Took and hour and 15mins food was cold had to heat in the microwave

the courier on the app was at the restaurant for a long period of time. when the food arrived it was cold and the can of drink was warm! next time will just go and get it myself!

My Filet tower burger was cold and had been made with two boneless chicken strips not a filet chicken burger. Deliver time crept back by 20 mins in total, but app updates were helpful

Very quick to be delivered, food was good but unfortunately there was a can of drink missing.

Chicken was very dry, chips portion very small and cold, large gravy was missing. order delivery time kept changing was 30 min late. this is the second time delivery late and items missing.

Careful when picking up your order, double check it!! Is the third time I leave with incomplete order, today was the worst 8 spicy wings!!! And wasn’t busy at all, they just don’t care!

food delivery time was almost 2hrs from ordering when the app said 35mins when it arrived it was stone cold and dryer than the sahara dessert! complete waste of £15

i put the things i did not want in the notes but still received them i really wasn’t happy since it ruined the meal

my wife ordered us food as in was recently iill and cannot go downstairs, the driver was rude to me and sisnt listen to my instructions when he was parked in front of my house and drove off coming back again, he did not realise i spoke fluent portuguese and me and my brazilian wife are very sure he leftt swearing at us

Filet burger was tiny and very overcooked

Delivery perfect a very small bean portion for 2.99 and we had requested no drum sticks so there was 5 in the bucket not deliveries fault that was spot on

didn't get what I had ordered but we enjoyed it anyway. did ask for gravy and mash but got coleslaw and sweetcorn

placed my order at 7pm and had a notification that it would be delivered by 7:35pm for it to not turn up until 8:10pm. with food being slightly on the cold side too

I ordered just 3 chicken wings and a drink had to wait 25 minutes noticed that the chicken was cold. The woman that gave my food to me rolled her eyes after me asking to repeat the number then I sat down there was snotty tissue on the table. Never eating there again

I would give less than 1 star if possible. We ordered through the KFC app, the food was prepared immediately but it then took over an hour for the driver to collect and deliver from a 10 minute drive away. The food was all completely cold and inedible by the time it arrived and the delivery driver was rude and abrupt. The customer service was appalling, we were told that this was within company policy and they would be doing nothing to remedy the situation, and would not let us speak with a manager as this would apparently not change the situation. We tried to call the store directly but they were not answering the phone. Will never be using this store or service again.

Ok. I walk into Mall KFC at 22:45, I ask, is indoor dining upstairs still available? Yes, answered. I proceed, can I have six hot wings, sorry sir we only have three left. Ok, three hot wings and two pieces of chicken, one beans and one tango. I go upstairs and at 22:59 a young lady comes up and says we close at eleven. Really? Well I’m still eating. At this point I have one small thigh sized piece which I said I will finish and then go, explaining that the server said upstairs dining was still available at 22:45. The young lady continued to harass me, then went downstairs. I finished, I cleared my table, I left my unfinished Tango on the counter and my chicken bones in bag on counter too. The young lady was now on the door. As I went out I explained I hadn’t finished and was not leaving until I had. I was the last diner. As I left I said perhaps the server should have said, only a takeaway service available. But he never. So the solution to this, after 22:30 the dining area is closed and only a takeaway service is available. It’s really easy to implement that and customers then know they are not going to be told to leave and it’s not their fault we close at eleven, when I clearly am not finished. Do better. This does not happen in city kfc’s.

The chicken pieces were cold , dark, probably old , warmed up, same were the small portion of the fries. Dismal ! Never again l shall have food from this mall branch of KFC .

Delivery time was changed once order was excepted and then was moved out again. Order was incomplete.

Food arrived an hour late and was cold. Bag containing the food was wet and falling to bits. Given this experience I would not recommend Just Eat to anyone.

Food was barely warm, the can of tango was wrapped up with the food & was warmer than the food. The chips were so soggy they were all stuck to the paper. Ordered from the malls because delivery time was quicker than the leisure park but it was 30 minutes later than the advertised time.

This is a review for Uber Eats delivery from KFC The Malls as the KFC website did not work. My first order and most of the food arrived ok and tasted great but when I then tried to get a refund from Uber it was really hard work and they did refund a lower incorrect amount and from that point were not interested in any further communication which was all via chats from what looked like an overseas support centre with a lot of pre-prepared responses, many not appropriate. So KFC food was great but Uber Eats was not very good so will not be using again.

Had a zinger burger and pop corn chicken 2 hours after eating it. I suffered food poisoning!!! I was very unwell 😫 lady manager who I saw nxt day was very apologetic and helpful. Sorry to say I won't be ordering here again!

It’s really annoys me that all drivers don’t bother to read the delivery notes section and continue to knock on the wrong door of the property this needs to be more prominent for drivers to notice and not so easy to ignore or it’s pointless having that feature at all ??

One of the staffs there named shanti had a excellent service. She worked on tuesdays i like her a lot. Thank you so much shanti for making my kfc experience so good.

The driver stayed at a location in the estate for about ten minutes then put the order through as delivered while I was texting him asking where he was. Basically the driver sat there eating my food- appealing service

Food was burnt but freezing cold by the time it got to us. Having just got back from a day spent flying to Geneva and back, my husband was so disappointed.

time kept changing kfc was preparing the food before the driver was there which I believe they did and it sat there waiting cause it was all cold when arrived. of you don't have the drivers don't accept the order. won't be using just eat again.

Order placed at 18:27. ETA 19:10. At 19:10, order status was food was being prepared, ETA 19:30. At 19:30, food was still being prepared, ETA 19:50. This continued until the food was out for delivery at 20:52, arrived at 21:04, all on a Wednesday. Food was literally colder than the drinks. Awful.

No problem with the driver but no 1.5 Pepsi max that’s included to my order this is ridiculous! We’re looking forward to have a drink and it’s forgotten by the kfc staff

order was at an address 5 minutes away and i saw him drive off as i was driving up. Never got my food, the driver dudnt respond to phone and KFC didnt respond to phone calls.

Took an age to arrive and when the food arrived it was cold, the delivery driver was too busy talking on his phone to care about the delivery to ask him any questions. £40 waster I feel!

The food was very good and the delivery was on time however my chips looked like they had been thrown in the bag. Perhaps q better packaging strategy next time?
