Lovely venue, lovely staff, lovely food! Really friendly server called Shuby, and the other lady that initially welcomed us in was also very smiley

I just love this place! Everytime we come to Lowestoft we come to Jojos. What a treat it was! I normally always get the chicken n waffle which is my all time favourite but this time we got the southern feast sharer and the pork belly n wing combo with mac n cheese and onion rings on the side to share between three of us. It was a feast for kings and everything was delicious but i think the pork belly was my favourite! As designated driver i was alcohol free and can highly recommend the iced peach tea. The staff as always were super friendly and go out of their way to please the customers. I can’t wait to return to Jojos in the summer!

We ate on a Saturday night when the restaurant was full. Consequently we were warned to expect a wait for food. We were therefore pleasantly surprised to be eating far quicker than we are used to in busy London restaurants. The mojito cocktail was great and well made. Food was lovely and our waitress, Shelby was professional, polite and friendly. All in all a good dining experience in Lowestoft.

Having already devoured the excellent selection of burgers and dirty fries, I have wanted to try out their roast dinners for some time and I was not disappointed. The roast pork with cracking was delicious! (Sorry no photo, I was too busy devouring it) Despite being very busy, the drink and food orders were taken quickly and we were not waiting long for either to arrive. Very friendly and attentive staff making an all round wonderful experience for Mother’s Day with a free glass of Prosecco to top it off. Short answer…. Yes I will be back again and again

The food was great! The portions were quite a bargain for the price! It was a great stop on our way along the East Anglian coast.

Ordered a takeaway and the burgers were ok but the chips that were best part of £10 per portion were overcooked, the toppings were also overcooked. We spent over £70 and left disappointed.

Great food. Can be a bit pricey but find it's worth it. We normally order but went in with a mate. Served by Shelby. Was great service and felt terrible as couldn't give her a tip as couldn't do it by card so will take cash next time. American food and country music and great service winning combination.

Such a nice place to eat! Always spot on with the food. Come in quite late in the evening and staff were more than willing to seat us and we’re both really lovely! BEST CHEESY GARLIC BREAD EVERRRRRR

Third visit in as many months! Says it all. Superb food. 2 adults and 2 children under 12 all extremely satisfied with our food. First time trying the Sunday Roast and it did not disappoint, so tasty. Friendly staff and service fab too.

We have been to Jojo’s a number of times now and it never disappoints. Our server Natasha was friendly, attentive and helpful. The food is always so delicious and if you have never tried it before the Chicken Waffle is to die for! All of the food is really good. Even the country music is a plus!

Delicious and plenty of fries chicken was delicious as well and very filling , still have some left over I got the chicken and fries in a box deal would be good for two people to share unless you’re really hungry and want to eat it all .. delicious coleslaw as well and Blue cheese dip

Only thing was the chips too much cheese for me on top and sauce on top , order was just a little over the delivery time but driver was friendly .

Lovely food, always have a nice meal. They did forget one side orders, lady on the phone was pleasant to deal with and got these sent out again but did take an hour to arrive and we had already eaten our main meals by this time which was inconvenient

I got the jojos chicken box and the chicken was the best I’ve had - amazing. Also the portion size could probably feed 2-3 adults or maybe 2 adults and 2 children. It was so lovely and only £15.50.

Even tho food was late I was kept informed that food was going to be late, food was top quality so really no complaints, maybe just the paper bag was wet at the bottom which caused the pot of sauce and coleslaw to fall out. That's it . But will still order from you again.

Second time we have visited since the reopening. Food was fantastic as always. Justina was our server and we were extremely impressed with her timing. Everything from taking the orders, receiving the food and drinks, was spot on! She knew exactly who ordered what, without having to ask. Well done to all of you! Look forward to seeing you soon.

The food, drinks and atmosphere were fantastic as always. Justina served us and was so polite and friendly. I can highly recommend the whiskey sour, and the chicken and waffles.

3 of us dined at Jojos Kitchen and Bar. I had the chicken ( I’m quite fussy when it comes to chicken but I thought I’d give it a go) and wow- I wasn’t disappointed- it was probably the best chicken burger I’ve had. My husband and step daughter had burgers (I can’t remember the names of these on the menu) but they both had the same response as me. We were all very impressed. Credit to the chef and the staff were so welcoming and friendly too. We are all looking forward to our next visit there. We are about 30/40 minutes drive away but will still be making the journey again - definitely worth it.

We came here for a family meal, we did not book and everyone was very welcoming. The food was excellent, portion size was great and had a very nice evening.

