The best restaurants serving American food in England

Oh dear really poor. The food was terrible. Spent £25 and the quality was awful. Ordered cheese and tomato garlic bread, no garlic and hardly any cheese or tomato. The chicken kebabs were processed chicken and small cubes. Salad was off. Food was cold. This place must of changed hands. wont use again.

Appalling service, food poorly presented and not hot. No thanks. It is beyond me that KFC UK have not shut this absolute dive down

RIPPED OFF AT BURGERKING! Beware of what you order ! I ordered 2 plain hamburgers expecting g reasonable burgers at £3.99 each. Instead we were given 2oz burgers normally £1.49 in high street burgerkings! I knows it's tje M4 services but more than double the price!! What a rip off!

Where do we start! Can safely say will never visit again. Knew it was bad but just getting worse! Requested no drumsticks and got 3 out of the 4 chicken. These were all overcooked. Drinks were flat. And the burger had half the coating missing. They just do not seem to care in this restaurant!! Lesson learned

Ordered a box meal for a family of 4. Firstly, the order took 30 minutes to arrive at our table and they missed half of the items in the box!! The queue was out the door, the drive through was packed and the place was disgusting with rubbish and drink spilled all over the floor and tables. Then ordered a milkshake and cookie which took 40 minutes to arrive!!! Absolutely diabolical, this needs to be fixed!!!

Not used a KFC, for some considerable time, but today we were hungry, it was pouring with rain, & this was handy. Obviously the food is the usual fayre, the service is quick. We were the only customers, in the seating area, which was clean & tidy, staff were pleasant, although, as is often the case with fast food outlets, the staff talk quickly, giving you little time to decide what to order, & then when you do, there are various options. It is difficult to just order simply. However, we enjoyed our food, although the chips could have been hotter.

Decided to pick up a KFC for a quick dinner and was really disappointed ,it was very quiet so hoped for a freshly cooked meal but what we got tasted as if it had been reheated, chewy chicken and inedible cold fries,waste of £25, would not visit again or recommend

This is the worst KFC I've had. Ordered a family boneless meal for our family and the chicken was too chewy to eat..I don't know if they're cooking it for too long or re-frying old chicken but it was an awful rubbery texture.. The corn on the cobs were not cooked long enough as they were not really edible. I wouldn't eat here again!

Fuimos a KFC Lancaster para recoger un cubo triple pre pedido que viene con 4 posiciones de patatas fritas. Tengo esto en casa, no hay patatas fritas y salsa absolutamente en todas partes, sonó la comida para llevar para que nos dijeran que volviéramos a entrar, traer la comida y vamos a reemplazar la comida, esto es un sábado por la noche, tengo a la familia en casa esperando a ser alimentado, y no hay manera de que vamos a volver a entrar, preguntado si podría reemplazar la comida en una fecha posterior y para tomar mis datos, no es ahora o nunca dijo el gerente, entonces suélteme el teléfono. Esta comida era de £ 23. 99 , no es barato, no recomendaría comer aquí a menos que desenvuelva todo antes de irse a casa para comprobar su correcto. El gerente necesita aprender algunos modales y habilidades de servicio al cliente, cuatro montones de papas fritas faltantes y la comida arruinada por la salsa en todas partes, muchas gracias.

Trowbridge KFC is the best KFC for miles. We go here regularly. We have tried other branches but alway come back to this branch. The food is excellent. The staff are outstanding. The manager is 2nd to none. Everyone is very competent and super friendly. Well done KFC Trowbridge. Keep up the good work. 👍 5 🌟

Ordered online over £40 for the family my son drove 4 miles to collect and after getting home 10 pieces of chicken missing. Called up spoke to Ellie who advised me (on speaker phone so my husband heard too) 10 piece would be free. Got there she didn’t even come to the front people were shouting to her in the back. Asked about refund “sorry can’t refund” what about a voucher “we can’t give vouchers” told them we had driven a total of 16 miles 2 trips and all they can do is replace the food (that they’d missed from the order) “we can give you more food “ if I wanted more food I’d have ordered it. Simply appalling service if I could give a minus I would.

Absolutely awful food, Soggy limp chips and Soggy non crispy battered chicken Very nasty taste to the chicken tasted like poor quality old broiler chicken Pourly potioned 14 pieces mostly drumsticks and bits of wings Total waste of over £20 will not be returning, we are local Beware !!!

Not ideal. The staff seem literally devoid of what a counter is or a till for that matter. When you wait at the counter there were 2 members of staff chatting but constantly facing away from the customer and desperate not to acknowledge. They will talk through the holes where they await they food but give zero attention to any customer waiting to be served. Noticed some delivery drivers were desperately trying nicely to get their attention as they'd prepared their orders but just slid them to the side without handing them over. All the while that poor customers food is going cold whilst they blatantly ignore customers and drivers at the counter. I've never been so gobsmacked.marsh Mills doesn't operate like this so that's why I'm so surprised and felt compelled to write this. Its zero customer service and seems to be young kids who've just started out in work who literally do not want to interact with the paying customer. Or interact with the delivery drivers who are trying to do a job for that matter

This place is perfect… if you want recooked chicken, uncooked chips covered in pepper? And a drink which is flat, full half with ice and attitude from the lovely staff inside
