Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 piece bucket. When we arrived home, the fries were soggy, and overcooked. The chicken was also overcooked, and very dark brown. Apart from that, I always thought that chickens have two breasts and two legs. So why did I get 8 drumsticks, and 2 tiny pieces of breast meat. I know …..cheap. No pun intended. This is the worst and most disgusting KFC I have ever had. I will certainly not return, and would suggest that people give it a wide swerve. Disgusting.

Awful. Soggy chips, Tiny piece of Chicken. Bad presentation. Bad mannered staff. Had the ultimate burger, was a disgrace. Only half the burger was filled with Chicken.

The food was served luke-warm and the so called chicken fillet in my Twister came with more gristle and bone than chicken breast. Server also didn’t put lid on my drink correctly so it spilt when I put it down

Food quality was awful. Cold chips, chicken coating was soggy and bland. Value for money wasn't good and I would have difficulty trying this outlet again. This experience was so poor I would be reluctant to try KFC anywhere.

BOYCOT!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered through the KFC app (deliveroo delivers it) received one box meal and not the other but received the drink for the meal. Called up and spoke to the ‘manager’ explained the situation and was asked to come to the restaurant to get a replacement, which I didn’t really want to do as we had paid for delivery, if I wanted to go through the drive through I would have. Because I wanted what I paid for I drove there to be told that the manager wants to check the cctv and to park out the front (bear in mind we have just been told to drive there to get a replacement). So we parked at the front, waited for 15 minutes and the manager still hadn’t come out, so I called up again and the manager said that they had reviewed the CCTV and they definitely put the two box meals in the bag. He implied that either we were lying or the deliveroo driver had taken it. We said why would we go through all off this for a box meal if we had received it and asked how can it be deliveroo when the bag was sealed shut with a sticker. I asked to see the CCTV of the staff member packing the food but was refused. Staff and manager are incompetent. The manager was rude, doesn’t think about customers and wasted over an hour of my time. Absolutely disgusting service. I WILL NEVER RETURN, STAY AWAY!!

I know it was half term and potentially busy, but this was early in the lunch time period- floor sticky, tables not cleaned, sticky fingerprints all over the door leading through to the toilet and the tap in the toilet not working properly. We had already ordered so it was too late to walk out. I reported the tap, but not convinced anything was done about it.

Dry, cold and forgot half the order. Rubbish! I had to ask for the rest of the order and never even got a sorry out of the miserable looking staff

Drive thru is rubbish. They don’t understand/hear the order. Thankfully there’s an escape road! Wrong twice in 2 visits

It seems every time we order from this sh**t hole the staff are incapable of reading basic instructions. Yet again we've placed an order for home delivery and continue to have items missing and very cold food. I'm not sure where KFC are finding the staff at delta park but I am sure my 6 month aged baby could remember to pack chips into a relatively straight forward order.

Got served quick and got a boneless banquet meal. Chips were lukewarm, popcorn chicken seemed undercooked, boneless fillets were cold chewy and inedible. Ended up throwing most of the meal away. I used to love KFC and this was my first one in about 2 years. I won't be going back.

Everyone’s was disappointingly dry and hard work to eat….! Quite astounded by how poorly executed basic fried food can be. Staff friendly enough but I don’t think they’ve nailed the speedy element behind the term fast food.

Ordered via the drive thru. which I found difficult to start with as the intercom is not great, plus the girl asking had a strong accent so difficult to understand. When we got our meal home (only a couple of miles) the chips were warm & soggy (horrible), chicken was just warm, it was also stringy & tasteless, the coating was not nice & tasted salty.......we were really looking forward to this, but it was not a great experience!

I wish they had an option for 0 stars. Me and my parter wanted get a quick bite to eat, we both did not enjoy our food!! Parts of our order was missing, warm not hot. Me and my partner bother found hair in our food..... I know kfc don't give a F**k about there reviews or customer. I think everyone should avoid this at all costs.

When making our order through the drive through, we informed the staff of our allergies only to have everything we are allergic to in the burger!! Parts of the order was missing. It was all cold, dry and tasteless. The drinks might as well of been thrown at us through the car window and when one fell to the floor she huffed and puffed as if it was our fault. The whole order was wrong and when we asked for a refund we had about 12 people staring, giving the most dirty of looks, laughing and speaking in their language in a very intimidating manner. Never again!!

Went here was going to have takeaway but we were able to sit in which was good safe an well deserved service experience food was hot an all safe distance measures in place only cliche was couldn’t use £5 off voucher which was disappointing as it’s now run out

My husband and I popped in to get a takeaway last weekend. We decided we didn't want to risk eating in and one lol at the tables proved we'd made the right decision. Not a single table was clean, there seemed to be no distance allowed between tables and the hi-top eating area right next to the counter was in use, making it impossible to social distance while placing an order and waiting for food. It's been a while since I visited KFC and, given what we did have was not that great, it will be a while before we visit again. If you can avoid the place, I would.

