It was a very good place that I visit often for some bugger.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Stood quietly at the counter and completely ignored by all staff. I did say good morning to one member of staff behind the counter, who just nodded and ignored me. Assistant manager is grumpy and ignorant. No smile, no hello, no courtesy of any sort. Absolutely disgusting. Horrible atmosphere, and other customers were complaining as well. Will never use this McDonald's ever again. Food was thrown in the bag with no care, burger was all over the shop with cheese half out, and then thrown on the counter at me. Appalling and disgusting.

Extremely busy when visiting on the August Bank holiday,with a wheelchair user, staff immediately came to help us outside the line. Got our meals delivered in 5 minutes, and several different staff members came outside to ask if we're alright. Huge thumbs up for their whole team!

Service slow but food good.. chili chicken wrap of the day..

Service and food was as you would expect from a McDonalds. The music speakers needed fixing though as they were playing out and annoying static noise.

I asked for some tap water, it tasted sugary.

Staff were friendly. I did note that nobody wore gloves when handling food. Tongs were used occasionally, but I witnessed several wraps being made with bare hands and not washed between each one. In fact I didn't see anyone wash their hands once. I appreciate it's a fast food outlet, but if you don't have time for simple hygiene, wear gloves.

Excellent staff there tonight. Spot on.

Quick service and delicious food

Only got a half filled coffee cup well short of the 0.3L marker!

We have never never done bad news before on McDonald's before, but this needs to be said now The Service can be fast, but sometimes they look at you thinking Do you wanna get served when you are standing in at a till ? Going out and getting food for work, we shouldn't need to check what we order and take it away but feels like we have to check the food there now and all time we go there always miss out 1 or 2 each item now we order a lot of food and cost a lot money feels like some workers who work there needs to learn how to count the items before putting into the bag to make sure all is there now please start to look and learn

The hash browns were soaked in fat,maybe the fat isn't hot enough initially?the burger was a bit similar,the coffee wasn't as good as other macdonalds. But I've never seen as much deep cleaning going on.ive visited 3 times and the last time they got it wrong.

Dirty tables bins overflowing and ice cream machine not working. Mc crispy should be called Mc spicy

Something has happened to.your fries and it's not good at all, limp half cooked and revolting, why has this not been picked up on and corrected, not coming back!!!!! 🤮

Big mac never has big mac sauce in it.

Apart from deliveries being put on a cold steel table or cold sideboard, everything is great. When McDonald's starts keeping deliveries heated it will be fine.

It's a fast food restaurant and they are pretty much all the same. The food was hot, the service was pretty good and the restaurant was quite noisy but it was a Friday early evening and full of kids I didn't expect anything else to be honest.

Aaron on the Benson nightshift went above and beyond, extremely polite and professional, a credit to McDonald's

They need to sort out the number of kids and teenagers acting inappropriate in this place, will never come back to this branch as I didn't feel safe

Ordered a cheeseburger with no relish for my granddaughter but they didn't put the cheese in!!!

Took ages for table service and it wasn't particularly busy. And forget part of the order.

Update. Awful customer service. Apparently can't refund orders made through the app, nor replace orders made through the app even when they've screwed up. Avoid like the plague

Manages to be the worst tasting MacDonald's somehow

The food is always well cooked and not overdone. The staff are friendly. The only downside is sometimes it is understaffed and gets busy.

Lunch time choice, better than the alternative.

Staff are awful. Can’t even put items into a bag - how hard can it be!

Packed the dips but not the nuggets. Very smart staff. When called about the error was told to go into the app and refunding them - when there isn’t even an option for it.

This branch takes a lot of care and attention to cleanliness, I've even seen them scrubbing the underside of tables. Great food (for a Mc Donalds) and nice staff

Cold chips! But unusually quiet.

For both drive through and sitting in the food has been hot and fresh and the staff extremely friendly. When sitting in one of the staff came over to check everything was ok and brought our son some activities to do while waiting! We really weren’t expecting this level of service in a McDonald’s. Thank you very much!

Went in for a breakfast wrap and a orange juice, took 20 minutes for them to finally get my order together after I mentioned how long I was waiting, seems they don’t have clue on how to manage orders, with 6 people that have ordered in the same time frame.

This is purely for McDelivery. The staff at branch work very hard and always friendly and never had a problem. McDelivery on the other hand is awful. Food arrives stone cold. Many items missing. You try and phone up and have to spend 30 mins on the phone in a call centre to get a refund. They will not refund delivery even though they failed to deliver correct items. Don't bother with McDelivery in this area as it's very unreliable.

Great service, fresh burgers everytime! It's how McDonald's should be.

No ketchup no bbq sauce no hand dryer in gents. No toilet paper in gents.

Newly opened a couple of weeks ago, staff are very helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. How long will this happen, only time will tell.

Can't wait for summer to sit outside on the newly renovated terrace sipping a Shably. A gem amongst the Surrey Hills.

Used the drive thru around 11am yesterday. We were served by a cheerful and friendly young lady with colourful hair who was an absolute credit to McDonald's and customer service.

