This KFC is shockingly bad consistently, the poor reviews don't do it justice for how bad the food really is , I have no idea how area managers haven't stepped in to improve this restaurant, maybe they care less than the manager who allegedly runs the place , shame on you KFC for providing such poor value for money, I would have rather saved my money and gone without than been disappointed with substandard old rolls and wraps with no salad and little mayonnaise. Avoid and go elsewhere

I went to KFC as we had our grandchildren with us. First of all there was no vegan option available, it was out of stock. There was no receipt given when I ordered the food and nothing came up on the screen to say it was being prepared. When I was called to collet the food, I had ordered 2 x Children's boxes but when I got home with them, there were no chips, no gravy and no fruit shoot, they had given me adult sized cokes instead which were no good for a 3 and 5 year old. Unfortunately not going here often I did not check the food bag until I got home and was not about to go out again in the cold. So a massive rip off as did not get a lot of what we paid for, would not recommend and will not be going there again.

Ordered through just eat. Meant to have been a bucket of 6 pieces of regular chicken and chips. Paid £22!!!! We got 2 very small chicken thighs, 2 drumsticks and 2 hot wings which we didn't order. Chips were limp and disgusting. We will not be doing this again.

The last three KFC experiences have been steadily worse but it's just not worth it anymore. Would be more satisfying to just set light to my money and watch it burn rather than think I have worked hard to earn the money which in effect has just been wasted on this gross food which was thrown away uneaten. Tepid burger, inedible bland cardboard chips - have been pretty dire since they changed their chips a number of years ago - but possibly the worst ever. Oh, and the coleslaw was fizzy as clearly off despite it having a BB date of 6th September. KFC used to be delicious but now it's not. Avoid this store. Poor management and awful food.

The worst takeaway I have ever had. The chips were soggy and cold, the coating on the chicken wasn’t fresh or crispy. Was looking forward to this meal as hadn’t had a KFC in years but never again. Total waste of money, don’t bother eating this rubbish. It’s shocking how they get away with serving up such terribly cooked food.

Cold chips, vastly overcooked chicken and all just a lot horrible. I insisted on freshly cooked so first offering went straight in the bin in the shop. But still it was thrown together and all bad. Don’t go there

Ordered from kfc app. Took payment from my bank and said card declined??? So payed for regular popcorn meal with gravey and £4 delivery. Didn't have much money left in my bank but promised Mt daughter kfc. Rung restaurant they said no delivery order has been made gave me customer service number buy was closed so called back they said come to restaurant. I showed them that it came out of my bank. Now only did he give me my order he gave me to large meals with large gravey. It was so busy in there as well and sorted my meal with no question and smile on his face. This really made my evening as I only had a fiver left in my bank and wanted to treat my daughter a d felt ripped off. Thank you Gabi. Ordered the boneless banquet..First they didn't give me the gravy I ordered then they gave me chips instead of my other side and the chicken was tiny ..I rang up to say all the items they had wrong. Then they asked me to go to them to get it changed. I told them I had already paid for delivery. So they gave me a number to call that didn't work ..worst KFC ever

We had a delivery from here, and it was cold, tasteless, limp and overall just foul. I hadn't had KFC for years, and never will again. Wish I'd seen the reviews first.

Closed earlier than advertised as 10.30, closed at 9pm , try ordering online and order doesn't go through at 8.30pm

Delivered via Uber Eats, no complaints about the delivery. The food on the other hand, awful, won’t be going back. Best described as soggy, chips were undercooked and greasy, chicken greasy and slimy, nothing crisp in the delivery apart from the coleslaw. I don’t normally bother writing reviews of fast food outlets but this was frankly unpleasant.

Ordered a boneless feast through Deliveroo and the only positive is that the beans were hot! The fries tasted like they'd been cooked 4 times and the chicken was chewy, tasteless and wet! Packed poorly and even the drink wasn't chilled. Wasn't cheap and will not be going again. KFC is not our normal choice of takeaway but we'd been out all day and wanted something quick. Even the dog turned his nose up at the chicken.

went with my kids to take way , went in there was full people to busy . and some member off the staff at the back they did not have mask on and the guy who was cooking was sneezing with out mask on and the manager was 2 with out mask and he was drinking red bull ,and he was really rude to customers ,and it looks like is not doing his job probably,i wont be going there with my family again never

Never again! That is THE LAST time I will ever order from this Barrack Rd place. It is terrible. My daughter likes a KFC and as shes only 8 doeant care about cold food! I Stopped going on foot as had to wait ages and food cold. Tried just eat, 1st time ok 2nd time cold! Missing items. Just terrible. Never again. Don't bother!

Went and bought a 10 piece bucket meal and when we got home found 8 legs in the bucket! When I called to complain got told that they could put whatever pieces they wanted in the bucket....utter drivel....won’t be going there again....not withstanding the fact that they told me no one was manager that day and that they had more people in the shop than was allowed......someone needs to get hold of that place and shake it up......appalled

Without any doubt, the worst food that I have attempted to eat in a long time. I feel physically sick an hour after a couple of bits of this over fried rancid muck. Save your money, save the NHS, save your life and never eat here. The wings were at best average. Greasy, devoid of spice and grey. Vile but probably the best part of the meal. The gravy looked and tasted like it had been round before and was totally inedible, I added some chilli to try and rescue it but it was possibly the second worst liquid that I have ever had in my mouth. And I lived through the 70s and 80s. The chicken was the piss de resistance. And that is no spelling error, it was totally inedible. My wife pretended to fiddle with a piece of batter, sorry chicken, but it was so greasy, so over cooked that 90 per cent of the meal has gone into the bin. Disgusting. Horrible. Nasty. Delivery guy was polite so he gets the one star. KFC??? NIL.

