Terrible! Orange juice instead of Pepsi max and no gravy. Didn’t answer the phone when I called to complain, won’t order from them again.

Ordered chicken meal. Portion of chips was so small as to barely be worthwhile. So much ice in the drink that after I took it out there was only half a cup of drink. One of the three pieces of chicken had so little meat on it that it wasn't worth having either. Not a good experience

Awful food. Bad corn of the cob and under cooked chicken Never again and so disappointing fo kfc. Last time I will use this restaurant.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had from this particular KFC because my order was from b4 9 o’clock and it going to arrive at about 10 o’clock or after I’m sooo angry I will have to think again b4 ever going here again.

Ordered via just eat ,app said it was delivered (late)but hadn't shown up.tried to call the branch 3 times just answering machine .spoke to rude staff member to be told wait ,manager came out and said take it up with just eat and walked away !!! I said is that it? Can't I just collect it while I'm here her reply just eat refund and walked off .never again !!!!!

The daddy of dreadful KFC stores. When you get home and lift out the the cardboard box and realise that the fat is so thick that it has soaked through the box and the food is now in a soggy mess at the bottom of the plastic bag you know you have been in the presence of true incompetence.

went in store and order chicken fillet bucket waited 20+ minutes for order. Owner works the counter I think. Slow,slow service. I only have 1 /2 hour for luch and wasted 20+ miinutes just waiting for food.

Bought a large boneless share box for the family as a Friday night treat, the chicken was so chewy it was inedible, even my dog couldn’t chew it and he eats anything literally! Fries weren’t cooked properly either so had to the throw the whole lot on the bin, now everyone feels sick!! The manager and staff are extremely rude avoid this restraint at all costs!!

Considering the price of their meals it's a touch disgusting that you have to buy the drink separately- especially when it's just a tiny can of pop. Chip portions have been halved n you can tell nothing is made to order, they just cook up a ton of strips n leave them on the heater until an order starts. Such a shame it's gone so downhill, a cheeky KFC used to be a nice treat, now it's just a ripoff.

Awful customer service! Avoid avoid avoid! Items missing from order and they just ignore you. Tried contacting their head office (which you can only do via social media) and they just don't care. If you want to receive what you actually ordered, I advise you to go elsewhere. Seems like a common problem with them.

By nature, delivery food is prone to mistake. No one can excuse that out of the food paid for, packaged and delivered was only a third of it.

Very disappointed as 2 of the 4 meals was missing. The restaurant did not answer the phone advertised on their website.

Loved the food and quick delivery. Chicken rice box was brilliant and value for money. Wings also was tasty. Will go back

The worst zinger burger ever! Hardly any zinger sauce, chicken tough as a leather boot and salad looked like it was served the day before. The staff behind the till need training on how to give a service rather than rolling there eyes when making a large order. Definitely won’t be returning to this dive again.

Orderd through Uber half our order missing. Never again I am afraid and with so many delivery services many more nicer out there. Go grill and chill

We bought a 6 piece bucket meal with corn, beans and fries. The fries were cold, the corn was rubbery and grey in colour and the chicken - placed it on a plate and it left a pool of dirty fat which was absolutely disgusting. Complained to KFC who wrote back saying that we should have taken it back and made our complaint there and then. They did though as a "good-will" gesture, give us a voucher for half the price of our meal. Sorry but we will not be going back there.

I read the reviews and thought pah, they seem okay. I ordered the boneless banquet today and they completely forgot to put the dips in, a small issue but not the first. I've had it before where I've had two pieces of chicken more than I ordered or two pieces less. When you ordered a eight piece that really ***** you off. My best advice is either avoid going here or hold up your fingers and ask them to count how many there are, apologies to those from the midlands as your going to throw them off.

Food was luke warm, took forever to be served and was substandard compared to the many KFC's I have had before from other locations. If you only want a KFC in the Farnborough area then you have no other choice but to use this outlet, if not, well my advice is stay clear!

Went here after a few drinks in the pub close by...waited 20 mins in a queue to place our order...she took our order and my partner placed his card on the machine only to be told that it's not working..and we could only pay by cash which we didn't have..why they couldn't put a sign out or just say to people queuing I don't know...

