I've ordered a rice box and was more of a salad box with 2 spoons of rice. Whay should I have a 100 characters review if my experience was crap

Ordered on the app, delivered the wrong order, rung up to complain, the first person pretending to the manager. After not being able to answer my questions the real General Manager asked me to come in. I drove to the store (which I asked for my food to be delivered from) then told me he couldn't do anything because the app is a "3rd Party" app even though it is KFC. Didn't even apologies for his team failing and suggested not to come to his KFC again. We have had several orders from here and ALL of them have been wrong. Absolutely disgraceful! How can own a Franchise and not care!!! Quality starts from the top down. KFC you are equally at fault! No communication or training around the app according to manager to resolve issues like this. Unacceptable. REMEMBER If you are order food never get it from KFC Stafford - Hough Retail Park!

Ordered on Drive Thru for family meal on Sat 2nd Sept 2023. Not busy and was given order in large bag, unfortunately when arrived home discovered not remotely what I ordered. Returned to rectify order and was given refund for what I was given then had to pay for original order. Returned to car but before setting for home decided to check contents of bag. Order still missing one bargain bucket!!!!!! Returned to rectify only to be confronted with server with a smug grin who appeared to know what he had done. Wasn't even offered a replacement meal which had obviously become cold. Absolutely shocking attitude and service.

If I could give 0 stars I would've, all of the food was cold and most of the chicken fillets were inedible. The 11 herbs and spices that was supposed to be on our chicken were just flour and not just a little flour. It was so bad, not even the dog would eat it

Rolled up to the drive through to order a ten piece variety bucket and extra wings. Arrived home to find a bargain bucket with corn and gravy all cold. On inspection it was a returned delivery, you could even see where the tags had been removed from the bag. Phoned to complain and just got abuse on the phone. What an absolute shower.

Good. The food was good, service was quick, décor was modern and the place was clean. Just a typical KFC.

Delivery was 30 mins early, which never bodes well. The chicken tasted like it had been sat somewhere for a long time and then cremated. Absolutely foul! Never again.

Ordered at 5:40pm as a xmas eve treat, waited 2 hours for delivery when it stated only 30 mins. Ordered a bucket which should of had gravy and chips.....no chips, no gravy, bag looked like it had been dragged through a hedge. Called to check delivery and when the girl picked up the phone said "don't you wreck my day with this" in a nasty tone. Clearly having a barney with someone. absolutely appalling service! Called back once delivered to day that the gravy was out of stock 30 mins before delivery but not told. Told to come down to the store to collect food, at 7:40pm on xmas with a 5 year old! The people in their needed sacking. Absolute pile of tosh. Never eat from there!!!!!

Delivery never arrives after 2 hours wait. They kept changing the delivery time on the track. Won’t order anything again from them.

Ordered a two piece meal to take away. The chicken pieces were both mainly all bone and the chicken was dreadful. Overcooked and dry, mainly bone. Very poor quality

I went through the drive through, was told to park up, waited for 20 minutes until I eventually went inside, it turned out my order had been forgotten about and when I did get home it was wrong! The restaurant was dirty when I did go inside, should have told me something, will never go there again.

Really disappointed with our visit to the drive through. Being the holidays we decided to have a kfc to find their was a limited menu. No rice box’s ok I’ll have a wrap if that’s what you can call it with cold chips.

Chicken was cold and like leather, seemed like it had been sitting for a long time. Beans didn't say bbq beans as a side, so we weren't expecting the taste. Not overly impressed.

Very disappointed with my first KFC for over a year. The chicken had none of the tasty spices it used to have. Just slimy tasteless breadcrumbs. Had a takeaway and threw most of it in the bin.

My las visit at KFC was very disappointing, I have ordered a rice box with an extra fillet and the box was filled with salad and just a little bit of rice and the extra pieces of fillet for which I have paid 1 pound more, it was missing.

My main focus is not the food which was appalling. Cold fries and lukewarm chicken. It went straight into the bin. My main concern is that the staff were not wearing gloves or masks and clearly not social distancing. I will not be returning.

