Always great. Why are there not more Burger Kings? Wouldn't touch McDonald's D's with a bargepole.

Clean, very fast service, not too busy even 2pm on a Saturday, friendly staff, has customer toilet - perfect!

Great but didn't recieve my whole order and by time we relised wasn't worth us going back

I didn’t see any staff wearing gloves whilst preparing the burgers. It is not hygienic at all!!!

Visited the drive thru.. we were almost home and I opened my burger, only it wasn't a burger, it was salad, cheese and sauce in a bun 🫠 we drove back and before we could even say anything the guy on the drive thru said "come on man, we're all human, we make mistakes" which leads us to believe they were already aware they had forgotten to put the actual burger in my burger; or, this happens so frequently they already knew why we were back. Regardless, they were rude and one guy stood by the drive thru window staring at us in an intimidating fashion. They replaced the burger but didn't even apologise, a bit annoying when we had to drive 15 minutes back again! Won't be going here again that's for sure.

Nobody ever eat at this particular BK.

Check your order and reciept. I've been over charged several times at the thame BK. Last time they added money cost on the order for fries that come as part of the meal. Even the guy serving said that isn't right but the manager wasn't interested so had no choice but to pay the extra for nothing. Hit and miss food, hit and miss staff, some good, some really bad. Avoid.

A replacement for the old one in Thame and apart from fierce air conditioning, the usual BK quality!

I have today, experienced one of the worst “customer service” instances of my life. I ordered two burgers. One of which, I was not happy with the quality of. I expressed my concerns with regard to the quality of the cheese and made clear that I would not feel comfortable consuming it. In response, I was immediately challenged with your employee rudely retorting “well, that’s how the cheese comes”. I then went on to state that I would like the burger swapped with another. I was flatly refused this RIGHT and told there was “nothing wrong with it”. I made clear to your employee that it is not what she felt was OK to consume but what I as a customer was pointing out was wrong with the burger. She then went to get the ‘manager’ Hannah. From Hannah, I experienced the worst display of unprofessionalism I have ever come across. I expressed my concerns to her and asked that my burger be swapped for another. I stated that the cheese did not look of edible quality to me. To which she replied smirking “that’s unfortunate isn’t it”. She then proceeded to mock and laugh, making rude comments throughout our exchange (which I have recorded and you have a copy of). One such comment was “are you going to sue me over a burger”. She eventually proceeded to make another burger which she slammed down on the counter before walking off. I made clear that her behaviour was well below any expected standard in any customer facing role. To which she replied “yeah, yeah”. This is a clear demonstration of the level of inadequate and woefully lacking individuals Burger King hires; and not only hires, but would think it suitable to promote to ‘manager’. A basic understanding that when food is refused by a consumer in any form of ‘restaurant’, it should be remade or adequate refund issued. Hannah is not fit for the duties to which you have placed her. It is an utter disgrace. Her nonchalant approach to expressing such ignorant displays of rudeness to members of the public is a shameful thing to have witnessed. In addition, there are also concerns regarding the cleanliness of the staff that you have working here. If they cannot put themselves together to look presentable: why would members of the public feel comfortable eating from them.

I can't believe that BK need to resort to shrink flation.... medium chips - REALLY? And coffee was luke warm.

It's a Burger King! No frills.. just good burgers.. parking is always very tight..could do with soke more spaces

Abysmal. Gave my order to somebody else when I was in a hurry. When I finally got the ‘correct’ food it had mayonnaise which I specifically requested I didn’t want (as reflected on my receipt), so it was inedible to me, and a drink was missing. Oh, and they cook their veggie burgers next to the meat unsegregated. Not an experience I wish to repeat. Ever.

Absolutely delicious. Fresh food takes vouchers friendly staff. One star less cos I had to pay for mayo which is just cheap. You already pay a lot for meals at burger king sources should always be free.

I spent 15 pounds on 3 burgers and I got them served cold,bun was old, Jake who made my burgers used no gloves,he was picking everything with his hands,had no pleasure eating there and for sure I'll never step in there again. I'm literally disgusted

Good place to go and get a good size meal, relatively cheap, and the food is good. The only issue I have is that the paper straws are rubbish and not fit for any drinks

The message says "you've dialed an incorrect number, please check the number and redial" I have no way of contacting them apart from a feedback form. NOT GOOD ENOUGH BK

Came here yesterday and was informed there were no burgers. No burgers at Burger King. Honestly I don’t know what more to say. What even is this place. Oh and the drive through is rarely open so don’t depend on it.

