They always manage to get something wrong

I ordered my food at 19:24 and it did not arrive until 21:10. My 8 year old son had to go to be late as he had to wait up for his food. My son has additional needs and would not eat anything else. I would like a full refund for this order as when the food arrived it was cold

My order was on time, but I was missing the Whopper meal, and this 2nd night on the run. The first night my order never even turned up. That is not ok!

Food left the restaurant at 10.18pm, I have received it at 10.59pm. Restaurant is 11 minutes away, driver was rude and didn’t answer my question as to what took so long. Really disappointed, shouldn’t have to wait this long for food, and now it’s cold so can’t eat it

the food did eventually arrive 2 hours late. we attempted to call the shop who advised this was already sent 1 hour in but it turned up 2 hours later stone cold and inedible. we would like to request a refund for this

Food arrived about an hour and 40 mins after we ordered it and it was cold and stale. very disappointing, wish i could have option to cancel after an hour. very poor.

I haven't received my order and I ordered it at 18.35, yet the status changed to Delivered, and the time has changed 3 times as I took screenshot, why would the time change if it had been delivered. I've waited for over two hours and I have nothing to show for it

Originally the food was due to be delivered by 5:45pm, but it didn't arrive until 6:30pm and they just kept pushing the time back and back. It was cold when it arrived, although the order was correct and food was fine once reheated.

Waited an hour and twenty minutes for a cold burger and sides. No way to cancel so you just have to put up with it. Terrible service. Courier was waiting forever for something that was obviously ready for a while.

my cheese bacon loaded fries was missing from my order, only got a tiny piece of bacon that I wanted on my chicken royal meal which I paid extra £1 and my large fries are cold. This is the first time I have ordered food from burger King and its already put me off ordering again. I don't just want the £1.50 refund I want the whole order refunded which was £30.22 .I know £2.59 of that was my credit which was used against this order. Our meals were spoilt because of missing and cold items.

late delivery, missing items. not hard to pack from a list

chips where dry, cold and inedible. burgers were cold, cheese bites had slight warmth. I somehow doubt burger King sent it out like that, so I can only assume that the driver had them for ages before delivery.

Complete wrong order and it was cold so even if it was ours (which it wasn’t) wouldn’t have been good anyway. We did not eat that one anyway as it wasn’t ours. Delivery took about 30 mins maybe a little less

My food has come with some hits are cold of both of the meals and makes it not as enjoyable and very disappointed as we changed from McDonald's to here as burger king normally are very hot always

rider dropped my drink on the floor right in front of me damaging my drink extremely unhappy about this he also didn't update the app to let me know he was on the way until he was outside my house

Nice place to come after taking the children to the cinema. People great, food came quickly and hot and they offered help, as I was walking with crutches

Majority of items were missing. Complete wrong. Received an order for a Christina, not very happy that GDPR has been broken either as some random person has my name, address and phone number. Really not happy

coming from a former mcdonalds regular, bk has a gourmet characteristic that mcdonalds does not

Ordered food as we’ve had a bereavement and it arrived at 2010. Firstly delivery person said it was KFC, secondly food was cold, thirdly the bag carrying the drinks was falling apart because of the wetness. Very disappointing

all food was really good apart from my whooper burger which only had ketchup no onion, mayo or gherkins.

completely the wrong order, we got delivered a whopper cheese bites and large fries with a coke zero

ordered my food at 18:10. after an hour an a half had gone by I tried cancelling the order. it said I could cancel the order but I'd still be charged. at 20:45 my order got changed to food delivered at 21:15. to be fair I don't know if it got delivered in the future because I'm still in the present. I'll wait half hour and see

never turned up, waited 2.5 hours for a driver then said delivered but it wasn't.

Driver had delivered wrong order to us which we noticed straight away at the door and driver said he'll be back soon, 25 minutes later he returned with the same wrong order again insisting we take it anyway and to take it up with just eat. This is what happens when driver don't pay attention with multiple order dropoffs!

Great to eat here and used my BK points for some free items.

Everything was nice apart from I ended up with a milkshake without a straw 🤷‍♀️

Ordered at 20.56 and it wasn’t delivered until 23.17. Didn’t even eat the food as we had already gone to bed when it arrived

Couldn’t even read the instructions to remove items. Sent out items completely wrong so the person couldn’t eat either of there burgers, there is notes and remove items on there for a reason !! Not good if you suffer any allergies cause they obviously can’t read correctly

I can’t even give any stars and it was nothing to do with Burger King and all to do with Just Eats it took Just Eats 2.5 hours to deliver my food!!! I had been at work all day and was wfh my food was left sat for over 2 hours and just eats never came back to me!!! Worst service ever

Had a bad experience here a couple of years ago but thought I would give it another shot’ really wish I hadn’t bothered ordered 2 cheeseburgers and Med drink wanted to sit in the sun so took outdoors burgers were stone cold the bread roll were stale and £2.99 for a med drink never again will I be eating there again.

This has nothing to do with the driver and everything to do with how Just Eat works (The driver actually got here fairly quickly) WHY do you allow us to pick a time for delivery, just so you can ignore it and have it turn up 20minutes after the chosen time? Absolutely backwards.

Not happy! Order my kids dinner and only half was delivered! Phone restaurant and they say they will send what is missing. Wait over 30mins, phone back and they aren't sending more food! Thanks for nothing! No star was not an option!

Hello… i give 0 stars! I am so disappointed in my order i received tonight! I spent just over £40 and it isn’t eatable! Just wasted a whole £40! Just sat on the side… The chips are like rubber the burgers are cold and like rubber and the onion rings are like play dough. I now have to spend more money to get the family dinner…

the food got delivered an 1.5h after the order was placed. called restaurant and they said they dont have a drivers and that my order is on its way now. i was assured the food would not be cold on delivery, however when I got the order my ice cream was melted and all food delivered cold.

No idea how late it was but I fell asleep on the sofa and didn’t hear the door being knocked, let alone a phone call etc. I know it could have been swiped/nicked by someone if the driver did leave it.. just suspect they didn’t. Twenty odd quid for nothing!!

Burgers were a little firm but enjoyable, really like the soft drink refills. Restaurant was busy but no lack of seating. Was clean and tidy with staff keeping on top of clearing left wrappers etc and regularly wiping tables down.

I came with my family to try burger king. The lady who served us was very polite, since this was my first visit to burger king, i was new to the menu. She helped me to pick my meal, she knew what she was doing. I didn't feel rushed to pick my meal at all. One of the best services. I'm definitely coming back 😍