Quite honestly a revolting experience. I love my KFC gravy but it had been watered down to the extent it had no flavour. That should be a franchise sackable offence in itself. Chicken breast pieces were underdone & cold as were fries. Appalling place. KFC in Finchley Road, London is the quality benchmark for me. I will never visit the Stafford outlet again.

Went through the drive through to hear staff shouting and swearing (using the F word). They thought we couldn’t hear but we heard everything. Totally unacceptable particularly when you have small children in the car. They had nothing for my vegetarian daughter to eat, or they couldn’t be bothered to cook it more like! Food was cold. Look at the other reviews. The place needs closing down!

Today we had lunch with my family in the KFC.Elise the saleswoman and the order taker was very rude with a racist attitude we had two zinger burgers meals and a tower burger meal which we told her to be without mayonnaise becausemy daughter have allergy. Once the order was ready we realized that Tower burger meal was not there instead we just had a fillet and peace of cheese.You should pay attention to the staff that serves your customers, we will not repeat to eat in the restaurant.

Just had a delivery of kfc through Deliveroo. Appalling meal: Gravy watery and tasteless Boneless chicken coating under cooked and inedible Jinger burger cold Fries cold Chicken with the bone, cold and tasteless.

Cassie, Molly and Charlie (guy) are just 3 of the wonderful staff at KFC. There are others, these guys always say hello and will do anything they can to make you feel happy.

I had to go through the drive through twice which took over an hour because the order was wrong. The intercom tech needs to be improved as everyone was struggling to place their order and the volume on speaker was offensively loud. When I came round second time round the member of staff still could not understand me and offered no apology, refund or understanding. DO NOT GO HERE! Ended up having to pay for something I already paid for. Not fast food... it’s Russian roulette extra slow food!

5 of us just had Family feast & burgain bucket and it’s quick & warm. We’re bit misunderstood at the counter but Clair the cheerful & helpful lady sorted out smoothly. Returned with 5 happy tummy. Thanks to KFC staffs.

This outlet is an absolute shambles. The food is basic KFC but the service is horrific, being not only slow but incapable of delivering an order.It is normal for orders to arrive at the counter without the dips. It is always necessary to check the bag and ask for your missing dips. I do mean ALWAYS. In two years I have not once received a complete order on the first attempt at this outlet. Quite an achievement.On our most recent order (an optimistic delivery) things got worse. We were underwhelmed to break the "Checked and Sealed" sticker on our 8-piece Dipping Boneless Feast to find that not only were the dips missing, but also the popcorn chicken. And there were only 7pieces of boneless chicken.

We ordered a family feast. 10 pieces of chicken, 6 of them where drumsticks . Waste of money, service was no better either long wait even though the place was empty.

Many times I've been, every time a fail in some regard. Either they don't have the right packaging (serve large sides as two regular because they have no large containers) or there are items missing from the order and I have to go back again after already taking it home.Last night after the app failing to take payment for pre-order I went inside. I gave my order. The server then advised after 10 mins there were no corncobs so I changed that order. 12 mins later the order was ready. I've learned from my mistakes so took the bag to a table to count the items off the receipt. Part of the order was an 8 piece bonless feast. There appeared to be all the order, plus the 8 pieces of chicken, but wait... two large sides? - one had been replaced (the corn) but the other wasn't there. I went back to the counter and retrieved my missing side and left (30 minutes after walking in)At home get everything out and realise there were no dips, no popcorn chicken (part of the feast). So yet again, even after trying to prevent it, I still get fleeced.Including the time to get there and back it would be quicker to order from a takeaway and probably more reliable.

The title says it all!Called in at about 22:00 (they shut at 23:00) - the only customer in there, and the heat lamp area was empty. Not looking hopefull...Was politely informed that they had no chicken. Saturday lunchtime. Filthy and cluttered, tables needed wiping,smelt of rotting chicken, Soda all over the floor, Not busy so no excuse. Didn't stay.

