Typical McDonald's up to the usual standard for the chain. My only complaint is the parking and the one way system around the drive through. Cars going in block the way of cars coming out, so it gets blocked up and congested at busy times. I don't blame the staff. It's down to poor design, poor signage and lack of consideration and common sense from the customers.

Busy but now food is always correct back in the day a plain cheeseburger was always a nightmare to order and would always be wrong but always right now could you please get rid of all the takeaway people out the restaurants this is just so not good if you wanna sit in totally puts you off your food

APUALING Well yesterday my partner ordered a from McDonald's High Street Bilston. NEVER GO BACK TO HERE. me and my partner and a few friends are now very ill because all from chicken nuggets, chicken big mac, double quarter pounder. We have got diarrhea and sickness bug because of this yesterday I am so greatful that my partner best friend didn't have everything separate from an ice cream and she is pregnant you should be ashamed of yourself. The chip was so cold I can put it in the fridge and they were colder the Iceland. APAULING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a chicken big mac, not as a meal and what I got was just two peices of chicken in three pieces of bread. I also ordered a mcspicy wich was cold, fries were also cold and stale. The cheese bites were also cold. The lady at the service window was reluctant to give out any napkins and ketchup I had to ask her three times. Not happy with the service at all.

Small McDonald's to visit. Was a wait, has been on several occasions, always cooked fresh so can't complain really. Nice big car park and the staff are polite

Do not get food from here i got here at 10.25pm the drive through was empty and when I received my food it was freezing cold, what a joke of a place

They've just done this McDonald's up and it is an improvement. Much better parking and access to drive through. Some nice outdoor seating too.

Always forget to put condiments in the bag

I ordered my food but there was this lady who served it and i had 2 coca colas but she didn’t even give me a cup holder and when i asked for it she looked at me rudely and kinda just threw it to me (Take away)

Never had bad service from this McDonalds. Very rarely ask me to park up, their click and collect is very efficient. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Honestly I feel like this is one of the better McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Food is good but tables are dirty

Popped in for a McMuffin meal, service very good, pleasant young lady served me. Feb 21st. Still fast service and the coffee is superb for the price.

Restaurant was heaving and no spaces to sit so used drive through. Pick times carefully with this site .. it is a popular location and can be difficult from a seating viewpoint. Drive through was effective and efficient and food was as expected. It's McDonald's!

It's really hit and miss as to whether you get decent service. Sometimes, the order is spot on other times a complete mess with missing items and poorly packaged food. I think Just Eat and Ubereats must have a right game with refunds.

Over the Christmas period I decided to give McDonalds another chance on the Big & Cheesy burger following a previous bad experience at Great Bridge. I'm starting to thing the Big & Cheesy is supposed to be dry as both times I have had it, the patty has been as dry as Prince Andrews armpits, it was like eating a yoga mat. My daughters happy meal burger was not up to cop either, that was also bone dry, cooked within an inch of it's life. Two bad experiences on the bounce, not good.

Fresh, perfectly salted fries, had the steakhouse and it was amazing!

Worst MacDonalds I've been to and to make it worse it's my nearest one 😞 staff are useless, food is always wrong when ordering and the security they use are rude often using bad language for the fun of it. My kids have heard this so i have had to take them out of the place so many times. Shocking.

Why do big Mac burgers never look like those advertised alwaysseemed to get poorly presented burgers with fries that are only just warm and are like rubber

The manager here is very friendly goes around asking the staff and even the customers if everything is OK thats what u call a guy who cares about others its get a full heap of stars just for that guy give him a raise

Uber eats delivery food is never warm.

Disappointed. paid for 2 extra tangy tomato sauce with cheese bites and didn't receive any, didn't even receive the sauce which is meant to come with the food. Won't be eating from here again. Thanks for nothing

Poor poor poor service went to get food but when I got home the food was wrong and things were missing so i went back again checked the bag which it looked right but when i got home again the burgers was missing things then went back the following day as I wasn't going back again for a 3rd time, told them and they don't care. Bilston mcdonalds has gone from bad to worse

