USA Fried Chicken in South Oxfordshire

Ordered food at 3.30pm, had a phone call to say driver delayed and would be here by 5pm - already late! 5.30pm food arrived, cold - ever tried heating up jalapeño poppers and chips and chicken??? nah guessed not!! why not cancel the order if you knew you had a problem, £26 completely ruined and in the bin..

Ordered a meat pizza for delivery. They sent out a Margaretta pizza. When I phoned up, they weren't interested. Very Dissapointed and won't be using again

ordered two burgers and both of them were still pink in the middle not acceptable and this was collection not delivery poor attitude from the staff

Do not eat anything from here. My partner and I were desperate for food after walking a long distance in lockdown... I had a kebab and some chicken.... this was on a Thursday... I fell ill on Saturday with sweating and diarrhoea and was vomiting by Saturday night.... and I am still ill and in pain. It’s now Tuesday night. Do not make the same mistake. On the upside I’ve definitely lost a few pounds 😂😥

Absolutely disgusting! Not a safe place to visit during the pandemic. The first thing to note is that the customer service is terrible. The guy who took my order had earphones in and did not bother to take them out. He couldn't hear me and tapped on his ear to show he had earphones in as if that was a valid reason. Then the main problem is the hygiene, the two people who worked there did not have masks on and constantly talked to each other while preparing the food. The guy with earphones in was on his phone and was touching the food with his bare hands as they both didn't have gloves on. And aside from the chicken tasting like it was 20 years old, the additional ingredient on there is germs from the employees' breath as they were breathing all over the chicken in the glass cabinet thing (not sure what it's called) which was not heated enough to kill the germs because the chicken was luke warm at best. When they were checking the food with their fingers they also stuck their heads inside the cabinet thing to continue their conversation so that place is a literal germs incubator! I should not have even tasted the chicken because now I feel very ill as well as having lost £5.50 to pay for these people to carry on doing what they are doing. Basically, they are not getting many customers anyway now which is no big surprise but I hope they close down soon because there are definitely hygiene regulations being broken in there. The small "restaurant", if I can even call it that, is posing a massive health risk during the pandemic.

Awful awful awful, night as well be chewing on my boot heel! Extremely dry and seemed everything should have been thrown away days ago! Customer service was absolutely disgraceful! Overpriced crap! For the love of god save your money or you’ll be hugging the toilet all night!!! Dreadful

Very nice freshly cooked food. Friendly staff, they offered free drinks to us. Definitely recommend this place.

Ordered a chicken wrap, chips and can of drink at 7pm. Warned it wouldn’t be delivered until 8:10. Turned up at 9pm after I phoned to find out where it was. Wrap was awful, salad was not fresh and the wrap itself was really soggy. Won’t order from there again.

I also ordered a burger which made me feel sick after eating and chips the only decent part of the meal was the chips. It also looks like someones bitten into it already. When delivering he said 20 mins after calling repeatidly an hour and a half later.

Service is good, order two pizza, one is Hawaii pizza, ham wasn’t fresh, sink and dry, whole pizza thro in the bin, fried chicken is wet, not crispy and tasted unfresh. Only chips is brilliant for the whole meal. Sorry never again.

Really good food. All very tasty and freshly cooked. Polite staff on the phone and decent delivery time. Very impressed. Worth the money

Food is standard you get what you pay for it's good for a quick meal if you can't be bothered to cook!

Very good had Chicken and chips , the Chicken was really good , big portions and freshly cooked,defiantly use them again.

Only had home delivery takeaway from here, but the food has always been very well cooked, tasty and hot. Delivery ahs always taken less time than anticipated.

Tried a couple of times when working in Didcot. I guess you get what you pay for. The food is alright but very salty. Prices are ok. Service was ok.

Just Move to Didcot and got a flyer so we ordered for dinner tonight. We got a Special set No. 2 （8pcs chicken+6 spicy wings+ 4bags of chips+coleslaw+1.5L coke=£17.2) It was quicker than we expected. Only took around 20mins to arrived from taking the order. The money is okay for the amount of chicken and chips we got. Couldn't finished all for a family of 3. The chicken and the chips were still warm and crispy when it arrived so I am happy with that. But the chips did taste a bit dry (maybe becoz it's French fries). Overall, don't mind to order again for a done in lazy night.

We ordered a pizza and it had mould on it. Would not have food from that place again really bad place to eat from

I have had the miss fortune of ordering from this establishment over the years at one time it was reasonable at best the last meal was returned complete as it was cold I nearly ended up in a punch up with yobs in the seating area food was under cooked and delivered cold only had a one star rating states it all really ! has recently changed hands !

If you want pink chicken moldy food this is the place to go. Didcot needs a kfc!!! Oh deer it got a hygiene rating of 1 so it's your life in your hands

It's ok But a tad over priced. Delivered in reasonable time but I think Didcot is well overdue a KFC

Pizza was mouldy, chips where partly frozen and the chicken was pink bloody and I pulled a vain out of it. when I asked for my money back he was so rude. never going there again and will tell everybody what usa is like. Bring back mario

This place has got to have the Chicken in south Oxfordshire the food is cheep nice service and milkshakes and drinks at a good price not bad at all I just think it should move to a bigger place with more tables.

Chicken was terrible, chips almost as bad, nothing compared to the rude service from the staff - never going back