I had read bad reviews about this KFC but none of them applied to my visit. The place was clean and we were served quickly. The food was hot and well cooked not greasy. I was really pleased I ignore previous reviews.

Came here today very busy waiting for 10 munutes to get served staff like rabbits in headlights miserable and walkng around like zombies waited 25 minutes and still no order never said when took order that there would be a wait for food finally gave up and asked for a refund asked for a manager as none of them seemed to know what they were doing young girl who gave me refund said she was one of the managers and so i said we had been waiting for by then 30 minutes and her reply was 'but we arent a fast food restaurant'

Went on Christmas Eve for tea for the family, stood waiting and being infinite’s for 29 minutes listening to the staff tell customers the only sides they had left were salad and rice. Members of staff with filthy clothes using clear bin bags that were clearly used to replace full ones then take the full bags through the food prep area, staff placing dirty fingers inside boxes and placing mis-ordered chicken back on the racks after being boxed. The staff were clueless and after I eventually placed my order (after being assured they had the chicken in) I was informed a delivery order took priority and there was no chicken left to complete my order.This is a farce of a business and I will not be returning.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.The only KFC worse than this one is at Festival park, Hanley.

The staff at this KFC need some serious customer service and attitude training. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a restaurant where the staff are so rude, ignorant and completely useless. Whoever is the manger here needs to either be fired or take a serious look at the trip advisor reviews. I’m trying to establish contact details for their regional manager as it’s clear the amount of negative reviews make no difference to the customer experience for people visiting this venue. If you absolutely have to go to a KFC take a short trip down the road to the Cannock branch! This place does not deserve our custom

We had the misfortune of visiting your Stafford branch earlier today. On arrival, a delivery driver was asking the details of a staff member to make a complaint, not a good start. The restaurant was relatively quiet and we were the only customers waiting at the counter. 5 members of staff behind the counter, gossiping amongst themselves or standing there vacantly staring into space. Not one staff member greeted us and we had to ask if we could order. An incomprehensible grunt was given and we were continued to be ignored for a few more minutes. No apology for our unnecessary wait was given. We placed our order and stood waiting , watching the staff members walk around with no apparent clue of why they were there. An ungloved member of staff opened a boxed burger and lifted up the bun to look at it, before placing it back for sale. Another member of staff walked into the restaurant area to make a phone call. Then followed a second staff member who brought a drink into the restaurant area to sit next to someone she appeared to know who was perched by the drinks machine. Our wait for food continued, still no apology or explanation other than the muttering that they were waiting for popcorn chicken. The box in which the popcorn chicken was due to be placed, had been in the hands of the server for some time whilst she carried it round with her, thoughtfully squashing it occasionally. Despite knowing the popcorn chicken wasn't ready, the remainder of the box meal was prepared and left bagged up. It was at this point that I finally had enough and asked for my money back. The reason for the visit tonight, was because my son had specifically requested a KFC after being unwell over Christmas. This was the first food he had wanted to eat and we had to leave with him being disappointed. There was no order or direction in your restaurant, no one appeared to know what they were doing. The staff members are rude, and their uniforms were dirty.

Just fancied a KFC meal after a hectic day, jumped in the car and drove down to our local KFC. We knew exactly what we wanted, stood in a small queue of four people for about fifteen minutes. The staff seemed to be on ultra slow setting, they definitely needed a pep talk on customer service. Before we actually got served a face appeared from the kitchen and spoke to the girl taking orders. Then the body blow, "we're not taking anymore orders at the moment due to the amount of people waiting !!!. Just where these people were I don't know unless they had all decided to use the toilets at the same time !!.

Chicken wings full of fat and swimming in grease that taste of fish, horrible pizza. Again that odd 'off' taste. Please save your money and avoid this place.