Ordered through Uber eats and only half the order turned up. Spoke to the driver and they had only given him one bag. Spoke to a rude manager at the branch who would do nothing to help. Seriously bad customer service!

Ordered 'wow' boxes but there was nothing wow about them stingy soggy cold chips really not nice af all, asked for chicken burgers without mayo but weren't even given lettuce either, ordered extra bbq beans and gravy got home 3-4 mins drive away to find they'd been missed off order even tho paid for and all food had to be microwaved as really cold- Very disappointing meal, won't be going again!!

Lemonade machine ran out of syrup so tasted like soda water, burger bun was rock solid and chicken wing was over cooked.

Absolutely shocking that they call this a boneless banquet? £5.99 for a barely anything included banquet more like and on top of that they provide beans instead of gravy. Real tomato sauce instead of garlic mayo. Cold chips even though had to wait for 25 minutes (hence why it wasn't checked before we left) avoid

Firstly things missed in order. Chips hot but taste disgusting. The mayo in burger unpleasant like going sour. Slimey chicken. Corn on cob boiled too death, nasty! Very disappointed as Amesbury and Shaftesbury always spot on. On the whole please CHANGE YOUR OIL!!!!!!!!

Just got a six piece bucket and a burger from the barrack rd store and asked for thigh pieces but when I got home I got 2x small wing pieces 2 x drumsticks 1 x breast and 1 x leg not one thigh in the box all the chicken looked that dry I couldn’t even eat it I use the barrack rd one all the time but will never go there again and will encourage everyone I know to not go there again also

Once again what a let down. I will do the singer stacker meal and I got a fillet burger, after waiting 10 minutes for the zinger stacker meal to be prepared . Every single time I have been, there has been a mistake. I will not be returning.

31 jan2019. Took my daughter to cheer her up . Bad . Was greeted by server Andrew??? There was no halo good evening. Very rude and sarcastic??? Not nice. Found it upsetting. I asked him if cookies were nice hot. Gave me sarcasm they cold he said laughing. I suggest he go on a pubic relations course how to treat customers correctly. I won’t go back there again ruinined my evening. Only good thing ,food is good . Shame we spent a lot of money here. To be treated like this . Shame

Been here several times and service is good - gravy is hit or miss at times - service if quite quick and they should always keep their chips hot as they are not very nice when cold and they get cold very quickly

Check your food when going through the drive through. Items missing. But if you pull off you cant easily go back round..

Came in here when it wasn’t busy at all ordered my food and got a time expectancy since they weren’t busy the food was very high standard chips being very hit and burger very well organised I rated the service a lot.

Friendly service. Nice food & hot. Clean tables. Can be difficult to park. Yes I would recommend this KFC.

Same old kfc fries freezing cold roll cold. Not bad but not great. Always reasonably priced for what it is. But could do so much better!

This place seems to have gone down hill as of late gone here since it opened now food very hit and miss some times food is only just warm and chicken stringy and the staff dont seem at all bothered

For an international food chain this restaurant really let the side down

Food ok but tables needed cleaning. Fast service,but tables needed cleaning,Food residue on floor and tables.Thought staff had time to clear up when not busy but not done.

Algo chico el local pero luego respecto a servicio y personal todo bien. La comida como cosa normal de los KFC estupenda

We ordered a bargain bucket & 8 hot wings on the drive through to take home, we have had some bad KFC s in the past but this was the worst ever, when we got it home the chicken pieces were all burnt so tried some of the hot wings, after only 1 each started to feel sick & had dodgy stomach, so checked the wings & they were nowere near cooked. So never ate anymore & still was ill all night , how can some things be so burnt & others under cooked , this has put me off KFC for a very long time AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was very hungry and I decided to head over to KFC and have an all star. the food was cheap but tasted as if it had been cooked in a proper 4 star restaurant. it is very good.

Went to KFC Christchurch Dorset with my son on Sunday 4 October ordered two Boneless banquet's with two cokes had a lot of trouble understanding the young Spanish lady serving me and had to ask her to repeat to me what she was saying but we got there in the end . After a 5 minute wait two bags were placed on the counter and we were told our meals were ready all the time we were in the shop the staff chatted away to each other even when we got our meals they barely said thanks, when we got home we found we had no drinks SO IF YOU WANT CRAP UNCARING SERVICE USE THE KKC IN CHRISTCHURCH.And no i didnt bother going all the way back 7 miles for our drinks that we had paid for.

Yuk Yuk comida apenas tibia, aunque la señora que nos sirvió fue bastante agradable. Pollo sólo preparado, lo siento, pero no como una familia no volveremos. siempre siempre el pollo antes de tratar de Digest! asegurarse de que no es rosa por dentro ... y resbaladizo ... lleno de grissle, no muy agradable.

Buen servicio como normal desde fuera pero muy, muy lento. Utilizamos dos veces en una semana una vez en coche a través de eso estaba de vuelta justo cerca de la carretera principal. Y cuando fuimos por la otra vez nos quedamos asustados por 5...

stay away even asking is everything in there, they still get it wrong. Okay if you like to pay £15 for two small drinks, 2 chips and 3 pieces of chicken each.Use a different KFC

Lovely succulent chicken especially the thighs. Crispy chicken wings with the KFC taste. Great service and easy to park.

We visited the KFC for a family meal. The service was very quick and the staff were good. There was plenty of room to sit down and the tables were clean and tidy. Our food was up to the usual standard of KFC and we all enjoyed our meal. Will visit again!

goo9d food menu but can work out a bit pricy if buying for a lot of reople staff sometimes hard to understand
