I am fed up with this particular store, again I have just had a fillet burger without my request for extra peppercorn sauce, or even any lettuce, last week I had to go in the store and return a burger that had been stuffed in the bag by force and was crushed, KFC is a treat for me...I wish I could ask for what I would like and be happy with the food Iam given... never had this at any other store!

We had a takeaway from here and really wish we hadn't I had a bad stomach for at least 3 days and was sick. The food was Luke warm and the chips were cold and overcooked.

Awful slow service // Staff concentrating on delivery orders loads of those going out while we waited // drinks ordered were on counter five minutes before I complained that people who came in after us got served before us Was told we’re waiting for fries Went in at 17:05 didn’t get out till 17:26 so if I’m charged for parking I will be sending kfc the bill Not happy at all

I needed something to eat and stopped here for a vegan burger and a drink. My hearing was awful that day so I was hovering near the counter and a lovely lady helped me and even used makaton with me. If that’s not spectacular customer service I don’t know what is!

Used the drive thru at this restaurant tonight tried to call them or report a problem but as not recived my recipt cant do this. so last resort put this on, ordered boneless 8 peice feast missing bottled drink and the chicken fillets exstremly salty to the point could not eat

Couldn't fault it .. chicken was fresh and hot staff was friendly looked clean inside from the drive thru window

Yeah.. this KFC is the worst in the country. No chicken on the bone ever, so any order you make will just have a chicken boneless fillet in replacement. They forget everything in your order, drive thru is 2 hours Of your life you’ll never get back. Don’t ever visit this place until you see “NEW MANAGEMENT AND OWNER”

Absolutely disgusting, unhygienic place with staff who don't give a damn about being there. Slow service and massively overpriced. The last time I visited here I got food poisoning and was vomiting for hours. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Dirty car park, building felt unclean, poor customer service, loads of delivery drivers loitering around the counter waiting to collect orders not following social distancing. Last time I went here there was a member of staff stood outside in uniform with his hands down the front of his pants and I said I would never return, shouldn't have changed my mind.

Please check your order before you leave.. this is the second time I’ve had the wrong order, I’m annoyed with myself for not checking the bag , but I shouldn’t have to . This time I ordered it on line to collect, which was easy and straight forward, it was ready for me, excellent I thought, then took it to my elderly relative, I was so disappointed one item was missing and I ordered Six chicken drumsticks and got a bucket of mixed chicken, So I’ve actually been overcharged as well !!!!!!!!!

Attitude from staff and sarcasm not good customer service But the food was really good will go there again but I do want the staffs attitude to improve.

I love going to this KFC establishment, not because of the chicken or their luscious gravy (my fav of the side options) no the KFC feline makes my journey. He loves My wing cast off and sometimes we spend hours bonding over delicious blend of herbs and spices.. not those type of herbs naughty naughty ;). Overall satisfied.

Came here to eat in on the 31st September around 5/6pm - last day of Eat Out to Help Out Scheme. Family of 5. We’ve been many times before to sit and and use drive through and always be happy with our service. We very luckily managed to get a table pretty much as we arrived but it was busy. Staff were wearing masks. We ordered using the self service screens which are really easy to use. Food was hot and really tasty as usual. There was a lady running around cleaning and assisting where she could. She was so lovely and polite and was very helpful to an elderly lady on the table near us. Will be back soon.

So we've just come out of the cinema at Ashton Moss and I fancy a KFC there's one right there but they're not doing eat in and I'm not allowed to eat KFC in the car! We drive to Hazel Grove and sure enough you can sit in hooray! Extremely quiet probably 2 other people in there . Seems to be doing most of it business through the drive in. You can only order contactless through the screens at the front - We order x2 zinger box meals and x1 mega feast meal box. To my dismay no hot drinks so we have a couple of spring waters and the nipper opts for an Oreo Krushem (whatever that it!). Place looks generally tidy and they have reduced the seating area and created booths down one side , an excellent solution for distancing. Meals are collected after about 10 mins and we tuck in . The zinger burger was average- little bit dry and that was the story for everything really . We both ate all of ours but the nipper left quite a bit of chicken complaining that it was too dry. It was bit of a non- experience really . Whole thing cost £20 I'm pretty sure we could have been fed and watered in spoons for a similar amount and I would have emerged much more satisfied. Saving grace was the staff who were helpful and polite and also I feel sincere. More than "have a nice day" they were real people. Anyway I'm not saying don't go - just maybe lower your expectations.

Rainy day here in hazel grove bobbed in to KFC for a nice tea , nice and social distanced when you go in , toilets weren’t spaced out the urinals were budged together and so were the sinks . For my tea I had the gravy mega box with chips , the chips were ok but the gravy was very watery like a puddle and the chicken was very dry. As a drink I had the Oreo krushems and that was very nice but hard to drink with the straw and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The chicken was over-cooked and hard. Portion sizes were small as were the pieces of chicken. Possibly the worst KFC I have ever visited or eaten from. Go here only if you are desperate

After being malnourished in Latvia for a week, we were feeling eggstatic to get some KFC on the way home.After waiting for what seemed a lifetime - about 10 minutes - for the one (yes ONE) customer in front of us to get served, we were informed that there were no hot drinks, no diet Pepsi and - seemingly - no manners. The eating area was similar to what one would find in a Mumbai slum. There were ketchup packets dotted around like polka-dot and there were too many stains to count. On the plus side, the music was quite good.Although we felt like we were back in Eastern Europe, the chicken wasn't that bad. The toilets were pretty gross and isn't dissimilar to where battery chickens are brought up. HOW IRONIC.Not even eggs-aggerating, it was egg-ample of a terrible "restaurant". Finger licking good? Nope.

I like this KFC. A while ago, it was quite small, and there was barely any room to queue up, and you had to squeeze through the door and squash into the queue. Also, there wasn't much seating area. But, last year, it was refurbished. They have extended the whole restaurant, and made more seating area, more space to queue up, the counter is bigger. It's much nicer. The food is great from here, just the original recipe goodness that you would expect to get from KFC when you order.
