Order placed one kebab with garlic sauce and spicy wings. What a mistake the kebab was greasy and it was served with tartare sauce not garlic mayo what the hell were they thinking. The wings were cooked beyond edible was like chewing deep fried cardboard. They were either last nights food reheated or just straight up over cooked. The only part of the meal that was any good was the canned drinks and that is cause the chef could never cock up a canned drink. It’s a shame cause only a year ago the food was divine. Recommend they sack the chef cause he or they clearly have no idea how to cook. Both meals chucked away. Idea of how bad this was our dog eats anything even he would not eat this food.

Meat was cold, salad was not fresh, pitta straight from a packet! Nothing good here. Yet to find a good venue in Basingstoke, and this one does not fulfill the criteria.

Regardless of what I order you guy's always get it right.

The food was delicious, especially the cheese naan, and the lamb balti. The delivery was also pretty much on time.

The food looked radioactive. The tikka masala was bright red the korma bright yellow and the raita cucumber dip was bright green like really really green. Despite this there was no flavour to the curries.

One rice missing would take another 50 mins on top of the 80 it had taken to get here to go back and get one (3 miles hmm). Korma was artificially coloured and sweetened so sweet my children couldn't eat it! Poppadons were stale and bendy. Chicken tikka masala was super food coloured and far too sweet also. All Food was tepid and no sauce it was all artificial mush like it had been made (same colour and consistently) in a slush puppy machine.

Really bad. We paid for the meal via card on the app, and it stated free delivery. When the delivery driver arrived, he demanded a delivery fee of £2.50 in an aggressive manner. Luckily my partner was there to step in as I would've given in and paid it as the driver wouldn't leave the doorstep.

Unhappy customer ..... ordered chicken tikka masala x2. .. order was not right. Turned up with dried chicken tikka instead ..my partner was fuming before we could get to the take away driver .... no point in phoning the take away as we would of have to wait another hour or so for another delivery .... the food was so bland that i had to throw it away i wouldnt even feed it to the dog! I will not be using them again .... just like every other take away we have used ... orders not right and not stated as we ordered 18 pounds down the drain!

If you order from them direct you get a different menu and the food taste better. I order here because on here is the only way can get a birayani but the food was overly salty and just didnt feel fresh. Gutted.

It took 2 hrs to get it, ordered it at 20:09 got it 22:10. Did not get complete order. Food was very nice but was let down badly by service.

La comida tuvo 70 minutos para entregar. Las patatas fritas eran como goma, bulked mi £40 orden con unos 2 kg de patatas fritas Olf higiénicos. El pollo estaba derretida en los tres contenedores de poliestireno. En el pasado hemos sus curries y tienen sido enfermizo dulce más algún tipo de pulpa verde. Enedible y terminamos en la papelera. El hecho que hemos usado theat verlos es sólo un reflejo de la falta de alternativa viable entrega de comida en Basinstoke. Para ser sinceros, aunque sus pinchos y hamburguesas no están demasiado mal.

delivered within time stated, food was the best we have tasted, curry, rice, naan, samosa, kebab in naan bread and chips, all excellent and will use again, thank you kings.

Took far too long to deliver with no apology and their customer service left much to be desired. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The starter exceeded my expectations as a customer, it was full of flavours and was piping hot, with great taste. They could improve on the main however as I found it to be slightly under portioned( only slightly) with the meat and lacked perfection, the main was good but not perfect in other words. But far better than any other place for this cuisine by a county mile

Terrible !! Ordered 2 x mixed grill genie specials they came without contents as described in the menu andwere burnt so much that was all you could taste - ordered seekh kebab starter never got it !! As I ordered 2 main meals I thought I would get a sauce and salad for each as described - no that never happened,1 portion for both meals!! All in all I was disgusted, disappointed and feel ripped off - never again !!

Apparently "salad" consists of lettuce and one piece of tomato. We were charged for delivery even though we're within the 5 mile radius and our order was over the minimum for free delivery. We won't be ordering from here again and wouldn't recommend it.

I love love love their kebabs. Chicken Tikka Shish is the best I've had (especially as they put it in a naan and not just a thin pita bread). We always get good delivery time, or a nice friendly discount if we collect

10 fingertip sized pieces of chicken in my large chicken kebab, informed it was standard.... Ripped off completely but rest of food is good, would normally recommend but managers attitude was awful!
