Subway in Wyre

Disgusting service I have had from subway in cleveleys today!!! The lady behind the counter wouldn’t even serve me as I was in a rush to get to my interview in Thornton for 9:45 at the co-op in Thornton. Never will be using this store again.

The food at Subway, well you know what you're getting so this review assumes the food is the same as every other Subway. So this review is about the service, or should I say lack of service? During my two recent visits, I've waited a ridiculous amount of time to be served because the staff member was too busy talking to her male friend. That in itself is annoying but not half as annoying as when asking whether it is better value to buy a certain combination of products separately or as two meal deal to be told, "the prices are up there". Now, whilst I accept that the response was technically correct, it was astonishingly rude and demonstrated an new level of poor customer service. I will now go out of my way to tell as many people as I can to go elsewhere. Whereas, a moment of kind service would have yielded the opposite effect. Thornton Cleveleys Subway.... don't bother going there, you have better options nearby.

Website and doors sign indicates open till 7. We arrived just before 6 but we’re unable to sit inside as they’re already packed up those tables, despite clear threat of rain. Instead we had to sit outside. At 6:15 the door was locked so we were unable to use the toilet or get rid of our rubbish in the bin provided. Although food was good as always very poor customer service and misleading info.

Endemic throughout the UK, I love visiting Subway ,in my opinion the best freshly made sandwiches you can get,walking down Victoria Road West in Thornton Cleveleys my twin brother Stephen and I decided to try this outlet out,it didn't disappoint. A lovely clean Subway, glass fronted cabinets showcase the ingredients, we track and traced and we both opted to have cheese,ham,salad on crunchy 6 inch cobs with a bag of crisps each and a cola,order made up in no time at all by a very cheerful and professional member of the team . What can I say, an absolutely delicious sandwich, so tasty,so filling especially with the crisps and cola to wash it down,really enjoyed visiting this Subway outlet in Cleveleys along Victoria Road West. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday,Open from 8am. Sunday, Open from 9am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

The lady with pink hair bad attitude really stingy with the salad had to ask for more on all the butties would not recommend
