Burger King in Basingstoke and Deane

Delivery quick, order disappointing. Not sure how hard it is to not miss things, sorriest burger I ever seen. BK do better.

Food was cold, missing ingredients its not hard to do these simple things

Chips cold and burger Luke warm so needed microwave yesterday and today two different days two different outcomes.

Good food and on time that does it for me.

All food cold, drink warm. Shockingly small fries portions. I don't know why I keep trying BK, when it's like this at least half of the time I order from them.

Food turn up cold and took 2 hours

Food was cold and clearly not freshly cooked. I’m guessing it was waiting to be collected for a long time

From at the moment the app told me that The courier was on the way I saw on the map. he did not move for 10 minutes. the driver was sat in the same place and did not move at all. this was not the signal being weak because I got that as he eventually did leave. this was the driver not moving for 10 minutes. by the time the food got to me it was stone cold.

Took over an hour to arrive and stone cold when it did. Site showed driver at the restaurant for 40 minutes. Awful

Waited for 2 hrs and the food was a bit soggy

time kept changing 20 to 35 on order but over an hour for delivery and then cold on arrival not a good experience at all

Fries portions tiny and food arrived 40 minutes late and was stone cold.

The food was stone cold. I think this was due to the long route the driver had to go to drop the delivery before ours. Not good.

I had to wait an hour and a half for the food and then it was stone cold when it arrived .I only got refunded £3 too. Shocking.

this delivery service has become pointless delivery time is always lied about the food always arrives cold and bk took from 20:00 until 21:50 to get it

I seem to have only received a 1/4 of my portion of chips with my meal.

When ordering it said it would be half hour. Then updated to be an hour and half. Couldn’t cancel without still paying for it. Then advised it would arrive between an hour to hour and 20 mins. Eventually turned up after an hour and 10 mins and all the food was cold. Couldn’t be any worse. Had I known it would take over an hour I wouldn’t have ordered!

If any of you have tried the BBQ melt burger you'll understand why I'm so annoyed, the burgers are very nice, and not too big so it makes them perfect for a lunchtime snack, however to get one now at this outlet you have to order it via the app, I told the man at the counter that I don't have a smart phone so can't use the app, his words to me were "well you can't have the BBQ melt then, I already said you only get these if you use the app" he was probably the rudest server I have ever communicated or should I say tried to communicate with, you could see that he found this very amusing, We usually go to this Burger King every Thursday, we will be going to Wimpy from now on, I'm too old and proud to be spoken to in this rude manner

the food was stone cold. the Blueberry ice Fanta was half empty. loaded fries were all congealed together as the cheese got too cold with the chips. we paid nearly £30 for cold, half empty, no sauces as per order delivered. I am totally ashamed at the quality of service and how short of a distance it was you to travel and it was like someone put the food in a fridge and served it to us. what makes it worse the hospital are not allowed to warm up food. so we were left with eating cold Burger King

95 mins for an ice cold burger. I wouldn't accept that level of service from a pizza place in 1990 let alone now. Appalling incompetence.

Delivery took over 3 hours to come and when it finally arrived it was stone cold. Not only that but I’m only eligible for a £7.15 refund from a £30 order. Disgraceful.

Sravani was so helpful to me today when I lost my phone. We enjoyed our burgers my little niece and I and then made the discovery. We were going to the cinema and the tickets were on my phone. Sravani called my home and my phone was delivered to me in time as I had left it there. Thank you so much Sravani you are amazing

I don’t see how it takes over a hour and a half to deliver my food and when it arrives it’s so cold did they prepare it before the courier got there something needs to be done. I’m not expecting it to be baking hot but I do expect to have some warmth in the food and you don’t get no help from Just Eat specially when they charge delivery If it can’t be delivered within a certain time, they should just cancel the order

I ordered at 1548 arrived at 17.00 and all if the food is cold the driver was also very rude and was aggressively shouting at me for not answering the door immediately i have mobility issues and he had to wait less rhan a minute.

I ordered my food at 19:24 and it did not arrive until 21:10. My 8 year old son had to go to be late as he had to wait up for his food. My son has additional needs and would not eat anything else. I would like a full refund for this order as when the food arrived it was cold

Food left the restaurant at 10.18pm, I have received it at 10.59pm. Restaurant is 11 minutes away, driver was rude and didn’t answer my question as to what took so long. Really disappointed, shouldn’t have to wait this long for food, and now it’s cold so can’t eat it
