was given to courier extrememly late ! Arrived stone cold and inedible. what a waste of money.

I ordered and then order got cancelled so i ordered pizza through the call , then after alongg time of canceling my orders you bring it same time with my pizaa so in conclusion u just spent me 30£

Sravani was so helpful to me today when I lost my phone. We enjoyed our burgers my little niece and I and then made the discovery. We were going to the cinema and the tickets were on my phone. Sravani called my home and my phone was delivered to me in time as I had left it there. Thank you so much Sravani you are amazing

I ordered because timescale said 25 to 45. 45 being latest. instead I had 1 hour 25 delivery. food was cold and items were missing! very unhappy customer

I don’t see how it takes over a hour and a half to deliver my food and when it arrives it’s so cold did they prepare it before the courier got there something needs to be done. I’m not expecting it to be baking hot but I do expect to have some warmth in the food and you don’t get no help from Just Eat specially when they charge delivery If it can’t be delivered within a certain time, they should just cancel the order

Food great, hot and tasty, delivered on time and gentleman polite.

I ordered at 1548 arrived at 17.00 and all if the food is cold the driver was also very rude and was aggressively shouting at me for not answering the door immediately i have mobility issues and he had to wait less rhan a minute.

I ordered my food at 19:24 and it did not arrive until 21:10. My 8 year old son had to go to be late as he had to wait up for his food. My son has additional needs and would not eat anything else. I would like a full refund for this order as when the food arrived it was cold

Food left the restaurant at 10.18pm, I have received it at 10.59pm. Restaurant is 11 minutes away, driver was rude and didn’t answer my question as to what took so long. Really disappointed, shouldn’t have to wait this long for food, and now it’s cold so can’t eat it

Burger King improved a lot in recent years, both the recipes and variety. They have surprisingly good take-away coffee for a burger place and it is part of the meal option. Place is always busy but there are a lot of kiosks to order from. Wait times minimal.

Originally the food was due to be delivered by 5:45pm, but it didn't arrive until 6:30pm and they just kept pushing the time back and back. It was cold when it arrived, although the order was correct and food was fine once reheated.

I haven't received my order and I ordered it at 18.35, yet the status changed to Delivered, and the time has changed 3 times as I took screenshot, why would the time change if it had been delivered. I've waited for over two hours and I have nothing to show for it

Waited an hour and twenty minutes for a cold burger and sides. No way to cancel so you just have to put up with it. Terrible service. Courier was waiting forever for something that was obviously ready for a while.

We ordered eat in, sat down and waited for our number to move to the ready, when it did we went to the counter to find our food had been sat in a takeaway bag on the side. Our food was then taken put of the bag and put on a tray, went back to and the food was barely warm. Then find the drinks machine was only giving cherry flavour, so told a member of staff. He came out to the machine and rudely said it was working, to which we replied no its only giving cherry, he had a bad attitude, luckily a girl then came out and fixed it. The staff memebrs that served us just seemed to be put out if you asked for anything

my cheese bacon loaded fries was missing from my order, only got a tiny piece of bacon that I wanted on my chicken royal meal which I paid extra £1 and my large fries are cold. This is the first time I have ordered food from burger King and its already put me off ordering again. I don't just want the £1.50 refund I want the whole order refunded which was £30.22 .I know £2.59 of that was my credit which was used against this order. Our meals were spoilt because of missing and cold items.

My food has come with some hits are cold of both of the meals and makes it not as enjoyable and very disappointed as we changed from McDonald's to here as burger king normally are very hot always

Ordered food as we’ve had a bereavement and it arrived at 2010. Firstly delivery person said it was KFC, secondly food was cold, thirdly the bag carrying the drinks was falling apart because of the wetness. Very disappointing

ordered my food at 18:10. after an hour an a half had gone by I tried cancelling the order. it said I could cancel the order but I'd still be charged. at 20:45 my order got changed to food delivered at 21:15. to be fair I don't know if it got delivered in the future because I'm still in the present. I'll wait half hour and see

Driver had delivered wrong order to us which we noticed straight away at the door and driver said he'll be back soon, 25 minutes later he returned with the same wrong order again insisting we take it anyway and to take it up with just eat. This is what happens when driver don't pay attention with multiple order dropoffs!

Great to eat here and used my BK points for some free items.