Im not a lowestoft local, ive travelled all over the UK and can safely say these guys do the best burgers ive had in the UK. Really creative and original options, always taste amazing. Ignore the clueless 1 star reviewer who moaned about the prices for 'just a burger' without trying it. Probably set you back about the same as a five guys for a burger and one of their delicious loaded fry options, and this is far superior. Wish they still did dine in as I bet that was a great experience, but their takeaways are still amazing

We have had a few home delivery roasts over the last few years. The roast dinners we received today far exceeded any received so far! We will be ordering from here going forward now!

The food is to die for and is the only reason why I order from them regularly. But to be honest the delivery service is bad because they’re always late and there is no take-away option most of the time and when you order from the app, the delivery option is a must. I really want this restaurant to have better services because (Jojo’s and Tres Hermanas) probably have the best food in Lowestoft.

Ordered a takeaway online, easy ordering and payment method. Wife had chicken box, I had 911 Burger with fries............our verdict - it does not get any better than that. The chicken was perfectly cooked and crispy coating, my burger was just the best. The portions are huge so we will be enjoying the rest tonight. Some places just produce perfect food every time and JoJo's is most certainly one of them.

Reluctantly writing this post but response from official email address was blunt and incredibly zero customer focus. We’re regular customers - almost weekly, sometimes twice so the food quality isn’t in question. We were given a discount code to use on “JOJO’S Kitchen & Bar” - the image of a credit card sized discount voucher clearly stated this. We tried to use it the following week but it didn’t work. Thinking it was a glitch we left it & tried it again the following week - still not valid. There’s been a pause between this happening and me contacting JOJO’S as I’ve been in hospital. Yesterday i contacted them via email and said it didn’t work. Their response “it’s expired, that’s why”. I then explained i tried to use it during it valid dates and it didn’t work. Their response “it’s not for JOJO’S, it’s for our sister company”. I emailed them again that it is clear on the image it’s for them and not the sister company - after a few more to’s and thro’s they simply refused to honour the discount as they thought my request for a valid discount code wasn’t a reasonable request. So that’s that - no more custom from us. At a time when vendors are needing the custom we would’ve thought this was an “easy win”. Instead it’s a business loss on their part. Looking at the “official” responses to any negative feedback on Trip Advisor, no doubt they will respond in an attempt to mitigate the negative review. It may be the same author of the email responses to somehow save face. However, from a trading standards perspective it’s inaccurate, misleading and legally incorrect. Hard to argue with the facts, rather than argue about opinions, which, it seems is the emphasis on the unhelpful replies on Trip Advisor. Disappointing.

This food is to the highest quality and standards, Burger is so soft and still pink in the middle (how it should be) the fries perfectly seasoned and dirty fries has amazing mild chilly with cheese on top which has insane flavours, DO NOT LISTEN to the people moaning about the price, If you want cheap low quality meats go buy a Mcdonnalds, The burger meat is Steak mince.... you pay for what you get, And if your looking for top quality perfectly cooked, then order here, if you want a £5 mcdonnalds goto mcdonnalds

Currently staying in the local area for a holiday and thought this restaurant looked lovely only to find that they are no longer open to eat in and it's take away only.... Not a problem. Called to be told that they do deliver to the caravan park im at and you can pay by card. Told to book online only to find that there is a restricted delivery area and I'm too far away and that I'd have to do it over the phone.... Then told this way is only cash on delivery. No cash point at the holiday park so another trip for our family of 6 a few miles to a cash point. Finally ready to place an order only to find out that they charge £13 for just a burger.... Then £8+ for some chips. At this point I nearly fell off the chair and couldn't believe the crazy high prices. No way that's justified so we had to leave it and have beans on toast at 7pm after running out of time from the mess around! After reading reviews it seems many other people also looked it up on Google to find that it says it's open but no mention of open being delivery only and no walk in option... This needs to be fully clear across all platforms. Manager didn't even apologise to other reviewers for having a wasted journey

Arrived at 7pm, google says closed at 9. Walked 30 minutes with a baby to find the place closed. UPDATE your google listing!!

On a NorfolkBroads boating holiday with my family. Ordered various burgers, fries and pudding to be delivered to our boat at Oulton Broad. Absolutely excellent quality food and service. Highly recommended . 23/08/23.

Simply the best! Food cook to perfection, fresh, quality ingredients even the brioche bun is fresh. Huge portion size . I don’t know they would make profit with the quality of the of food . Incredible value for money.

Ordered on a Monday night for delivery to local holiday park. Had to phone restaurant direct to confirm how to modify burgers as it wasn’t entirely clear on website. Delivery was speedy, and restaurant phoned ahead as we were to meet our order at entrance to park. Burgers were great and correct elements from burger removed. Packaging excellent, with clear labelling, especially as we are on holiday (boxes can be used as plates). Tasty wings and fries. Would definitely reorder next time we are here!