So many times they miss items from my order and again they have so I have to write a review to warn people. They have missed not just small item before but things like the whole burger. Just had a bucket delivered on deliveroo and no fries in the bucket. Suppose to have 4 regular fries. Last time I went I waited 40 minutes for a box meal in store . People were asking for refunds because they have waited so long. Drive through was backed up. Restaurant a mess. Either get more staff to deal with demand or close. The touch screen self ordering never have paper in and the person serving seems to be doing everything from serving and getting the orders. Never seen anything like it. Worst managed kfc hands down. I’m not blaming the staff they are over worked. Something needs to be done and these reviews simply back up everything I’m saying.

Waited 15 minutes to get served, this was after the 2 lads in front walked out because they had been waiting god knows how long. We were the only people in the queue. Had a bit of a moan at the server who replied with “ I’m doing my thing” mate your thing, your doing nothing!.

I bought some KFC from Stafford branch 0n Saturday, I have been sick ever since...the worst chicken I have ever tasted ...never again 😱

The food is ok, however they seem to keep running out of Gravy for their mega boxes. which is a shame as their gravy is delicious

Walked in with a friend and our kids and the floor was so slippy, not wet but it had like a greasy film across the whole thing. So many people were slipping about, no signs nothing.

They took our order and payment quickly. Then we had a 50 minute wait for our food. I could have reared the chicken and done my own in the length of time it took to get our meal. Never again

After waiting 20mins, didnt even got to place the order. Left as had an appointment to make. All people in the drive through just left disappointed

The restaurant is really filthy, the floor is littered with old food and packaging, and the tables are stacked with old trays. This visit marked the 3rd time they have informed me after paying that they were out of gravy. They offered more chips but to be honest, without the gravy you might as well go somewhere else for chicken. I've also never encountered a fast food restaurant that runs out of one of the main side orders with such frequency, just stock more if it is such an issue.

Visited for a takeaway, few people in eating. Whilst I waited one guy returned his drink as he was served the wrong one, another took his meal back saying it was cold. I collected our meal only to find it wasn't what I had ordered when we got it home. This isn't the first time either. Really poor service from staff with attitude problems. The place needs a visit from head office and a damn good shake up.

Waited in the drive through queue for 15 mins as no one was taking orders the cars were backed up round the car park blocking new customers getting in. Gave up and parked in bay that came free near me. Went in and ordered and it was chaos inside as well, I could not get near the order point so used the order screen instead and the place was freezing inside. Placed the order at 2.02 order came out at 2.31...fast food... Complete joke...

Went to use the touch screens and both of them werent working,so queued up,when eventually got to the counter,we had waited for over 5 minutes at the counter,for someone to come,not even a sorry for your wait! told the unfriendly waitress that the touch screens werent working and she said yes we know,waiting for IT.....so why not put a notice on them telling people they were out of order,not hard surely! I dont know what it is with KFC,Stafford,Hednesford,Uttoxeter,no staff,you wait for ages,surely this cant be a standard KFC practice??????

Have loved KFC for years but the standard appears to have diminished recently. Not impressed when I visited last time but thought it was probably a one off. Unfortunately I was wrong, having visited today I was appalled with the quality of food presented. Standard meal included two tiny wings which were tasteless and seemed to have been cooked once and recooked to reheat. If I’d wanted chicken wings I would have asked for spicy hot chicken wings. Would expect at least one decent size piece of chicken in the standard meal maybe a drumstick or a thigh, with at least some meat, not two tiny wings more bone than meat.

What more do I need to say!!! Ordered at the touch screen to be told aat the counter they didn't have any cooked chicken joke!!!

You can’t go wrong with a KFC can you? As others have said this unit was badly organised, service took ages and they weren’t that busy, the order when it arrived was given with a cursory ‘here it is’. Pointing out that the coffee was missing, there was again no apology and then I waited another 5 minutes. The meal was ok but the manager needs to get a grip. We won’t be going back.

Quick service, slick online ordering, good nutritional page when you counting the calories!! food was hot freshly cooked. Place very busy, but coped quite well.

