Burgers are way to small for the High prices

They sell nice burgers and you which one you like and topping. And milk shakes ect.

Great food as ever! Their fries portion isn't quite as generous as other five guys but the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Perfect, if you love Five Guys which I do! No peanuts served here as they are in a shopping centre. Otherwise, super helpful staff and the same five guys food experience as any other.

Atmosphere is not what you go to a FiveGuys for. You go for the best burger and chips you have tasted. (IMHO) We are pleased we ignored the Food Quarter opposite and spotted the FiveGuys. It is not a cheap option, but a nice treat during a day out shopping.

Love Five Guys. You can't go wrong with a tasty burger, fries and shake for an end of week treat. Burger is tasty and delicious. You can add whatever salad and sauces. Chips as re crunchy ok the outside and soft in the middle and in my opinion perfect! The milkshakes are amazing and what I didn't know is you can choice multiple flavours in the same cup. With it being a proper thick tastey milkshake you can have multiple flavours with every drink. Highly recommend.

The chips were really nice especially paired with the milkshakes I enjoyed my meal there.

No vegan options, come on... Very short sighted, if one person is vegan, the whole group will go elsewhere, which is what we did...

I find this as the best place to get high quality milk shakes. My kids always love milkshake from here whenever we visit around this place. The taste makes us to never miss this. Always recommend this to anyone!!

We tried multiple items and would recommend frites and shakes as those were really good. We tried a vegan burger which was not that good, so mixed reviews for me. There are enough spaces available to sit inside and outside of the shop.

Ive been waiting 2 hours and a half for my food to come. The Costumer service is very poor and bad. very dissapointed?!!!

Well impressed with the service we received today, especially from the tall lad dressed in black that went out of his way to get us some hot water from another shop so that we could feed our 4 month old. The food was well presented and tasty too. Well done.

The cafe was cold, ordered BLT for myself and little cheeseburger and fries for my husband. Husband said his was okay. My bacon was cold and completely overcooked, took it back and was told I could have another but it would be exactly the same. Very disappointing.won’t be going back.

Popped in today for something to fill our hungry stomachs, having not eaten all day and journeying by car for a long time it was the bright smile that set us on a good course for five guys. After ordering and collecting our food we got stuck in. The absolute LEGEND of a cook who did our order brought smiles to our faces and true respect to the five guys name. We came in with a grumble and left with a smile. Thankyou five guys swindon!

happy to stop here whenever at the shopping centre. burgers done however you want. for chips they always pile it overflowing, very tasty. milkshakes have unlimited mix ins so you can make some interesting combos. can be a bit pricey and add up before you know it. servers are always super nice. there is a plenty of seating inside, also 2nd area and then in the main hall as well. gets crowded and very busy during meal times so you can end up waiting a good 10-15min for your food, but at least you know its been freshly cooked.

PLEASE BE AWARE! Nut allergy!! Potato chips cooked in nut oil, no notice at ordering station. Wasn't til I sat down and seen a poster on a far wall which was amongst advertising this needs to be seen where you order food therefore I could only eat the burger,

The fries were amazingly good and would be the only reason I return to Five Guys. The cheeseburger cost a hefty £10.35 and was ok. Some of the staff looked like they really didn't want to be there and that customers are an inconvenience......

McDonald's at a millionaires price Very dull food

We went near closing time and they were only offering takeout - the women who served us was pleasant enough but was just reciting company script - sounded like a robot - poor thing. Got to figure why they would ask a human to speak like a robot when they could just get a touch pad ordering screen like McDonald's.

I adore this place. Really good burgers, you can taste the quality, miles better than other 'chains' or pubs.

Great place to have a bite to eat while in the outlet village. Staff were excellent and service was very quick. Clean and tidy eating area . The food was very good loads of chips all nice and hot.

Quietly called the number once, then just left it to go cold. Must try harder at that price.. Or get a board with the order numbers on.

Visited yesterday 29th August. You can build a burger how you want...love it here they are always delicious. Tables and general areas are kept clean and tidy also super friendly and attentive staff! (Bonus; the girl who served us was lovely and so patient as I could not decide what I wanted!! 😬....sorry!!)

The food is expensive for what you get. We ordered beef hot dogs and basically got a deep fried tinned hot dog which was very salty in plain buns. You have to go to the counter to collect and the food is in a paper bag wrapped in solver foil. Not exactly what we expected for the price.

I see nice reviews but I was very disappointed to see one employee come out from the toilet straight to the restaurant without washing his hands!!!🫣🫣 not very hygienic.

Good option to have at the outlet for fast food. Unfortunately pricing is too high for what's on offer. £4+ for a soft drink is ridiculous. I ordered 2 burgers (one bunless) 1 drink and large fries for £24. It's almost obstructive and totally unnecessary.

We went shopping at the Swindon Outlet. We fancied a quick lunch. Spoke with Carmen to order our food, and she was very helpful. Food was piping hot when I pick it up. But the burgers tasted of nothing. Very disappointed after all the hype. And to spend £36 for 2 burgers and fries 1 coke and 1 milkshake. Afraid we won't going back.

Been good before but this time was not good cheese wasn't even nearly melted the bun was soggy the chips where awful and the meat wasn't really hot also the manager was a little hot headed because I didn't hear my number had an attitude with me which I found was very ignorant

Food was delicious, although a little on the expensive side, but you get what you paid for.

A bit steep on cost but some seriously good food and well worth it if your lunch budget stretches this far.

Had an issue with just eat and my main man Tomi went above and beyond give the man a raise. Best service I've had in this town for years.

Dirty tables. Slow service. Dreadful vege options and drastically over priced. We won't be back nor recommend this awful place

We only stayed one night but the owner was so welcoming, lovely site, shower block was great.

The salted caramel and bacon milkshake (yes, I know) is a must try experience. I was skeptical at first as to how such a combination could work, but believe me it's worth finding this out on your own. The sweetness of the caramel is complimented surprisingly well with the saltiness of the bacon. Plus the crunch is another thing in itself. One of the best milkshakes I've ever had.

Can get very busy but always great food and service!

They messed up our order by putting bacon in my girlfriends beef hotdog and she doesnt eat pork, luckily she didnt bite into it, they then redid the order but it did take its time to arrive making her not rrally wanna eat by the time it arrived.

Everything perfect as always.... Missed salted nuts in five guys 😉 ... this shop .. But overall always love 5 guys food... 🫶

Food 10/10, Prices 5/10, Staff 4/10 we were overcharged to begin with. Then whilst I was sitting waiting, I was questioned as to if I was actually eating there. I think I'm well presented so a shock. Lots of choice there so next time I think il go elsewhere.

Good burger and fries, above average of fast foods but you can find better options in the city. Service was very quick, beer was ok, and soda as expected. Regular fries is really big, so pay attention on it. A bit pricey, more than I expected, actually. Overall rate is good.

Can't fault the food, it wasn't busy ie. I was the only customer took 10 to fifteen minutes to make 2 burgers and one fries, 4 members of staff just stood around chatting.

A beautiful experience every time. You should have the Milk Shake here. Try the combos as well. A hamburger with fries is the minimum.
