Sugiero encarecidamente que Brett vaya a un entrenamiento de servicio al cliente. Starbucks necesita hablar con este caballero. Insistiendo en que moviéramos asientos porque teníamos algo de equipaje y dice que estamos en su camino. Completamente fuera de servicio. Siempre me encanta un Starbucks pero Brett y su impactante servicio ha dejado un sabor agrio.

Tenía una conexión en la estación de tren de Doncaster y tenía un poco de tiempo libre, así que decidí comprar una taza de té de Starbucks. Había dos empleados de guardia cuando llegué y me dio un saludo amistoso por la joven que me sirvió. Rápidamente me prepararon mi bebida y pude pagar con efectivo lo que me gustó ya que algunos Starbucks te impiden hacerlo. Conseguí mi leche y cuando crucé el andén mi tren estaba allí para poder disfrutar de mi bebida mientras continuaba mi viaje. Justo lo que se necesitaba : )

Worst tasting chai latte I've ever had from a Starbucks and the most expensive one in the local area. Tip - Taste the drink you are given before leaving and insist on a fresh drink if not 100% happy. Don't leave it until you are on a train before tasting - like I did 😫

Seem to always be served by the same miserable rude young man. Not sure why you can’t serve a pupachino for my dog this time, it’s an espresso cup of cream… I offered to pay if that was the problem but no apparently you “don’t do them” (translates to I can’t be bothered to take 10 seconds make one). As I have had no problem getting one at this store before.

I spent over £20 for me and my little boy. I got my little boy a caffeine free frapuccino and after just a few mins the paper straw was drenched and soggy. I asked for another paper straw for my little boy to which the male worker simply replied "no"! Rude and not child friendly.

I am waiting for my friend to arrive from Doncaster. She has just informed me that the staff demanded cash as the card machine wasn't working. So she had to goto kiosk yo get her coffee and then returned to Starbucks to keep warm, only to be asked to leave as she did not purchase her drink there. On this day it is freezing cold, the trains are having problems getting across the country. No business should ask a single woman to leave the shelter of the restaurant. The staff need to be sent on a training course. I am now waiting for her to arrive sometime this evening. Shame on Starbucks.

Arriving in to Starbucks to get a drink before our next train. We waited in the queue for ages and when it came to our order I can tell why. The people making the drinks were doing so one at a time and moving the slowest I’ve ever seen anyone move. They had nothing prepped and had to keep going to different cupboards to get ingredients. I got my drink 5 minutes before my partner got his. Staff need way more training in making drinks and customer service. Don’t go in here if you’re in a rush for your train: you will miss it.

Old man grey hair, small served me was very rude and threw my drink onto the side for me to get it clearly having a bad day but was not an excuse to be rude to his customers will not be returning

This branch of Starbucks is right on the Platform number 4 of the train station and i thought it was very good compared to other station coffee shops. One can wait in the pleasurable surroundings of an established coffee chain, with good coffee and the usual range of pastries that can be found in starbucks. My coffee was lovely and service friendly.

Good coffee and cake and eating for the train on platform 4 becomes a pleasure . Wait in comfort here . Live timetables on screen in this lounge do no need to worry about your train .

We visited TGI Fridays for my sisters 16th birthday, a meal that was supposed to be special and a nice family experience. Unfortunately this is far from what we had, the restaurant was advertising bottomless chicken wings and sesame chicken strips but ran out of chicken! Instead of communicating this to us, they rudely left us sat for over an hour waiting for our second plates of ‘bottomless’ food, when asked when this was arriving the response was “yeah it’s on its way” when it evidently wasn’t. Two guests had to sit and wait an hour for their mains and then eat this alone when it arrived. When it eventually did arrive they immediately asked for some sauce for their burger and this never arrived either. The waitress delivering the food was running up to the table saying ‘ow ow ow’ because the plates were too hot for her to carry and never once was we asked if everything is okay when we was left sat waiting aimlessly for nothing. A very disappointing experience, extremely poor customer service and even worse management to be selling chicken when you don’t even have any!! Absolute shambles.

No volveremos. Quería algo especial para terminar un día fabuloso en Yorkshire Wildlife Park y reservé este pensamiento una experiencia inusual. Las instalaciones tenían el factor sorpresa inicial a medida que entras, pero una vez que lo has visto, se trata de todo en un ciclo para que puedas predecir lo que sucede a continuación (rugidos de dinosaurios, girar la cabeza parlante, proyector en la pared). Nuestro saludo a la puerta fue bueno y me gusta cómo interactuó con mi hijo menor. La camarera era muy amable y servicial después de mi queja. Lo que nos decepcionó principalmente fue la comida y el servicio por un individuo. Los niños macarrones con queso se veían horribles, tan sosos. ¿Mis anillos de cebolla mayores faltaban cuando se entregó la comida y después de desafiar me dijeron que no eran parte de la comida, pero nos los leyeron en el momento de ordenar? Cuando llegaron estaban llenos de grasa mientras ella los mordía. Mi comida estaba fría, tanto pinchos de pollo como aros de cebolla. Las brochetas también tienen algún tipo de textura gelatinosa alrededor del pollo que era extraña. ¿Tal vez demasiado adobo? El camarero que entregó la comida fue grosero y aunque mi comida estaba descontada de la cuenta, toda la vibra se había estropeado. No queríamos quedarnos a tomar un helado. Nuestro vaso estaba sucio y las latas para abrir agua con gas eran raras. También se fue plano rápido. Dados los precios, ¿creerías que la atención a los detalles estaría ahí? Comida caliente, bien presentada incluso una guarnición floreciente por lo que podría verse mejor. Muy decepcionado

Me and my partner had a brilliant meal - food was bang on, steak cooked to perfection, and everything came out spot on. But the real shoutout has to go to Paige - absolute star. Friendly, attentive, and just genuinely sound. Made the whole evening feel easy and relaxed. We’ll definitely be back.
