Where do we start! Can safely say will never visit again. Knew it was bad but just getting worse! Requested no drumsticks and got 3 out of the 4 chicken. These were all overcooked. Drinks were flat. And the burger had half the coating missing. They just do not seem to care in this restaurant!! Lesson learned

Usual Lowestoft KFC, half missing, overcooked and very small portions, probably worst KFC l have been to. I try to avoid as always get a bad experience ,but really like kfc and always hope for a decent meal, but always the same, will probably return in a year with big hopes but will probably be disappointed again as always, get a microwave burger from corner shop will be fresher and probably taste better

Was here to redeem a £7.00 Voucher, that was issued after complaining to KFC CARE SQUAD after the last time we bought a Bargain Bucket, that was DREADFUL. What a difference this meal was, DELICIOUS. Not just Finger Licking Good, we SUCKED our fingers. We ordered a takeaway of the MIGHTY ONE, with a Coleslaw to replace the drink. This was what we expected from KFC. 2 pieces of skin on, bone in Chicken, with 2 Spicy wings & 2 strips. All seasoned to perfection. Fries very tasty too. Saving the Coleslaw for another day, as a good shelf life on it. WELL DONE, KEEP IT UP !!!!

Took my 3 year old granddaughter for a treat to eat in the restaurant. Wasn't aware about the hour parking. Few weeks later got a parking fine through my door. Saying I was 20 minutes over the time.

Son in law when to collect my order when he returned I was amazed at the cost as had worked it out on line. On this years online prices 6 pieces of chicken should be £7.99 but was charged £11.99 which is the price of one piece X by 6. When I telephoned and questioned this was told that it how they do it at this store and that I was a liar for saying it was different online. Will never use again.

Ordered Xmas special burger. Was good - hot, fresh and tasty. Staff polite as usual. Seems to be a restaurant of two halves - during the day, excellent. In the evening/night, poor. Slow, slow, slow and poor food quality. Go during the day, you'll enjoy it more.

Got to be the worst kfc ever and if you stay in the car park for longer then an hour they take you to court talk about pushing your customers away totally money grabbers

I came here late at night and sat with my friends all of us eating and drinking and get a parking ticket for staying to long this is awful why should we be penalised for spending our hard earned money

We were looking for something to eat on a rainy evening and KFC came to the rescue. It's right on the seafront, we ordered and paid on the App and collected it from inside - no problem. KFC chicken was good - I still don't like the new fries as much as the old ones. They're never crisp now, they always seem soggy to me. Nearly converted to McD fries - sshhh.

Not happy that we waited 30 mins whilst our hot drinks were sat on the counter, 2 members of staff not wearing their masks behind the counter. Just eat delivery drivers walking around without their noses covered. Food cold, will not be coming again should have listened to the reviews that this place is terrible.

Visited last weekend and wish I hadn't bothered ..had a chicken fillet burger meal and the food has gone downhill.chips are awful and chicken meat had strong fat on it and gristle .portions are very small now.nothing like it used to be .won't be rushing back .

We have had two visits recently and the food has been hot fresh and great value. The fries usually let the meal down but were fresh too. Staff friendly but on occasions lack of staff does cause issues and waiting times

we got chicken and fries from this place couple weeks ago, and ended up binning all the fries and picking at the chicken. totally disgusting. never again, woulr prefer to give-up eating kfc than eat from these again.

Went in asked for 2 meals,one of which I asked for white meat please,I could hear someone say “No chance” in the kitchen,when I opened my meal,2 of the worst pieces of chicken,leg like a buggies leg,and greasy brown thing on a bone,didn’t even attempt to taste it,did not look cooked or even edible for a human,I know this was done deliberately.chips re fried brown cold and again didn’t attempted to eat these,awful. First visit since lockdown, dissapointed to say the least!!! Had takeaway, no serviettes, no handwipes no salt. Chicken didnt even taste like "kentuky"dont know what they have done to that. Chips were re heats or burnt ,not sure. Chicken sandwich was abismal, tiny chicken, no cucumber, little of anything else. Will not be going again!! Ever. couple this with price rise, they need to sort it out.

