You need to stay away from Children. Typical rubbish fast food staffed by people who like underage girls.

Do not eat here! food is horrible it took over a hour to have the food delivered and when it gets here it’s cold I didn’t even eat the chicken as I’m not sure that is even cooked properly they should pay you to eat there as it’s not fair for them to charge for the rubbish they provide

Cold chips cold chicken and charged £9 for it don’t mind paying that sort of money if the food is good very disappointing

Food not bad but they need to work on customer skills rather than try to impress the little school girls in the shop

We had this as a takeaway, due to celebrating how well my son has done at school. Please see attached photo. You can see we are not happy! I cannot upload a video but when moved the chicken oozed blood! Totally disgusting

Delivered me raw chicken. Refused to refund or accept their mistake. Disgusting behavior, shame as we've always rated them highly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF IT GOES WRONG THEY ARE RUDE AND NASTY PEOPLE.

They're really bad. Way too expensive for what it is. Plus, the food is terrible. The other day I found a piece of a wire brush in my chicken burger?!? Food is soggy and disgusting. A lot of the time chicken is either overcooked or rock solid after sitting under a heat lamp all day

Prices of pretty expensive for the quality of food that you get, the food is nowhere near top class it's very greasy and its average. service is bad we waited for over at least 20 minutes to get food and when you're waiting in such a small shop with loads of people it can be very uncomfortable and cramped. The food tasted ok but nothing special and I would have rather gone somewhere else.

Can't believe this place. Ordered 4 chicken wings and they came raw. We called, not to complain, to let them know that the wings were raw and they were very rude. Their words being "They can't be raw". As you can see by the pictures attached they definitely were! I just hope I don't end up ill!!

Honestly the best kebab I've had in a long time, VERY generous portion sizes and the staff are very friendly

When I first entered it was quite cozy and warm(probably from the open kitchen)and the man at the counter was very polite taking my order. Most food like chicken was already cooked and kept in heating chambers however fries were made fresh(from frozen).When I got home(10 mins after getting my food)I found the fries were soggy although the chicken wasn't bad. Salad seemed and tasted fresh and the sauces were of variety. The man at the counter also gave me some free extras.Overall not bad and would definitely go again.

The old men was very rude. I asked for a chicken and chips meal. He was not listening to me.when i asked Again the old men started giving lecture. Can't imagine such a rude person working in the front of a takeaway. Customers shouldn’t be treat like this.

Absolutely stupendous food at the end of a night.

Only sent 1 wrap when we ordered 2 garlic mushrooms burnt and no salad on kabab or mayo on chips. Last 3 times I ordered I had black hairs in my food absolutely disgusting 🤢

Complete waste of money as we had to throw it all in the bin immediately. Absolute joke to be honest. 1: We never received the beef burger we ordered, instead we were given two different chicken sides that nobody wanted or asked for. 2: The chicken wrap was supposed to come with BBQ sauce but instead came with mayonnaise which the person it was meant for really dislikes. 3: The pot of sauce we paid for wasn't included and they gave us the wrong drink, although I doubt we would've cared that much had the rest of the order been correct.

Chicken pieces where dry, barely any chicken, and a wing fully pink inside. Didn't finish and won't be buying again.

USA Chicken the best place in Wallingford town where you can get tasty and fast food. Staff very friendly and helpful. The variety of menu gives variety of food experience. Here you also have option of customization of food which is also benefit. Every time you can have different meal from various ingredients. USA Chicken also have delivery option in Wallingford and near towns.

This place needs to be shut down. My standards for fast food are low but i draw the line at undercooked chicken! Got a shsih kebab and 2 pc chicken all the chicken was undercooked / pink and the lamb donner and cheese and chips were both cold. Avoid at all costs.

Overcharged for pizza. It was greasy, salty, a right mess. Save your money and avoid being underwhelmed.