Something has gone disastrously wrong here. The food used to be great and the service even better. The last three times I have been, I've bought a 10 piece wicked variety bucket, which includes 10 pieces of KFC chicken, 4 fillets and 8 hot wings. A month ago, for the first time of choosing a 10 piece (having bought 6's before) I asked the young lad to check it was a 10 piece, he reassured me he knew how to count (!) and I went on my way. To my dismay when I got home I found it to be a 6 piece, so had been shafted by 4 pieces AND it cost me £3 more just to rub it in. The previous time of ordering a 10 piece I specifically mentioned the time before, not to get £3 off my bill but to ensure I got the tenner I was paying for. I did. Tonight I went again and ordered the 10 piece, asking two different people to make sure it was a tenner. When i got home i found that it was, but they forgot the 8 hot wings. WTF. Get your damn act together KFC...employ people who can count!!!! If only I could return and lambast them in the shop. The trouble is, how can I prove I didn't have them all the time and that I am just trying to pull a flanker? As I had a 2 mile drive home and only realised when at home I had to suck it up for the 2nd time! I tried calling the number on the order # 2061 ticket but nobody answered....3 times. 01252 542270. It isn't the money, it isn't the missed pieces of chicken, what irks me is that even when you ask them to check it, they STILL shaft you!!!

Where do I start ? Firstly the employee that served us had such a bad attitude and answered every query we had with attitude! Simple queries like what side do you get with the meal (which we didn't get with meal anyway...or the dips) we were the the only customers in the restaurant so not even busy. The chips should be called chew's cos they were cold and chewy. I love my KFC but I won't be going back to this branch ways in which is a shame as it's the nearest one to me. I work in retail so I know this is not the way get customer's back. Very disappointed!!

Disgusting. I went with my girlfriend and she got food poisoning because of the chicken she had there. I was observing while they were making the food and noone was using gloves or any kind of hygienic method in the kitchen whatsoever. So I do ask for an H&S inspection to that place. I'm not even thinking to go there again and I don't recommend anyone to do so.

Had a bucket of chicken from here on a recent visit to Farnborough and wish we hadn’t Colonel Sanders would be turning in his grave at the lack of his secret herbs recipe in the chicken in this place I rarely find it necessary to leave a negative review but this place must serve the worse KFC I’ve ever tasted bland doesn’t come anyway near describing the coating on the chicken that’s served here I wouldn’t even give it a star but I have to give it at least one to be able to post a review so definitely won’t be having KFC next time we’re in Farnborough.

Bang average KFC with an unfortunate history, that saw it closed down for a short while. Service poor, usually long wait times.

visited here a few times now .amd ranged from excellent to awfull ..staff seem to change alot and if after 9pm always not much left to choose from

Slow service, they forgot to give me the drink with my order until I asked for it and when I got home I found they had not put the sides in either

The floor was dirty when I last went in and the fries were really soggy, tasteless and gross. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant

On most occasions after going on into town and don't fancy cooking, heading to your local KFC would be great, however when the store decides to closed before 9:45pm in the evening is VERY annoying. I recommend going to this store before 8 to make sure its open for you.

We have been here about 5 times this year. Today was the first time the Krushem machine has been working. Maybe it was just repeated bad timing. Food is ok. Had a few bad meals over the last few years. However not the worst KFC I've been to.

I did find this a good place to buy food until they shut , then they reopened but they did not have the same staff and the new staff are very stressed they always get your order wrong and they never have any of the drinks or ice cream working ..so I would say they need to improve

Pareja fuimos a comida para llevar, 3 x máquinas eran de café, helado y krushems, aunque el lugar estaba limpio, era demasiado pequeña para cenar, niños o usuarios de sillas de ruedas, sólo necesita completar en Farnborough KFC una renovación. Aunque sólo tenía uno! ! El personal es agradable, la espera era demasiado larga de 5 a 10 minutos, los clientes no discutir sobre la comida como sistema de cola en su lugar. Demasiado caro! !

