Burger Master Didcot in South Oxfordshire

Not what it was. A £15.90 order turned into an £18 order after delivery added which is ok then the email confirmation said I'd been charged £22 . I presume it was some sort handling charge. Then I got a call saying they didn't have bacon so sent it without bacon but also no good will compensation like maybe an extra starter. Then the quality and portion size was disappointing.

As fantastic as ever, hit the spot after a long day travelling. Smash burger and dynamite prawns still the top highlights in our opinion.

I ordered food from their restaurant the money was taken out off my bank and then they cancelled the order when I rang to ask why the order was cancelled he said that it was because it was a 20 minute drive and that it isn’t his fault that the payment has already been made

Tasty burgers and chips. Love the spicy kick to the sauce on the burgers! Delivery was quick and the food was still hot. Will definitely order again.

Ordered a takeaway which I thought was overpriced but give it a go, and was really disappointed, had to call 2 times as it still had not been delivered after an hour and half, when it did arrive it was bellow a average burger for the price, the chips were soaked in condensation in the box ,the chicken strips were cold ,complete waste of money ,definitely won't use again not worth the money that's for sure

We have absolutely no problem with delivery being so late on high volume nights. But it's a Thursday night, ordered at 9:15pm, when the food arrived, it was cold enough that the oven was required for more than half an hour and the chips were so cr*p after reheating, we may as well not have spent the extra on the fancy fries. We could have air fried some freezer oven fries in the time it took us to reheat the burgers and had at least something good when the burgers were soggy 🤦‍♀️ just a bad night

Never arrived Shocking service, thought I would try this take away as read some good reviews and took into consideration the bad but I wish I never bothered!! No one answered the phone when repeatedly called and no option to leave a voicemail

Burgers are some of the best I’ve had and deliveries are always on time or early.

Food ordered was late, chips were wrong and when I called to query they sent out the same.

Food is delicious, unfortunately they seem to hire delivery drivers who would be considered medically braindead. Did he kill his braincells huffing toilet cleaner for the past decade? I told the guy where to park, instead he insisted on stopping right outside my place which is a main road and only has space for 1 car, so he blocked traffic and forced people behind him to drive on the pavement. This is the sort of thing that my landlord will moan about and no worries I will tell them to call Oxford University where he is clearly a permanent resident in a study of whether a human can survive without a brain. Apparently they can

look at the delivery notes in future, told you not to ring the door bell and you rang the door bell.

My order was hot when it arrived, even though it was hot. -mozzarella sticks were like plastic -Unfortunately we couldn't eat the potato chips, we threw them all in the bin, believe me, they were not fresh, as if they had fried stale potatoes again. -the fish looked like it was fried between bread dough, we couldn't eat it either I only ate the hamburger, that's why I give 2 stars. I never lie about food, I never eat anything that is not fresh, I upload videos and pictures, you can watch them.

Been waiting over a hour called them multiple times keft voicemail and still nothing.

The burgers are some of the best we've had. good value when you consider the buger comes with fries. shame you can't upgrade to some of the fancier/topped fries that they have on the menu, which are also delicious.

Ordered a boring chick burger, it had a patty with the sour buffalo sauce and it wasn't cooked well. I've ordered the tower burger from here before and it was fine, so I'd stick to that if you expect a normal chicken burger.

Our food was great, no complaints! However when we collected we had to wait an extra 20 mins.

Usually good but just tried to re order today 23/02 order cancelled 35 minutes after being accepted.

We ordered 3x fish and chips. The cod was lovely and the chips were lovely. Good price for decent fish & chips. We will be ordering again .

ordered chicken filets, chicken burgers, chips and mozzarella sticks. the chicken filets we're great, spicy and crispy. the burger was delicious as we're the mozzarella sticks. the chips did arrive a little soggy, but not much can be done about that. Will order again.

Fantastic and spicy chicken burger from here. Chips decent as well. Freshly cooked, takes 10 - 15 minutes if you order person. There are tables to eat at but would rather eat at home.