Your typical fast food chicken place, staff are typically pretty good and quick to serve. Only thing is do NOT get them to deliver to you, it'll take best part of 2 hours

It's a normal fast-food , with a good selection. Payment by card is available

A beautiful shambles. could not pay by card, told paypay on owners phone or go to cash point. Cash machine empty. Returned to let them know, met with abuse regarding not paying. Quite the farce, told I am bared as i was unable to pay with my debit card and visiting my bank while my order went cold, order that was ready long before the website stated. I'd avoid as not worth the rudeness and abuse.

Underwhelmed whilst I was sober.. chicken pieces were neither breast nor thigh. They had very very little chicken on them. But it tasted good 👍

Having had good pizza here previously that we collected we ordered for home delivery. Despite it only being a 9min drive the food took over 1hr 30 and was stone cold on arrival. The chips/nuggets were all thrown straight into the bin as they were literally rock hard. Pizza was edible but cold and had to be heated at home which is not what you order take away for! Call attempted that evening, phone lines to busy so message submitted on the website to request a voucher to be spent with them (not a refund) so we can at least give them another chance and feel like our £30 was not wasted. No reply. Called the shop to discuss, rude staff who said because I didn’t call on the night it’s ridiculous to expect this despite me attempting to call and messaging on the website that very evening. Very disappointing, won’t be ordering again. Recommend the pizza Cafe in Wallingford for anyone wanting good pizza delivered.

When I say sublime, the new definition is this establishment. All of my very important business colleagues agreed, even Mr Ferris who had his last meal on Earth there. I'm sure it's what he would have wanted to have left this mortal realm on. He will be greatly missed. Sir bossius Manwas a beautiful human and should be made a saint. God bless that man. Wow. What can I say? It’s been a while since i have dined at this fine establishment, and it has only got better. Having just celebrated the successful birth of our eight child, we decided that the baptism should take place at USA chicken. This was the best decision i have ever made. My newborn son cried in glee as the boss man gently dunked his head in the beautifully displayed bowl of chicken oil. The soft touch of the boss man was exactly how I wanted my child to be welcomed into the world. May he live a long and healthy life, all thanks to USA!

Food arrived nearly 2 hours after ordering despite being advised of a 35 minute wait. It was cold and unappetizing. Very disappointed. Avoid at all cost.

Food arrived late, which meant it was cold and the taste was dreadful. Avoid at all costs, ‘USA Chicken’ is debate-able as I’m pretty certain well cooked chicken isn’t dark white and as tough as rubber. One bite and it all went straight in the bin. Don’t bother wasting your money, you’ll be dissatisfied.

Awful chicken wings, stale and disgusting food. The garlic sauce was horrible! Not sure about the rest of the products, but we definitely do not buy again from USA Chicken Takeaway.

I live in chosley Never had a bad kebab or pizza for the kids delivered. Would be good for more kebab options.

I decided to take my family on a special trip to this restaurant for my 20th anniversary with my wife. Eating in facilities were second to none with an atmosphere rivalled only to that of a prison riot. The waiter was a well spoken, well dressed gentleman who personally blessed the food with saliva directly from his mouth. Owner of the establishment was kindly waiting by the door to bid us farewell at the end of the night and had a very gentle touch with my wife and children who greatly appreciated his presence. Only negatives is he makes my wife orgasm everytime she comes into the store just by looking at her.

As the great John Lennon once said - ‘nothing beats a USA after a night on the tinnies.’ After visiting this exquisite establishment only once, I decided to disown my family and move into the graveyard opposite the restaurant, just so I could be awoken every morning by the sensual smell of chicken sizzling in the fryer. Biting into a wing cooked by lord boss man himself blesses the human body in way that can only be rivalled by viagra. I can vividly remember the interaction when ordering my food; the beautiful ocean blue eyes of the boss man accompanied by his soft motherlike touch reminded me of my childhood days with my uncle. This is why I consider USA chicken the greatest establishment of all time. *mic drop*

I was expecting some average chicken, not a 5* Michelin meal. The food was exquisite with delicious seasoning and you can tell it’s been made with love and care, I could hardly believe it was real chicken! I would have to recommend the number 2 and number 6. After this meal I refuse to eat out anywhere else. Very nice boss men as well, not to mention sexy 😏

