Ordered a twister,,came with cold chips,two tiny pieces of chicken, and some sort of goo pretending to be salad !!!!,, basically disgusting!!!!!!!. Just avoid this place, it is just a total waste of money,,,,,oh ps look out for the rats running around the front of the building,, there the most entertaining thing about the place. !!!

We just went through the KFC drive thru at Basingstoke leisure park. We’ve come back home to Overton to realise a load of items have been missed. I have tried calling the restaurant but no answer. We would like a refund on the items missed Very disappointed

Natalia is lovely so friendly and very helpful. Service was good and food was tasty! I’ve personally eaten here loads of times and the chicken has always been perfect.

If you use the drive through its pot luck as to what you get, not what you have ordered. I tried to get round this by going in and ordering what I wanted from a self serve thing. Wanted a dip, got home no dip. Machine wasn't giving out receipts so couldn't have proved it

Chicken taste like it had a good and happy life. Garlic mayo is a must add to order. Let down would be the staff. Quite an odd bunch but get the job done

We ordered via Just Eat on Saturday night, paid for our large order and obviously paid for delivery - and ended up driving back to the leisure park to pick up the rest of our order as we were missing 3 items, one of them being box of wings. I asked to speak to the manager who conveniently was unavailable - excellent customer service if the manager does not even want to speak to the customers when asked to do so! The young lady who helped us (Christel?) was very apologetic and gave us our remaining items. It’s the 2nd time this is happening, last time we will order anything from KFC. There are many other places to order from!

Sad to say that the delivery was late, over expensive and missing items, the popcorn chicken and sauces! Delivery driver was late, food was cold and to phone Uber delivery was soo long I hung up after 10 minutes. Food was cold, poorly packaged and missing stuff. Very disappointed and will NEVER use delivery again. Spoiled a family dinner and cost was ridiculous! Never again!

AWFUL! As always!! Got a cheeky takeaway, missing half the items- as always. The workers im afraid need retraining to actually check receipts to items. Absolutely terrible. I would 200% NOT recommend

Most times I have ordered, the contents are missing something. Very rarely is the chicken cooked to normal KFC standards.

Just been for hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, at the KFC Basingstoke Leisure Park restaurant. The restaurant was dirty. Well over half the tables were visibly dirty, and floor was sticky. The food wasn’t even good enough to rate as poor. Barely lukewarm chicken, chips that were beyond soggy, and most of the meal going in the bin. Then to top it off when I ordered an ice cream, it was reached to me with no fork. I asked for one and was told “we ain’t got none”. When I asked how I was supposed to eat it, I was helpfully told “you could go over to McDonald’s (across the car park) and get one from them”. So with the sub poor quality food, even worse service you would think it would be hard to be topped… But oh no, not here. Here they give out free food to a friend who simply walked up to the counter to collect their freebie and then proceed to tell each other to “f*ck off” and “piss off”. Bad enough, but there were young children in the restaurant and well within earshot. So if you want to eat disgusting food, with disgusting service in a disgusting environment, be sure to check it out.

no atmosphere. no background music. boring decor. silence, food forgettable luke warm. no cleansing pads. service non existence. no instructions how to claim blue light discount. spoken to like an idiot when asked a question about menu. food tables not cleared. only about 6 customers yet mcdonalds next door rammed. says it all, needs visits from mystery diners. if I was owner or director I would be horrified at total indifference of both food and service,

Order from deliveroo at 22:43. KFC accepted the order and they kept changing the delivery time. 23:35/23:45/23:55/00:10. Thankfully I used the chat function of deliveroo and they apologized and quickly ended the chat by offering me a cancellation. Ridiculous both KFC and Deliveroo.

We decided to get a quick bite to eat here and needless to say we won’t be returning. The KFC was empty with quite a lot of food sitting behind waiting to be served. We placed our order and one of the fries wasn’t given. When we asked the gent behind the counter he addressed it as if we were trying our luck, yet on our tray was supposed to be 2 meals…. When he realised he forgot the fries I tried a chip from existing fries and they were cold, and soggy. When I asked him for a replacement he grabbed them out of my hand, almost grabbing my hand, didn’t say anything and shoved 2 new fries into my hands. I told him thank you and appreciate it but I was ignored. We sat down to eat only to find the rest of our food was freezing cold. I was actually afraid to go back to him as I did not know what kind of reaction he would next give me after grabbing and shoving the fries at me when I addressed this. I can see why they were empty and their competitors across where jammed busy. Love a KFC but definitely won’t be returning here!