Oh dear, only chicken products available on a busy Friday, as a machine had broken down. Why don’t they have extra or backup machines? Here’s the wording of the notice (all typed in capitals) that was on the door and the ordering screens: NO BEEF BURGERS (WHOPPERS, HAM BURGERS, ANGUS AND PLANT BASED WHOPPERS AVAILABLE AS THE BROILER/GRILL (THE MACHINE THAT COOKS BEEF PATTIES HAS BROKEN DOWN) ONLY CHICKEN BURGERS AND FRIED SIDE ORDERS AVAILABLE Love the mature response from the "Owner" very soon after I posted the review. There was a printed sheet of paper on the door, stating that the machine had broken and that only chicken was available. Perhaps the Owner should have spent more time on fixing the problem.

The person serving was so rude. I had been patiently waiting for around 10 minutes to be served at the counter as the kiosk was having issues. I went over to this male member of staff to let him know I was waiting, I thought he might think I was stood there waiting for a food order. He shouted at me in front of the whole restaurant, ranting about how busy he was. It was so embarrassing I had to walk out of the restaurant, which was probably what he wanted.

'Not the first time but definitely the last time I am eating from this place. I was going to give the service a good review until, I decided to go inside to rectify an order made on the Drive-Thru. I will give the young man taking the orders and payment on the window an 8/10, although he was shouting through his headpiece and mic but very polite. The food was appalling though and in complete. The chicken was partly pick and the sauce in the smoky chimichurri, was awful. The chips were hot but had not totally fried through. My friend always orders a Bacon Double Cheese Burger but was given a tiny ordinary burger instead at £7.99. In total we spent £20.00+. I decided to go inside to find out why and was attended to by a young girl, who was wearing a microphone on her head as well. After explaining my concerns. she asked the 'chef' 'What did I put on that order?' Without waiting for his response and pushing him out of the way, she turned to me and said 'I will make you another one'. She was talking all over the food prep table, having left the tills and proceeded to make another regular burger, not stacked like a DBL Bacon Cheeseburger at all, WITH HER DIRTY BARE HANDS, as I watched in horror. Mind you, I was on the restaurant floor, where other customers could hear and see the food prep area. She daintily wrapped this burger, handed it to me and politely responded to my thank you! This is NOT how any food should be prepared and I will be complaining to the local council responsible. Untrained till staff, should not be involved in ANY SORT OF FOOD PREP! It can cause food poisoning and ill-health!!!

Chips are inconsistent with saltiness but otherwise great food, friendly staff & atmosphere.

We visited Burger King in Thame on Tuesday. I had my 2 children with me who both had chicken nugget meals. On one of the chicken nugget meals there was a black hair approximately 2 inches long. I spoke to a young girl and explained the situation, she was most unhelpful but did replace the food. No apology was received and replacement food was thrown onto the table. 2 workers with full beards had no beard nets on and no hair nets were worn throughout the kitchen. I will not be bringing my family to visit this Burger King again.

There's quite often not enough sheeting in this restaurant, but found space this time, although quite chilly.

Great food but the staff is just soul draining to watch. Very Rude and always miss some items as they pack in a hurry despite being quiet. Unprofessional staff that needs cross training on customer service.

Always a Burger King. Small eating space but seems ideal for the trade they got at lunchtime. Managed to upset an ambulance driver who couldn't get a double discount.

Unfortunately can not give less then 1 star ... £10:44 later, No sides, No drink. Two cold kid size burgers supplied. (Smaller size then mcdonalds which are £2:50 each). Told that I'd have to wait 5 minutes, 10 seconds later food was handed to me. Cold burger patties, Cold barely cooked bacon which looked like it had been microwaved earlier in the week. £10:45 @Mcdonalds would get 3x bigger burgers minus bacon, and a happy meal (burger/fries+drink) +change. There's a Greggs and Subway within the petrol station on this site which supply (Hot Cooked) food at a fraction of the price. With Untrained immature staff, there's no guarantee food health and hygiene standards are being followed. Reminds me of the rumor about Mcdonalds spitting in the burgers. Not visiting this site again.

As dated as you could imagine, zero investment for decades. I would have given it one star but the only saving grace are the staff whom are amazing, polite and friendly. There is a loose board to the rear of the restaurant where you can see the old counter and cooking area. Burger King should hang their head in shame.