I was very, sorry extremely disappointed with the service I experienced. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal minus the gerkin and a chicken mayo and cheese. I asked for fresh fries as I was on my night shift break and expected burgers to be made fresh as they where customised orders. The fries weren't fresh luck worm at best and the chicken mayo wrapper was soaking wet the cheese burger had gerkin in. I returned to then only have my burgers we done to a poor standard over statuated with mayo and cheese burger with to much ketchup. The chef deserved to be fired and the the big lady who was on the window need firing no passion at all. I was so put off from ever eating take away again I'm done. Worst experience ever. Felt sick couldn't even eat it. Never go Bilston one go to oldbury or by the Albion ground

My voucher wouldn't go through, but the guy did it for me, very helpful..nice & clean, lady doing face painting for the children, which was popular. ...chips hot, but big Mac wasn't , just warm

Food gets worse each time I go here! From cold, refried hard fries to not getting my order correct. Wraps dont have the right content inside them! Madness!

Food is pretty much always cold. Easily can tell it's food that's been left on the side for god knows how long until they just decide to drop it in someone's order. How you fail at McDonald's I have no idea. Been going on for well over year here and at Bentley Bridge.

Placed order got home had to go back as it was wrong and items missing, the manager changed our food read out our order to find out it was wrong yet again. The fries I wouldn't even given to my dog

PAID FOR A MCDONALDS BREAKFAST THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH WAITED 20MINS NO BREAKFAST WENT INSIDE TO GRAB MY ORDER ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY HAVE NOW STOP SERVING BREAKFAST AND THAT THEY WILL ONLY OFFER ME A FULL MEAL! IF I WANTED A MEAL I WOULD HAVE COME AFTER 11 O CLOCK TO GRAB A MEAL. STAFF WAS RUDE AND TALKING LIKE A DIRTY CHAV NO PROFESSIONAL MEMBER OF STAFF TO SPEAK TO WHY DO MCDONALDS HIRE CHAVS THAT CANT EVEN SPEAK BASIC ENGLISH AS UPGRADE THEM TO MANAGERS POSITIONS? WALKED OUT WITHOUT A REFUND OR ANY FOOD DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

After ordering through the app, there was no queue on drive thru. They asked me to park up (fine, I'd rather be served fresh food). Luckily I checked my food before driving off, they had given me a double cheeseburger instead of the double quarter pounder I had pre-ordered. Also there was no monopoly game on my large diet coke. I went back through the drive through again, but of a queue this time, my 11 week old daughter starting to get restless. Lady at the first window pre-warned me that I may have to park up again whilst they make it fresh. (Fine, I don't want cold food). Arrived at second window. Girl did apologise and said she had made an error (fine, these things happen) she went away then came back with the amended order. She assured me it was fresh when I asked. Didn't bother mentioning the monopoly (or lack of) on the diet coke as I had already put the straw in it (although I didn't have any at this point) and I didnt want them to potentially spit in my drink. I'd like to think they wouldn't be so disgusting but you just never know. I was civil and understanding with the staff throughout. Arrived home and consumed my food. Burger was cold and soggy (I live half a mile down the road, so no excuse) and chips were cold (doubt they were fresh at all) This isn't the first time our food has been cold, it is 90% of the time. Numerous times (not just at this branch but also the one on Birmingham New Road) they forget to put our dips in too. Its not acceptable, especially nowadays with how much the prices have gone up! We will be going to Burger King on Bilston Road in future as we ordered from there a few weeks ago and food was more pricy but piping hot and far better value for money... As we are so local we used to eat from this McDonald's regularly but not anymore. We will take our custom to Burger King from now on!

Had a decent quarter pounder with cheese, but the fries were dry and salty, and the banana milkshake was watery and didn't taste like banana.

I was in a hurry, so decided to use the drive through. Unfortunately, I was left waiting before I could place my order, then was met by a miserable cashier, before having to wait again as there appeared to be some confusion over my 'meal deal' order. Staff training in customer service is in urgent need of review.

The food was good in there and it tastes like perfection, sometimes when I order on Uber Eats, one of my items are missing or something like that, that's why I give it 4 stars but the hot chocolate tastes like water which tastes weird and the McFlurry is very good

So much for 24/7 which they have a large poster of on the building. Ordered through the app and when I arrived the place was closed. Staff just sitting around outside told me nothing they can do and to talk to customer service.

Regular customer at this branch however the last 2 days spoilt by this arrogant supervisor who on both days served me wrong food. On asking him he decided to accuse me of not ordering the correct way. Left the food for him to eat despite having paid for it. Never experienced such rudeness..

