece que siempre lleno y como siempre hay personas que piensan que debajo de ellos a limpiar ellos mismos, pero el personal mantenga la mesas limpias.

Este KFC estaba limpio y ordenado en todo. Todo el personal fue muy amable y acogedor. Era servido por Hannah Omalley, pronunciaba excelente servicio con una sonrisa :).

When we entered, the place was very quiet but a complete dump. I stood at the counter for 5 mins then decided to complain to the Manager. I informed her of the above and said the till staff just keep on walking past, it's very quiet, I don't understand why I haven't been served.Her response was an apology while finding what I'm saying funny. The staff at the counter then decided to stand at the counter ready to serve.I don't understand how this KFC is consistently poor.There wasn't a queue and only one couple at the counter who had already been served but we're waiting for their food.

Usually cook a Sunday dinner but decided to have a change, went through drive through ordered meals once home opened the box to find a hair sticking out, 2 weeks later son went through drive through I only wanted corn on the cob, he ordered meals for him and my mom got it home and surprise surprise no corn on the cob

This place really needs a make over but also a good clean!Mismatching, scratched wooden chairs along with ripped leather type chairs make it all look very tatty. Struggled to find a table that was clean and rubbish free. Floor littered with rubbish. An employee did start to clean up when I was there but it needs to be more often and on going. Needs a constant presence on the shop floor, like many McDonald's do, to keep it clean. Overall, it's just grubby! It's next door to McDonald's and I think you're better eating there!

Don't bother to go here. Dirty tables. Queue's the food is luke warm to be fair most of these type of places are the same. But this was definitely the person who clears tables day off

Always get the order with missing items and food always luke warm... Drive thru that is as never bother going in.... When call to say missing items the expect me to drive all the way back or mention when next come and never give a reference so when go back next time they say no nothing of it!

About time kfc responded with actions to customer surveys .in my opinion the worst chips soft warm and not seasoned, and the bread buns are not much better.the chicken is great but its only 1part of the kfc experience. Just sayin

ordered wicked zinger meals which came with spicy wings which were very cold and overly oily. Zinger burger didn't have much mayo on it and seemed a very rushed/haphazardly put together. Would not go there again.

Although the food is nice the service is really slow. And i cant tell you the amount of times they have got my order wrong!

It's a fast food restaurant so what can you really say about them. It's not like you go in for a 3 course meal. But the food is good. Sometimes they don't get your order correct so you have to park up and go in. But it's good vale for money.

My wicked variety bucket wasn't variety at all. Had 9 pieces of chicken in the bucket not 10 and no chicken fillets or dips. I got home and when I realised felt compelled to leave this review.Completely ripped off. Terrible.

Dirty tables, rubbish on the floors, wet unclean floors in the toilets and staff that are quite happy to ignore all of this to carry on talking loudly to each other. Food barely warm too... a complete sh#t tip. Where are the managers?

I have been here a few times after shopping. I used the drive thru facility and never had to wait long. Food is always served hot and the staff are quite friendly.

Kfc in Bentley Bridge wolverhampton is a lovely place, very busy friendly staff great place to go when you have been bowling or cinema which are close by

This my worse experience of my all time visit to kfc,horrible atmosphere,not food available,people walking around in the place,tables dirty,ok I asked for cleaning not problem was done.going to toilet it was very dirty,it was too late my children looking forward to be eating there.Sorry KFC lost respect were is the management shame.

service is ..drive thru...even worse. Orders are often wrong..thing missing or not done correctly. If i ask for a drink with no ice ..i expect a drink with no ice...The food is greasy,,,the staff can be abrupt...not even a thankyou. Location is good in a shopping area ..near a cinema and bowling .

We visited here on a Friday night for a quick takeaway as we were going on holiday the next day. We are regular visitors and the service never fails to surprise me, I'd like to know if KFC train their staff at all as they seem to have no clue. The queue stretched all the way to the door and my request for a Krushem with my box meal seemed to send them into hysterics. After negotiating the restaurant and returning home the food was as good as it ever is from KFC.

even though its run by teenagers food always hot ..and always helpful ..never seen anyone moan yet ..im a driver so occasionally eat out always enjoying a hot n spicy supercharger ..... feel a bit peckish now off for a kfc special

This has to be the worst KFC I have ever visited.I have now visited 4 times because my handicapped brother lives near this branch and travels poorly. Gets no better and possibly worse each time we visit.During busy times, the drive through queue totally block any car parking places and you have to park in the main centre.With only one server taking orders and another assembling the orders ( there are 3 tills) a wait of up to 15 minutes to be served is usual. Be sure to ask for hot chicken and fries as on 2 previous occasions I have sent what was soggy coated tepid chicken back. My last visit after a 15 minute wait in the queue I was served hot chicken (requested) but because of apparent staff shortages tables were uninviting and looked uncared for. After eating our meal I attempted to use 2 bins that were full to overflowing, the floor littered with chicken/paper debris.Suffice to say I have given 3 highly critical online reviews to KFC and one wonders if the corporate team take note of comments. Following my last visit I phoned customer services and my complaint is in the process of being investigated by a regional manager. Perhaps that is because I have photos of the queue, the tables and the waste bins and suggested I should tweet them.If you are in the locality I can recommend the KFC branches at Leamore and Shire Oak which are superb.