Called the number “delivery enquiries” as instructed but it just rung out and went to voicemail saying they are all at the first light festival (this was three weeks ago). Emailed, Facebook messenger, called restaurant. Nothing. Had to drive to their takeaway depot which was ridiculous to chase to be told they are short staffed so are delayed and the person who usually does the phone is delivering. They should not take on so many orders if they can’t maintain the same service. Communication is key, if we had an update of the delay it wouldn’t had been so bad. Sadly wouldn’t use it again after this. Coupled with the increasing and in my opinion over priced menu it’s simply not worth it.

Excellent food and huge portions

We were recently staying at a nearby caravan park and ordered for delivery. It was exceptional. The best chicken strips I've had for sure, and my partner was super impressed by the burrito. A must if you're in the area!

Our food was cold, mac and cheese tasted very chemically not sure if it was because of the tub it was in. But couldn’t eat it and was ordered for my child. Very disappointed

Amazing burgers, chicken and fake chicken! Delivered absolutely piping hot and in great containers which meant they arrived in one piece as they would be in a restaurant! Brilliant service all round!

The vegetarian burgers are amazing, I love the ffc and I get the wells&Bailey with the plant based southern fried fillet instead of burger because it is amazing! the buns are lovely and actually hold everything together because you get alot in the burger!! and the onion rings are soooooo good! The chips are always great too, they have really good seasoning and are always crispy on the outside. I've honestly never found a veggie burger this good.

Long delay between being sent out and being delivered. Food was completely cold when it arrived so wasn’t enjoyable at all. Really disappointing.

Out of the many resturants I have had burgers and chips in, I have never had them as good as I have had in JoJo's, and the diner itself is a small, comfortable place with two floors, and with a bar on the first, with welcoming and friendly staff. They are currently closed in persons of typing this currently, with a sign saying they will be back in spring, but their delivery service is still avaliable, with timeslots delivery options and also the best packaging I have recieved for a food delivery, with the food being nearly as hot as it would be if it were just out the kitchen, a first for me using delivery services. All in all, amazing, thank you JoJo's!

My partner has a gluten intolerance so we asked for no bun, the restaurant went above and beyond to pack the burger, salad and sauce to allow us to use our bun at home. Also the food was amazing. Couldn't recommend enough. Best burger joint in town by far.

The Sunday roast was really disappointing, most of the veg was missing, cranberry was missing, chicken was dry and overcooked. I've had burgers and chicken strips from here before but I will not bother with a roast again, really not worth the price

We visit family in Lowestoft every few months and JOJO's is one of the things we really look forward to! The fried chicken is the best chicken I've had and beats any other food chain... the fully loaded chips are delicious and burger is one of the best we've had!! Highly recommend!!!

Wife and I shared a Ring of Fire burger and a portion of Buffalo Chicken Dirty Fries as the portions are very big. Food is absolutely gorgeous, burger was well cooked and the dirty fries tasted amazing with the hot sauce and cooling blue cheese dressing. We had the meal delivered and the lady who turned up was lovely and friendly. Very happy customers.

Just ordered the roast from Jojo's, it was really good. The veg was fresh and cooked to perfection. Good sized portion. Excellent stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, potatoes and gravy. Beef was excellent. Very very tasty..thankyou!

A disgrace, the chicken was greasy overcooked and dry, clearly, food from lunchtime/yesterday that's been re-cooked, literally dripping in oil. Fries are also re-cooked, dry and burned. Terrible food, I've eaten here many times but I wouldn't give this to my dog. Awful, will not return, such a shame

After reading mixed reviews we thought we would try some loaded fries. Amazing. Full of flavour and well presented, huge portions that I could not finish. I will be ordering from here again. Thank you for such a wonderful meal.

Had been meaning to try JoJo’s for a while and I’m glad I did! Ordered online, delivered 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Had a Trump and a 911, both absolutely amazing. Well-seasoned, generous sauce portions and tasted incredible. Also tried their onion rings and loaded fries, both best I’ve had in a while. Husband and I very happy, will definitely order from again. Sadly, food didn’t last long enough to get photos. But trust me, they looked restaurant quality! 🤣

This was my first time going to JoJos, I went on a work night out and we had a colleague who couldn't get up the stairs to our table so they just moved us downstairs, they opened the door when it got really warm etc. In short the staff were brilliant, the food was amazing, the drinks were good (a little pricey) overall - fantastic and I would highly recommend!!

Atmosphere, cleanliness, friendly service & amazing tasting food. No room for disappointment here and reviews don't lie. Great portion sizes, plenty to share with 1 portion of loaded fries. Chicken tenders in maple for starter, full of flavour. Burger meat was juicy and the season's perfect. Cocktail prices very good, with the total bill also good, not over expensive at all. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