I,ve been here a few time in past year and never had a problem,Used the self order touch screen and never waited to long for me food and got what I ordered,Staff seem friendly and never had a problem when I,ve been mainly with me nephews and niece.

Three of us visited here last week. Our choice of food was well prepared and piping hot. The member of staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Nice enough food , but strange customer service , pointed out that my dips were missing from my meal to the lady that served me , got no apology and she then went on to serve other customers and I never got them??Rest of the food was good , and the restaurant was OK

Came in after a visit to cinema, good pedestrian area outside with low level paving and zebra crossings.Had the delight of using the "Tablet" to order as we don't have this yet at our local Ipswich stores. A lot better way to choose and pay for your food. Just like in McDonalds. Food was fast and order complete. Had to use the convenience while in there, found it to be clean and fresh as it should be. We enjoyed our food then left to bus back into town. Good location and disabled friendly. Will visit again if in the area. Thanks KFC all was good.

at first glance it looks ok on the outside but when you go on the inside you are bought with a with a greasy smell and greasy self-service checkouts we just went in to quickly get some chicken and chips the chicken was ok but the tips were dry soggy and flavorlessthey look like they've been hung out to dry for 5 months it was awful also the restaurant did not provide any salt as the chips for very dry

This store is shocking, poor hygiene, toilet dirty and many items out of stock due to franchise issues ie,no money really relays the reason not to bother visiting here ,sorry to say but is fact worth go somewhere else.

It was lovely and tasty and hot, we didn’t know what to expect, as the previous take away was grim, and we said we wouldn’t go back, but this meal took us back to the good old days, when even then we had to queue up , but if it’s cooked well and is hot and tasty, it is worth the wait and glad we went back

Can't believe the difference to the last time I was here when I visited lunchtime yesterday, it was busy but no more of the long waits that used to be standard here, served promptly and order was correct. Was so fresh I had to wait for it to cool down before I ate it!

I visited this kfc yesterday I stood In a que for 20 mins and they served two people then had to wait a further 10 mins for food .this place is seriously under staffed and what staff are there tend to prioritize the drive through section. I would like to say this is a one of but I dont think I've ever been in there for any less than 20 minutes. how they can class thereselfs as a fast food restaurant is beyond me

Visited yesterday and the food was really good , used the self service that seems to speed things up , the chicken was really fresh , restaurant itself not the cleanest and female toilets werent too great tho

Went here for a takeaway. Ordered the wicked variety bucket. Came home to find they had not put any chips in. How hard can it be to get an order correct? As it’s a 10 minute drive I didn’t go back and I will never go back here.

I've been here a few times before with my family... Sometimes I've eaten in and other times we've gone to the drive through... It seems clean inside and the staff are friendly.

30 mins in the drive through queue, only 2 cars in front of me, so slow to serve is a regular occurance but this time it was a frustratingly long wait.

Food was ok but the tables needed cleaning And they need more staff , the place looks dull and drab .

Decided to pop in for a late dinner on way back from Africa Alive. It was nice and quiet and not to busy. We found a table quickly. Food was well cooked not greasy at all. The staff were friendly, toilets were clean.

Car pack a sh*t hole restaurant is dirty bins over flowing looked short staffed probably to save money to many teens just sitting in there swearing and rolling fags on tables not even buying anything

At least this time there were no issues with the food. The car park however was a mess and there was food packaging all over the place..

I wrote ages ago about the DISGUSTING VILE taste of a PEPSI MAX witch I did not ORDER 3 drinks down the sink . Then I wrote a decent review praising your staff and the the much improved food and the right drink was nice was happy days .. now it’s back to giving out THE RANK PEPSI MAX and not normal Pepsi witch I ordered drinks down the SINK again really so basic just PRESS the PEPSI Button then done . The food was a bit cold but edible it’s the drinks Please sort it out it ain’t hard . And check dates on coleslaw usually one day left on them ..

