Honestly so bad, ordered some food and it took ages for it to come and they kept adding time to our delivery, food came cold and very tasteless. Overall, AWFUL!!!!

Been a couple of times. Had a whopper meal first time round. Was hot, decent and tasty. Second time had a King Meal which was cold, tasteless and overall poor. The cheese bites were vile. So hit and miss. Inside it’s generally unclean and it’s dark and unpleasant environment to eat in.

Gros !! Dirty . Broken furniture, broken machines , stinking toilets, unhelpful staff , Burger was quite nice though so that’s a positive. Really needs a deep clean and refurbishing .

I bought a burger abd had it delivered, about 2 hours after eating it I was up all night being sick amd had diarrhea. It was cold when it arrived.

Staff are incredibly rude if you are trying to pay by cash. Waited in line for about 20 minutes and didn't even get an acknowledgement, then the staff get all shirty with you when you say something to them. Will never be going back to any Burger King ever after this encounter.

Absolutely disgusting, it all went in the bin, the fries looked and tasted as if they were weeks old, the burgers were all sloppy, wasn't cooking enough, spent nearly £40, won't be going back there again, totally shocking

wait times were horrendous, food came out over cooked yet barley warm. no milk for the tea or coffee and they felt the need to have two security guards patrolling around the tables (very uncomfortable)

Just "popped-in" with my grandson, bought 2 x burgers c £7 ..... words fail me, they were over cooked (like the sole of my shoe), on a dry role, plastic cheese (not melted). Extremely poor food.....to add, the floor was discussing. Sorry, put you need to improve massively more so with KFC next door & Mc Ds on the way!!!

Absolutely the very worst Burger King I've ever been to. The staff are rude and frequently get your order wrong. Spent £50 and they wanted me to pay for mayonnaise. Wouldn't be at all surprised if they spit in your food. Stay away.

Not great. Short on staff, averge food preparation. Often they do not have something, for example, bottles of water. It's only a matter of time that they shut, given other fast food joints opening.

Wish incould somehow give -5 stars. Extremely over priced for the tiny portions given, especially when ordering delivery! I got loaded fries...more like 3 chips and a slice of cheese. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Fix yourselves honestly. This is the 6th time I've had issues with burger king over very small things that should be basic knowledge and etiquette but clearly not to these employees!!

Okay but difficult to find a table that was clean ... There wasn't any staff clearing the tables after use.

Just a NO for me! Workers look unhappy and not keen to even spend a word, tables are broken and dirty, the food reminds me of the miniature toys I had when I was a child.

Ordered on line to feed my 5 yr old as a treat delivery took 2 hrs to arrive, no answer from the restaurant to find out what was going on, no sorry from delivery driver. What an absolute shambles.

Grabbed a quick burger. Service good. Food was tasty.

The drinks machine is a highlight (perhaps that says more than it should!). Appear to be two security guards as well, making me wonder what they’re present for! Service on an app-placed order was quite efficient but not very friendly - asking for some ketchup seemed an inconvenience that was silently handled. Fries and cheese bites were each fine but can’t serve to redeem the simply awful state of the classic melt burger. Both patties were broken, there was a dollop of some sort of cheesy stuff on the top of them (nothing in between suggesting a possible shortfall) and perhaps worst of all I felt some “gritty” bits in a couple of mouthfuls. Possible encounter of patty with the floor? I certainly hope not, fortuitously I normally have a pretty good constitution when it comes to such things, but will report back again with an update if any negative consequences seem to appear! Observing other people’s food from a distance, that seemed rather better, though this leaves a feeling of being “singled out.” I’ll take the more generous option of presuming simply some inconsistent standards and not hurry back to this location. Ever. [update: no obvious and profound physical symptoms but certainly a bit of queasiness some hours after this meal]

AVOID THIS RESTURANT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR FOOD YOU DO NOT RECEIVE Ordered for delivery on Burger King App. When it arrived we were missing all 5 drinks. 1 burger and there was 1 burger order that was completely wrong! Have tried to call the resturant 5 times but they are not answering. There is no other way of contacting them to explain this. Currently we are out of pocket without the items we ordered.

Burger King is a really good high street fast food place. There's always an offer on the app so you very rarely have to pay full price.

A very cold derlivery, Derliveroo were very quick to derliver however stone cold chips were chucked in the bin, burgers were heated up in the micowave. £26 for 2 burgers will not happen again.

Fantastic service and great food

All veg meals very expensive for a roll and a bit of soggy lettuce. Went to Greggs instead, sausage roll, cake, drink all for half the price of BurgerKing and no queue.

Steven did his job remarkable. Only issue I found that there's no hand sanitiser options especially when toilets were shut... I won't talk about those ill-mannered, attention seeker kids inside the restaurant, however I would recommend to do some action sooner than later, if you don't want to see more damages to the furniture and decorations.

Garbage food and unsanitary conditions. Visit BK for a quick bite before a show 19:00 Fri, wish I'd seen the trip advisor reviews before as would of stayed away. Burgers served luke warm, chips cold and onion rings over cooked. Tabels not wiped down despite plenty of staff and not very busy. The reason provided for the toilets being closed was "kids smoke drugs in them". When we complained about our cold burgers the supervisor really couldn't give a sh*t. They did offer to recook but didn't have the time to wait or faith they cold do a better job second time around.

I would give this negative stars if I could the whole place was disgusting (didn't realise until we sat down), every table filthy. We were the only people in there, the staff were stood at counter, on their phones and chatting to each other. A customer got takeaway, spilt her whole drink and ice near the door on way out. She went back and told the staff at the counter. We left 5 mins later and it still hadn't been cleaned up. A real hazard. Burgers cold, we chucked them in the bin. I definitely won't be going back there!!

Burger King still much better than McDonald's could do with a bit more cleaning as it had dirty fingerprints all up for walls and the tables were dirty but the food was good
