Five Guys Swindon in Swindon

I placed the order and spent 30pound. Waited for 2 hours order shows delivered. But I didn’t receive anything. Now a days the take a code to confirm delivery? But still no one even knock on the door. I report this but nothing comes back. Waste of money and I’ll never order again.

Ordered on deliveroo, delivered On time. Burger was cold and bland, chips were hot but so grossly over salted... strawberry milkshake was incredible. Overall not worth the inflated prices.

Delivery guy was lovely and delivered our food on time. Very happy.

Lovely food which arrived hot and on time. Only problem has the burger buns which were soggy, almost impossible to hold. Perhaps a more robust bun is required for takeaways. Recommended.

Amazing service despite how busy they were (Black Friday and payday!!) Didn’t have to wait too long for the food. Burger was amazing!

Worst experience I had with the delivery placed order at 17:56 arrived at 20:17 as well ordered ketchup and mayonnaise sachets not included

The best fries you can find, a large portion can be for 3 even 4 people!

Nice burgers but a bit overpriced.

My friend suggested to me to try their milkshake. It is £5.75 but it was amazing. Definitely worth the money. It is normal size but it tastes so good. I am sure it has a lot of calories in it but is it worth it. One thing that is available for the milkshake but none of us dared to try is bacon!! We only popped I. To get a milkshake each. It was very nice. The staff that served us was very friendly helping us choose our topping. Maybe next time we will eat there too. Highly recommended

First time eating at five guys. 3/10/24 pm We had a fantastic experience, from the service at the till to the team cooking and serving of the food. We tried the hotdogs and chips( very tasty) and enjoyable. Lovely friendly staff We look forward to trying something different from the menu Keep up the good work guys!

It's Ok. A cheap Frankfurter in a small soft bun with a few bits added, about £2 worth, for the low low price of £9, was a complete rip-off, and the recommended "salted caramel and bacon" milkshake (which apparently is oddly popular) failed because they didn't crush the bacon bits so they just collected at the bottom of the cup (couldn't fit through the straw) and needed a fork to eat after finishing the milkshake. It cost me £15 in total and I didn't even have chips. (The chips were nice, I had them on their own previously, but that's not enough reason to visit this place.) Just massively over-priced nonsense, with zero atmosphere: when busy you have to gaggle together in the little square space in front of the toilet, getting in the way of the sauce/napkin/bin area and self-dispensing drink machine, due to the bad shop layout design. It's not even as efficient as every other burger bar. Then you can sit down in the echoey noise to eat. Won't be coming back. Pitched totally wrong, poor design, don't understand why they are popular.

My first time at Five Guys. The burger was very good. Much better than McDonalds.

Order took over 2 hours. It was barely like warm when it arrived because the driver spent at least 5 minutes trying to deliver to the next street over. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered tonight through JustEat. Ordered at 9:04pm, food arrived around 10:30pm. However, I called the restaurant as first the delivery time said 9:40pm and this time kept changing. I called the Swindon branch and spoke to Dan (I think? Sorry if it’s wrong but he said he was new) who apologised and explained how the process works and how just eat hadn’t sent my order through yet but assured me they had got it whilst on the call and will get it processed asap and ensure it’s hot when arrived, was able to provide an accurate time scale on when it would be received also, offered something even though it wasn’t their fault as goodwill. Delivery arrived was still hot, and tasted absolute perfection - the best burger I’ve had in a while! Thanks again! :)

food was kinda cold and messy in the foils, chips were incredibly over salted to the point we couldn’t actually eat them

Quick food stop while shopping. Disappointed. Ordering was easy. Chips ready in minutes. What we got for £5.45 leaves a lot to be desired. Oily, burnt and soggy. Strange to put a cupful of chips in a bag with half the chip in the bag itself. Why not use a bigger cup or put all the chips in the bag? Will not be going back

Burger was nice and the chips were a huge portion however there was way too much Cajun seasoning on the Fries. I don’t think I would order again due to the cost as it is very expensive for what it is.

Delicious food! The burgers are a treat, they are packed full of flavour and freshness. The service was a little slow for midweek, although wasn't many staff on and considering the taste it was worth it. I was disappointed to discover the new prices, costing £35.00 for two people, so definitely a once in a while treat, despite the price point, it wouldn't stop me eating here.

As expected from Five Guys, Top notch food. A tad expensive but always worth every penny. I only docked a star for the wait time. However, I also understand that it is made from scratch. But it's SO worth the wait! ❤️

Estimated delivery kept getting delayed. When it finally arrived nearly 2 hours everything was cold and the burger was a soggy mess. Wont order from them ever again.