Order from here when visiting family. Quarter of a mile from the establishment, first order we waited over an hour because someone Miles away ordered first they drove past our house 50 mins before coming back to deliver. Was told they knew but other person ordered first so not allowed to drop ours off enroute Tonight, ordered and on receipt noticed half the order was missing, tried to call immediately but no way of contacting the take away direct, The phone line goes to a call centre which is just a message saying leave a message and we will call back..well 6 hours later and no call !! The delivery website has refunded money (not right as KFC were at fault not delivery Co) but would have appreciated talking to store and arranging delivery of missing food! As a footnote, chicken over cooked and extras cold.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the chicken. I expected the chicken to be hot, but it was cold, dry, and hard, with no tenderness. The chips were adequate but not outstanding. I've ordered there a few times and it's always the same; I won't be returning.

I’ve ordered from this place several times on Deliveroo and Uber Eats, and every single time there’s a problem with my order. Whether it’s forgotten items (drinks, deserts, sides, etc.), an incorrect item (zinger burger vs zinger stacker), or just badly made food (a mini fillet drowning in ketchup), this place is consistently the worst.

Appalling. We were the only people at the drive thru at almost 10pm on Wedsday. When I asked what there was to drink besides Coke, several Cokes and other fizzy drinks were listed to me, which was quite annoying. The milkshake was mostly ice. The chicken was lukewarm although we had to wait quite a while for it, and the chips were stone cold and inedible. With three staff doing nothing in the kitchen, and all with their noses and mouths exposed (facemasks worn on their chin) it was not hygienic or covid safe either. Really disappointing. Over £10 for food we couldn't eat is atrocious. To put this right, KFC should at least reimburse me.

I ordered a bargain bucket with friends before in the drive through. Fast and simple process with fried chicken.

This was the first time we had take away sine the start of lockdown. Everywhere seemed busy as it was not only a Bank holiday but the last day of the Government's eat out to help out programme. This lead us to getting take away rather than eating out as there is less risk. We ordered then drove to cash kiosk to pay by contactless card, staff were wearing masks and gloves. Next on to get the food, again staff wore masks and gloves the bag of food was handed over on a try reducing the handling. The food was still nice and hot when we got home just under a 10 minute drive. There was no issue changing chips for sweet corn which something we always do. felt that we were respected and care was taken in the service. We would visit against as with all fast food places today was a good day who knows if it will be good next time!

The table that we had was only just vacated as we walked in but was not cleaned before we used it. we had to clean it our self the food was ok as it normally is.

Digusting service!! Ordered a Chicken salad box and got home there was no chicken! Big Daddy meal with very few chips plus almost had the bag thrown in my car window!! Staff are useless!! Wow never again!!

everytime I go here I am disappointed. they never pack the bag correctly, leaving out items that have been paid for, also never give the sauce that is meant to come with the boneless banquet! and when you ask for it you get a snooty response from them.rude staff, crap service!

There were long queues for the drive through so we went inside to order where we found a new oder process. I by passed the system and went to the order /till to place our order. The server was really slow and not sure how to process my additional request to change fries for sweet corn; something we do every time. The food looked hot when we got it home just 5 minutes away, but in fact it was not that hot. You nearly always get what you order but not always this time we were lucky. There were lots of people still waiting who were there before us so even though the service was slow it could of been worse. Value for money and easy access makes us return here maybe once every three months or so.

I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service at this kfc. I have been served by one particular girl (Ola) 4 or 5 times in the recent months and every time she seems to go out of her way to be rude. From eyerolls to patronising me when I do not know the menu to completely ignoring my existence and somehow take my order. I do not ask for much from someone who probably gets paid minimum wage, but service without an eye roll and a sigh because you have to serve me is not a large request. It’s unlikely anything will be done about this complaint as the customer service has always been shocking at this kfc but Ola really takes it to the next level.

Food is always absolutely fine but the majority of the staff at Basingstoke leisure park KFC are appalling. One girl in particular has taken my order on numerous occasions and every single time has been unwelcoming and rude. I thought she was just always in a bad mood but my most recent encounter with her on the drive through window she was laughing and having an amazing time with a colleague and completely ignored me. She managed to take entire payment for my order without looking at me once. Extremely poor customer service.