Ordered online and didn't get exactly that I have ordered. In chicken wings I have found a hair! Mixed together with breadcrumbs!! It wasn't just dropped on it. It was inside!! Absolutely disgusting. It was my LAST time with this chain. Previously they didn't even answer my email and Facebook messages!!

Ordered a bargain bucket through the drive in, very quick service. Got home, 5 minutes, to find the food was cold. The chips were simply awful, cold, soggy with lots of black bits on them. The chicken was also cold with the special kfc spice mix soggy and not stock to the chicken. £10.99 wasted.

Rarely go for a KFC, although food was fine it was disappointing & off-putting sitting in such an unclean area.The tables needed wiping, the floors needed an good clean and the bins needed emptying!!When we arrived we were the only ones there apart from another family so there was no excuse for the staff to ignore, instead they were stood around chatting.Hate to think what it must be like during a busy time!

This sadly in the only big kfc near my area everything is so bad, the chicken is dry and tasteless, the gravy is like water, the hot wings have no flavour, and I’ve been here a lot it isn’t a one off, actually there hasn’t been one time when it was good!

I ordered a three piece meal, 2 drumstick and 1 breast. They said after taking my order, that they needed to cook some breast and it would be 10-15 minutes. The counter person asked me if I wanted another drumstick instead of the breast. I said I would take the rest of my order and wait for the breast to be cooked. The counter person said she would bring the breast out to me when it was done. 15 minutes later I went back up to the counter and asked for my breast of chicken. The same counter person asked the cook where the breast was. She told me it would be another 20 minutes. I said so it going to take you a total of 35 minutes to cook the chicken breast. Once again she tried to get me to take another drumstick. A guy came from back in the cooking area. He said "It takes 40 minutes to cook a piece of chicken. I told him I knew that was not true. I asked for one pound back for the chicken breast I wasn't going to get. The owner came out and gave me one pound. Keep in mind this a fast food restaurant during the dinner hour and they weren't going to have any chicken for 40 minutes. What's wrong with this picture. Sell you one thing and get you to take lesser pieces?

Came here last night around 10:30 pm and had a boneless banquet wanted beans and was told we ran out I was so suprised . And it wasn’t even served in a box neither so don’t know what was going on here I think they need to keep there stocked up but hey ho nothing I can change

Stopped off at KFC for what I thought would be a quick bite to eat, however service was very slow and disorganised. Waited quite a while for food that when we received it was cold. I complained to a member of staff, however they didn't seem particularly fussed. Eventually got what we wanted and decided against eating in the restaurant as it wasn't very clean.Will definitely give it a miss the next time. It certainly wasn't finger licking good.

Terrible food, terrible staff arguing in multiple foreign languages, disabled and women’s toilet out of order. Also was given a soda water instead of 7up. Chicken not properly cooked and skins not as normal kfc. Never again.

They are very rude in here. Today I went in and was paying for my food with my card and the first time said not authorised So he said try again which I did and said the same thing. He then told me that they had been having problems with the connection, there was also a que in the drive through with the same problem. He said let's try one more time and again the same thing happened. Whilst this was going on the person in the drive through food was ready and asked if they had cash and they got so annoyed they drove away. I then asked can they provide me with a receipt to show that these transactions he said I'll just go and ask. He came back and said that if I brought my bank statement in and it had come out then they would refund it he then asked me to pay with cash in which I replied I have not got otherwise I would have done to stop all of this. He then in a huff tried to snatch my card to try again which I was having none of and said I will go else where. He was very rude throughout as if it was my fault, when a couple of people where having same issue, there was no need and certainly was not my fault and was only asking to make sure incase money came out and even that was a chore for him to ask his manager. I am also pretty sure when a transaction does not go through it provides a receipt to say not authorised. When we got home my wife phoned to ask about the receipts and the man on the phone was not interested. So will not be going here again

Dropped by the Greenbridge KFC today for a quick snack whilst travelling. The staff team were very busy yet friendly and welcoming. Helped us choose. Tables kept spotlessly clean. Food was spicy, tasty and delivered in minutes. It was OK.

It's KFC, you get lots of chicken, they normally have a fullenu unlike other KFC branches in Swindon. Box meals are great value for money and the shakes are like a meal in them selves.

Had my four granddaughters staying with me for one night only, something we do on regular basis on half term, I always give them the choice of where to go and it always seems to be KFC, not anymore, yet again limited menu, Pepsi only to drink, no kids meals and card machine not working. Whoever is responsible for this mayhem should be fired, but we will not be back in a hurry.

