Very unprofessional! Counter assistant completely ignored me and did not take my order until about 10 mins. Seems like they were snowed under and not able to cope with online orders. Bad experience

the food was soggy. the staff was rude. it was clustered and jammed. the place was also extremely dirty. they also got one thing from my order wrong. terrible experience

Terrible service, drivers don’t leave food, trying to call me when I’m out can’t understand why if I pay for something they don’t leave it at my address. Complete joke. Never order from this store again

Ordered a festive double bucket, no bottle of drink, popcorn chicken, only 4 mini fillets, grave instead of beans. How hard is it to follow an order?

During lock down and whilst we were in the garden seeing parents after along time, we decided to get a KFC. Easy to order through the app and arrived on time. Although I had missed KFC, the chicken box was greasier than I remember, but quantity and taste was there. Fries were OK, but as with all fast food restaurants, the fries do go dry quickly. Did the job and fed us well (and enough spare for the evening meal).

The place is dirty. They lie about offers. Tuesdays £5.99 offer - machine broken and today very busy. Absolute joke - they have worked out that the Tuesday offer £5.99 which is national for all KFC is not good for their profits. Their chicken is very salty and burnt - which raises questions to the quality of the chicken - won't be surprised if out of date. Card machine is filthy - please do not touch - use contactless.

Ahora trabajo para un gran restaurante bien conocido. El servicio de atención al cliente aquí es terrible. No entramos en la cola y había 3 personal simplemente hablar de la otra a pesar de que vimos está viniendo a la factura. Esperar unos 5 minutos para que sirve. Una de las mujeres dijo el chico a servirnos y él contestó diciendo que les servía y dijo perdone no pertenece a mi jefe. No me refiero a actuar incluso de tripas corazón. profesional Después de ser servido por otra señora nos dijo claramente nuestra orden justo pero no escucha. obvs Nos dio nuestra orden y que estaba equivocado. Entonces ella actuaron como si nos ofenden su cara con ella expresiones. Cada vez que quieres comer en kfc no queremos más porque el personal es ignorante y grosero. Gerente necesita para solucionar este problema. No sé por qué todavía no he cerrado tbh. Servicio de atención al cliente shittest que he visto.

KFC es el mismo en todas partes, me encanta el pollo. Más específica para este conjunto, el lugar está muy congestionado, deben realmente cambiar la forma en la que el restaurante está diseñado. A veces la cola es tan larga que no se puede abrir la puerta sin herir a algunas personas en su interior.

What more is there to say that hasn't been said before? - if you fancy a box of fried breaded chicken bits with a secret blend of herbs and spices and happen to be in the city centre then this is the place for you.

Nice food served quickly you can't go wrong, zinger burger is nice and all the shakes taste good, not the nicest of locations as there's normally a tramp fight going on, but then again it usually makes for good entertainment while having your meal.

Mi amigo y yo necesitábamos algo rápido para comer antes de regresar a Coventry University para una conferencia, decidimos ir KFC como no teníamos mucho tiempo. Lo primero es lo primero es el nivel de servicio al cliente pésimo no tenían una sonrisa en la cara, no darme la bienvenida que tenía que venir con ganas y pedir un pedido yo. Finalmente pedí un plato de hamburguesas zinger extra con 2 alas ascendió a casi 7 libras. Eso es cuando me di cuenta de que la caja de comida zinger golfas que incluía lo que pedí además de un lado por sólo £5, me pareció que era bastante decepcionante que la persona que sirve mi no te sugiero esto. Así que de todos modos cuando le dije que quería cambiar al fuerte comida en su lugar fuimos y hablé con su colega junto a él, que luego me dijo que todavía tienen que me cobraron £7 y no 5 libras por el fuerte comida, porque parece que no podría cambiar en el sistema que quiero decir qué basura es eso? No me quedé muy contento con esto, así que luego me dijo que me diera algo extra para compensar, es terrible que él me dio sólo 2 extra alas. Por lo que yo pagué casi £2 extra por sólo 2 alas! Yo era de verdad muy decepcionada con el nivel de servicio ofrecido pero debido a la cola y el hecho de que me tuve que asistir a una conferencia que no me puedo quejar o causar cualquier confusión. Me encanta KFC y nunca han tenido problemas, pero específico Branch es una vergüenza que en verdad creo que la gestión a cargo necesidad de mejorar su nivel de servicio al cliente!

Terrible, staff quite rude and pretty slow. Not enough seating area at peak times. Would recommend the one in the West Orchards (2 mins walk) instead.

El trato es bueno, pero podría estar más limpio, la situación en la ciudad hace que si no lo conoces de ante mano seguramente ni te enteres de que está ahí, el local podría estar mejor distribuido.