Okay it's Easter Sunday, but come on, the chips and burgers were not hot, and I should have gone back in and asked them to cook it all again.

I acknowledged the bad reviews before contemplating coming here, but don’t be turned away by them. I had a great meal here - just as normal as any other decent KFC. Staff were very polite & the place is very spacious inside and clean.Will be visiting here again for sure!

The staff can barely speak English here, and so they messed up our order 4 times in a row. They're so rude and lethargic too; I'm not confident that my chicken will be properly cooked. They're obviously not bothered about customers. Avoid at all costs and join the McDonald's queue next door.

I only ever write reviews on here if they are good but i was so disgusted with my visit to this kfc today that i had to warn others!! The place was very very busy but even when there was a lull no one came out to tidy up!! The bins were all over flowing, the tables were filthy(and that were the ones without rubbish left on them as bins were full) and as for the floors..even an employee coming through the eating area after a break couldn't believe the state of the place!!(although she didn't come back to clear up) Half eaten burgers and chips scattered under all the tables.Apart from all this i did not even enjoy my food. Chips were cold and my chicken was so dry i had a job to swallow it!!! My mum did complain about the state of the place and we were told they would send someone out...but too late for us and all the others who had to eat in utterly filthy surroundings!!!!!

To date I’ve written over 2,000 reviews but cannot recall any of them reflecting a fast food joint - guess that tells you something? Anyway, we took our grandson to the nearby excellent Milestones Museum (where currently there’s a great Lego exhibition with kids trail) and he decided on KFC for a lunchtime treat. Being half term it was really busy but we managed to find a table. Staff were under pressure but the young chap on the till was really good and without asking rectified the mistakes of the person who packed our order. To be honest, I did try some fries and a piece of chicken and it definitely needed the sweet chilli sauce side to give it some flavour, not helped by chicken coating being more hard than crispy). Table cleaning was slow (we only noticed one woman wandering round). Whatever might taste “finger lickin’ good” - this is definitely not it. On the plus side, my wife said toilets were clean.

I know you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work at kfc but jesus at least get one person in there with half a brain cell. Everytime graunteed they'll be stuff missing graunteed. I know you should check but sometimes you don't have time in the drive through. But today I went there and they forget the kids drinks. Honstely is it that hard to look at a screen and read it and place the stuff in the bag?

Visited this drive thru kfc this evening after waiting approximately 15 minutes to place my order. Ordered a 10 pc bargain bucket meal and a bottle of diet coke...meal came to £15.28. Got home only to find there was 1 pc of chicken missing. This may sound trivial, but when you share a 10 pc meal amongst 5, you know everyone will have 2 pcs each. Tried to ring the number on my receipt only to find the phone constantly ringing, with no one answering at all. Went on line to see if the number was the same on my receipt... and it wasn't. In fact the number for KFC leisure park is not even recognised on line - all rather suspect.

Mainly use it to pick up and bring home. Sometimes a long queue and also hard to understand what they are saying - speaker system problems? Easy to access from all areas.

You need to get someone on the drive through that speaks and understands English. You really shouldn’t let the food go out to customers looking like that. I have tried to contact you but no available contact number. Definitely will Never return

Went there through the drive-through as we had been out and wanted a quick fix for dinner...........However,the KFC dive-through is a joke! 10 minutes queuing to order, then paying the gormless staff, who then tried to charge me again as it took so long we didn't move for 5 minutes!

Nice n tasty chicken. Some good family deals available with a varied choice of meal deals. Cold drink selection a little limited compared to the competition.

Service rubbish not friendly at all the food came out thrown together and mangled up, chips were luke warm and soggy. I need of some staff training and hot food. Will not be returning.

Service is shocking no bread for kids rolls no wraps no gravy no coleslaw it's been months and when you ask when that it will be resolved and stuff in stock no one can give an answer there's also no sauces

Half the menu wasn’t available so hubby couldn’t have the wrap so he went for a zinger meal and I went for a popcorn snack box.

Looks fresher inside. However had to go in as the drive-thru was closed and there was limited on the menu luckily what we wanted was available that's a quick service and the food order was correct this time

Drive for miles found it was under maintenance If you can advertise then you advertise your maintenance it’s not hard KFC

My Wife & I placed an order for 2 zinger box meals with no ice in drinks at 17:49, we received the order at 18:00, when we found a table we sat and ate our chips first then hot wings saving the burger for last, I had one bite and realised it was cold, my wife checked hers and it too was cold.

