KFC Heaton Chapel in Stockport

this order was not delivered, I have paid & I am fuming

I ordered 2x 2 original chicken pieces and I only received just one order. this is very unacceptable since my order consist only of 3 things chicken, gravy and a coleslaw. KFC heaton chapel manager should be keeping count of the orders. very disappointing eve. though I am going to get a refund.

Food was all wet from a spilt drink, delivery driver said ‘that’s how they gave it me, ring and complain’. waste of time ringing, rude man who didn’t want to know. Maybe because it was closing time. Won’t be ordering from there again.

I went to KFC today after a long day of work and was so hungry, and this lovely lady called Somi at the drive-through was so freindly She had a great smile, and it brightened my day! I really appreciate her friendly and efficient service. she was so helpful and patient. Thank you for making my order easy. I just wanted to say that Somi is doing a fantastic job and she does deserve to become the Manager. Keep up the great work Her positive attitude is contagious. Thanks for being so pleasant

Freezing cold wrong burger pc chicken a mini fillet missing

Ordered last night , Absolutely diabolical , burgers missing , sweetcorn missing and the chicken and chips were burnt and dry and stone cold. Contacted them and they wouldn't refund me for my missing items but said the cost will be taken off my next order. THERE WON'T BE A NEXT ORDER EVER AGAIN. Absolutely scandalous that they can treat customers like this . I think the management at the heaton chapel branch should be relieved of their duty immediately. They obviously haven't got a clue how to run the place!

I’ve been a regular at KFC Heaton Chapel for a while now, and it never disappoints. The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what I expect from KFC. hi i am from manchester .today i take my kids kfc all family becuse we always go manchester town center kfc they have lovely food but today we come here just kids said after play eat here and i order the food but in wings have hair my husbnd ask and said no good so please change or refund but its whole team argu 2 hours and laughing my kids very upset manger very rudly speaking and he said bring in counter whole food but when we give then he said i not give refund so rude .i dont no kfc is big name of food and they need to hire good people who understand customer services health and safty but i did not see in here anything i need owner number but they not Give me so bad

The workers at this kfc clearly don’t read the notes left when placing an order. Specifically asked for no lettuce on the burger and still they added the lettuce which ruined it as I had to peel off the leaf taking the mayo with it, pretty small piece of chicken on the burger too, way more better places

I can see from the printed receipt that was on the bag that it was put together at 17:11. Order wasn't delivered until 18:08. Food was barely warm. They also gave me a Tango instead of a Pepsi Max.

Visted this KFC on 28th of Feb 2025 with my family to place an order from the drive through. The lady taking order was so rude and was try to talk like she's the boss of the KFC. On asking for the manager or Supervisor, she slap the window and said I'm not taking your order. I've had my Mrs and Son sitting next to me and I didn't know this happened even before with my Mrs as she then said to me that this lady (Gabriel) is always in the moods. I spoke to the Supervisor/Manager as he intervene and apologised for her which I do appreciate it. Unfortunately when we were collecting the food at the other window she was behind the lady handing over food to us and literally staring at me and giving me a bad look. No idea but if she have had a bad day, she should have gone home and never take it out on the customers.

Went here for a chicken strip box meal for my 8yr old son. Girl on the drive through gave us the wrong meal had to drive back around again . My god did she then throw a wobbler of an attitude because she had to refund us and then take our order again attitude was real bad she was rude shut the window on us got another staff member who was polite and he refunded us and served us the correct meal. Absolutely no customer service skills and poor attitude they now also charge 50p for a sachet of BBQ sauce. Need to stop going here no need for that sort of attitude!

Missing items multiple orders. Poor quality fried chicken that has no chicken just a fried rib cage. Neither uber eats or kfc will help me with my issues after multiple contact attempts. Not using either of these scam companies ever again. Edit: In response to kfcs reply. Uber said they resolved my issue and closed the case (which they did not) they will not address my issue as more than 2 days have passed. I just get the same reply form them and you saying there nothing you can do. Where are my consumer rights? Who is responsible? Where is your customer services? You say they are "best" place to help me. They have not and will not, so are you now in place to help me as you made the food?

My order was two zinger burger with drinks and 2 wings currently on offer for £6 I believe. The quality of the zinger burger was terrible. I don't think it was fresh at all. Decided to give different branch ago in gorton with the same order. Tasted so much better than Heaton chapel