No coffee as store had run out of coffee cups. No tango on tap for no reason. Air con blasting out cold air in January. Front door stuck open making restaurant even colder. Food fine but usual disappointment. A MASSIVE company who continue to screw up. Went to KFC Gorleston today and it was excellent. All products available, hot and fresh and fast service in a clean store. Thank you Gorleston, thanks for nothing Lowestoft.

At busy times very Slow service, not the cleanest of kentucky fried chicken resturants.service very slow .Nasty smell in toilets reminds me of the KFC at Martlesham.

Our first takeaway from this KFC, in fact our first KFC since moving to Lowestoft. WE PIGGED OUT BIG TIME!! Having read some negative reviews we crossed our fingers hoped for the best. WE UNCROSSED THOSE FINGERS TO PIG OUT ON A 10 PIECE BUCKET, FREE COLESLAW TOO, as we didn't want a bottle of drink.

Customer service was non-existent as the cashier served us without as much as a ‘hello’ or a smile and barely interacted with anyone, we then had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our food which was a very easy order of a box meal. Someone who ordered after us (a bargain bucket) got theirs quicker!

a lot better than it used to be definitely taste better since new suppliers of chicken.. visited today and the reason I am writing a review is the young lady Emily D was superb very friendly definitely the most welcoming person I've spoke to at a drive thru ever. The food was nice don't understand why you've changed the chips . Big let down again though with the coleslaw use by date ran of date not the first time that's happened please check the date before they go in the bag . Also nice to have a nice FULL FAT PEPSI and getting what we order instead of you dishing out the horrible max .. getting better just need a touch more

Staff not wearing gloves when handling food. The floor being slippery with grease. Drive thru is as fast as 50cc moped with no engine. Always running out of items which should be simply well Stocked. Awful, it really need investing.

We decided to pop in for lunch after roller skating. There was 8 of us and we timed it perfectly. We were able to get seats next to each other as the store was not very busy. We arrived at 12.30, food was served quickly and cooked well and no mistakes with the orders. When we left at 1.30 the restaurant was full and people were queuing out of the door. I would definitely recommend getting the app as you get some really good deals and free food.

The drive through was closed and a long wait ensued to be served,not a big fan anyway but my OH likes a quick fix on the odd occasion.The Colonel must have forgotten to pass on the secret recipe as the chicken was bland.Not a lot more I can say about a fast food joint other than I remember actually liking KFC chicken,I dont know how it could be so wrong as it should be consistent throught the franchise?

When in store and order and they did not tell me about the 20 min wait but the food was hot and spot on when we did get it

No rice boxes ,no corn, no servettes, no cleaning tissues ,no paper plates, no sauces and the waste bins overflowing how can a big brand like tis get it so wrong. My advice to anyone thinking of coming here avoid it go elsewhere this restaurant is not worth it

This KFC is absolutely shocking. I have visited numerous times over the past 6 weeks and each and every time had a painfully long wait. On one occasion I ordered a “original recipe ricebox” and recived no chicken in it. They resolved this but then had no “sporks”. They very often have no salt, handwipes, sporks or serviettes (mainly due to the fact they hand out enough salt in drive through orders to kill a human). Wait times are hurrendous in the drive through, people queuing beyond the wait bays, consistently being told to wait a minute to then state an order. Always have no drinks, one day there was only lipton Ice tea and robinsons to drink. Often lengthy waits for chicken specifically and at busy periods the order prep board was completely full and long waits ensued. In a hurrendous area with the lovely sights of tracksuits, cigarettes, alcoholics and bmx bikes passing by. The staff rarely clean the tables as they seem to be so stretched due to limited numbers. Give it a miss.