Visited the drive through yesterday, the lady that handed over the food was rude and when we got home the chicken was missing from the kids meals and the chips were cold.

I actually wrote this review because I got bored queuing and waiting the 20 minutes to actually get served. Restaurant was half full. 2 servers. No processes to get people moving through. It's clearly the product of bad management.

KFC are a respected and trusted name in fast food. You expect your food to be cooked, the place to be hygienic, and your order to be correct. But as humans we all understand this is a high pressure environment and mistakes can happen - and when they do they need to be rectified.

I'm normally a big fan of KFC but this particular branch text for ever to serve PE had two people working behind the counter and we were queueing for these 15 minutes. McDonald's across the road didn't look any better either

Cold chips things missing and a stale burrito

Had a BBQ chicken wrap which tasted alright but not as flavoursome or delicious as I expected it to be. I also bought a Pepsi but didn't drink it till much later and when I did I very quickly had stomach cramps so the Pepsi gave me an upset stomach for some reason so possibly high levels of bacteria in the ice cubes or maybe in the drinks dispenser itself. I didn't think it was the drink at first but when I finished it off later I had bad guts quite soon after so definitely was the drink.My recommendation to the staff is please ensure strict hygiene guidelines are followed and checked regularly for compliance; clean drinks dispensers and use boiled water for ice cubes.

I have been here twice and both times the food has been quick and hot. The service is quick and friendly but there can be a bit if a queue which really slows things down at lunch

We went through the drive through and after a 20 minute que in the drive through, the order was taken wrong and had to repeat several times. When I got home and plated the food up there was a small black hair in the chips. I tried to phone through but the number on the site was incorrect. Unfortunately I wasn't able to drive back down to the restaurant. I popped in the following day as I was passing to tell them and the manager said I should have come back last night and there was nothing they could do. I wasn't looking for them to do anything, however a simple apology would have been fine. NOT shrugged at with no care for other customers that may have or may experience the same issue. Very rude and food not great at all.

It is easy to use the drive through although there is also a restaurant all on the same site. We tend to use the drive through but you really do need to check that they are giving you the right order and the items you have ordered. They are good at allowing you to change side orders on large meal deals, for example we also swap two fries for two sweet corns. The order point and pay window works well but if there is a delay your oder may be not as hot as you expect. One of the best aspects of the site is there is plenty of parking and even if there car park is full there is a very large free park across the small road. You get what you pay for almost healthy fast food.

The last visit here the restaurant are was very cold, i think the heating was not working because all the staff where wrapped up in coat. They got the order wrong because they were not listening. Over all a disappointing visit

My son likes to go in here if we are in Basingstoke, the last few times we have been in the queues are ridiculous the food is always cold & the chips limp. Will not be visiting again rather go to McDonald's.

I love KFC, but this branch takes the biscuit. The heating has not been working for ages in the restuarant and has not been fixed. Was so cold I thought I was going to die!! Even with a coat on I have never been so cold. The food turned cold very quickly due to the temperature. The food was as bad as ever - portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Not sure why. I really wish that the manager would take on board the complaints of the customers and that head office would do something. KFC have a very good brand but this restuarant really does give is a bad name.Its so sad, come on KFC you can and must do much better.

So haven't been for a while cos the food seems to have gone downhill in recent years but Really fancied it tonight for family takeaway so thought to give it another try...Ordered the triple Christmas banquet Got home to find the 8 wings and popcorn chicken and dips all missing!!!! Well, at least it wasn't as bad as last time......However, sticky chicken - very sticky chicken and nobody told me popcorn chicken was spicy chicken.Better because.....The restaurant was actually fairly clean - first time pretty much in this branch.And the chicken in bread crumbs....Were also very spicy. Strange that it is very hard to get non-spicy chicken in KFC.So, finally......Let's face it, KFC has got better. But let's face it, not by that much! Not amazing, but not absolutely terrible. every time I go hear nearly everyone complains, me included! It really has to be the worst KFC in England, maybe even the world.Always dirty - we once complained because of ants, I often get the blue roll and spray and clean a table to sit at!Slow - very slow service!Staff do not listen - sometimes English is not their first language so must be hard for them, not their fault but having to give my order several times is annoying.Food is not good, have had much better at other branches.I always say I will never go back, but always end up going back in the hope it will get better.The owner is the rudest man I have ever met, I was in there once when there was a childrens party. Their food was short. They complained, and he accused the children of stealing it and eating it when they were not looking. This was not true as I was an independent witness. In the end the mother was crying and so were the kids - party ruined!!!

