KFC in Erewash

This place is vile, ordered twice and got told only after we paid that our items were unavailable, refunded wrong amount of money, food was cold got half a bag of chips, staff were using foul language and standing round chatting, will not be back in the future, you’ll probably die if you come here

Avoid this place, I should have read others reviews. Heating on full, only one fryer working, useless staff. Half family meal out and then told 15 min wait for the rest of the order. Absolute joke

DO NOT USE THIS KFC! They got my order wrong, cold food, gave me the runs. I ordered and they got it wrong then demanded I came to fetch it or I wouldn’t get it. Rude. Abysmal. Use the maccies next door

There was a moldy chip at the bottom off my popcorn chicken box have no idea how it got there but not very happy

Me and my wife decided to give this branch another go after seeing that it has recently been refurbished inside and out and boy are we glad we did. Looks like its had the new lease of life it desperately needed. Food and service was spot on. Vast improvement on previous visits.

Went on bonfire night expecting it to take ages. Served at first window and by the time I was at the second they already had my food and drink waiting, they were quicker than me!

We do not visit KFC that often but it never fails. Consistency is the key. No waiting time and food hot.

I ordered a boneless dipping feast worth about £25 and was delivered a bucket of chicken legs with no popcorn chicken and a portion of fries missing. We don’t eat chicken with bones in so everyone was put off. Not just that, but it was all cold and had a pungent smell of chemicals. The chicken was so greasy and there was a pool of grease and oil at the bottom of the bucket. It was disgusting. When we tasted the food it was completely inedible and left us feeling unwell. I contacted KFC and they said there was nothing they could do. What a waste of money, won’t be coming back ever again.

I love KFC but was annoyed to see later orders than mine for delivery men come out first. Perhaps that's why our family bucket was full of lukewarm chicken.

Called at kfc Ilkeston 16/11/2021 at around 20.30 after finishing work for the day. Wanted a tower burger meal no fillet burgers so had to opt for a mini fillet burger. Ordered 3 piece boneless dip meal no sweetcorn. Took away got home less than 5 minutes away and everything was cold. Taken back and was refunded. Not really good enough too busy doing orders for delivery. Will be a long time before visiting again.

Several items weren't available. Had to repeat order about 5 times. Nothing was edible. The chicken wasn't fully cooked. Never going back!

There was one table of people in the restaurant, and the drive threw wasnt particularly busy, yet most of the tables either had do not sit on them or need a clean. Had to ask staff several times to come wipe the table.

First time to the kfc drive through. And kfc since I became a vegetarian. This kfc is clearly massively understaffed. 3 that I could see and therefore waiting times a bit silly , a 20 minute wait for the vegan burger. Although I understand that it has to be cooked from scratch and separate. The drive through was fairly busy and luckily the restaurant was not or who knows how long the times could be. Not blaming the staff who were great. Now for the food, the vegan burger was lovely and it was nice to taste the kfc ness again. Always preferred the coating to the chicken. The fries btw are not vegan and have never been kfc strong point but a good dose of salt and they are fine....yes I shall be having another vegan burger...yum..roll on the revolution!!

Worst KFC going.. takes a few minutes to order your food and then they tell you to park up for 5 minutes for your food. I looked through the window and there was 5 staff on standing there joking around and laughing. I will not be coming back to this KFC ever again and I recommend no body else coming here. As a business I don’t know how this place makes any money or stays open. Diabolical service.
