Upon arriving at the second window to collect my order, the employee handed four drinks through my car window. As she passed them, the drink carrier gave way and tore, causing a large Coca-Cola to spill across my central console, passenger seat, my son’s trousers and shoes, and into the passenger footwell. The employee offered no apology and instead instructed me to move to the next window. I questioned her, saying, “Did you not see what just happened?” She responded by simply replacing the spilled drink, as if that were sufficient. I then requested to speak with a manager, at which point Joanne, the on-duty manager, arrived. She did not offer an apology or express any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, repeatedly stating that “it was an accident.” I politely asked for a refund on my order to cover the cost of a vehicle valet, but Joanne refused, saying she couldn’t make that decision and, if it were up to her, the answer would be no. She took no responsibility for the situation and continued to dismiss it as an unavoidable accident. When I requested to speak with another manager, Joanne declined three times, asserting that they would share her opinion. Eventually, another manager, Phil, came to assist. He was far more understanding and empathetic but explained that he could not override Joanne’s decision without consulting his supervisor. Phil assured me that he would escalate the matter and took my contact details for follow-up. While I am optimistic that Phil will ensure I receive a call back from a senior representative, I am deeply disappointed by Joanne’s handling of the incident. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to address the issue appropriately raises serious concerns about how she was placed in a position of authority. I would caution others to reconsider visiting this establishment.

Awful Service! Got my meal a minute after my partner ordered and they didn’t get their meal for 10 minutes and i went up to asked about his meal and all I got was dirty looks from this one member of staff and the whole time we were there she just kept staring at the two of us. Working in customer service myself this was an awful display and food was not up to standards!

Really terrible service and food the worst. I ordered 3-piece chicken and got 3 Sad, dried drumsticks. The worst kfc I’ve visited.

Terrible! I recently ordered from Burger Now in Swindon, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. The delivery was incomplete, with a crucial part of the order missing. As a result, what did arrive was stone cold by the time it reached me. There's nothing worse than looking forward to a meal and then being let down by cold food and poor service. Given the mishap with the order, it’s clear that their attention to detail and customer service needs serious improvement. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon. To be told given that I should ask for a refund tomorrow, DISGUSTING.

Thursday 23rd March and we were travelling along the M5 on our way from Seaton, Devon to Bolton. We stopped at this Service Station for a quick bite and a pit. We visited this branch of McDonald's which is located in the circular Food Hall area in the Service Station. It has a number of eateries, including this one around the edge of the area with seating in the centre. We ordered and paid for our food and drinks, two cheeseburgers and two flat whites, via self ordering screens. We did not have to wait long for our order to be prepared and collected. The burgers were tasty and at a good temperature, the coffee was as always flavoursome, fans of McD's coffee. The seating area was clean and well maintained. This was one of the best Service Station's that we have visited and McDonald's did not disappoint.

Worst ever service , waiting alteast one more than 30 minutes only for naan , ridiculous experience in my life and specially staff don’t know how to treat the customer uneducated people

Ended up here at the end of a night out around Kelham. First time here and it had fun & chilled vibe plus the music was great. Staff were super friendly too, shout out to Kaya!

Had lunch with the Mrs and the manager Jay and his staff was friendly and polite, I spoke to the manager directly to thank him personally 5*

I have to say after a really bad night. I met the lovely Alfonzo at Dirty Burger vauxhall. Not only was the food delish, we had a dirty burger and sweet potato fries. This guy went above and beyond to cheer us up. Thank you so much I will definitely be back here again. With Staff and service I received it needed a shout out. Yesterday I've had a very hard day. Didnt sleep or eat whole day. Cried whole day. Because of personal reasons. I went to the shop finally after someone's pursuation to eat something within budget. I was talking to that friend on phone the whole time and waiting quietly. The pakistani/indian guy there called me. He asked what salad i.want. i was holding the phone but not talking to anyone. And my voice was very low. Reasonably. I had a hard day. He didnt hear me properly. Suddenly he EXTREMELY RUDELY asked "can you please put the phone down for ONE MINUTE PLEASE?" I was baffled. And very insulted. Then i asked "yes of course but u cant behave like this with me". Then he asked " and can you talk a little LOUDER? I CANT HEAR YOU AT ALL...etc etc". At that moment I was so insulted that i didnt hear him at all. I said "sorry i dont want" and left the place. I got out and cried the whole road. This day was so hard for me. Therr was no one beside me except for a stranger friend on facebook who was there just because i requested. I was missing my parents. I had been horribly betrayed by someone. And i was sick. Ut was the only shop nearby my house. And now i get this after having the courage of finally getting out to eat? I wanna ask that guy, "do you know how much courage it took to get out yesterday?" and you didnt even reimburse my payment. Anyways. I.dont want that too. Maybe you shouldnt presume and behave this way with a person from next time? You just dont know what he/she went thru right? I hope you learn to be a human in addition to having a good business. I was served by a short person with glasses and a ponytail who was rude and provided shitty service. I noticed that the gloves weren’t changed( which I have a wheat allergy and got sick from it), no apron and just super rude :(

Very bad staff,there is one indian girl in night shift is very rude and very slow I waited my order for 15 min ,i was keep asking how long for my order she was not reacting that she was not hearing what i was saying then very rudely she said wait 5 min .I replied i already waited for 15 min then she gave me a angry look.i was scared that they all people of staff could attck on me.then i left the shop …..i think kfc should keep an eye on their staff