From the moment I ordered and had to wait 20 mins for my cold chips sloppy undercooked dark coloured I knew I have a massive mistake choosing to eat here . I spent my £6 and in return got attitude from staff no customer service and made to feel that myself and other customers were imposing by being there, a shame as I'm sure after the refit the owners will wonder why they have such staff who don't care about the brand . I had cold chips about 28 of them . The chicken was low standard and I did not Finnish my meal. Avoid this branch

Not enough staff when you go in at a lunchtime! Ordered Rice box which wasn't great and didn't even come with a fork. They were staff training at peak time! I understand new staff need to be trained but surely at a slightly quieter time would be better. Diet Coke was nice though

Popped in for a take away bucket meal and ice cream in sept. Service was pretty poor with a lot of people complaining as staff were grumpy and slow. My ice cream ball had a six inch hair in it so it went straight in the bin. The chicken was awfully greasy and so sickly and hard to eat so it also went in the bin. Won't go back here

The staff are not the friendliest to start off with and the restaurant is not very clean. The food comes quickly (which i love) but the chicken was horrible and sticky. Even though it is cheap, it is not good value for money!

We went here it is quicker to go in to KFC and not the drive through I find it hard to understand the staff as the English is not there first language we have the Family box but is mostly chicken drumstick time you get home the chips are cold

Went through the drive through. Once home we were missing items from the order. Food was oily and greasy. Chicken was chewy. I like kfc but this one was pretty gross and ripped off because items were missing.

Enjoyed a nice afternoon with the family. Great chicken as usual. Went for the boneless bucket deal which was nice with the sweetcorn but the baked bean tubs were a bit small.

Looking forward to our kfc visit with my grandson.Having to wait nearly 15 minutes to be served at 11.45am,only 1 member of staff serving very poor.I asked for a child's chicken burger no chips and small tango.Mine a made for one 2 piece chicken and chips also a tango.Order was take away.I also found it difficult to understand staff member as i'm hard of hearing (how do I overcome that one).When I arrived home had total wrong order.1 price chicken and chips for my grandson and 2 prices chicken chips and 4 pieces peppery chicken.Horrible.I was very cross and will not be returning to that KFC.

Had an indifferent experience tonight. Ordered a bargain bucket which I had kind of thrown at me by a young girl at the drive thru window, she either needs sacking or a course in how to treat members of the public. Anyway, I was here for the food so picked up my bargain bucket and went home. Upon opening I found a Kentucky fried poultry tag (phot included) which was coated over with a layer of seasoning and one of the first bites of my meal. Having been to this venue a few times over the years I should not be too surprised by this, they seem to struggle with basics almost every time from what I can see.

I came to this KFC earlier in the day for dinner as it was a quick option. I used the takeaway option.+I was pleased to be in and out within 10 minutes. Service was prompt with no real delay in queueing or getting food.+Staff were generally polite and friendly.+The chicken that came with my lunch box was delicious, spicy and tender.+There was a variety of food on offer.+My lunch box had a large amount of chips.+Ideal location for people visiting the leisure park. Drive thru provided.+5/5 Food hygiene rating.+No order inaccuracies and the takeaway came with salt, wipes and napkins in the bag.+The premises appeared clean.-McDonald's is probably cheaper overall and have a larger range of drinks.-Drinks are an extra 99p and are not included in the meal.-My Oreo crushem was revolting! It was this strange mix of gunge and ice and was overpriced for the size and quality.-They really need to update their menu to be more specific, I think this is a problem throughout all KFC's. FE. Snack box. What is a snack box? What's included? I don't have time, nor does the cashier, to go through each and every item on the menu to decide what I want.-The choice of dessert was poor.-At £1.50, the size of the popcorn chicken was unsatisfactory and needs to be improved; I would have sent it back if it wasn't for the rest of my order.-I just wish that the Lunch box had an extra piece of chicken.-I did not receive a receipt with my order.