We have 1 large doner each every 2_weeks and have since cove19 really good value and tasty deleved with a smile and on time .the doner does two meals

We always pick up. Chicken shish kebab with salad and burger sauce for kids and chilli sauce for me. Everything freshly cooked and healthy and tasty. Great take away. A lot reviews complain about delivery - the food is good

I’ve ordered chicken shish kebabs from here several times, most recently in August 2020. Me and the children love the kebabs and the freshly grilled chicken and salad and either chilli sauce or burger sauce. Cooked in 10 minutes. Healthy, fresh, tasty. It’s the ideal take out We always pick up so I can’t comment on delivery, but a 10 minute wait is well worth it for such good food.

I got some chicken last night 8 pieces can’t eat it it was bad I had to throw in the bin didn’t tested nice

Ordered a delivery. Phones at 6.45 asking for a 7:30 delivery and was assured it would be okay Arrived at 8pm very cold.

Spicy chicken wings are the best I've tasted and I work all over the UK

We live locally and order from them quite a lot, in general the food isn't bad although usually a bit cold and on numerous occasions drinks have been omitted. Also they don't let you know when they're running late so you have no idea when they are coming or if they're going to turn up at all. Today for example I called after waiting for 2 hours and after numerous attempts to get through a very flustered man answered and after taking my details said "20 minutes". No explanation or apology, I almost feel embarrassed for them. The delivery person is friendly at least.

Would not eat from here again! The food they delivered to me last night was absolutely disgusting box's were open on arrival,bread was hard on burger buns! Salty chicken, chicken nuggets look time they had been sat you ages!!

Had food tonight and the chicken was off. Tasted vile! Had to throw it all away. I am not wasting any more money on this shop. Avoid!

Make excuses every time about drivers having accidents. Delivery never is correct, they do not read order. My daughter is allergic to onion and they still delivered with onion on. Please get a decent pizza place around here this place is rubbish. 2 hours waiting for delivery now.

F@#king sh!t service!! Ordered over an hour and a half ago after being told half an hour and when my wife rang up to find out where the food was (politely) the bloke said "I don't know" and hung up!! The driver turned up shortly after and we sent him packing and he wasn't surprised so must happen a lot!! AVOID!!!!! Kids hungry also which has annoyed me!!

30 minutes for delivery, 1 hour later still waiting and when phoned to ask how long they hung up on me. Wouldn't bother again

Your standard chicken shop, doner wrap was fine with a lot of meat although the chilli sauce could be better. Overall as adequate as can be, fast service though.

I Ordered food friday nigh corn on the cob mozzerella sticks double cheese burger drinks... when i finally recieve the food 1 1/14 hour later after i ordered. it was cold. i phone up and ask them for a refund on the food as it is cold and also waitid that long for it to be cold anyway. they wont give it to me nor did i eat the food as it would have made me ill. now the next day i phoned up they tell me to go elsewhere. i would but they have got money off me when they shouldnt have it if the driver didnt come collect the food as they have arranged with me to collect food and didnt and didnt give me a refund. 1 STAR!

All cooked fresh to order, the chicken is lovely and the kebabs are also very good. Would recommend.

I used to order from USA quite regularly until Domino's opened a few years ago! However I ordered a takeaway tonight via their website which now let's you order and pay online.Driver was pleasant, took a little while (roughly an hour) to arrive but it is a Friday. Prices are very reasonable.Garlic bread was very very good, and the pizza wasn't bad either--bit too cheesy but plenty of toppings.I'd certainly order again.

After waiting nearly an hour and a half they failed to deliver the drinks I ordered and the chips where stone cold. Everything else was ok I guess, defiantly not worth the price tho.

I ordered chips and got starchy and cold chips. My lamb shish kebab was full of grissle my wife’s chicken burger consisted of a stale bun,dry chicken and brown tinged lettuce and when I phoned up to complain the person on the phone was rude and told me to eat else where because “he has my money and I’m not giving it you back” and then slammed the phone down. And I’ve just seen their hygiene rating and it’s only a three. Poor standards across the whole experience. Avoid at all costs.