I can't fault the food, it's always tasty, filling and good value for money, but every time we go here it's queued up to the door and the service is slow. It isn't the staff's fault, they're working flat out and the counter staff are always pleasant. The answer is simple - employ more staff. This is a very popular KFC, that's why it's so busy, but the franchisee has to spend more money on extra staff because the fast food concept is non-existent. With regards to the state of the tables, this is largely due to lazy customers not clearing their rubbish away. It's simple - eat your meal, put all your rubbish back on the tray and empty it into the bin. While we sat in there, not one person did this, it shouldn't be left for the staff to clear, no wonder it looks a mess. There obviously aren't enough kitchen and counter staff, so they shouldn't have to clear tables as well, a quick wipe over is all they should be required to do, plus empty the bins of course. The queue was constant the whole time we were in there, I wanted an ice cream after my meal, but didn't want to wait in the long queue again so we stopped off at Station Square and ran in McDonald's to get one to eat in the car! That seems ridiculous, but needs must ;) Come on KFC, sort this place out, it's actually quicker for us to go to the Gorleston branch than wait around in here, but Lowestoft is nicer ;)

Absolutely awful place! They’re constantly run out of food items, and the things you order there is always something missing! Came in and the place was disgustingly dirty! Also the gravy is always like a pot of grease. Definitely avoid

Absolutely horrendous. This KFC is vile. Disgusting and greasy food and always cold. A large chips is not a large chips you receive about 9 chips at a push. I honestly have no idea who runs this place it’s horrible.

Turned up Thursday 28th June to find sign on door saying shut due to no fries . Fine no fries but I wanted chicken I think you will find that was a lie because England were playing football its time KFC sort this useless restaurant out

Very nice lunch again as usual.The restaurant was clean and tidy as usual. Lily was her usual pleasant and helpful self while serving us.

Went for a meal yesterday afternoon after 3pm and was disgusted by the general state of the entire restaurant. We counted at least 4 or 5 tables with rubbish and trays left and not cleared away, food on the floors, rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing and were not emptied. Ordered our food which took almost 10 minutes although they did not seem overly busy. The chips were so burnt they were inedible and I had to go and ask for them to be replaced, chicken strips were undercooked and raw inside, still pink, by this point I could not finish my meal, it was the worst KFC I ever tasted. There were no soft drinks provided, they only had Liptons tea and blackcurrant juice. The standards have gotten absolutely worse, where was the manager at this point?? If they don't pull their finger out, I can see people leaving in droves. This KFC is one of the worst ones I've been to and I've been to many in my time.

Since the place opened its been bad 90% of the time some times nice but vary rare. Had today was terrible ordered 3 meals very poor cold..last date on coleslaw not acceptable..greasy terrible hot wings skin on chicken dry and just get worse . When u got a new supplies after the month u ran out of chicken it was a lot better best u ever done then today the bad old days are back.. and also when you ask for 3 PEPSI that means 3 NORMAL PEPSI not the rank vile Pepsi MAX when u get home a taste all 3 and there all MAX and to grouse to drink if someone ask for PEPSI give them ..And NOT this low sugar or sugar free rubbish it's disgusting. If someone wants a max or diet they would say no one cares about sugar tax so give them the drinks they ask for . That made me more annoyed than the food 3 drinks down the sink . Please sort it out it's a fast food chain no other KFC in the country is this bad that I've ever been to .

Visited here last week. Service was good as usual. No matter how busy they are the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Lily has worked here for a while and she is so professional. Always a smile for all customers. The franchisee has certainly got a good training manual.Well done to all concerned and thank you.

They have now been without any hot drinks for almost a month explanation given as no cups which does not make sense unless they are trying to persuade all to drink there overpriced cold drinks.

After waiting god knows how long in the drive through I took my food home to 1 less burger than I paid for, as for the one we had left it was cold and dry so clearly didn’t get the extra sauce I asked for.

