Peri peri wings are beautiful but they need to do something about their delivery situation. I swear it's 1 person cooking the food, answering the phone AND delivering!!!!

Barely edible. Tasted like it had been cooked 24 hours ago and kept warm since. However at 3am it's kinda expected.

They also didnt bring my food because i called to ask why it was 30 minutes late and we argued on the phone because he lied and said i order 30 minutes ago but i actually ordered and hour and fifteen minutes before but he still said 30 mintues more so i got annoyed and he said they aint coming so no i have to get a refund worst shop ever and ive eaten here before food isnt good no effort or quality just order from here because its late and no where else is open

Everything I order from here, is always very nice. The delivery is always super quick. The delivery drivers are always polite. Considering I have a chicken shop the bottom of my road this place exceeds that in every way. Cheers guys

Terrible. No food after an hour and 15 minutes, so I called to complain. I was then told that the food would be ANOTHER 50 minutes. I requested that they cancel my order and refund my money. Neither of those things happened. A week on and they denied all knowledge.

Food was beyond disgusting.... Waited almost over an hour for it and by the time the food arrived it was cold bland and dry and they also put some nasty salad on my burger which made the taste awful, I will not be ordering from here again and don't recommend this place it's vile and horrible and the service is a joke and the delivery times are misleading your food arrives cold and the chicken and chips Taste like cardboard cut outs!

The chicken fillet burgers are a touch smaller than we are used to. But overall the food and so the service is spot on.

The service tonight was excellent. Ordered at 6.20 and was in my hands by 6.50 excellent

Arguably the worst order I've received on this site. The food was cold, despite them being only a mile from my place. chicken had gone soggy and rubbery and even worse, for 99p, I receved ONE hash brown. Surely that's daylight robbery. the delivery also pushed one hour despite it being a very small order.

Asked for the delivery man to ring my phone when he arrived so no one was woken (as it was 1am) but he knocked on door awaking family members Asked for no mayonnaise in one of the burgers, both burgers came with mayonnaise which ruined one persons meal Very disappointed with the service and will not be ordering from here again

It was 2am, they didn't cook their own food. They went to a local chicken shop and literally handed us things we didn't even order. Unbelievable.

The worst take away service I have ever experienced.not only did I wait nearly 2 hours for the food,the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude and even resorted to not answering the phone.IN the end I had to cancel the order after waiting for 2 hours.Never ever again!!

Arrived 45 minutes later than expected delivery time. All chicken arrived cold and was not fresh. Chicken was dry and over cooked as if it had sat in a warmer for hours. Chips were cold and soggy. Had to re heat chicken as we were all so hungry. Will not use again. Tried, tested and found wanting!

Hi I've ordered from you guys and I'm so disappointed. I've got two portion of wings and I had some kind of chicken breast what you guys sent me as a replacement without letting me know that you are out of stock. The only food That I could ate was the chicken poppers. Nuggets were soggy and I just found out t u charged me for full price However I didn't received the full order. I want my refund obviously. The delivery guy wasn't prepared with change (only 5pounds I was expecting) and he went back to his car for minutes to look for change and left me in the road while it was freezing. Very bad service. I never faced such a thing like this. I'm waiting to hear from you Laszlo

Curly fries are nice but the rest was awful. I gave all the chicken to my dog. It was not cooked well at all.

As usual the Peri Peri Wings were delicious & they are definitely getting better on their delivery time.

So, the food was good! But they didn't have a part of my order (Milkshake machine was undergoing maintenance), but instead of that generously gave me a whole extra bag of food. Nice local if your feeling peckish :)

I ordered at 25 past 1 and didn't hear anything for an hour and a half. I called up and was told the delivery driver had left 5 minutes ago so left it for another 40 minutes and when I called at 25 past 3, 2 hours after I ordered, someone picked up the phone and when I told them what happened they simply said 'sorry we're closed' and hung up before I had the chance to speak. Absolutely terrible service. I wouldn't have minded at all if they had just told me they were too busy or cancelled the order for whatever reason. Instead messed up my whole night because they couldn't be organised. Never ordering from here ever again!!

It came 40-50 mins after the delivery time which was already delayed by 30 Mins to the original time. Still yummy food just toke to long to get here feeling let down by the service.

Food took over two hours to arrive, Delivery driver didn't have enough change so short changed me, They go order wrong, missed out a meal and put a different one in, Food was really cold so it didn't taste good, I called the shop they said they would send the food they missed and the money but they never did. Ordered and payed for ice cream which was not delivered. Ordered a zinger burger and zinger burger meal, both burgers were normal chicken burgers with sauces inside not zinger burgers, therefore not what I ordered. Extremely dissapointed by this as it's the second time my order has been completely wrong.

The chicken could be better if it was freshly cooked and would have appreciated if it wasn't chicken that was cooked before a day or two.