Recent visit - Feedback/improvement Went through the drivethru waited ages at the box no one answered to take my order even the guy in the other lane was waiting for someone to talk though the box eventually just gave up and went to the first window to place order !!!

24 hours proved useful after we returned from Peter Kay live in Brum. Didn't want to pay arena prices and we just about lasted until a Big Mac at midnight here not far from home.

Ordered Porridge this morning and it was stone cold, the staff happily re-heated it for me but then the bottom was burnt and the porridge tasted of burnt cardboard.

I ordered my veggies wrap and they took long time. My order number was 1 and I received after 9 customer because of vegetarian food not good too long wait.

Love McDonald's only issue is the oil they cook the fries 🍟 in is not the same it's different so it's totally changes the taste of the legendary Mcdonald fries 🍟..

Do NOT recommend. No customer service. Visited a fast food site which could not provide fries fast.... had to wait 10 mins in a parking bay, in the dark, only for a member of staff with " no Vizzy vest " to walk around moving cars to find the right registration, only to deliver the cold fries.

Service wasn't too bad. Food piping hot...but this one seems to have a need for a security on the door. 🙈

When oh when will they add the concept of gravity to the training sessions for the staff packing the bags with food. Every time they pack a boxed burger in a bag it's placed on its side meaning everything falls out and is a mess in the box. Literally no thought. I understand it ain't a Classy place, but this is a simple bit of thought that would make a difference.

I ate my mcdonalds and the whole 24 hours after that I was throwing up and had diarrhoea and that was the only thing I had eaten and have eaten so far I could not have gotten ill from anything other than my burgers that I bought

This place is a joke and Ronald McDonald would be turning in his grave. The fries - always cold. The burgers - always cold. When i say always I mean always - I even provided feedback to the staff who simply shrugged their shoulders and moved on. My advice - go to another McDonalds as this one is a cold joke.

Just did drive through don't like the man begging as you go through last time I ate in there was unruly boys throwing food at a young man and his mom very unnerving and made us uncomfortable especially after being asked to leave they kept coming back in then congregated outside with lots of their friends I was told this was a regular occurrence don't know why they couldn't ban them this was only at 6pm wouldn't like to go in later

Literally the worst McDonald’s out there that I’ve ever ordered from, unfortunately the only one I can order from, food always cold and tastes like cardboard, they always forget the sauce and the straws, apart from that I was waiting for it today for 1.5h ..

Last two weeks we ordered from just eat order was missing items last week and this week it’s not like it’s a big order wake up and the fries are like cardboard no taste 🤬 and I wouldn’t even give it one star but have to or can’t click post 🤣

Bought fries for my 5 year old son, both days they were cold and dry. Only noticed when he ate them and stopped eating them and tried myself and they were disgusting. If he gets sick I’m reporting them, how can their service be this horrible…

Every time I come here, they park you up and then you get cold food after an 15mins plus wait. And if you ever go in after a long wait. Food is usually left on counter waiting for the 1 person to take it out to the cars. Looks like maccies isn’t quality or fast food anymore. Rubbish

Got parked up when food came was warm lady who brought food to car was rude

I am in shock from my experience at bilston McDonald's today and will be publishing this video online to see how McDonald's treats its long standing customers. We visited the drive through and had VALID £1.99 vouchers for a Big Mac and fries x 2. The store manager declined to accept the vouchers as they were not physical as they supposedly had to put them in the till. Which is rubbish, having been a McDonald's employee before I'm very much aware vouchers are not kept in tills and are put straight in the bin! I explained to the store manager I only had 4 £1 coins, and politely asked if they could honour the vouchers on this occasion as I didn't have my card with me to pay otherwise and feed my children, which we had made a special journey for after schools were closed for a snow day. I explained the the store manager he does not have a valid reason to decline the vouchers, as every McDonald's accepts the £1.99 vouchers! I politely explained I will wait by the window to be served with the vouchers. One of the managers then got their car, drove all over the curbs (probably damaged all their wheels) and blocked me in the front of the drive through to stop me exiting the drive through. I was in complete shock that management could behave in this way. They had ILLEGALLY blocked me in and stopped me exiting the drive through. The literally tried to hold us ransom.
