Sugiero encarecidamente que Brett vaya a un entrenamiento de servicio al cliente. Starbucks necesita hablar con este caballero. Insistiendo en que moviéramos asientos porque teníamos algo de equipaje y dice que estamos en su camino. Completamente fuera de servicio. Siempre me encanta un Starbucks pero Brett y su impactante servicio ha dejado un sabor agrio.

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

I ordered at the counter and the girl behind the till was lovely, she helped me find out what I wanted as I didn't know what exactly to get. She was patient whilst I decided. The service was very fast, by time I'd paid and found a table I was getting straight back up to get my food. They weren't empty either, it was quite busy yet I wasn't waiting despite ordering a bucket

Food is always hot and tasty, restaurant always calls to check an order if they are unsure and are on time if not early! Guaranteed good food!

Good spot for a quick bite while shopping in St George's. The food was fresh, staff were efficient, and service was relatively quick even during busy hours. Seating area can get a bit packed, but it's still a reliable place for a classic McDonald's experience

I have to say after a really bad night. I met the lovely Alfonzo at Dirty Burger vauxhall. Not only was the food delish, we had a dirty burger and sweet potato fries. This guy went above and beyond to cheer us up. Thank you so much I will definitely be back here again. With Staff and service I received it needed a shout out. Always a good whiste-stop location to grab a coffee on the go when in the car. Ordered nd paid for through the app, collected through the drive through, this was a simple and easy process. Great coffee and friendly staff every time!

The experience was utterly appalling. Drink totally flat, the chips hot but massively over seasoned. The chicken was something else, hard, overcooked and incredibly wet with oil! Here the majority of reviews are poor or worse, I made the company aware and their response was to commit to putting things right, but reviews elsewhere have been responded to and management keep promising improvements but they clearly aren’t working if indeed anything is really being done