I do really love kfc, but the Lowestoft one is just ridiculous. You wait so long to be served/in the drive through and then your order is completely wrong and THEN the food is just appalling. What makes it even worse is when you drive upto the window thinking they are all going to be rushed of their feet due to the wait, they are all just doddling about looking for things to do!! The Colonel needs to get down there and kick their bums!

I’m not a regular to KFC but everything I’ve got from here in the past is always unimpressive. Today I had the worlds smalletst chicken breast in my fillet burger, three bites and it was gone, leaving 3/4 of my bland roll with a token gesture salad leaf. Even the portions of chips are on the small side. The popcorn chicken my child had was also pathetic compared to McDonald’s chicken nuggets..Roll on McDonald’s re-opening

Well what can I say, stood for half an hour waiting to be served even though they only had a few orders on the go.

I did not use kfc I drove though to get to work. I then get a parking fine for parking there for 3 hours. I phone them they wipe it. Less than a week later I get another for parking 2 hours again I have not parked there I have not drove though since first ticket. I will not pay this either I have cctv of me being parked in my work car park at these times. Not only that with my 2nd fine I got another fine addressed to someone in Oxford so now have all their details. KFC YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU KEEP DOING THIS. YOU JUST LOST MY FAMILY AS CUSTOMERS.

Just used drive through at this kfc ..40 min wait !!! When we finally got our order , we got a rice box instead of a wrap so had to wait again till we got order right .. no spoon for beans so had to use my lid !! Wasn’t poor girls fault as Very understaffed..I hope the top management soon get there act together

KFC is cheap fast food in perception but £18 to almost feed 3 people seems a lot to me when we can get filled for £12 at MccyD.

I don’t think any one that eats in KFC is expecting a high standard of food quality, what I do expect how ever is a certain level of cleanliness. Unfortunately on my visit to the restaurant the eating area was untidy with food all over the floors and tables and the toilets stunk of urine. I can only hope that this theme does not extend to the kitchen.

I was so unhappy with the place in the summer that I wrote to KFC who promised me someone would visit the franchise from head office. Then orders were often wrong and the pklace seemed dirty and shabby. I've now been back twice as recommended by KFC head office and both times felt the place had 'turned the corner'. Orders were delivered correctly, bins emptied more regularly and the restaurant revamped. Suggest if its a KFC you avoid you give it a go again.

If you're starving, go for the big daddy with coleslaw. But you need to be really really hungry or happy to share!

Visited whilst visiting lowesoft with family. Staff were very polite and friendly. Matt i believe was his name even walked by and asked us how our meals were and if he could get us anything.

Suerte que nos detuvimos en la bahía esperando a hora tan grande la orden. Comida perder de nuestra orden. Volví el año y tuvimos que esperar otros 20 minutos, tío nos dio nuestra comida y algunas partes extra que falta para compensar, aunque en el momento en que llegamos a la casa nuestra comida estaba fría.

16 minutos sobre la hora para esta bien y en el local con una niña. Dado el número de atención al cliente era inútil. 4 llamadas más tarde y todavía estamos esperando la llamada prometida. Algunos pensamos dar a este ya que mi familia y amigos se mantenga lejos ahora.

Some time back I felt it necessary to write to KFC HQ to complain about the levels of service and cleanliness. They promised me they would send someone in and invited me to visit in the future.I avoided this for some time but called in recently and was surprised at a peak time the place was virtually empty. That said the place seemed clean and service and fresh and the service was good....I actually got what I had ordered

I am an avid fan of KFC but the lowestoft store toilets are very poor , they smell very untidy I must also state that the food is good JUST don't eat in or use the toilet

Seriously???... you cannot beat a KFC but some of them can be hit and miss but this one is always spot on and the staff are actually.... friendly AND cheerful rather than just throwing the food at you .

Even after a refurb and upgrade, customer service and waiting time here is appalling. Chicken was great guys, but a 15 minute wait between paying and the food arriving with NO EXPLANATION OR APPLOGY. It appears that drive through customers have priority. Not good enough. Wouldn't bother again if there was another KFC anywhere close. More staff needed I think!