Visited drive through this evening, got food home and chicken tasted awful like it had been sat for to long and tasted to me like grease used was in need of changing, I phoned greenbridge and was told it might taste different because they'd ran out of fresh chicken and had used frozen and this was the reason it tasted different, food tends to be hit and miss but never has it tasted vile like today's food, won't be using them again

Saw a film then decided to take away a KFC. Not tried for many years. Menu v difficult to understand. Meals include stuff we don’t want. Had a meal including a coke which we left behind. Tasted great really difficult to order!

Been to this KFC countless times since I've lived in Swindon. The food quality is generally quite good and the speed of the restaurant is great. Sometimes the food quality can dip of you go too late in the evening or mid afternoon.

Es la tienda más exigente obediente que he visto. . . Ningún respeto por los clientes.. . . Cuando la caña a la unidad a través de la pantalla como nadie estaba respondiendo por 10 minutos y después en el qeu por media hora las cosas me dice que vuelva y reordenar de nuevo en el coche thrue. Después de perder 45 minutos en el coche me thrue podemos perder más de 1 hora de mi comida. . . Nunca jamás ven a la tienda y te recomendará mi familia y amigos que siempre vienen a kfc (clientes habituales) nunca para retroceder a la tienda. . . . Muy mal y también en un discurso grosero. don 5 incluso tienen la modales para hablar con los clientes.

Como no ha ido durante años no esperaba mucho para ser honesto. Pero podemos decir que quedé muy impresionado tuvimos que esperar para pollo fresco para ser cocinados y valió la pena la espera. La señora detrás del hasta fue desternillante y muy gracioso.

Pedimos una comida de 3 piezas variedad en el drive thru y regresar a casa para encontrar las alas caliente y strip y la falta tanto de crujientes de pollo y papas fritas sin sabor mal ya estaban fríos. La salsa no era ni de lejos tan buena como debería ser. Con una variedad de comidas, hay una idea en el nombre de Dios, no la ciencia maldita rocket, no debería la chica en el drive thru al menos hora de la orden? Para resumir, el KFC en greenbridge no vale la pena la molestia!

El servicio es muy lento la cola era a la puerta todo el tiempo que estábamos comiendo. El personal no muy claros, como no sabía lo que había en comidas infantiles. . No todos. comer allí todo el tiempo. El pollo sabía seco como si el revestimiento se ha secado y en general no me impresionó. Y drive thru es priorizadas. No regresaré.

Tasty fried chicken. It does what it says and is a good guilty pleasure. Always generally busy some expect a wait. Plus is that everything is fresh at least.

Una y otra vez que utilizo este drive thru y cada vez prometo nunca volver allí. La chica que nos servía era grosero y más interesado en gritos 'oi' al otro lado de la cocina, quizás es un compañeros nombre aunque supongo. Mi comida estaba anunciado con un chapuzón - falta.

Our meal on the last 3 occasions have not represented what is advertised. Rushed preparation and no care in the product. Our last was on a late Sunday night with no one else ordering too...

Our meal was hot, freshly cooked, & service was polite & prompt. The restaurant was clean as were the toilets. Would recommend!

Succulent Food. Fast and reasonably priced food. Great place to go before you visit Cinema. Good place to pop in for coffee.

Good spot if you want chicken at a value price. We go normally just before or after cinema visit. Staff know the range of food inside out and provide it quickly. It does what it says it does on the tin - FAST FOOD

I reluctantly took my Grandchildren here for a quick lunch. I had only ever visited KFC once before many years ago. The chicken was tasteless, the fries were like thin strips of cardboard. Everything went cold by the time we had sat down. Even the kids left so much.If I could put 1 as a rating here I would have.As far as family friendly goes, no, as you must know exactly what you are ordering as to ask a question, was not on their wave length.Go for fish & chips as you would have better value food.

Stopped by to eat while waiting to go to the empire cinema. Very fast service and friendly staff. Also the place was clean. My only problem is the quality of the hot wings I purchased, I found them to have too much of the powder coating they use. I have had KFC wings at so many other places and they are normally much better cooked and of better quality than this place.

We purchased a bargain bucket from here as the family were hungry and wanted something filling and quick. When we got it home the chicken fell through the bottom if the bucket. It was so wet with grease it had destroyed the cardboard. We phoned the restaurant and explained what had happened and were told to go in and they would sort it out. It was late so we arranged to deal with it the following day and all had a toastie. When we went back the next day the manager (named Manzu) denied what had been arranged over the phone and refused a refund. We challenged him on our consumer rights but he was uninterested and admitted he did not know the law on our rights. He then proceeded to ignore us. Our opinion- just NO.

Stopped off for tea on the way to our holiday. It was the greasiest KFC I've ever had. It was vile. Even my teenager wouldn't eat it! If we weren't eating en route I would've complained

Busy mostly means good service. Stopped here as it was the nearest eatery. It was fast service. Polite and reasonable on price. Plenty of space to sit. It was clean and tidy and there was no reason to complain about anything.