This seems to be the worst McDonalds going. Today, they gave us two lots of fries despite ordering three and the sadest looking wrap we've ever seen. The Coke Zero was absolutely flat as well. Rather disappointed......again.

Good location if you are going between Oxford and Reading, drive through was busy during the evening rush. The road way isn't well laid out so expect a que. Didn't wait long for the order and was eating quick enough.

Food took over 10mins to be ready. Had to ask for the jam and butter for my jam muffin. Hand soap dispenser hanging off the wall and the hand dryer didn't work. This McDonald's is possibly one of the worst in the local area

I’ve never been to this branch and not had to wait a ridiculous amount of time, even at off-peak times ordering basic menu stuff. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

One of the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. The meal wasn't as described and missing a few items from the burger. But it filled a gap!

Is this McDonalds on a wind up. Had Some chips and a mc flurry delivered. The chips where quarter full and the mc flurry was half full! Joke

It is what it is. Not having been into one for a while I was surprised at the cost

24 hour should be an hour and 24 mins. That's how long it took for someone to answer the No wonder the rating is 2 star, I think that's a compliment or a staff rating.

Service here is always good and the staff are very friendly and the food well prepared. The manager sorted out an app problem very quickly for me today. I just wish they would stop people who don't have blue badges from parking in the disabled spaces. But was shocked to find this week that their prices are higher than McDonalds Calcot and Reading. E.g. a double sausage and egg meal is £6.29 as against £5.49 in Reading.

The thing I like about McDonald's what separates it from other fast food joints is they bring the food to your table. This location has a nice atmosphere with friendly staff and the food is always served warm and tastes great.

Not using proper buns for burgers

Just another macdonalds. Small car park and drive through was extremely busy.

Car park is ridiculous at lunchtime, with people parking stupidly and causing blockages. There was a near crash this afternoon. Of you order a large, check everything before you leave the drive through as they don’t put large crowd in a large carton.

Some item missing from my meal. Had to wait in line to get them while the rest of my meal was getting cold !!!

Breakfast I threw in the bin , the muffin was hard and chewy, like it had been sat a while, the hash brown wasn't cooked enough, the coffee is discussing overall very poor I certainly won't be eating at McDonald's again, dry buns , milkshake you can't drink through the straws you need a length of hose pipe, very disappointed

Stopped here for a quick lunch stop. Quite busy but service was good and food/drink was the usual Golden Arches tucker. Staff were friendly and helpful and the site clean and tidy

Macdonalds is a lottery. Food good , food bad. You can't wait ages and the food cold. Fillet ALWAYS over cooked. Food just chucked together. But we still always go.

I just ordered through McDonald’s delivery app and missing items but they can do refund if you don’t go in the store plus they hung up while I been talking.

Was served by the most cheery guy going which we stan. The cheesy garlic bites were perfectly cooked and the milkshakes so flavourful!! Perfect for a little night drive

Nice and quiet when visited. Staff efficient and quick

Food wasn't great. Fries were luke warm and upon getting our food in the waiting bay they had not given us our drinks and mcflurry. Upon going back in only got drinks as hadn't realised they hadn't given us the mcflurry. By this point had left the bay and there was no parking left so decided to leave the mcflurry but was very disappointed as service here is normally great but today just seemed like something had gone downhill.

Lovely fresh fillet of fish. 5 stars. My regular spot. Miss sitting down here. Best place for nice warm food and treats. Chilli Cheese Bite's.

Great place all McDonalds are almost similar

Surely one of the worst McDonald's in the UK. Not for the first time I have been to your drive through in Benson late at night and you always come up with some silly excuse as to why your service is so bad or why you can't serve people. Tonight you decided to stop serving at the moment I pulled up to the drive though because you were "updating your tolls" when where wasn't another car behind me and could have surely served one more customer. Poor poor poor!

Compared to most of the local McDonald's this always seems to be the fastest to serve, was extremely busy but still had food no more than 5 mins after ordering

On a Saturday I expected a quick pop in and out of McDonald’s as it would be busy and noisy. It was calm and peaceful, relaxing even! Lots of attention to detail around cleaning and clearing! Very impressed will come back to this one over others in the area! Kaine and front of house team were great!

Benson mc Donald friendly staff and manager / security guard nice food

This McDonald’s is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food almost always comes out hot and fresh however the only issue is the waiting time when you dine in. The drive through is fast though and overall it’s fine.

Absolutely filthy in the restaurant area. Food debris everywhere. Puddles of water this is 7.30 in the morning.

I’ve never gone out of my way to write a review before, but truly awful. Order via Uber and it kept being delayed, no problem we’re patient. When it arrived it was missing items, an hour late, cold, I had an extra part of a burger in the middle of my burger, which was burnt. The ice had completely melted and the McFlurrys were liquified. The order was made in the kitchen over an hour ago, then delivered. I’d accept the delay and even the fact it was cooked over an hour ago. But the missed items and half a black burger took the p155. Awful awful, so bad it felt disrespectful, avoid. Also why so few chips? You have to give 1 star but I’d give -5 if I could