Edit: Can no longer justify the high price especially after they got rid of the 20% off on their website and their food, portion sizes, packaging and service have only seem to have gotten worse. £18 for a burger and fries delivered is insane.

Order nearly £30 worth of food for it to be labled all incorrectly so all burgers in wrong box no receipts called to explain no answer called next day to be told that they were not going to do anything about it and then hung the phone up on me .

I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger and I couldn't eat it because it was so spicy. Never had an issue ordering a buttermilk chicken burger in any other places before. The food was luke warm at best and the chips were soggy. And the delivery was 25 mins late so we were wondering if it was coming at all.

Honestly just been to this place and for what you get and the quality of the food the price is worth and there open quite late which is decent the food was banging the burger was massive the chicken tenders were really nice aswell overall really happy my first time going staff very friendly would happily order again

Better than most gourmet burger joints, fairly original starters, decent portion sizes - not too small or overwhelming. Very consistent quality too. The Smash burger in particular is very nice, it is basically a Big Mac but actually tasty and good.

I’d been craving a burger for a week but was a bit cautious of trying somewhere new . I’m soooo happy I did though ! The best burger I’ve ever had and the dynamite chicken was amazing too . New favourite take out will 1000% be ordering again 😍

We actually stopped ordering here for a while as although the food has always been tasty, the customer service wasn’t great. Always seemed to be waiting an hour + for food, and when calling them they seemed to not have a clue what was going on. We ordered from here last night and was not disappointed. Piping hot food delivered within 45 minutes. Could not recommend the honey buffalo chicken tenders enough. Wouldn’t be lying when I say it’s the best takeaway I’ve had in Didcot. Really good portion sizes and tasty food. Keep this up and we will be back.

I ordered from here a few days ago, and my goodness I was very impressed! I ordered the Chacha Burger with Masala Fries and was absolutely delicious! It was full of flavours and spice! But also not too spicy which is sometimes hard to find places that make it just right! The size of the burger and fries were big! Definitely worth the price of the meal. It has now become one of my favourite places to order now from and I can't wait for my next takeaway with them! Would highly recommend anyone looking for a tasty, juicy burger and full of flavours and spice if you're a fan of spice.

Such an amazing place to eat at and the food is really really amazing. Could never stop eating at this place. This is my number 1 place to eat at. In fact, the service is literally better than this other takeaway I go to.

Everything was delicious! We tried both burgers and pizza. We specially came from Wantage to try their burgers and they didn't disappoint. The taste is something that I was missing here in the UK since I moved from Pakistan. I highly recommend Chacha's special burger, the Nashville Chicken burger is good for someone who likes spicy western food. We tried their special Pizza, I have tried a few other halal places in both Wantage and Didcot and this is the first time we liked the pizza. They were kind enough to let us taste it before ordering. I'll highly recommend this place to anyone who is craving for a good burger and pizza.

Burgers are good. Had to wait two hours + for delivery though. When I called they said food was already delivered. I never received it. They sent it again, got my food three hours after my original order. To compensate, they promised to give me a discount on a future order, now they do not acknowledge their promise. In short bad, BAD service. Will not be ordering again.

Pity the food turned up lukewarm, the bbq sauce on the tenders was tasty and the korean tenders had a good kick.

Maybe next time, instead of awkwardly calling me on my phone from outside the gate, the delivery guy can just come to the door and ring the bell like a normal delivery guy?

Food was great, except that they sent me regular fries when I paid for somkey BBQ fries.

I understand it can get busy on a Saturday night but when we received our burgers they had a singular onion in, 1 slice of gherkin and 2 or 3 shreds of lettuce. I ordered the Chacha’s burger which isn’t meant to come with gherkin but it had it in so lucky I wasn’t allergic to them, and the bottom bun was soggy from all the sauce.

Burgers are best in didcot town. I ordered chicken wings and chicken wrap as well all were fresh and yummy. Chacha special and Beef burger were delicious. Kids love chicken wings. Food was fresh. We will visit next time as well.
