Ordered 3 wings and a small chicken tenders box but they replaced the tenders with chips?? I was so hungry I couldn't be bothered calling them when I got home...

Nicest KFC I’ve had in a long while. Freshly cooked, not overdone, not swamped with coating, hot chips and not hours to wait. Pleasant staff who kept the place clean and tidy - a refreshing change to other stores I’ve been in recently.

one portion of my fries were missing, also when the driver arrived at my block he refused to come up to my door so I had to leave my children to go down and get it. Driver was poor, food was decent

I tried again to give this place a second chance but I was bitterly dissatisfied YET AGAIN TODAY with not only the freshness of our meal WHICH WAS SUPER STALE! but of the contents I received. I ordered a 3 piece colonial meal and I received 1 rib with no meat on it and 2 chicken wings!!!!! Now if anyone is ordering 3 pieces of chicken in a single meal you would assume they are fairly hungry right?!? Well if I wanted to buy chicken wings I would have done so and would have spent less money doing so!!!. I felt utterly ripped off and I felt that they do this deliberately to Uber and Deliveroo customers because they don’t get to see their faces of discontent. Well I for one will am not spending 10 pounds for a seamed more like a snack at KFC when I could have gotten this same snack for less than 5 pounds otherwise. These people are so stingy and clearly cutting back on costs, care for their customers and the quality of their food. To me they are cheap, miserable and have no respect for their customers or their business and this is why I would highly recommend no one order from KFC Heaton Chapple ever again including myself! Epic fail!

I ordered the box meal for one and I got all breast, 2 regular( breast) 2 fillets (breast)I pick this meal as it is usually a variety

Awful KFC franchise, felt ill after eating there, other reviews are correct, avoid like the plague, KFC head office have been contacted.

It was clean, the staff were a little slow. Though he was nice enough. The food was okay. Not a fan of KFC chips, but accompanied with their gravy, very nice.

Another store trying to kill customer facing roles. Pushed to order via germ ridden clunky computer interfaces. Tills a no go. Red sign in front of each telling you to use self serve and to seek help from staff if you have problems using them. Always leave these places and go somewhere else..... Works team taken to McDonalds instead! One of us won a free coffee with the meal tokens and another a milkshake. Good times 👌 Will re use this KFC when you open the counter for orders...

Chicken was probably about an hour old can only be described as dry and bland..it's the same every time I go to this outlet.. untrained staff very poor quality..I am never going into your KFC again..it's terrible.

Toilets are disgusting for an eating establishment, they smell, they are not clean and unfortunately the service doesn't live up to the cost of the food.

Today I order from KFC a meal box and they deliver the wrong order. In the morning they are not busy too much then I don’t know why I received the wrong order.

Not had KFC in over 20 years. It use to have this very flaky/crunchy coating now comes smooth and bland. Wings were ridiculously small and pathetic. The only nice item I ordered was the fries. 5 star delivery one star for food. Never again.

Re delivery from this branch. Bottle of coke missing regularly. For the first time today I decided to complaint and both the restaurant and KFC customer care were most unhelpful, sending me from pillar to post until I gave up. Expectations are low given it’s KFC but I should not be paying for items I have not received.

We ordered a 6 piece meal with wings etc. everything come but no chicken!! KFC were not interested as it had been ordered from just eat!! Not impressed at all as could not get hold of the driver and had very disappointed grandkids

Closed today for inspection with no online advice or telling anyone. Wasted 30 mins drive. Could have gone somewhere else..pathetic

Don’t always read the notes and often leave out food or put wrong items in.

Food arrived on time however I got a missed call from a mobile number, they left a message saying they had received an order that wasn't theirs, with my mobile number, address and name on. I can only imagine that perhaps the restaurant completed my order twice, one was delivered to me and the second went to another lady who had ordered something else. I am not happy that someone has had access to my name, number and address as this is a breach of GDPR. This should be investigated.

The bun on the burgers was hard as a rock

Very small pieces of chicken and my burger was shocking. Didn't even taste like KFC chicken . Very much like supermarket frozen burger no meat to it and flattened out thin long piece not shaped like normal KFC burgers . Absolute waste won't order from here again. Definitely cutting corners . Also was missing my 4 pieces of chicken I ordered separately from box meal . If this is KFC they need to do better

I usually buy from this place and have no issues with them when we go via drive through but I have to say now that we have ordered via Uber Eats, they have really ripped us off! Firstly we ordered four prices of original recipe chicken and instead they gave us four hot wings. Next we ordered two filet tower box meals with 1 x chicken each. The burger filet wasn’t even KFC chicken. It was a fake meat. Like flat out cardboard that had no flavour to it. We both got the same issues. We couldn’t believe it! We felt like they ran to Aldi and gave us packet chicken because it tasted awful! They think we can’t tell! Yes we bloody can! The food was in edible!! The one peice of chicken they gave us both a small chicken wing! Does this even constitute as chicken for your box meals? Cheap buggers! I was so disappointed we made a complaint on Uber Eats and lucky we got our money back! So is this what I’m meant to expect from KFC going forward! If you buy a branch in the KFC Franchise, why don’t you be proud of what you are serving and set some high Standards for yourselves? Because the poor quality cheap digs and badly cooked food shows there is true problems coming from this branch and it either needs to be sold off to new owners who care or the entire staff needs to reapply for their jobs under new management! I don’t know what happened to their quality but in my eyes they went from a 9 out of 10 to a 2 out of 10, in a few years! I will never order from Heaton Chapple KFC again after this! You don’t deserve customers if you’re going to cheat us on our orders! I highly recommend people steer clear of this KFC at Heaton Chapel if anyone is reading this! You just lost another two loyal customers! It’s just a matter of time before you lose everyone!! Waist of money! This branch is a joke!

Don't bother coming if you don't want to waste your time. Ordered one zinger ricebox, I've been waiting 25mins and nobody even apologized. Definitely needs new management or more workers.

When we received the food the chips were stone cold , and 5 pieces of the chicken at the bottom of the bucket were burnt and the chicken was dry and in edible , it was aweful the worst bucket of chicken that I have ever had , and considering the cost of the meal it was definetley not value for money , it was disgusting

Bit disappointed today. As a regular customer I always get a boneless banquet box and pay for an extra piece of chicken to then open the box and the chicken is missing its not the first time it has happened either £2.49 for nothing.