Chicken is hot and tasty chips always seems to be cold staff are plesant and friendly there are better ones around

Slow service but friendly but when got home the variety of the meat on in the 6 peice baucket was 4 thighs and 2 wings no white meat at all the chicken was greasy and chips were cold and to top it all off the gravey was 2hrs past its use by time never had such a bad meal.But dont bother complaining to customer care as it takes a month and me emailing them and calling before you get a generic letter of "appology" and a voucher for 1x 3pc boneless dips meal KFC are probably the biggest pile of have ever come across.

Used this KFC prior to refit and I have to say it did look tired and in need of the refit the new place is very well laid out the service was quicker and managed to serve the people quicker.

Been coming here for years and this place get regular fittings to make sure it's top notch. What can I say? The food is as expected just damned good with plenty of choices on combinations. Staff will advise on options best suited. Very popular.

Just reopened after having been refurbished but it does good food and staff are nice but have no parking so not easy to park with out having to walk to place

worst KFC I've been to not very clean around the tiny seating area old chicken bones which looked like they had been there for weeks in the corner of the floor contacted there head office no response also looked on the food hygeine ratings and they have only got a 2 which is really shameful for a KFC should be hitting 5s every time

Whilst it is closed for a refurb just now, when open again it should be as good as before if not better. Good, tasty food,lots of choice and very worth a visit. Come back soon guys, we miss you.

hardly any place to sit for those who prefer to sit and eat.Car parking a big problem as on the main Road.Staff robotic and an average KFC.

Had a quick bite to eat here. Looks like they did cut down on the size of the zinger sandwiches! Kind of sucks. The fries they serve were ok. I thought however they were miserly on the ketchup and condiments. No free refills either. This is not a real KFC!

KFC food in general is always good, the Farnborough branch is really small and could do with a drive thru like Macdonalds to speed things up. The staff in there are always very polite and I enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

Well yet again was asked to wait 20 minutes before the food was ready. Quicker than last week. We had to wait an hour? I usually go to farnborough KFC but I don't think I will be going again for a while now. I don't understand what's going on there but this time not only did we have to wait as long as we would in a restaurant but the coke was watery and the chicken was over cooked. Not impressed with there performance over the last few weeks.....

Having worked all day my wife and I thought we would let the kids have a choice of Take Away. The nearest open KFC was the "restaurant" in Farnborough.We arrived with 15 people in front of us. A filthy entrance to the shop, rubbish outside on the pavement, a filthy shop floor, one till open, an order display screen that kept going wrong, staff that were trying to be helpful but obviously buckling under the stress, pressure and volume of staff. One member of staff with real attitude moaning at her colleagues in a very curt and abrupt manner. A cold drinks machine with no Pepsi. Behind the counter looked filthy, a bin in clear view of the counter. Chips on the floor and side not being cleaned away. As I write this the queue is getting longer, the mess getting messier and the staff getting more upset. I really think the owner of this needs to take some responsibility and step up and make this a more pleasurable experience. If I were a representative of Colonel Sanders I would be mortified at the condition of the establishment and the way the customers were treated.

What you would expect from KFC with the plus factor that the staff always aim to tailor make your meal as you want it

This is a standard KFC outlet serving chicken and chips. The store is clean but suffers from lack of parking which makes visiting difficult. It's also very small so on busy days you will have to queue out the door, which isn't so nice on rainy days!

Yes I love KFC, but the Farnborough branch no thank you.Why you ask, well where do I start, the staff are rude yes that's most of them perhaps they follow the leader and are only as polite as the boss, it's dirty , rubbish all over the floor and no they were not busy, so some one could have picked it up instead of standing around taking the Micky out of the lady who had just walked out.

This used to be one of the best KFC's around here. The chicken used to be golden brown unlike the Aldershot branch for example. A few years ago they started not changing their oil as frequently. That's why the chicken tends to be darker brown now.What's with all the KFC's wing pieces? They must come from pigeons judging by the size!Also from a few year's back, this KFC doesn't have efficient ventilation so it's often smoky whne you go in.They sometimes forget to give extras like hot wings. The beans are often sat there for too long so it's burnt or too dry to eat.

you can sit and eat in the restaurant or take it away always freshly cooked and pleasant staff there at a reasonable price