The order was wrong ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a mango milkshake and got a hotdog and cheeseburger with fries

Chips were awful burgers were brilliant. Late by over an hour driver went complete wrong way just glad to have eaten

Amazing food ordered a few times now and never disappoints. Portions are huge and delicious. Had the burger in lettuce great idea thank you five guys.

Went with my guide dog, very friendly staff even brought a bowl of water over for her whilst we ate.

Very soggy Seems a five guys doesn’t travel well.

Called into to have a burger and chips , plus milkshake ( 3 people) bill over £52 . Seats just wood not comfortable, food not very good, milkshakes bad. Will not be going again.

Over priced, £11 for a burger, £9.50 for a hotdog, and had to pay for chips separate, I know you not McDonalds, but seriously!!🤔

Originally said the order was going to be delivered at 18:35 but continued to get pushed back. Wasn't given a straw for my milkshake.

The food had taken ages to arrive, the chips arrived cold. The drinks were the only nice thing we received.

Excellent tasty burgers and hot dogs , And the Fries ... OMG . Place was tidy when we went in and the staff looked happy , Even the guy sweeping up.

Family member who’s diabetic can’t have her Coca-Cola Zero drink as you sent me Coca-Cola Original instead and they are now crying their eyes out.

First time we've had Five Guys burgers but won't be the last, they were delicious and so were the fries.

Food was cold and my medium chips were more like a small which is crazy for five guys…

Waiting times were pretty long and it was expensive for burger and chips but food was delicious, there didn't seem to be much order in what was coming out of the kitchen and seemed slightly chaotic.

Great food, cooked fresh and worth the wait. Sat in their overflow seating area which had no padded seats. It's a burger joint so no atmosphere to speak about.

missing item - restaurant says they put it in the bag but it wasnt there when it was delivered

Apart from their milkshake, which tastes really good, however, food here is just as regular as any other fast food chain. But much more expensive!

There are some good and some bad parts start with the fries cold on arrival would I pay £6 for cold fries (NO) shake now that was nice and thick and tasty the two burgers pattys looked and tasted home made filling plenty of it now the down side the buns were soggy that was probably due to them being wrapped in foil would I have the fries again that’s a no shake a definitely a yes and the burgers even though a little pricey yes if they could solve the soggy bun problem

Food was cold. Also hot sauce on burger that didn’t require hot sauce.

All 3 burgers were soggy and luke warm and the hotdog was soggy and cold all the chips were cold and tasted horrible. Waste of money

What a pleasure!!!!! From when we walked in the guy at the cash register (Danny) was friendly and helpful. Been our first time here, he explained to us the process of the burger etc. I can’t praise him enough. Thank you!!! Then the order was taken and we took our seat. Very fast and freshly made. Definitely take a milkshake, you will not regret it!! The burger was to die for!!! Excellent presented and sooooooo tasty! This place has a winner here! We need you guys in Trowbridge please.

Had a Double Cheeseburger with Fries, good juicy burger with a good portion of fries. Good value for a sit down meal. Better portions and tastes much better than other Burger vendors in the outlet village.

First five guys ever......omg why has it taken so long ?! The tastiest burger and fries.The thickest tastiest milkshake .Staff lovely and patient whilst I decided what to eat.Restaurant immaculately clean and tidy .Can't wait to visit again

What a treat. A burger that’s hot and full of flavour! We had ours with mushrooms and onions! But there are a lot of other options! Service was fast and friendly, and I like the idea of knowing where the potatoes are from. Also the milkshake taste as if it’s actually got bananas in.

Fresh Juicy Delicious Burgers! Packed with crisp and fresh ingredients, Jalapeños are hot fiery perfection! Generous Chips on point too! Restaurant was clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming, you pay extra for a bespoke burger and it’s worth it!

Tasty burger and hotdogs, a little stingy on the relish, eaten half of the burger before I found any. Fries were tasty. Peanut butter milkshake was lovely, but used 3 straws as they tend to go soggy.

Good burgers. A little bit pricier but in Swindon there aren’t many places with decent burgers for similar price.

Out shopping at Swindon Retail Outlet & called into Five Guys for a quick bite. Well we did not get either! Waited for about 15 minutes from order to receipt of our food, many staff apparently running around like headless chickens whilst we waited.The food was truly awful, grossly over priced & dripping in oil & barely edible, will not be going there again & would not recommend.

They delivered the wrong order and the restaurant was not helpful! I never got my order !

Never had it before so thought let's go see what the hype is all about. Loved the fries with the skin on, ordered regular size and couldn't finish them. Burger I wasn't as impressed with. Again standard burger, 2 patties in it with grilled onions and salad. It was so greasy! I ate it there and the bun was soggy with grease, it was dripping. I'm not sure I would get excited to go again and if I do I think I'll go with small burger and fries.

They sell nice burgers and you which one you like and topping. And milk shakes ect.
