Was cold n delivery driver got lost

Order online for collection and when we got there the man behind the counter said he didn't receive our order without even checking, showed him the confirmation email and he wouldn't except that. Said to call just eat and he said no. Come home and contacted just eat and they said they'll resend it, when we went back the man was very rude and hostile! Would never order from here again

Food was mostly warm. BBQ beans were fridge cold. Wings are pretty terriable. Chicken burger was fine. Fillet burger was ok. On the plus side load of fries supplied however with no salt. No serviette or cutlery supplied. Save your monies for another place

There was a mistake with the food and the restaurant did not answer the phone to me or just eat so the problem was unable to be resolved and one person of the group never had any dinner as the only money was used for this takeaway and there was no food in the house. Was a lot of bother and would not recommend!!

Great food but driver was very late and had gotten lost despite many phone calls and directions. Would reorder hoping it was just a one time mistake.

The man could not find my address and when I explained how to get to me from where he was, he just hung up the phone. I phoned back several times and still he never arrived. When I phone the restaurant the man on the phone was very rude and said that it would take 14 days to get my money back so I should just have the food. Fries was a bit soggy for my liking but the chicken was very nice ribs were tasty. I would recommend this place for chicken. I did have to wait an hour 10mins for delivery though but worth it.

Was advised the wrap was lovely and the chicken was nice a tender aswell. Always order from here. Food is great

The menu stated you get 2 chips 2cans of drink and coleslaw and apple pie I only received the whole chicken one chips and one can of drink when I called they did not bother will never Order from there again

Waited over an hour, wasn't worth it. Chicken not cooked all the way through and special request of drumsticks only not met. Chips tasted like cooked in old oil. Can appreciate it was Friday night and they may have been really busy but wouldn't order again.

Awful. Received a fish burger instead of a veggie burger. The manager is trying to say that it's not his fault. My son is happy with his food.