The 6 of us went to KFC lovely food the KFC it shelf was very dirty the toilets are dirty and the high chairs need a good clean but the staff didn't care when I told them how dirty the place was the women said haven't got time do you want a cloth to clean the table

Went to this restaurant with a friend the place was very filthy and on the toilets very dirtythe place was under staffed . To make matters worse a month latter was charged with a car fine 100 pounds. Be warned

Six of us visited KFC before going to the cinema.The young man who served us was brilliant. He advised us on the cheapest way to order things and he even came to our table to make sure we were happy with our order. This was unusually good service for a fast food outlet.

KFC - get your act together with this place!! Grubby restaurant, bins often over flowing, tables left uncleared & dirty, floor like an ice rink with grease. Service is terrible.... poorly trained staff who don't seem to know what they're doing - or understand basic food hygiene. On one (desperate) occasion we went for a quick eat/takeaway only to be told ' we've run out of chicken ' ....errrr, no chicken in a KFC??!!! On further enquiry as to what they actually had, we were informed that they did have hot wings or strips though!!! (refer to my comment on staff training...pretty incredible that some staff don't realise that wings or strips are actually chicken !!!!!) drive thru is dire and they never get yr order right, even when you've been asked to wait in a parking bay ! Avoid this place unless yr really desperate. We won't be going back .

Usual delicious KFC chicken speedily delivered, and speedily consumed by, yours-truly and she who must be obeyed. Good value for money.

This is the only KFC I go to where the food you receive is so varied in quality. Sometimes it's perfect and other times it's too dry. We have started avoiding it now unless we are desperate and the kids want something. It looks a bit grubby inside too with food packaging on the tables.

What drink would you like with that? Coffee please, sorry we have no coffee but you can have a tea.Upon leaving the establishment I notice a large poster in the car park which offers.....FREE COFFEE. How is this possible if they do not sell coffee? If they do then who forgot to order supplies?Naughty!

Grubby drive through window coated in greasy finger marks, out of buns so I received my burger in a wrap, out of chicken pieces so I received 2 hot wings. I don't even like hot wings.

This is by far the worst KFC around (and by this I mean quite possibly the world). On a few occasions now I've used the drive thru and EVERYTIME without fail they've managed to forget some part of the meal, whether it's a side, piece of chicken, or popcorn chicken! I'm almost certain that they are in fact doing it on purpose in hope that people don't notice.On other occasions they have been known to actually run out of chicken...REALLY!! I cannot believe the management allow this to continue, which must mean that they are in fact also part of the problem!!I would suggest a change in management and staff as what is in place at the moment is clearly not up to it.....SHOCKING! And if I could have given 0 stars I would've!

Used this drive through today and they forgot half the order and didn't put in any sauces like we asked. Food was Ok but service dreadful.

Peed off to return home to FOUR pieces of chicken missing from the bucket, also no sides which I paid extra for. 3 large sides!!! Live 3 miles from the drive thru so by time I returned I would have had a very very hungry bunch to feed! Won't be returning!

I see on here a large amount of poor reviews. I feel I have to chuck in my tenpence worth! I travel a great deal whether working or for leisure. One of my things I do is pop up to Hemsby to photograph the state of coastal erosion.I always opt for KFC on me trips (they are my fave)This KFC has never let me down.This review is based on at least 6 trips in the last 2 years.Every time my chicken has been fresh and hot, the fries have been excellent too. I can't complain about the food at all, its good. I did have a gripe a couple of years back, but that was about the attitude of a female member of staff, biggish girl in glasses (might of been a manager?) she had a problem when it came to communication with customers, blimey she had more chips on her shoulder than sat in the frier! I have not seen her for a while though. Good KFC, serving fresh food.