Came into KFC (Basingstoke Retail Park) to get a quick meal before the Basingstoke Bison Ice Hockey game. The £15.99 14-piece bargain bucket was ready quickly and the 6 of us all had plenty to eat. Facilities were in general good and the staff were OK. Fairly average restaurant and we wouldn't expect any more from a KFC branch. We always order the same thing whenever we come here because that's always the easiest option, and we got what we paid for.

Staff are very friendly but perhaps lack of training. It was a long wait before I could place my order. The ordering process and food preparation were chaotic. Kitchen ran out of the type of food customers ordered. Or when the order was ready, it was not correct. There were only about 6 customers that time and half of us had encountered some sort of problems with our orders. Food was hot and delicious though.

went for a meal sat down to eat it all over the place were cobwebs all over lights and ceilings i pointed out to the manager who just looked at me like she had a job to undrestand wot i was saying i said this is a food establisment and that wear thers webs there are spiders and that they should be removed

KFC at the Basingstoke Leisure Park has to be on of the best in the chain, the staff are so friendly and go out of there way to help and the espresso coffee is some of the best. I have visited this KFC many times and they never let the service level down even at the most busy time. The very best thing is of course the chicken I don't at all rate the chips as they are always cold and tasteless but you can choose not to have them.I do recommend this KFC.

ideal stop after you have used the facilities at the Leisure Park if Mum wants a night of from cooking? Food was hot tables clean & so was the store. Drive in quite quick. You get asked if you want to go large with the menu.

Basingstoke leisure park KFC is always OK, not had a bad experience there, fast service & hot food & always clean. I know others have complained so maybe we have just been lucky on our visits go about once a month.

My family and I have come here before and not enjoyed the food that much but the previous time I just put it down to them perhaps having a busy day. We came here again last week and we received the same standard. Now, on both occasions we ordered a bucket... Both times the servers put our chicken (10-14 pieces) piled on the tray! Like, what are we even supposed to do with that?? Firstly, It's a bit unhygienic and secondly, the food will just get cold, right? The food here tastes like it was cooked hours before and been sat there all the while. The gravy didn't even taste like gravy it was nasty. I don't think we will come back here. Will probably use Andover instead.

We ate in here one Sunday evening, whilst passing through Basingstoke.Service was a little slow and most of the staff weren't English - This isn't an issue except we struggled to understand them and vice versa. When ordering we felt a little rushed by the lady serving us.The food was okay - I do think that the chicken portions seem to have got smaller, but as we don't eat at KFC's much these days, perhaps this is the norm? It was hot and tasted fine. Our table was not dirty, but you could tell that it needed a wipe.The toilets were okay, although the gents was a little grubby.The bin was rather full and there were trays left on tables which nobody had bothered to tidy up.Unfortunately, we feel that this is a typical example of your average KFC these days.

the food wasn't nice I had a wrap and there was hardly any chicken in it . I mean its not cheap don't think I will go again

You should know what you get with a KFC and that is quick food that is standard in quality the world over. Sadly our experience here was that we waited a good deal of time for a simple burger meal, which when it arrived was cold. Not a great advert for the franchise!

The KFC in Basingstokes leisure park has to be one of the best in this high street food outlets the service is fast and friendly and the food is the best chicken is crisp and not full of grease and the restaurant and toilets are kept clean.

The drive through is awful. Bins always surrounded by rats. Best part of the meal was the watered down gravy. Normal practice is for the order not to match, they often leave small items out that you can't be bothered to go back for. Not sure if they are incompetent or making extra profit......

Went there on Sunday night at 630 and have never seen so many rats out around the bin shed will never return.

Went to KFC last night on the way home as my husband said not to cook after a long day. What a mistake that was!! Waited 20 mins in the queue finally got to the window to pay and left again for 5 mins while he faffed about with receipts!! When we got to the window to collect our food they had several bags lined up and had no idea who's was who's I nearly needed up with a completely different order all together! Anyway the short story is the good was luke warm I've been up all night and feel a bit dodgy this morning!! When we will ever learn not to go to KFC at the leisure park!!

I thoroughly enjoyed eating here although I had to spend extra money on a drink because the woman serving me said she would not give me the meal unless I ordered a drink.

cant believe it, ordered takaway, collected and drove home. Served the family lunch to find a bread roll complete with green mould. I think i will give KFC a miss from now, if they cant get basics like this right it makes you ask the question what else is in your meal.