Been there three times recently, and the first time there was a slight problem which Hannah rectified immediately, can't fault the place really

We used the machines and had a total of like 27.49 pounds. But they all were broken! We used the counter service and we we getting scammed off of like 40 pence! So we left and this girl that works there lifted there arms in a rude, confused way. I don’t recommend THIS burger king, but maybe some others are better.

Got a drive through from here on my way home from work 2 days ago. Been sat on the toilet like I'm draining and old radiator with severe stomach cramps since. 2 days off work so far, not impressed.

Absolutly filthy - every table covered in wrappers, bags and food waste, the fllor was an absolut tip - again covered in food. Food sloppily prepared - when we went just told we don't have any ketchup so had dry fries. Charging "Service Station2" prices for back of the bins food. didn't seem to be any management , control or standards.

Typical BK food, nothing to add. Must check your orders before you leave, quite often there is something missing in the bag. Chips cold most of the time. Newly built BK, bright and cozy. Shame you can't order via the app.

The requirement was fast food in a dry place. Met that requirement, Glad to find that you could choose your side, onion rings were chosen instead of fries. Burger an improvement over the last offering from there. So might be tempted again.

Absolutely miserable staff, food was poor at best (cold & dry). Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to go back in and complain as I was in a rush..... wish I hadn't bothered! McDonalds isn't even that bad!

Worst Customer Service, Very Rude, Avoid!

The staff here are always brilliant, nothing is too much for them and they deserve every piece of recognition sent their way. A credit to BK and customer service in general. Top notch.

Food is fine although seems like a smaller selection to choose from than other locations. Team members need customer service training, basically a bunch of teenagers standing around talking, shouting and singing not interacting with customers unless to obnoxiously shout/ sing order numbers when there were only a couple of people waiting. The place was pretty quiet and not a single table was clean even though there were at least 5 employees standing at the collection point.

Easy to order machines and the service is excellent!!

Ordered a simple crispy chicken meal , got home and given me completely the wrong thing, tried calling the restaurant and number not in use … so that’s £9:49 wasted!! Thanks Burger King this is the second time in a row !!!!!

Food was lovely, hot/warm. Order was correct as to what we wanted.. Like most companies/shops there is no customer service, certainly none with a smile or a thank you... but that seems the norm nowadays...

If I could give less than one star if I would have. Was not served the burger I ordered and paid for and when a complaint was made?, was offered a burger of a lesser value. BK was my go-to for a pick-me-up but no more. Good luck paying for all the investment made at this site. Not surprised the carpark always seems empty.

Burger King food has been going down steadily in quality in the last 10 years.

It's filthy...how it got a 5 star I have no idea. 2 stars for serving food.

Service was slow and the food was barely warm. Tasted ok though.

What a shame, we don't have fast food that often, but decided on a BK. Not keen on McDonalds food. Visited the Thame, BK for the first time, a modern building with decent parking. I was very disappointed with my Memphis BBQ burger, it was literally dripping with greace and not pleasant. It looked nothing like the picture in the advert, I couldn't eat it all as the fat was just nasty. My wife had a vegan plant based burger and she love it. I can only agree with some of the 1-2 star reviews on here and won't be going back. Sort it out BK!!!

Modern New BK resturant but no Breakfast served here, despite website having breakfast menu.

Totally disgraceful they should be ashamed of themselves complete rip-off ordered and paid for 2 small fries and 1 large plus burgers get home to find the burgers looked like someone had flattened them with their hands so all squashed and out of shape both bags of small fries were half empty and the bag of large fries had even less in than the other ones only 4 of the fries were longer than an inch the rest was just bits Avoid at all cost pathetic and disgusting

Brilliant customer service, the lady serving was very friendly and made an extra effort to make our toddler laugh and have a good time. Thank you

This Burger King is NEVER open according to the published times.... again today closed! When it should be closed at 9pm. Its happened so many times. Please correct your opening hours online.

drove all the way here, because it said it was open at 10am. they were shut. awfully disappointed, especially when the phone number didn’t work. saddened

Very poor customer service. You'll be lucky to get someone handing you you food that doesn't look annoyed with you. I asked for an extra straw for my milkshake and then asked for some ketchup and the guy grabbed some from underneath the counter and thumped them on the counter with his back turned to me. Oh, and half the time your chips won't have any salt on them.

Ordered on the touch screen. Food was quick to arrive and hot. Staff were friendly and helpful.