Went there 28/12/18 on an evening place was deserted, I should have turned back then but we ordered spent £30+ on to buckets fro takeaway and left , on returning home we realised that the dipping bucket didn’t have any dips ( how dumb can you get , the clues in the name ) and the other bucket was just as bad . The chips were even more disgusting than the usual kfc they were scabby and covered in black scabs (they went in the bin ) and the colonels recipe chicken he can keep as it was bland tasteless and even the dog wouldn’t eat it so the only thing fit to eat was the 8 hot wings ordered extra

KFC Stafford put to much salt in their chicken coating. It is dangerous for young children to have so much salt in food. Please change your coating receipe. You can give salt if customers needs it but don't full your coating with salt.

Ordered food at the drive-through and as well as slow but chaotic service many menu items were unavailable (at 6.30pm on Saturday). Not for the first time we got home to find food missing (but paid for) and there were no sauces although they were ordered. The chicken fillets were so salty they were inedible. The only positive was that the food was hot.

Arriving at 2135hrs on Friday evening, I ordered from the touch screen displays for a boneless banquet meal, and a fruit juice drink, specifying to eat in. When the number was called the meal was prepared for a take-away; it was then placed on a tray., My BBQ sauce had been omitted; this was supplied with an apology when I requested it. the venue needed a good clear up with waste packets etc about the tables and floor. The staff were pleasant but unenthusiastic in their approach; this was my first visit to a KFC, and I will be reluctant to try this chain again.

This place is dreadful, I’ve been before and it’s always been bad but this visit will be my last to KFC Stafford.

Very busy which meant all the chicken was freshly cooked. Used the new order point which cuts down the queues.

This will be our last visit at Stafford KFC over the last month we have visited the Stafford KFC about 3 tines for a flaming wrap and the 1st visit the wrap had not been put in the hot press.. so the second visit I asked could you please put it in the press...they never did.. the 3rd time was exactly the same so we gave up on the wraps ... just called in on our way home and thought we would try the new southern bites and some chips.. we heard them say 3 minutes for the bites (no one came and told us there was a wait for 3 minutes) anyway we thought at least they will be hot! We ended up waiting 8 minutes in all in the drive through..the meal came and off we went and to our shock they had cut up a mini fillet in to small pieces and tried covering them in sauce so we couldn’t see and to top it off they were cold!! The chips were also cold lifeless pieces of potato ... absolute waste of £7

I've never had a bad meal at this kfc I visited Saturday night and all staff members were polite and friendly to speak to also food was spot on I'd definitely recommend

KFC in Stafford is located in Hough Retail Park surrounded by Argos, Pizza Hut, Halfords, B&Q;, Bensons for Beds, Home Bargains, and the Sofa Carpet Specialist.

Ive been coming to this kfc for a few years now and must say there is alot of improvement, it used to be ran mainly by kids in my opioion. But as i said has got much better it is cleaner than before ànd the service and food improved alot..

Went to drive through, took 55mins! There were about 9 cars ahead, meaning the average serving time in drive through is an appalling 6mins per car,and if you go inside instead of drive through, expect double that per person. The service is just way too slow, "fast" food, haha what a joke.

Not a place to visit if you require quick service & if you use it, always check what you have ordered, as even using the drive through we have had to return because food is wrong. Don;t feel there is enough qualified staff for this restaurant & customer service is not their first priority. Buy chicken strips from Iceland, these are much better on taste & you can serve them hot.

The chicken is so tender the coating is amazing the fries with gravey is to die for...BEST FOOD EVER

I'm not wasting much time on this. Wrong orders , downgraded substitutes, ridiculously hard coating and cold food. It's sitting out too long people and it's good enough. This outlet is really letting the brand down.

Why oh why, did I let my 4yo grandson talk into wasting 15mins of my life. Stafford kfc is the slowest drive through in the world. It wasn't as if ot was busy... 3 cars infront of us, so hardly run of it feet. Note to self: do not use again... which is a shame as I do like kfc ..... its a service problem, and the problem is its poor!!!

I love chicken strips and fries with beans. Love the free cola they give as part of the meal. Not keen on the popcorn chicken never taste nice

Poor service from no manners from assistant to no tissues or wipes or salt being given at drive through