Be prepared when you arrive at the drive thru window to be treated like a sub human by the facetious and agressive "queen Kathryn"Well that was her name on the receipt! I told her £23 for 3 meals was a lot and perhaps she had taken our order wrong, she replied it was right.. so I said "no please read it out to me" it became apparent she had taken it wrong and the response was "it was a stacker meal I put 2 down" and then for what felt like an eternity she death stared me until I replied "right!" There was no other conversation or apology just that's £16.37 . Wow My son asked me why is the lady being horrible mum!? I don't know why Queen Kathryn was angry, perhaps she had a bad day... and wanted to spread her misery to the customers. 3 chances I've given this place!!!Shut it down!!!

Tip. If you HAVE to eat here (and i use that term loosely) then please for the love of god, park and go inside. The drive through team do not know how to organise anything and you'll end up parking either way.When you enter you'll see overflowing bins and the washed out faces of locals trying to savour any taste from the "chicken" served here. You'll likely join a queue of 10/15 people trying to get served by one person while the rest of the staff walk around idly moving walt piles from one end of a table to another before finally getting to place your order. Oh no wait, you're gonna have to wait for them to check on the food because 1/10th the staff is in and the rest are outside smoking.So you finally order, and get given a ticket with a number on. You join the group of people in the "waiting" area while the one staff member shuffles into the back of the restaurant and returns with a carton of chips. They ask what drink you wanted, not that it will be cold because they're out of ice and the fountain machine isn't working so you're given a warm cup of drink from a bottle that's been sat on the side for ages.You get your lukewarm food and wander off into the night to eat it. Don't worry, it's not the last you'll see of the food in any shape or form as you'll soon be bent over the toilet bowl cursing your choice of eatery.I complained about the service once and KFC told me they knew about the restaurants status. I returned months later to find it the same.

Kentucky Fried Cardbord well named Tired bits of somthing fried in the Colonels mothers recipe with tired floppy chips dont bother.

I go here every Tuesday evening with my cousin and we enjoy our meal. The staff are always nice and friendly and they are doing their best and it's not their fault that they are understaffed. We go for the boneless dip meals as they are always good, yes the colonels original can be hit or miss, the boneless meals are always a hit. Yes it can be messy at times but you're there to enjoy the food, not to criticise the surroundings, you can always drive thru or takeaway.This is fast food, not The Ritz!

The staff were friendly and they apologised for the long wait for our food....The down side to this visit was that the cleanliness was very poor. There was a spider Web that dangled down towards the table where we were sitting and hairs between the tables that joined together. The floor was also very dirty which can be expected if busy but this was not the case during this visit.

Horrible filthy KFC . Love KFC but not this one. Unorganised and unhygienic. Needs to drastically improve if I am going to use it again.

Absolutely awful! If you want to wait 45 minutes for a cold dinner then perfect! I haven't returned since April, so bad at the Lowestoft store. Dirty, slow staff, rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing!! Just awful.

Situated a little way from the promenade and backing on to the towns 'bed sit land' this certainly isn't the best kept KFC and often looks shabby and unkempt with food left under tables and bins filled to overflow. Additionally incomplete orders are an irritating aspect of the place and all in all it is disappointing.

If I could, I would give zero stars but unfortunately this isn't an option. Yet. Where they find the staff is beyond me, there is no customer service skills at all, long wait for food whether you're the only one in there or not and I got told that I couldn't have what I wanted don the menu as they had "ran out of chicken". What on earth is going on with this place? Just knock it down.

Just my option there was quite a few people in there but I thought it took quite a long time to serve people food was not up to much have only been once but as they say I won't be rushing back there

absolutely disgusting. The whole place was a mess with food on the floor and dirty tables. slippery floor due to either split drink or grease which is a hazard. waited 15 minutes for 3 snack boxes!!!! " fast food"...? The chicken wasnt too bad and was hot and the gravy nice too but soggy cold chips. will not be visiting again. disgusting.

Just be very careful about car park the camera can miss you going in or out and you can get a Pcn for £100.00 like I did
